[0020] In the embodiments of the present invention below, the size, thickness, and shape of each component are illustrated in an exaggerated manner for convenience of explanation, and the actual pipe support structure may have different sizes and shapes.
[0021] Additionally, the connection structure of the illustrated wiring is depicted in a simplified manner for convenience, and different connection forms may be applied. [0022] The pipe support structure of the present invention, to be examined below, relates to a pipe support structure provided between a pipe and a support frame that supports the load of the pipe.
[0023] Hereinafter, for the sake of convenience of understanding, the subjects of application of the present invention will be described first.
[0024] Figure 1 shows an example of a conventional pipe installation.
[0025] Referring to FIG. 1, generally, when transferring fluid using a pipe (50) in onshore and offshore plant construction, the pipe (50) can be installed at a certain angle to facilitate the flow of fluid within the pipe (50).
[0026] However, in this case, due to the error between the installation angle of the pipe (50) and the support angle of the support frame (70), the bottom surface of the pipe shoe on which the pipe (50) is seated and the support surface of the support frame (70) are not evenly in contact, and problems such as lifting have occurred.
[0027] Accordingly, although modifications to the structure and placement position of the support frame (70) or pipe shoe are required, modifying the pipe shoe and support frame (70) to match the design angle value of the pipe (50) whenever the design angle value changes results in significantly reduced work efficiency.
[0028] The pipe support structure of the present invention is designed to replace the conventional pipe shoe in order to solve the aforementioned problems, and is characterized by stably seating and supporting the pipe (50) on the support frame (70) while simultaneously allowing the arrangement angle of the pipe (50) to be easily adjusted.
[0029] The pipe support structure of the present invention is not a structure that is combined with the support frame (70) described above, and can be provided to be movable on the support frame (70) when the pipe (50) moves on the support frame (70) due to thermal expansion or thermal contraction caused by the temperature of the fluid being transported through the pipe (50).
[0030] The objects of application of the present invention are not limited to those described above and may be provided with various structural steel structures. In addition, any support frame (70) having a structure that extends in a direction perpendicular to the length direction of the pipe (50) and can stably support the load of the pipe (50) may be applicable to the present invention.
[0031] Hereinafter, a pipe support structure according to one embodiment of the present invention applied to the support frame described above will be described in detail.
[0032] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a pipe support structure according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a pipe support structure according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0033] Referring to FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, the present invention may be provided to include a support member (110), a connecting member (120), and a housing (130).
[0034] First, the support member (110) is positioned on the upper part of the support frame (70) and functions to support the pipe (50), and may be composed of a plate-shaped horizontal member and a column-shaped vertical member protruding upward from the horizontal member.
[0035] The shape of the support member (110) is not limited to the drawing, and any shape that can stably support the load of the pipe (50) on the upper part of the support frame (70) can be applied.
[0036] Next, the connecting member (120) may be integrally provided on the upper part of the vertical member of the support member (110) and may be provided in a spherical shape.
[0037] At this time, the diameter of the connecting member (120) can be provided as a diameter larger than the diameter of the vertical member.
[0038] Next, the housing (130) is provided to surround the outside of the connecting member (120), has a receiving space in which the connecting member (120) is received, and may have an opening formed at the bottom so that the lower part of the connecting member (120) is exposed to the outside.
[0039] In the case of the receiving space, it may be formed in a shape corresponding to the spherical shape of the connecting member (120) so that the housing (130) can be stably rotated on the connecting member (120).
[0040] At this time, the opening of the housing (130) may be provided to have a diameter smaller than the diameter of the connecting member (120) and larger than the diameter of the vertical member of the support member (110) described above.
[0041] Accordingly, the connecting member (120) can have a free rotation angle without being ejected from the receiving space of the housing (130).
[0042] Additionally, a curved seating portion may be provided on the upper part of the housing (130) so that the pipe (50) can be stably seated by making surface contact with the lower surface of the pipe (50).
[0043] As the pipe support structure (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the above-described configurations, there is an advantage that the housing (130) can freely rotate on the connecting member (120) depending on the angle of placement of the pipe (50) on the support frame (70).
[0044] At this time, the housing (130) may be configured to allow the angle in the forward, backward, left, and right directions to be adjusted on the connecting member (120), and at the same time, to rotate around the upper normal direction of the connecting member (120) as an axis of rotation.
[0045] Accordingly, the pipe (50) and the seating portion on which the pipe (50) is seated can be easily and securely attached without any lifting phenomenon, and the load of the pipe (50) can be stably supported.
[0046] The drawing referenced above illustrates an embodiment in which a connecting member (120) and a housing (130) are provided on a supporting member (110), but the shape of the pipe support structure (100) of the present invention is not limited thereto, and a plurality of connecting members (120) and housings (130) may be provided on a supporting member (110).
[0047] Above, we have examined the configuration of a pipe support structure according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0048] Hereinafter, the method of mutually combining the first frame and the second frame of the housing described above will be explained.
[0049] FIG. 4 is an exploded cross-sectional view of a pipe support structure according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0050] Referring to FIG. 4, the housing (130) of the present invention may include a first frame (131) surrounding the upper portion of a connecting member (120) and a second frame (132) surrounding the lower portion of a connecting member (120) and configured to be coupled with the first frame (131).
[0051] Additionally, the housing (130) may be arranged to have a bonding surface (133) that comes into contact with each other as they are positioned oppositely on each of the first frame (131) and the second frame (132) and joined together.
[0052] In the drawing, the coupling surface (133) is shown as being provided in two pairs on each of the first frame (131) and the second frame (132), but the number is not limited thereto, and any shape and number that can stably fix the coupling of the housing (130) can be applied.
[0053] The housing (130) may further include a coupling means (33) that connects the first frame (131) and the second frame (132) by penetrating a coupling hole (31) formed in the coupling surface (133), and may further include a fixing means (35) that is coupled to both ends of the coupling means (33) so that the coupling means (33) does not detach from the coupling hole (31).
[0054] In one embodiment, the coupling means (33) may be provided in the form of a bolt member, and the fixing means (35) may be provided in the form of a nut member.
[0055] At this time, as mutually corresponding screw threads are formed on the inner surface of the coupling hole (31) formed on the coupling surface (133), the outer surface of the coupling means (33), and the inner surface of the fixing means (35), the coupling means (33) is rotatably coupled within the coupling hole (31), and the fixing means (35) is fastened along the screw threads on the outer surface of the coupling means (33).
[0056] Accordingly, the mutual connection between the first frame (131) and the second frame (132) can be achieved more stably.
[0057] In one embodiment, the connecting member (120) may be provided to be detachably attached to the support member (110).
[0058] For example, the connecting member (120) may be provided to be detachable from the support member (110) by simple snap-fit or rotational coupling, and in addition, it may be provided to be fastened by a separately provided fastening means.
[0059] Accordingly, it becomes possible to first position the second frame (132) on the upper part of the support member (110), then connect the connecting member (120) to the upper part of the support member (110) on the upper part of the second frame (132), and then connect the first frame (131) to the second frame (132) on the upper part of the connecting member (120).
[0060] That is, since the disassembly and combination of each of the above-described components are possible, there is an advantage in that the connecting member (120) can be placed more easily inside the housing (130).
[0061] By using the pipe support structure according to one embodiment of the present invention described above, it becomes possible to install the pipe in the following form.
[0062] FIG. 5 shows an example of use of a pipe support structure according to one embodiment of the present invention, in which the angle of the pipe is installed in an inclined shape to facilitate the flow of fluid within the pipe.
[0063] Referring to FIG. 5, when installing a pipe (50) at an angle, a plurality of pipe support structures of the present invention are used and arranged at regular intervals as shown in the drawing, and the pipe (50) can be installed at an angle by adjusting the height of each support frame (70) provided at the bottom of each pipe support structure.
[0064] At this time, as the housing (130) can be rotated in various angles and directions on the connecting member (120) of the present invention, the lower part of the pipe (50) and the seating portion of the support member (110) of the present invention are stably in close contact, and the bottom surface of the pipe support structure of the present invention and the supporting surface of the support frame (70) are in close contact, thereby preventing lifting phenomena.
[0065] In addition, when the support frame (70) needs to be installed in an environment where the floor surface where the support frame (70) is installed is not flat, using the pipe support structure of the present invention has the advantage of keeping the pipe (50) horizontal or easily adjusting the angle of inclination regardless of whether the floor surface is horizontal.
[0066] That is, when installing the pipe (50), the pipe (50) can be easily installed to achieve a desired design angle without being affected by the environment of the floor surface or the installation angle of the support frame (70).
[0067] As seen so far, using a pipe support structure according to one embodiment of the present invention can have the following advantages.
[0068] Conventionally, installing a pipe at an angle required modifying the structure or placement of the support frame and pipe shoe; however, manually changing these elements whenever the pipe's installation angle changes has the disadvantage of reducing work efficiency.
[0069] However, when using the pipe support structure of the present invention instead of a conventional pipe shoe, the housing can rotate in all directions (front, back, left, and right) on a spherical connecting member, so there is an advantage in that the angle of placement of the pipe can be easily adjusted.
[0070] In other words, by utilizing the pipe support structure of the present invention, there is an advantage in that the installation angle of the pipe can be easily changed without individually modifying the structure and placement position of the conventional pipe shoe and support frame.
[0071] As a result, the error between the installation angle of the pipe and the support angle of the support frame is eliminated, thereby preventing lifting. Accordingly, by evenly distributing the load of the pipe on the support frame, damage or deformation of the support frame can be minimized.
[0072] Furthermore, as flow occurs in the pipe due to thermal expansion and contraction caused by the temperature of the fluid inside the pipe, even if the angle of placement of the pipe from the support frame is misaligned, the housing can be freely rotated on the connecting member.
[0073] In other words, as the housing automatically rotates at the same time as the pipe placement angle is changed, it is possible to ensure close contact between the support frame, the pipe support structure, and the contact surfaces of the pipe without any gaps, thereby enabling stable support of the lower part of the pipe.
[0074] The embodiments of the invention disclosed in this specification and drawings are provided merely as specific examples to facilitate the explanation of the technical content of the invention and to aid in understanding the invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
[0075] Accordingly, the scope of the present invention should be interpreted as including all modifications or variations derived based on the technical concept of the present invention, in addition to the embodiments disclosed herein. Explanation of the symbols
