Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a washing and drying machine, and more specifically, to a washing and drying machine with improved overall performance. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, a washing machine is a machine that removes dirt from clothing, etc. through friction caused by the rotational hydraulic power of the washing water generated by mechanical action, along with the chemical action of the detergent dissolved in the washing water, and typically performs washing, rinsing, and spin-drying processes.

[0003] Therefore, the user washes the laundry using a washing machine and then dries the finished laundry using a dryer.

[0004] However, when the washing machine and dryer are configured as separate devices, there is an inconvenience because the user must wait for the washing to be completed and then move the washed laundry to the dryer.

[0005] To resolve this inconvenience, washing machines that double as dryers have been developed and are in use.

[0006] In other words, washing machines equipped with a heater and a blower fan are widely used these days. After the spin cycle is completed, heat generated from the heater is blown onto the laundry to evaporate residual water, thereby enabling rapid drying.

[0007] However, conventional washing machines that also function as dryers have a problem in that their drying performance is relatively inferior compared to dryers that only have a drying function.

[0008] Meanwhile, washing machines can be divided into household types used at home and commercial types that require a fee for use, depending on their purpose.

[0009] And compared to household washing machines, commercial washing machines are installed in public places for the purpose of generating profit for the business operator and are used by consumers (users).

[0010] These commercial washing machines are installed and operated in separate establishments such as self-service laundromats; in other words, self-service laundromats are a business model in which they equip multiple commercial washing machines and generate profit by charging a set usage fee to customers who wish to use them for laundry.

[0011] Even in the case of commercial washing machines as described above, washing machines that also function as dryers have been developed and are in use.

[0012] However, commercial washing machines that double as dryers also had the problem of relatively lower drying performance compared to dedicated dryers.

[0013] Due to this poor performance, the condition of the dried laundry is poor, and user satisfaction with the self-service laundry is low.

[0014] In addition, for self-service laundry owners, it became a cause of decreased profitability in operations. Prior art literature

[0023] A transfer pipe installed in front of the heating device to transfer hot air into the drum;

[0024] A lint filter box for filtering foreign substances in the air discharged outside the casing;

[0025] It is characterized by including a filter mesh member installed in the above-mentioned lint filter box to filter out foreign substances from the laundry.

[0026] In the present invention, the filter mesh member comprises: a mesh member formed in a ditch shape and a mesh shape; and a flange member provided at the bottom of the mesh member to support and install the mesh member within the lint filter box.

[0027] The present invention further comprises: a first reinforcing member that structurally reinforces the mesh member at the front, central, and rear ends of the mesh member; and a second reinforcing member that structurally reinforces the upper and both sides of the mesh member.

[0028] In the present invention, a detachable member is installed at the lower part of the flange member so that the filter mesh member can be detachably installed inside the lint filter box, and the detachable member is preferably made of a magnet member.

[0029] In the present invention, the heating device is provided with a plurality of heating rods, wherein the heating rods are configured such that heat generated from the heating rods is not leaked to the outside and is directly transferred to the transfer pipe. The heating device comprises: a heating box; a plurality of heating pipes installed within the heating box, each having a heating rod fixedly installed inside; and a controller that controls the power supply to the heating pipes.
