[0083] Animal experiments were conducted to confirm the joint health efficacy of the fermented functional powder prepared in Preparation Examples 3-5 above. 5-month-old male rats (Orient Bio Co., Ltd.) were acclimatized for one week and then used, and were provided with free feed and drinking water. The fermented functional powder prepared in Preparation Examples 3-5 above was prepared to the following concentrations and administered orally daily. The test groups were classified into a control group (untreated group) and a group administered the fermented functional powder prepared in Preparation Examples 3-5, and each composition was diluted to 200 mg / kg and administered.
