[0064] Example 1. Preparation of an animal model
[0065] To construct an ovariectomized animal model, C57 / BL6 mice (7-8 weeks old, female) were obtained from Orient Co., Ltd. and acclimatized in laboratory animal housing boxes for one week before being used in the experiment. Animal rearing was conducted under conditions of a temperature of 22 ± 1℃, humidity of 55 ± 5%, a light / dark cycle (12 hours day / 12 hours night), and an illuminance of 300 Lux; feed and water were provided free of charge. Through this, it was confirmed that the Lactobacillus intestinalis strain has the efficacy to relieve uterine contractions, which are a symptom of genital degeneration caused by ovariectomy.
