[0002] Competitive trading refers to a method of trading financial instruments where a transaction is concluded through mutual competition between multiple sellers and multiple buyers. For example, under competitive trading, a transaction may be prioritized for execution based on factors such as the lower the price a seller places an order at, the higher the price a buyer places an order at, the earlier the request is made, or the larger the requested quantity. In contrast, over-the-counter trading is a method of trading securities through negotiation between a buyer and a seller, unlike competitive trading. That is, under over-the-counter trading, a transaction can be concluded only when the parties agree on the purchase price, quantity, method of transaction, and settlement terms through individual negotiation.
[0003] The over-the-counter (OTC) stock market is a representative example of a trading market where over-the-counter (OTC) trading takes place. In OTC stock transactions, when sellers and buyers directly negotiate price and quantity via phone or messenger and enter into a contract based on the agreement, the actual success rate of the transaction is currently low due to issues such as the buyer receiving the shares first but failing to send the money, or the buyer sending the money but failing to receive the shares. Consequently, services that mediate OTC stock transactions between parties are emerging. Sellers or buyers use OTC stock trading brokerage platforms to post sell or buy notices on the quote board; an unspecified number of people view these posts, and a counterparty wishing to trade can send a request to finalize the transaction. However, in cases where the counterparty is already identified, such as in a transaction with an acquaintance, one can only create a post and urge the counterparty to check the post as quickly as possible and make a request before other users do so. To resolve this inconvenience, there is a need for a method that allows for the trading of securities via over-the-counter trading by designating a specific counterparty. The problem to be solved
