Claim 1 A street light head comprising: a lower cover coupled to the top of a support post with a protruding mounting portion so that the light-emitting portion of a lighting module is seated facing downwardly with an open direction; and an upper cover coupled to the lower cover through a hinge coupling portion to rotate open and closed, with a fixing portion provided downward to press and fix the lighting module seated in the mounting portion when closed; wherein the lower cover comprises: front and rear plates with an upwardly curved upper portion provided spaced apart in the front and rear directions; a hinge coupling portion provided traversing between the curved vertices of the front and rear plates and coupled between the front and rear plates by a screw penetrating the front and rear plates; two lower frames having a '┗'-shaped profile arranged traversing between the two sides of the lower surface of the front and rear plates, each coupled to the front and rear plates by a screw penetrating the front and rear plates; and a mounting portion protruding on the horizontal plane of each of the two lower frames. Claim 2 A street light head according to claim 1, wherein the lower cover comprises: a bottom surface having an opening formed in the central portion, which is a circular or polygonal receptacle including an elliptical shape; a height surface provided upward along the outer edge of the bottom surface; and a seating portion provided protruding upward from both sides or the entire edge facing the opening.
