Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a cover opening and closing device for a prefabricated water tank made by assembling a plurality of panels, and more specifically, to an opening and closing device configured to perform both a tilting opening operation and a rotating opening operation for a water tank cover installed for internal cleaning, etc. Background Technology

[0002] Recent water tanks are manufactured by assembling multiple injection-molded panels in the vertical and horizontal directions. In this case, packing members are interposed between the multiple panels to ensure watertightness. Korean Patent 10-2251553 can be cited as a prior patent regarding such prefabricated water tanks and packing members. The multiple packing members for constituting the water tank have a single central plane for forming a wall surface and four sides that are bent approximately vertically from the four sides of this central plane.

[0003] In water tanks formed by injection molding multiple panels in this manner, it is common practice to install openable covers (doors) on some of the panels for purposes such as cleaning the inside of the tank. Recently, there has been a trend to install such water tanks underground, where the covers are configured to open and close in the vertical direction around a hinge axis. Therefore, sufficient space must be secured on the upper surface of the water tank to allow for the complete opening and closing of the cover. This implies that sufficient space must be secured above the cover that opens and closes the water tank, which can be understood as having the disadvantage of entailing spatial limitations on usage. The problem to be solved

[0004] The objective of the present invention is to propose an opening and closing device for a prefabricated water tank in which the cover for internal access in the prefabricated water tank can be opened not only by tilting in the up-and-down direction but also by turning in the horizontal direction, thereby minimizing spatial constraints. means of solving the problem

[0005] According to the device of the present invention, the cover for opening and closing the entrance is installed so that tilting in the up-and-down direction and rotation in the horizontal direction in the open state can be performed together. For example, a rotating block is supported so as to be rotatable in the horizontal direction on one side of the panel, and the cover is installed to allow tilting in the up-and-down direction on the rotating block through an extension. Therefore, it can be seen that in the present invention, the cover can have various operations to open and close the entrance by tilting and turning.

[0006] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the panel is further configured to include a protrusion formed on the upper side around a through hole and a ring portion formed on one side of a cover to be coupled with said protrusion. Effects of the invention

[0007] According to the present invention having the above configuration, the cover can be opened and closed in two ways by tilting and turning (rotation), thereby ultimately having the effect of resolving spatial constraints. In addition, the advantage of being able to easily close the cover in its proper position by using the aforementioned ring portion and projection is also expected. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0008] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the opening and closing device of the present invention with the cover closed. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the opening and closing device of the present invention with the cover open. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the cover rotated horizontally while in an open state. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the opening and closing device with the cover closed. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0009] Next, we will examine the present invention in more detail based on the embodiments illustrated in the drawings.

[0010] As can be seen from the aforementioned prior art and FIGS. 1 to 3, a prefabricated water tank is formed by assembling a plurality of panels (10) to form a surface of a certain width, and these are combined to complete a prefabricated water tank having a cuboid shape. In addition, some of the panels (10) have an access opening (12) formed therein that allows access to the inside of the water tank.

[0011] These openings (12) are opened and closed by a cover (20). In the present invention, the opening and closing of the cover (20) can be divided into two methods. These can be classified into a tilting method in which the cover (20) is simply lifted upward, and a turning method in which the cover (20) is rotated horizontally while slightly open from the panel (10) to open the opening (12). Here, the opening and closing by turning has the spatial advantage of not requiring sufficient space on the upper part of the cover (20).

[0012] Looking at the configuration for opening and closing, a rotating block (30) is rotatably supported on one side of the upper part of the panel (10). Here, being rotatably supported means that the rotating block (30) can freely rotate in a horizontal direction relative to the panel (10). For this rotation, the rotating block (30) is supported so that it can rotate in a horizontal direction around a vertical rotation axis (31), as shown in FIG. 4.

[0013] In the illustrated embodiment, the rotation shaft (31) is configured with a bolt (38) and a nut (36) is screwed in through the rotation block (30) to support the rotation block (30). Here, it is also possible to additionally install a member for strength reinforcement in the panel (10) where the rotation shaft (31) is installed, and it is preferable that such a member for strength reinforcement be made of a material with high structural strength, such as metal.

[0014] And a cover (20) is installed on the aforementioned rotating block (30). An extension (22) extending outward from one side of the cover (20) is hinge-connected to the rotation axis (31) so that it can rotate in the up and down direction. Thus, it can be seen that the cover (20) can be tilted with respect to the rotating block (30) and can be opened and closed in the up and down direction.

[0015] In this way, the rotating block (30) is supported so as to be rotatable in a horizontal direction relative to the panel (10). Therefore, it can be seen that the cover (10) operates so that tilting in the up and down direction relative to the rotating block (30) and rotation by the rotating block (30) occur together. Thus, it can be seen that when a space is secured to fully open the cover (20) upward, opening by tilting is possible, and when a space is not secured to fully open the cover (20) upward, the cover (20) can be opened by rotation.

[0016] And according to the illustrated embodiment, in order to allow the cover (20) to be closed in the correct position, a protrusion (18) is formed on the upper part around the through hole (12) of the panel (10), and a ring portion (28) into which the protrusion (18) is inserted is formed at the corresponding position of the cover (20). When the cover (20) is closed to the panel (10) so that the protrusion (18) and the ring portion (28) are combined, the cover (20) is actually closed in the most accurate position.

[0017] As described above, it can be seen that the opening and closing device according to the present invention enables the opening and closing of the cover by tilting in the up and down direction, and the opening and closing of the through hole by turning while the panel (10) is slightly open. Within this technical scope, other variations are possible for a person skilled in the art, and it is self-evident that the scope of protection of the present invention should be interpreted based on the description in the patent claims, in accordance with the intent of the provisions of the patent law.
