Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a drainage pump package system, and more specifically, to a disaster-safe drainage pump package system equipped with a seizing and blockage prevention function. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, a drainage pump package system is used to discharge stored water (e.g., sewage or wastewater) from a collection tank installed in an underground space or low-lying area to the outside and to facilitate its smooth discharge through sewer pipes. It consists of a drainage pump installed inside the collection tank, a check valve positioned between the drainage pump and the discharge pipe connected to the sewer pipes to open or close the discharge pipe, a collection tank water level sensor, a control device, etc.

[0003] The control device of the above drainage pump package system monitors the status of each device and automatically controls it when necessary.

[0004] Meanwhile, in conventional drainage pump package systems, if the drainage pump does not operate for a certain period of time or longer, problems arise such as the drainage pump or check valve becoming stuck or clogged.

[0005] For example, in a conventional drainage pump package system, if the drainage pump does not operate for a certain period of time or longer, a problem occurs in which the impeller of the drainage pump becomes stuck and clogged due to the water stored in the collection tank, such as sewage or wastewater.

[0006] For example, spring-embedded lift check valves (e.g., Smolensky check valves) commonly used in conventional drainage pump package systems suffer from a problem where the spring becomes stuck and clogged due to foreign matter inside the valve.

[0007] In particular, during periods of prolonged drought or infrequent operation of drainage pumps, sticking or blockage of drainage pumps or check valves occurs more frequently, which hinders the rapid operation of the drainage pump package system and can adversely affect the stability of the drainage pump package system.

[0008] Furthermore, conventional drainage pump package systems are operated inefficiently because they have limited capabilities to detect operational abnormalities in real time, such as when a drainage pump does not operate for a certain period, or to integrate with an external central control system. Consequently, managers must manually inspect the status at the site where the system is installed or take action only after a problem occurs. Prior art literature

[0026] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0027] The disaster-safe drainage pump package system equipped with anti-sticking and anti-clogging functions according to the present invention described below is not limited to the embodiments below, and its technical spirit extends to the scope in which any person with ordinary knowledge in the relevant technical field can modify and implement it without departing from the gist of the technology claimed in the claims.

[0028] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the disaster safety type drainage pump package system (100) having a sticking and blockage prevention function according to the present invention operates at least one drainage pump (120) installed inside the water collection tank (100a) based on the water level detection result of a water level sensor unit (110) that detects the water level inside the water collection tank (100a) to discharge the stored water of the water collection tank (100a) to the outside via a discharge pipe (100b) connected to the drainage pump (120), and recovers the discharged water back to the water collection tank (100a) when the operation of the drainage pump (120) stops via a recovery pipe (100c) that branches off from the discharge pipe (100b) and connects to the inside of the water collection tank (100a).

[0029] FIGS. 1 to 3 illustrate an embodiment of a disaster safety type drainage pump package system (100) having a sticking and blockage prevention function according to the present invention, comprising a water level sensor unit (110) including four water level sensors (111, 112, 113, 114), two drainage pumps (120), two discharge shut-off valves (130), two ball check valves (140), two pressure gauges (140a), two flexible joints (140b), two recovery shut-off valves (150), one automatic valve (150a), a control device (160), a central control system (170), and an administrator's portable terminal (180).

[0030] The above water level sensor unit (110) has four water level sensors (111, 112, 113, 114) that detect the water level of the water collection tank (100a).

[0031] Among the four water level sensors (111, 112, 113, 114) exemplified in FIGS. 1 to 3, the lowest water level sensor (111) detects a water level below a predetermined pump operation start level, the water level sensor (112) above it detects the pump operation start level of one of the two drainage pumps (120), the water level sensor (113) above it detects the pump operation start level of both of the two drainage pumps (120), and the last highest water level sensor (114) alarms for an abnormality in the collection tank (100a) (e.g., abnormal water level occurrence, etc.) and detects a water level that keeps both of the two drainage pumps (120) running.

[0032] The above two drainage pumps (120), two discharge shut-off valves (130), two ball check valves (140), two pressure gauges (140a), two flexible joints (140b), and two recovery shut-off valves (150) are symmetrically arranged in a discharge pipe (100b) that branches into two paths by a T-shaped pipe and a recovery pipe (100c) that branches from the discharge pipe (100b) and connects to the inside of a water collection tank (100a), thereby constituting a drainage pump package system (100) that performs a double discharge operation of the stored water in the water collection tank (100a) or a double recovery operation of the discharge water.

[0033] The above discharge opening / closing valve (130) is positioned in a discharge pipe (100b) exposed outside the water collection tank (100a) and operates to open or close the discharge pipe (100b).

[0034] The ball check valve (140) is positioned upstream of the discharge opening / closing valve (130) in the discharge pipe (100b) exposed outside the collection tank (100a) and operates to open or close to form a discharge opening path or a discharge closing path for the discharged water, or to form a recovery opening path or a recovery closing path for the discharged water.

[0035] For reference, FIGS. 1 to 3 illustrate a Y-shaped ball check valve (140) in which the internal flow path of the valve chamber is formed in a Y shape, and while the drainage pump (120) is operating to discharge the stored water of the collection tank (100a), the ball rises due to the discharge pressure to open the Y-shaped flow path, and while the drainage pump (120) is stopped to recover the discharged water, the ball descends back to its original position due to back pressure acting in the opposite direction to the discharge pressure to close the Y-shaped flow path.

[0036] A pressure gauge (140a) and a flexible joint (140b) for pipe connection are disposed in front of the ball check valve (140), for example, between the water collection tank (100a) and the ball check valve (140) in FIG. 1.

[0037] The pressure gauge (140a) measures or detects the discharge pressure of the discharged water and displays it or transmits it to the control device (160).

[0038] The above recovery shut-off valve (150) is positioned between the ball check valve (140) and the recovery pipeline (100c) and operates to open and close to form a recovery open path or a recovery closed path for the discharged water.

[0039] It is preferable that an automatic valve (150a), whose opening and closing operation is controlled by a control device (160), be further installed in the recovery pipeline (100c) connected to the collection tank (100a) via the recovery shut-off valve (150).

[0040] The above automatic valve (150a) is closed while the drainage pump (120) is operating to discharge the stored water of the collection tank (100a), and is opened by the control device (160) while the drainage pump (120) is stopped to recover the discharged water.

[0041] The above automatic valve (150a) is opened by the control device (160) while the operation of the drainage pump (120) is controlled in a sticking / blocking prevention mode.

[0042] The control device (160) controls the operation of the drainage pump (120), the discharge shut-off valve (130), and the recovery shut-off valve (150) to monitor the discharge operation status of the stored water in the collection tank (100a) and the discharge water recovery operation status in real time, and if necessary, controls the operation of the drainage pump (120) in a blockage / clogging prevention mode so that the discharge water is not discharged to the outside via the discharge pipe (100b) but is recovered into the collection tank (100a) via the recovery pipe (100c) instead, in order to prevent blockage and clogging of the drainage pump (120), the ball check valve (140), the discharge pipe (100b), and the recovery pipe in advance.

[0043] The above control device (160) controls the operation of the drainage pump (120) in a sticking / clogging prevention mode while the discharge shut-off valve (130) and the recovery shut-off valve (150) are open.

[0044] The above control device (160) controls the operation of the drainage pump (120) in a blockage / clogging prevention mode so that the discharge water is not discharged to the outside before or after passing through the discharge shut-off valve (130) placed in the discharge pipe (100b), but is recovered into the inside of the collection tank (100a) via the recovery shut-off valve (150) of the recovery pipe (100c).

[0045] It is preferable that the above control device (160) adjusts the discharge pressure of the drainage pump (120) so that the discharge water is not discharged to the outside before or after passing through the discharge shut-off valve (130) placed in the discharge pipe (100b), but is recovered into the inside of the collection tank (100a) via the recovery shut-off valve (150) of the recovery pipe (100c).

[0046] The above control device (160) controls the operation of the drainage pump (120) in a blockage / clogging prevention mode when the water level of the sump (100a) is detected to be below a predetermined pump operation start water level and the time the drainage pump (120) stops operating is confirmed to be longer than a predetermined pump standby time (e.g., a unit of 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, etc. or a unit of 48 hours, 72 hours, etc.).

[0047] The above control device (160) controls the operation of the drainage pump (120) in a sticking / clogging prevention mode for a predetermined discharge water recovery time (e.g., 30 seconds, etc.) in response to a detection state below the pump operation start water level.

[0048] The above control device (160) controls the operation of the drainage pump (120) in a blockage / clogging prevention mode when the water level of the sump (100a) is detected to be above a predetermined pump operation start time and the time to stop the operation of the drainage pump (120) is confirmed to be above a predetermined pump standby time (e.g., a unit of 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, etc. or a unit of 48 hours, 72 hours, etc.).

[0049] The above control device (160) controls the operation of the drainage pump (120) in a sticking / clogging prevention mode for a predetermined discharge water recovery time (e.g., 10 seconds, etc.) in response to a detection state above the pump operation start water level.

[0050] It is preferable that the control device (160) set the pump standby time (e.g., in units of 3, 5, 7 days, etc. or in units of 48, 72 hours, etc.) when the pump operation start water level is detected to be below the pump operation start water level to be shorter than the pump standby time (e.g., in units of 3, 5, 7 days, etc. or in units of 48, 72 hours, etc.) when the pump operation start water level is detected to be above the pump operation start water level.

[0051] It is preferable that the control device (160) sets the discharge water recovery time (e.g., 30 seconds, etc.) that is predetermined in response to a detection state below the pump operation start water level to be longer than the discharge water recovery time (e.g., 10 seconds, etc.) that is predetermined in response to a detection state above the pump operation start water level.

[0052] The above control device (160) is linked with an external central control system (170) via an HMI (Human Machine Interface) method.

[0053] It is preferable that when an abnormality occurs in either the control device (160) or the central control system (170), the normally operating control device (160) or the normally operating central control system (170) notifies the administrator's mobile terminal (180) of the abnormality via a text alarm.

[0054] The disaster safety type drainage pump package system (100) according to the present invention, configured as described above and equipped with a sticking and blockage prevention function, operates as follows.

[0055] In Example 1, the operation of discharging stored water from a collection tank (100a) by two drainage pumps (120) of a disaster safety type drainage pump package system (100) having a sticking and clogging prevention function according to the present invention shown in FIG. 1 is described.

[0056] In this case, the control device (160) checks the water level detection result of the water level sensor unit (110).

[0057] If a predetermined pump operation start water level is detected by one water level sensor (112) or two water level sensors (112, 113) positioned above the lowest water level sensor (111) among the four water level sensors (111, 112, 113, 114) shown in FIG. 1, the control device (160) operates one or both of the two drainage pumps (120) to discharge the stored water of the collection tank (100a) to the outside (e.g., sewer pipe) via the discharge pipe (100b).

[0058] At this time, while the drainage pump (120) is operating, the discharge shut-off valve (130) is kept open to form a discharge opening path for the discharged water, and the recovery shut-off valve (150) is kept closed to form a recovery closing path for the discharged water.

[0059] When the discharge opening path of the discharge water is formed, as shown in FIG. 1, the ball of the Y-shaped ball check valve (140) rises due to the discharge pressure while the drainage pump (120) is operating, thereby opening the Y-shaped path.

[0060] The automatic valve (150a) is closed as shown in FIG. 1 while the drainage pump (120) is operating to discharge the stored water of the collection tank (100a) through the formed discharge water recovery closure path.

[0061] While the discharge operation of the water in the collection tank (100a) by the two drainage pumps (120) as described above is being performed, the control device (160) monitors the discharge operation status of the water in the collection tank (100a) in real time while controlling the operation of the drainage pumps (120), the discharge shut-off valve (130), and the recovery shut-off valve (150).

[0062] If, while the stored water of the above-mentioned water collection tank (100a) is being discharged, the water level at which the pump operation start is predetermined by the water level sensor (112) positioned above the lowest water level sensor (111) among the four water level sensors (111, 112, 113, 114) is not detected, or if the water level below the predetermined pump operation start level is detected by the lowest water level sensor (111), the control device (160) stops the operation of one or two drainage pumps (120) that are in operation, opens the automatic valve (150a), and performs the discharge water recovery operation described in Example 2 below.

[0063] Meanwhile, while the stored water of the above-mentioned water collection tank (100a) is being discharged, the control device (160) is linked with an external central control system (170) via an HMI (Human Machine Interface) method, and when an abnormality occurs in either the control device (160) or the central control system (170), the control device (160) or the central control system (170) that operates normally controls the disaster safety type drainage pump package system (100) equipped with a sticking and blockage prevention function according to the present invention.

[0064] In this way, while the water stored in the above-mentioned water collection tank (100a) is being discharged, if an abnormality in the water collection tank (100a) (e.g., abnormal water level) is detected by the uppermost water level sensor (114), or if an abnormality in operation is detected in the water level sensor unit (110) including a plurality of water level sensors (111, 112, 113, 114), two drainage pumps (120), two discharge shut-off valves (130), two ball check valves (140), two pressure gauges (140a), two recovery shut-off valves (150), and one automatic valve (150a), the control device (160) or the central control system (170) notifies the administrator's mobile terminal (180) of the occurrence of the abnormality via text alarm.

[0065] In Example 2, the discharge water recovery operation performed continuously after the discharge operation of the water collection tank (100a) described in Example 1 is stopped is described.

[0066] As described in Example 1, if the predetermined pump operation start water level is not detected by the water level sensor (112) positioned above the lowest water level sensor (111) among the four water level sensors (111, 112, 113, 114), or if a water level below the predetermined pump operation start water level is detected by the lowest water level sensor (111), the control device (160) stops the operation of one or two drainage pumps (120) that are in operation and then opens the automatic valve (150a).

[0067] Additionally, while the operation of the drainage pump (120) is stopped, the discharge shut-off valve (130) is maintained in a closed state to form a discharge shut-off path for the discharged water, and the recovery shut-off valve (150) is maintained in an open state to form a recovery open path for the discharged water.

[0068] In addition, when the discharge closing path of the discharge water is formed, as shown in FIG. 2, the ball of the Y-shaped ball check valve (140) is lowered back to its original position by back pressure acting in the opposite direction to the discharge pressure while the drainage pump (120) is stopped operating, thereby closing the Y-shaped path.

[0069] In this way, while the operation of the drainage pump (120) is stopped, the discharge water is recovered into the collection tank (100a) via the discharge water recovery opening path, that is, through the recovery shut-off valve (150) and the opened automatic valve (150a), by the back pressure acting in the opposite direction to the discharge pressure while the operation of the drainage pump (120) is stopped.

[0070] As described above, while the operation of the two drainage pumps (120) is stopped and the discharge water recovery operation is being performed, the control device (160) controls the operation of the drainage pumps (120), the discharge shut-off valve (130), and the recovery shut-off valve (150) and monitors the discharge water recovery operation status in real time.

[0071] If, during the discharge water recovery operation, a predetermined pump operation start water level is detected by one water level sensor (112) or two water level sensors (112, 113) positioned above the lowest water level sensor (111) among the four water level sensors (111, 112, 113, 114), the control device (160) operates one or both of the two drainage pumps (120) again to perform a stored water discharge operation that discharges the stored water of the collection tank (100a) to the outside (e.g., sewer pipe) via the discharge pipe (100b).

[0072] Meanwhile, while the discharge water is being recovered into the collection tank (100a), the control device (160) is linked with an external central control system (170) via an HMI (Human Machine Interface) method, and when an abnormality occurs in either the control device (160) or the central control system (170), the control device (160) or the central control system (170) that operates normally controls the disaster safety type drainage pump package system (100) equipped with a sticking and blockage prevention function according to the present invention.

[0073] In this way, while the discharge water is being recovered into the collection tank (100a), if an abnormality in the collection tank (100a) (e.g., abnormal water level) is detected by the uppermost water level sensor (114), or if an abnormality in operation is detected in the water level sensor unit (110) including a plurality of water level sensors (111, 112, 113, 114), two drainage pumps (120), two discharge shut-off valves (130), two ball check valves (140), two pressure gauges (140a), two recovery shut-off valves (150), and one automatic valve (150a), the control device (160) or the central control system (170) notifies the administrator's mobile terminal (180) of the occurrence of the abnormality via text alarm.

[0074] Although the above-described embodiments 1 and 2 of the present invention describe the operation of discharging stored water and the operation of recovering discharged water of the collection tank (100a) that are automatically performed based on the water level detection result of the water level sensor unit (110) by the control device (160) or an external central control system (170) linked with the control device (160), these two operations can be performed automatically or manually by the manager of the control device (160) or the central control system (170).

[0075] In Example 3, the operation of recovering discharge water for preventing sticking / clogging by two drainage pumps (120) of the disaster safety type drainage pump package system (100) having a sticking and clogging prevention function according to the present invention shown in FIG. 3 is described.

[0076] The above control device (160) controls the operation of the drainage pump (120) in a blockage / clogging prevention mode when the water level of the sump (100a) is detected to be below a predetermined pump operation start water level and the time of stopping the operation of the drainage pump (120) is confirmed to be longer than a predetermined pump standby time (e.g., a unit of 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, etc. or a unit of 48 hours, 72 hours, etc.), and in particular, in response to the detection state of being below the pump operation start water level, the operation of the drainage pump (120) is controlled in a blockage / clogging prevention mode for a predetermined discharge water recovery time (e.g., 30 seconds, etc.).

[0077] In contrast, the control device (160) controls the operation of the drainage pump (120) in a blockage / clogging prevention mode when the water level of the collection tank (100a) is detected to be above a predetermined pump operation start time and the time of stopping the operation of the drainage pump (120) is confirmed to be above a predetermined pump standby time (e.g., a unit of 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, etc. or a unit of 48 hours, 72 hours, etc.), and in particular, in response to the detection state of the water level above the pump operation start time, the operation of the drainage pump (120) is controlled in a blockage / clogging prevention mode for a predetermined discharge water recovery time (e.g., 10 seconds, etc.).

[0078] Additionally, it is preferable that the control device (160) set the pump standby time (e.g., in units of 3, 5, 7 days, etc. or in units of 48, 72 hours, etc.) when the water level is detected to be below the pump operation start level to be shorter than the pump standby time (e.g., in units of 3, 5, 7 days, etc. or in units of 48, 72 hours, etc.) when the water level is detected to be above the pump operation start level to be shorter. The reason for this is that if the water level of the collection tank (100a) is detected to be below the pump operation start level for an excessively long period of time, the operation of the drainage pump (120) is controlled to a blockage / clog prevention mode within a shorter time, thereby quickly preventing the blockage and clogging of the drainage pump (120), the ball check valve (140), the discharge pipe (100b), and the recovery pipe in advance.

[0079] Additionally, the control device (160) preferably sets the discharge water recovery time (e.g., 30 seconds, etc.) that is predetermined in response to a detection state below the pump operation start water level to be longer than the discharge water recovery time (e.g., 10 seconds, etc.) that is predetermined in response to a detection state above the pump operation start water level. The reason for this is that if the water level of the collection tank (100a) is detected to be below the pump operation start water level for an excessively long period of time compared to the state where it is detected above the pump operation start water level, the operation of the drainage pump (120) is controlled in a blockage / clogging prevention mode for a relatively longer period of time to quickly prevent blockage and clogging of the drainage pump (120), the ball check valve (140), the discharge pipe (100b), and the recovery pipe in advance.

[0080] While the drainage pump (120) is operating in a blockage / clogging prevention mode controlled by the control device (160), the discharge shut-off valve (130) is kept open to form a discharge opening path for the discharged water, and the recovery shut-off valve (150) is also kept open to form a recovery opening path for the discharged water.

[0081] When the discharge opening path of the discharge water is formed, as shown in FIG. 3, the ball of the Y-shaped ball check valve (140) rises due to the discharge pressure while the drainage pump (120) is operating, thereby opening the Y-shaped path.

[0082] When the above discharge water recovery opening path is formed, the automatic valve (150a) is opened.

[0083] In particular, at this time, the control device (160) adjusts the discharge pressure of the drainage pump (120) so that the discharge water is not discharged to the outside before or after passing through the discharge shut-off valve (130) placed in the discharge pipe (100b), but is recovered into the collection tank (100a) via the recovery shut-off valve (150) of the recovery pipe (100c).

[0084] In this way, while the operation of the drainage pump (120) is controlled in a blockage / clog prevention mode during the discharge water recovery time (e.g., 30 seconds or 10 seconds, etc.), the discharge water is discharged by the discharge pressure and the back pressure acting in the opposite direction to the discharge pressure, before or after passing through the discharge opening path, i.e., the discharge shut-off valve (150), and then is recovered into the collection tank (100a) via the discharge water recovery opening path, i.e., the recovery shut-off valve (150) and the opened automatic valve (150a).

[0085] As described above, while the operation of the drain pump (120) is controlled in a blockage / clog prevention mode, the control device (160) controls the operation of the drain pump (120), the discharge shut-off valve (130), and the recovery shut-off valve (150), and monitors the discharge water recovery operation status for blockage / clog prevention in real time, and when the discharge water recovery time (e.g., 30 seconds or 10 seconds, etc.) has passed, the operation of controlling the drain pump (120) in a blockage / clog prevention mode is stopped.

[0086] Meanwhile, while the drainage pump (120) is controlled in a sticking / clogging prevention mode, the control device (160) is linked with an external central control system (170) via an HMI (Human Machine Interface) method, and when an abnormality occurs in either the control device (160) or the central control system (170), the control device (160) or the central control system (170) that operates normally controls the disaster safety type drainage pump package system (100) equipped with a sticking and clogging prevention function according to the present invention.

[0087] In this way, while the drainage pump (120) is controlled in a blockage / clogging prevention mode, if an abnormality in the water tank (100a) (e.g., abnormal water level) is detected by the uppermost water level sensor (114), or if an abnormality in operation is detected in the water level sensor unit (110) including a plurality of water level sensors (111, 112, 113, 114), two drainage pumps (120), two discharge shut-off valves (130), two ball check valves (140), two pressure gauges (140a), two recovery shut-off valves (150), and one automatic valve (150a), the control device (160) or the central control system (170) notifies the administrator's mobile terminal (180) of the occurrence of the abnormality via text alarm.

[0088] As can be seen from the above, according to the present invention, if the operation of the drainage pump (120) is controlled in a sticking / clogging prevention mode such that the discharge water is not discharged to the outside via the discharge pipe (100b) but is recovered into the collection tank (100a) via the recovery pipe (100c), the sticking and clogging of the drainage pump (120), the ball check valve (140), the discharge pipe (100b), and the recovery pipe (100c) can be easily prevented in advance, and as a result, the stability of the drainage pump package system (100) can be improved.

[0089] In addition, according to the present invention, when the control device (160) and the external central control system (170) are linked and a text alarm is notified when an abnormality occurs, the system can be operated efficiently without the hassle of the manager having to individually check the status at the site where the drainage pump package system (100) is installed or take action after a problem occurs.
