Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a water pipe cleaning device. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, there are various methods known for cleaning large-diameter water pipes, but a mechanical cleaning method that cleans by high-pressure water by inserting a cleaning device into the water pipe and running it to spray high-pressure water is known to be superior in terms of cleaning effect.
[0003] However, conventional cleaning devices had a problem where the cleaning operation was frequently interrupted due to the inability to move when encountering obstacles, such as pipe joints, branch pipe connections, or overgrown green mushrooms.
[0004] Accordingly, there is a need for more active research on various structural designs that enable the cleaning device to easily overcome obstacles even when encountering them. Prior art literature

[0008] The first-1 spring holder, the first-2 spring holder, the second-1 spring holder, and the second-2 spring holder may each have a spiral groove into which the coil wire of the first coil spring or the second coil spring is inserted.
[0009] For example, the spiral groove can be formed in the shape of a male screw.
[0010] As another example, the spiral groove can be formed in the shape of a female screw.
[0011] The first coil spring and the second coil spring may each be coil springs in which the coil wire is wound without gaps when no external force is applied.
[0012] The pitch of the spiral groove may be the same as the diameter of the coil wire of the first coil spring and the second coil spring.
[0013] The first-1 spring holder and the second-1 spring holder may each have a tapered threaded portion that is coupled to the main body.
[0014] The first wheel bracket and the second wheel bracket each include a pair of support plates arranged facing each other with the first driving wheel or the second driving wheel in between, to which the rotation axis of the first driving wheel or the second driving wheel is coupled; and a connecting plate connecting the pair of support plates, and the first-2 spring holder and the second-2 spring holder may each have a tapered screw portion coupled to the connecting plate.
[0015] The first wheel bracket and the second wheel bracket each comprise an upper surface and a lower surface arranged parallel to each other, an inclined surface extending obliquely from the upper surface toward the lower surface such that the interior angle with the upper surface forms an obtuse angle, and a connecting part having a through hole that penetrates vertically through the upper surface and the lower surface and has a circular cross-sectional shape; and a pair of support plates that extend vertically from the inclined surface and are arranged facing each other with the first driving wheel or the second driving wheel in between, to which the rotation axis of the first driving wheel or the second driving wheel is coupled, and the first-2 spring holder and the second-2 spring holder each comprise a support shaft inserted into the through hole and having a circular cross-sectional shape, and an anti-detachment nut coupled to the end of the support shaft and seated on the upper surface, so that the first wheel bracket and the second wheel bracket can be rotatably coupled to the first-2 spring holder or the second-2 spring holder around the support shaft.

Effects of the invention
[0017] According to an embodiment of the present invention, even if a driving obstacle is encountered while driving for water pipe cleaning, the coil spring coupled to the driving wheel undergoes bending deformation, allowing the vehicle to easily overcome the obstacle and continue driving.
[0018] In particular, since it consists of a simplified structure in which the driving wheels are supported by coil springs, it is not only easy to manufacture but can also contribute to the miniaturization of cleaning devices that are difficult to implement with complex structures.
[0019] In addition, the coil spring can be restricted to bending deformation only in the forward and backward directions by a pair of guide parts, which can prevent the driving wheel from spreading out in the circumferential direction. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0028] FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating a water pipe cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a drawing showing the coupling relationship between the main body of FIG. 1 and the first support member (second support member), FIG. 3 is a drawing illustrating the first support member (second support member) of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is a drawing illustrating the first-1 spring holder (second-1 spring holder) of FIG. 1, and FIG. 5 is a drawing illustrating the first-2 spring holder (second-2 spring holder) of FIG. 1.
[0029] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, a water pipe cleaning device (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a main body (100), a plurality of nozzle parts (200), a hose (300), a plurality of first support parts (400) and a plurality of second support parts (500).
[0030] Various components necessary for cleaning water pipes can be combined or mounted in the main body (100).
[0031] A camera (110) for monitoring the cleaning operation can be attached to the front end of the main body (100).
[0032] Additionally, a thruster may be coupled to the main body (100). The thruster can generate a thrust force that enables the cleaning device to move forward by having a thrust nozzle that sprays a portion of the high-pressure water supplied to the main body (100) through the hose (300) toward the rear of the cleaning device. Since the thruster installed in the water pipe cleaning device is a known technology as disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0143235, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
[0033] A plurality of nozzle parts (200) can be coupled to be arranged radially in the central part of the main body (100).
[0034] A plurality of nozzle sections (200) can each spray high-pressure water supplied to the main body (100) through the hose (300) onto the inner surface of the water pipe (20) into which the cleaning device is inserted.
[0035] The hose (300) is connected to the rear end of the main body (100) to supply high-pressure water to the internal flow path of the main body (100), and the high-pressure water supplied to the main body (100) in this way can be delivered to a plurality of nozzle parts (200), propellers, etc., through the internal flow path of the main body (100) as described above.
[0036] A plurality of first support members (400) can be coupled to the front end of the main body (100) so as to be arranged radially, and can contact the inner surface of the water pipe (20) to separate the nozzle member (200) from the inner surface of the water pipe (20). That is, the first support members (400) can be positioned in front of the nozzle member (200).
[0037] The first support member (400) may include a first driving wheel (410), a first wheel bracket (420), a first-1 spring holder (430), a first-2 spring holder (440), and a first coil spring (450).
[0038] The first driving wheel (410) can be rotatably coupled to the first wheel bracket (420).
[0039] The first wheel bracket (420) may include a pair of support plates (421) and a connecting plate (422).
[0040] A pair of support plates (421) can be arranged facing each other with the first driving wheel (410) in between, and the rotation axis (410a) of the first driving wheel (410) can be connected to the pair of support plates (421).
[0041] The connecting plate (422) connects a pair of support plates (421) but can be spaced apart from the first driving wheel (410).
[0042] The first spring holder (430) can be coupled to the main body (100). Preferably, the first spring holder (430) may have a tapered threaded portion (431) or a welded portion coupled to the main body (100), or may be formed integrally with the main body (100). As a result, the first spring holder (430) can be easily coupled to the main body (100) without additional fastening members such as a fixing nut.
[0043] The first-second spring holder (440) can be coupled to the first wheel bracket (420). Preferably, the first-second spring holder (440) may have a tapered threaded portion (441) coupled to the connecting plate (422) of the first wheel bracket (420). As a result, the first-second spring holder (440) can be easily coupled to the first wheel bracket (420) without additional fastening members such as a fixing nut, and furthermore, interference with the first driving wheel (410) can be minimized during the process of coupling to the first wheel bracket (420).
[0044] The first coil spring (450) can have both ends fixed to the first-1 spring holder (430) and the first-2 spring holder (440).
[0045] To this end, the first spring holder (430) may be provided with a spiral groove (432) into which the coil wire of the first coil spring (450) is inserted, and the second spring holder (440) may be provided with a spiral groove (442) into which the coil wire of the first coil spring (450) is inserted.
[0046] Accordingly, the first-1 spring holder (430) and the first-2 spring holder (440) can be joined in a manner similar to how screws are joined to both ends of the first coil spring (450).
[0047] For example, the spiral groove (432) of the first-1 spring holder (430) and the spiral groove (442) of the first-2 spring holder (440) may each be in the form of a male screw formed on the outer surface of the first-1 spring holder (430) or the first-2 spring holder (440), but are not necessarily limited thereto.
[0048] Meanwhile, the first coil spring (450) may be a coil spring in which the coil wire is wound without gaps when no external force is applied to the first coil spring (450), although this is not necessarily limited thereto.
[0049] As a result, the first coil spring (450) can have bending resistance or bending strength that maintains an upright state even if there is some driving resistance during the operation of the cleaning device.
[0050] Additionally, if the first coil spring (450) is a coil spring in which the coil wire is wound without gaps, the pitch of the spiral groove (432) of the first-1 spring holder (430) and the spiral groove (442) of the first-2 spring holder (440) may be equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the coil wire of the first coil spring (450).
[0051] As a result, the connection between the first coil spring (450) and the first-1 spring holder (430) or the first-2 spring holder (440) can be prevented from being arbitrarily loosened, and thereby the direction of the first driving wheel (410) can be prevented from being misaligned.
[0052] A plurality of second support members (500) can be coupled to the rear end of the main body (100) so as to be arranged radially, and can contact the inner surface of the water pipe (20) to separate the nozzle member (200) from the inner surface of the water pipe (20). That is, the second support members (500) can be positioned at the rear of the nozzle member (200).
[0053] The second support member (500) may include a second driving wheel (510), a second wheel bracket (520), a second-1 spring holder (530), a second-2 spring holder (540), and a second coil spring (550).
[0054] The second driving wheel (510) can be rotatably coupled to the second wheel bracket (520).
[0055] The second wheel bracket (520) may include a pair of support plates (521) and a connecting plate (522).
[0056] A pair of support plates (521) can be arranged facing each other with the second driving wheel (510) in between, and the rotation axis (510a) of the second driving wheel (520) can be connected to the pair of support plates (521).
[0057] The connecting plate (522) connects a pair of support plates (521) but can be spaced apart from the second driving wheel (510).
[0058] The second-1 spring holder (530) can be coupled to the main body (100). Preferably, the second-1 spring holder (530) may have a tapered threaded portion (531) or a welded portion coupled to the main body (100), or may be formed integrally with the main body (100). As a result, the second-1 spring holder (530) can be easily coupled to the main body (100) without additional fastening members such as a fixing nut.
[0059] The second-2 spring holder (540) can be coupled to the second wheel bracket (520). Preferably, the second-2 spring holder (540) may have a tapered threaded portion (541) coupled to the connecting plate (522) of the second wheel bracket (520). As a result, the second-2 spring holder (540) can be easily coupled to the second wheel bracket (520) without additional fastening members such as a fixing nut, and furthermore, interference with the second driving wheel (520) can be minimized during the process of coupling to the second wheel bracket (520).
[0060] The second coil spring (550) can have both ends fixed to the second-1 spring holder (530) and the second-2 spring holder (540).
[0061] To this end, the second-1 spring holder (530) may be provided with a spiral groove (532) into which the coil wire of the second coil spring (550) is inserted, and the second-2 spring holder (540) may be provided with a spiral groove (542) into which the coil wire of the second coil spring (550) is inserted.
[0062] Accordingly, the second-1 spring holder (530) and the second-2 spring holder (540) can be joined in a manner similar to how screws are joined to both ends of the second coil spring (550).
[0063] For example, the spiral groove (532) of the second-1 spring holder (530) and the spiral groove (542) of the second-2 spring holder (540) may each be in the form of a male screw formed on the outer surface of the second-1 spring holder (530) or the second-2 spring holder (540), but are not necessarily limited thereto.
[0064] Meanwhile, the second coil spring (550) may be a coil spring in which the coil wire is wound without gaps when no external force is applied to the second coil spring (550), although this is not necessarily limited thereto.
[0065] As a result, the second coil spring (550) can have bending resistance or bending strength that maintains an upright state even if there is some driving resistance during the operation of the cleaning device.
[0066] Additionally, if the second coil spring (550) is a coil spring in which the coil wire is wound without gaps, the pitch of the spiral groove (532) of the second-1 spring holder (530) and the spiral groove (542) of the second-2 spring holder (540) may be equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the coil wire of the second coil spring (550).
[0067] As a result, the connection between the second coil spring (550) and the second-1 spring holder (530) or the second-2 spring holder (540) can be prevented from being arbitrarily loosened, and thereby the direction of the second driving wheel (510) can be prevented from being misaligned.
[0068] Figure 6 is a variation of Figure 3.
[0069] Referring to FIG. 6, the spiral groove (442) of the first-2 spring holder (440) or the spiral groove (542) of the second-2 spring holder (540) may be in the form of a female screw formed on the inner circumference of the first-2 spring holder (440) or the second-2 spring holder (540).
[0070] Additionally, the spiral groove (432) of the first-1 spring holder (430) or the spiral groove (532) of the second-1 spring holder (530), although not shown in the drawing, may also be in the form of a female screw formed on the inner circumference of the first-1 spring holder (430) or the second-1 spring holder (530).
[0071] Figure 7 is another variation example of Figure 3.
[0072] Referring to FIG. 7, the first wheel bracket (420) may include a connecting part (423) and a pair of support plates (421).
[0073] The connecting portion (423) may be provided with an upper surface (423a) and a lower surface (423b) arranged parallel to each other, an inclined surface (423c) that extends obliquely from the upper surface (423a) toward the lower surface (423b) and forms an obtuse angle with respect to the upper surface (423a), and a through hole (423d) that penetrates vertically through the upper surface (423a) and the lower surface (423b) and has a circular cross-sectional shape.
[0074] A pair of support plates (421) can each extend vertically from the inclined surface (423c) of the connection part (423).
[0075] Additionally, a pair of support plates (421) can be positioned facing each other with the first driving wheel (410) in between.
[0076] Additionally, a rotation axis (410a) of a first driving wheel (410) can be coupled to a pair of support plates (421).
[0077] In this case, the first-second spring holder (440) may include a support shaft (443) that is inserted into the through hole (423d) of the connecting part (423) and has a circular cross-sectional shape, and a non-detachment nut (444) that is coupled to the end of the support shaft (443) and seated on the upper surface (423a) of the connecting part (423).
[0078] As a result, the first wheel bracket (420) can be rotatably coupled to the first-second spring holder (440) around the support shaft (443), and the effect of not needing to worry about the alignment of the first driving wheel (410) when coupling the first coil spring (450) with the first-first spring holder (430) or the first-second spring holder (440) during the manufacturing or disassembly and assembly process of the water pipe cleaning device can be recognized.
[0079] The second wheel bracket (520) may also likewise include a connecting part (523) and a pair of support plates (521).
[0080] The connecting portion (523) may be provided with an upper surface (523a) and a lower surface (523b) arranged parallel to each other, an inclined surface (523c) that extends obliquely from the upper surface (523a) toward the lower surface (523b) and forms an obtuse angle with respect to the upper surface (523a), and a through hole (523d) that penetrates vertically through the upper surface (523a) and the lower surface (523b) and has a circular cross-sectional shape.
[0081] A pair of support plates (521) can each extend vertically from the inclined surface (523c) of the connection part (523).
[0082] Additionally, a pair of support plates (521) can be positioned facing each other with the second driving wheel (510) in between.
[0083] Additionally, a rotation axis (510a) of a second driving wheel (510) can be coupled to a pair of support plates (521).
[0084] In this case, the second spring holder (540) may include a support shaft (543) that is inserted into the through hole (523d) of the connecting part (523) and has a circular cross-sectional shape, and a non-detachment nut (544) that is coupled to the end of the support shaft (543) and seated on the upper surface (523a) of the connecting part (523).
[0085] As a result, the second wheel bracket (520) can be rotatably coupled to the second-2 spring holder (540) around the support shaft (543), and the effect of not needing to worry about the alignment of the second driving wheel (510) when coupling the second coil spring (550) with the second-1 spring holder (530) or the second-2 spring holder (540) during the manufacturing or disassembly and assembly process of the water pipe cleaning device can be recognized.
[0086] Figures 8 and 9 are variations of Figures 1 and 2.
[0087] Referring to FIGS. 8 and 9, the first support member (400) may further include a pair of first guide members (460), and the second support member (500) may further include a pair of second guide members (560).
[0088] A pair of first guide members (460) are each coupled to the main body (100) and are arranged to face each other with the first coil spring (450) in between along the circumferential direction of the main body (100), thereby guiding the first coil spring (450) to bend and deform only in the front and rear directions.
[0089] A pair of second guide members (560) are each coupled to the main body (100) and are positioned to face each other along the circumferential direction of the main body (100) with the second coil spring (550) in between, thereby guiding the second coil spring (550) to bend and deform only in the forward and backward directions.
[0090] In this case, the first-second spring holder (440) may be provided with a support roller (445) that contacts a pair of first guide portions (460), and the support roller (445) may minimize frictional resistance by traveling on the pair of first guide portions (460) when the first coil spring (450) is bent.
[0091] Likewise, the second spring holder (540) may be provided with a support roller (545) that contacts a pair of second guide portions (560), and the support roller (545) may minimize frictional resistance by traveling on the pair of second guide portions (560) when the second coil spring (550) is bent.
[0092] Although the present invention has been described above with reference to preferred embodiments, this is merely illustrative and does not limit the invention. A person skilled in the art may modify and change the embodiments in various ways by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components without departing from the technical spirit of the invention as described in the claims, and such modifications and changes are also to be considered to be included within the scope of the rights of the present invention.
