Abstract

The present invention relates to a service system and a service method that checks the driving course performed by a home appliance owned by a user and recommends other home appliances including related functions and related driving courses. Accordingly, even if a user has not used a home appliance because they are not clearly aware of the functions that each home appliance can perform, the use of that home appliance can be encouraged through guidance on home appliances capable of using those functions.
