Specific details for implementing the invention

[0014] Hereinafter, the present invention configured as described above will be explained in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0015] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the configuration of a rotary filter device having a backwash function according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of a rotary filter device having a backwash function according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the configuration of a rotary filter device having a backwash function according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a front cross-sectional view showing the configuration of a rotary filter device having a backwash function according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a front cross-sectional view showing the state in which a flushing pipe is installed in a rotary filter device having a backwash function according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0016] A rotary filter device having a backwashing function according to the present invention is installed in a pipe (110) through which water flows in or out of a water purification plant or a water distribution plant (100) which is a water supply facility, and is implemented to filter out various foreign substances, including larvae or midges, contained in the water flowing in or out through the pipe (100).

[0017] To this end, a rotary filter device having a backwashing function according to one embodiment of the present invention is configured such that a plurality of mesh members (20) are rotatably installed via a base member (10) of a specific structure in a pipe (110) provided to allow water for storage to flow into a water purification plant or a water distribution plant (100) in a water purification facility or to allow stored water to flow out to the outside.

[0018] The base member (10) is formed of a body (12) of a predetermined shape having a predetermined space portion inside and a flow path formed in communication with the pipe (100), wherein in one embodiment of the present invention, the body (12) of the base member (10) is configured such that its plane forms an approximate "╋" shape.

[0019] In the body (12) having a shape of approximately "╋", a pipe coupling hole (14) is formed at one end and is mounted in an extended form to the pipe (100), and a mesh member coupling hole (16) for coupling the mesh member (20) is formed at the remaining three ends of the body (12) excluding the pipe coupling hole (14).

[0020] In addition, a mesh member coupling hole (16) is formed in the center of the upper surface of the body (12) so that one mesh member (20) can be separately installed vertically.

[0021] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the base member (10), which is installed in a form extending to the pipe (110) of the water purification plant or water distribution plant (100), is configured to have a total of four mesh members (20) installed through mesh member coupling holes (16) in which each mesh member (20) is installed.

[0022] The pipe connection hole (14) and each mesh member connection hole (16) are configured with flanges (14a, 16a) formed therein for connection with the pipe (110) or mesh member (20).

[0023] The mesh member (20), installed through each mesh member coupling hole (14) provided in the base member (10), is formed as a roughly cylindrical mesh with one side open, and is configured to filter out various foreign substances contained in water flowing out from or into the pipe (110).

[0024] The above mesh member (20) is preferably formed as a triple mesh structure made of stainless steel having a net shape, and to this end, it may be configured such that one member having a mesh structure of approximately 0.1 to 0.3 millimeters [mm] is inserted between a pair of members having a mesh structure of approximately 1.0 to 2.0 millimeters [mm].

[0025] In one embodiment of the present invention, the mesh member (20) installed in the mesh member coupling hole (14) is provided with a structure that allows it to rotate by the flow rate of water.

[0026] To this end, a seating groove (18) is formed with a certain depth along the inner surface of a flange (16a) provided in the mesh member coupling hole (16), and a rotating ring (22) is provided mounted on the outer surface of the open portion of one end of the mesh member (20), which has a roughly cylindrical shape with one side open, so as to be rotatably seated in the seating groove (18).

[0027] At this time, with the rotating ring (22) of the mesh member (20) rotatably seated in the seating groove (18), a fixing ring (24) designed to have a ring shape and dimensions similar to that of the flange is mounted on the flange (16a) of the mesh member coupling hole (16) to control the rotating ring (22) in a rotatable state.

[0028] On the other closed side of the above mesh member (20), a finishing ring (26) formed in the shape of a ring with a diameter similar to the above fixing ring (24) may be fixedly installed and provided.

[0029] The above-mentioned finishing ring (26) may be formed and applied as an expansion tube having a shape in which its diameter increases from one side to the other, thereby reducing the vortex phenomenon of water passing through the mesh member (20) (see FIG. 6).

[0030] Additionally, a spiral-shaped rotation-inducing wing (28) is formed and provided along the inner surface of the mesh member (20) in a structure integrally coupled to the multi-mesh forming the mesh member (20), and the entire mesh member (20) is configured to rotate through the rotational action of the rotation-inducing wing (28) caused by the pressure of flowing water.

[0031] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 5, a blushing pipe (30) connected to an external compressor device (not shown) is installed along the longitudinal direction of the outer surface of each mesh member (20) rotatably installed on the base member (10) at a certain distance from the mesh member (20).

[0032] At a certain point of the blushing pipe (30) facing the outer surface of the above mesh member (20), a plurality of nozzles (32) are formed to allow high-pressure air supplied from the outside to be ejected.

[0033] Accordingly, high-pressure air supplied into the blushing pipe (30) from an external compressor device (not shown) is ejected toward the outer surface of the mesh member (20) through a plurality of nozzles (32), thereby removing various foreign substances adsorbed on the inner or outer surface of the multi-mesh forming the mesh member (20).

[0035] Next, the operation of the present invention as described above will be explained in detail as follows.

[0036] A rotary filter device having a backwashing function according to one embodiment of the present invention is installed in a water purification reservoir or a water distribution reservoir (100) of a water purification plant, which is a water supply facility, and is fixedly installed in a pipe (110) through which water flows in from the outside or stored water flows out to the outside to perform a filtering function.

[0037] That is, in the pipe (110) installed for the inflow or outflow of water in the above-mentioned water purification or drainage reservoir (100), the pipe coupling hole (14) of the base member (10) is firmly fastened and fixed in a state where the flanges (14a, 110a) of each other are in contact.

[0038] Accordingly, when the base member (10) of the rotary filter device is installed in a pipe (100) into which water flows, the water flowing in through the pipe (100) passes through the base member (10) and then is discharged outside the mesh member (20) in a state where various foreign substances or scale, including midges and larvae, are filtered out from the inner surface of a plurality of mesh members (20) having a triple mesh structure, and can be stored in a water purification tank or a water distribution tank (100).

[0039] Also, when the base member (10) is installed in a pipe (110) through which water flows out, the water stored in the water purification tank or water distribution tank (100) flows into the mesh member (20) after being filtered out of various foreign substances, such as midges and larvae, and scale through the outer surface of the mesh member (20) having a triple mesh structure, and then passes through the base member (10) and flows into the pipe (110).

[0040] At this time, since each mesh member (20) is installed on the base member (10) in a rotatable structure, the mesh member (20) rotates due to the action of the rotation guide wing (28) during the process of water inflow and outflow, thereby preventing arbitrary vortex phenomena and enabling smoother water flow.

[0041] In addition, when the diameter of the closing ring (26) mounted on the closed end side of the above-mentioned mesh member (20) is applied as an expansion tube that gradually increases, the resistance to the flow of water is dispersed and adjusted, and the water flow velocity can be maintained more stably as the vortex phenomenon of the water is reduced.

[0042] Meanwhile, when a large amount of foreign matter or sludge is adsorbed on the inner or outer surface of the mesh member (20), an external compressor device (not shown) is operated so that high-pressure air is injected into the blushing pipe (30) and high-pressure air is sprayed through a plurality of nozzles (32), thereby allowing various foreign matter or sludge adsorbed on the mesh member (20) at points facing each nozzle (32) to be detached, and thus the filter performance of the mesh member (20) is secured and smooth water flow can be achieved.

[0043] Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described above, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above. Various modifications and variations are possible by those skilled in the art without departing from the essence of the invention as claimed in the claims, and such modifications and variations should not be understood individually from the technical spirit or perspective of the present invention.
