Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a sound-absorbing louver for ceilings, and more specifically, to a sound-absorbing louver for ceilings in which a light source and a reflector can be installed inside the body portion, and a plurality of sound-absorbing fixing portions protrude to both sides to absorb sound, and ceiling finishing materials can be installed at various locations to form a three-dimensional ceiling. Background Technology

[0002] The interior ceiling of a building typically has an additional finishing structure installed to secure space for installing facilities such as water supply or heating / cooling pipes, power supply lines or communication lines, as well as to conceal such facilities or to decorate the ceiling. Such ceiling finishing structures are generally composed of panel type and louver type.

[0003] In these ceiling finishes, panel-type finishing structures are generally used for interior aesthetics and decoration in general buildings, while louver-type finishing structures are used in relatively large-scale industrial facilities or public spaces such as elevators and parking lots to suppress airflow or noise, avoid direct sunlight, and improve the design as well as the distribution and performance of indoor illumination.

[0004] However, in the case of the latter louver-type finishing structure among these ceiling finishes, beams are provided on suspensions installed in all directions on the slab of the building structure using foundation bolts, and the desired ceiling finish is achieved by installing louvers horizontally between these parallel-arranged beams using an insertion and mounting method.

[0005] Louvers installed using the aforementioned beams in an insertion and mounting manner have a complex assembly structure with the beams, and the assembly work for adjacent louvers is difficult due to the limited workspace, resulting in poor workability. Furthermore, the installation state of the louvers is unstable, and in the event of damage to the louvers, replacement work is not easy due to the complex assembly structure.

[0006] Furthermore, while lightweighting has been achieved by using structural steel, typically manufactured via extrusion using aluminum, ceiling louvers are accompanied by many problems, such as monotonous designs, poor decorative effects, and low durability, as their exteriors are difficult to deform.

[0007] To solve the aforementioned problem, Korean Patent Publication No. 2013-0021955 discloses a 'louver-type ceiling finishing structure'.

[0008] The louvers of a conventional louver-type ceiling finishing structure are formed in a rod shape that can be processed into various shapes, and the structure has a combined configuration in which the louvers are interposed between the beam and the louvers so that they are installed on the beam in a suspended manner.

[0009] In order to finish the ceiling in the conventional louver type, as shown in FIG. 1, a channel (20) is first fixed to a hanger (10) formed on the ceiling, a louver (50) is installed on the channel (20) through a fixing hook, a fixing part (51) of the louver is fixed, and then a ceiling finishing material (40) is installed. The problem to be solved

[0010] However, conventional louver-type ceiling finishing structures had the following problems, and the present invention was developed to overcome these problems.

[0011] (1) Since the louvers are formed in a flat shape, it is difficult to install the ceiling finishing material in a three-dimensional shape.

[0012] (2) Because holes must be drilled in the ceiling finishing material or the material and shape must be changed for sound absorption, the cost increases and the appearance is not good. means of solving the problem

[0013] In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is formed such that a fixing part installed on a ceiling hanger is formed, and a body part formed as a straight plate in a vertical direction is formed on the fixing part.

[0014] On both sides of the above-mentioned body part, symmetrically protruding finishing material fixing parts are formed, respectively, and

[0015] At the bottom of the above-mentioned finishing material fixing part, a plurality of sound-absorbing fixing parts protruding symmetrically are each formed, and

[0016] A lighting fixing part is formed at the bottom of the above body part,

[0017] The above lighting fixing part is linked to the lower part of the body part, and a lighting fixing groove is formed so that the lower part is open, and

[0018] Lighting horizontal bars protruding from both sides of the above-mentioned lighting fixing groove are formed, respectively.

[0019] At the end of each of the above-mentioned horizontal lighting bars, a vertical lighting bar is formed, and

[0020] It is characterized by having a lighting bottom section formed at the bottom of each of the above-mentioned vertical lighting bars. Effects of the invention

[0021] According to the ceiling sound-absorbing louver formed as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the following effects occur.

[0022] (1) The body part has a finishing material fixing part with a different height formed on both sides, so that the position of the adjacent ceiling finishing material can be installed differently, allowing for a three-dimensional ceiling finish.

[0023] (2) Since there are multiple finishing material fixing parts protruding from both sides of the body, there is no need for separate sound absorption installation on the ceiling finishing material, and lighting can also be installed, making installation very convenient. Brief explanation of the drawing
