The present invention relates to a bobbin structure for a high-voltage transformer that prevents arcing and a high-voltage transformer including the same. A bobbin structure for a high-voltage transformer that prevents arcing according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises an outer main body and an inner main body, wherein a primary coil is wound on the outer surface of the inner main body and is received within a receiving space provided in the center of the outer main body, and a secondary coil is wound on the outer surface of the outer main body, and the upper part is configured to have a wider diameter than the lower part.
