Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a railway communication precision safety diagnosis management and maintenance system that diagnoses and manages railway communication and power status in real time, and more specifically, to a railway communication precision safety diagnosis management and maintenance system equipped with seismic resistance functions to maintain structural stability and a horizontal state in earthquake and external vibration environments. Background Technology

[0002] In general, one of the key factors for the safe operation of electric railway and urban railway vehicles is a stable power supply.

[0003] In other words, it is very important to verify that the pantograph is receiving a stable power supply from the overhead line installed on the ground.

[0004] Therefore, the power supply must be monitored, as a short circuit caused by an unstable power supply can rapidly accelerate major failures or deterioration of electrical components.

[0005] However, despite the need to verify whether power is being supplied smoothly to electric railway vehicles, conventionally, data for only one overhead line was obtained using only a laptop. Consequently, information regarding instantaneous values could not be received, making it impossible to determine the phase over a single cycle used to control the vehicle's speed, or the phase angle when passing the '0' point.

[0006] In other words, conventionally, when measuring the power consumption of electric railway vehicles, data on overhead line voltage and current was received, passed through a power analyzer, and then the power consumption, power factor, and RMS value were calculated.

[0007] However, since measurements have traditionally been taken using RMS values, there is a problem in that not only is it impossible to obtain test data for phenomena where the power changes for a short period of time, such as when slight grooves occur on the rails or when the line is disconnected, but also information on the speed or position of the railway vehicle at that time is not received, so even if a breakdown occurs, the exact cause cannot be found and it is impossible to know which part needs to be repaired and how.

[0008] Meanwhile, seismic resistance refers to the characteristic of withstanding earthquakes, and seismic design refers to a design intended to prevent various facilities, such as buildings or electrical equipment, from being destroyed or collapsing due to an earthquake.

[0009] However, the reality is that stable seismic design is not being incorporated into conventional power supply facilities for electric railway vehicles.

[0010] As a prior art for solving the aforementioned problems, Korean registered patent No. 10-2669872 (publication date May 28, 2024) is disclosed.

[0011] The essence of the prior art is a structure that fixes equipment to a rack fixing plate and cushions vibrations through a spring-based seismic unit.

[0012] However, the aforementioned structure was limited to unidirectional passive damping, could not actively correct the inclination of the structure, and had the problem of structural instability occurring during load imbalance. Prior art literature

[0013] (0001) Republic of Korea Registered Patent No. 10-2669872 (Date of publication: May 28, 2024) The problem to be solved

[0014] The present invention has been devised to solve the conventional problems described above, and the objective of the present invention is to provide a railway communication precision safety diagnosis management and maintenance system equipped with seismic functions capable of effectively absorbing multi-directional seismic vibrations, automatically restoring the tilt of a structure, and maintaining a horizontal state by adjusting load deviations in real time. means of solving the problem

[0015] To achieve the objective, the present invention provides a railway communication precision safety diagnosis management and maintenance system equipped with a seismic function, comprising a rack frame on which equipment for diagnosing railway communication is installed, a support plate supporting the rack frame, and a seismic unit supporting the support plate to separate the rack frame from the floor, wherein the seismic unit comprises: a base plate installed on the floor; a plurality of multi-degree-of-freedom rods made of a flexible material capable of elastic four-way deformation and torsion, aligned to vertically connect the base plate and the rack frame; an air tube disposed between the support plate and the base plate and inflating to adjust the height of the rack frame; a load cell installed on the base plate to support both lower sides of the air tube and measuring the load acting on the rack frame; a control unit controlling the pressure of the air tube to maintain the horizontal level of the rack frame based on load information input from the load cell; a fluid damper installed between the base plate and the support plate to dampen relative displacement due to deformation of the multi-degree-of-freedom rod; and a relative [unclear] installed on the upper part of the rack frame to respond to vibration of the rack frame. The technical concept includes a mass damper that generates motion, wherein, upon the occurrence of an earthquake, vibrations in the direction of multiple degrees of freedom are absorbed by the multi-degree-of-freedom rod, resonance is suppressed by the mass damper, vibration energy is damped by the fluid damper, and the rack frame is restored to a horizontal position by the load cell and the air tube.

[0016] The upper end of the multi-degree-of-freedom rod may be coupled to a bushing provided on the support plate, and the bushing may be made of an elastic material to enable vertical movement of the multi-degree-of-freedom rod, and the lifting action of the air tube may not be constrained by the multi-degree-of-freedom rod.

[0017] The above multi-degree-of-freedom rod, the fluid damper, and the mass damper can each perform multi-degree-of-freedom vibration absorption, vibration damping, and resonance suppression, and the load cell and air tube can be controlled by the control unit to perform horizontal restoration based on the load of the rack frame.

[0018] The above mass damper may include a guide rail installed on the upper surface of the rack frame, a mass body slidably coupled to the guide rail, a return spring connected to elastically restore the mass body, and a damping part connected to dampen the relative kinetic energy of the mass body. Effects of the invention

[0019] According to the present invention implemented with the above-described solution, the following effects can be expected.

[0020] First, the mass damper can effectively suppress resonance occurring in the natural frequency range of the rack frame by forming relative motion with opposite phase to the rack frame due to the inertia of the mass body when vibration occurs in the rack frame, thereby reducing the maximum amplitude of vibration and significantly reducing the dynamic load transmitted to precision equipment.

[0021] Second, the fluid damper continuously dampens the vibration energy transmitted to the rack frame by converting and dissipating kinetic energy into thermal energy through viscous resistance according to relative displacement, thereby reducing vibration damping time, overshoot, and residual vibration.

[0022] Third, the load cell measures the load distribution acting on the rack frame in real time to precisely determine the tilt state of the rack frame; by immediately recognizing the unbalanced state of the rack frame, it can provide an accurate feedback signal for active control.

[0023] Fourth, since no separate manual adjustment is required due to the active restoration function, maintenance costs can be reduced. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0025] In order to fully understand the present invention, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the attached drawings.

[0026] Embodiments of the present invention may be modified in various forms, and the scope of the present invention should not be interpreted as being limited to the embodiments described in detail below. These embodiments are provided to more fully explain the present invention to those with average knowledge in the art.

[0027] Accordingly, it should be noted that the shapes of components depicted in the drawings may be exaggerated to emphasize clearer explanations, and that identical members may be shown with the same reference numeral in each drawing.

[0028] In addition, detailed descriptions of known functions and configurations that are deemed to unnecessarily obscure the essence of the invention may be omitted.

[0029] A railway communication precision safety diagnosis management and maintenance system with seismic function according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a rack frame (100), a support plate (200), and a seismic unit (300).

[0030] A rack frame (100) is equipped with equipment such as multiple computers that diagnose and process railway communications.

[0031] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a horizontally flat rack plate (110) is provided at the bottom of the rack frame (100).

[0032] Here, the computer plays the role of determining and processing speed, location information, and power status information in the event of a line or vehicle failure, based on signals input from a power analyzer that receives and analyzes overhead line voltage, a signal converter, a vehicle speed detection unit, and a location information detection unit.

[0033] The support plate (200) serves to support the lower part of the rack frame (100).

[0034] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the support plate (200) is bolted to the lower part of the rack plate (110).

[0035] An upper rod hole (210) is formed in the support plate (200) so that a male screw provided at the top of the multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) passes through it, and this male screw is screwed into a nut (NT).

[0036] The upper rod hole (210) may be formed in multiple locations adjacent to at least four corners of the support plate (200).

[0037] A bushing (220) having elastic force can be coupled to the upper rod hole (210) to allow Z-axis movement of the multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320).

[0038] The seismic unit (300) supports the support plate (200) to separate the rack frame (100) from the floor (ER) and effectively absorbs multi-directional vibrations caused by earthquakes or external sources.

[0039] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the seismic unit (300) may include a base plate (310), a multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320), an air tube (330), a load cell (340), a control unit (350), a fluid damper (370), and a mass damper (380).

[0040] The base plate (310) is installed on the floor (ER) and forms the foundation of the seismic unit (300).

[0041] The base plate (310) is installed so as to be fixed to the excavated floor (ER) as shown in FIG. 1. A lower rod hole (311) is formed in the base plate (310) through which a male screw provided at the bottom of a multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) passes, and this male screw is screwed into a nut (NT). The lower rod hole (311) may be formed in multiple numbers at the four corner points of the base plate (310) to correspond to the upper rod hole (210). A counterboring (312) may be machined on the bottom surface of the base plate (310) so that a nut (NT) is embedded.

[0042] The multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) vertically connects the base plate (310) and the rack frame (100) and is made of a flexible material that can elastically deform and restore in multiple directions (X, Y, Z, Pitch, Roll, Yaw) when an earthquake or external vibration occurs.

[0043] Referring to FIG. 2, the upper and lower ends of the multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) are provided with male screws and are connected to the support plate (200) and base plate (310) by screw coupling with a nut (NT). The upper end of the multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) is allowed to move relative to the Z-axis direction by means of a bushing (220) coupled to the upper rod hole (210), and accordingly, the multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) does not restrict the lifting action by the air tube (330).

[0044] The multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) is composed of multiple rods aligned to vertically connect at least four corner points of the support plate (200) and the base plate (310).

[0045] The multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) has a structure capable of responding to translational and rotational motions caused by external forces through bending, torsion, and local rotational deformation. In short, the multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) includes left-right bending deformation in the X-axis direction, front-back bending deformation in the Y-axis direction, torsion deformation around the Z-axis (Yaw), left-right tilting deformation relative to the X-axis (Roll), and front-back tilting deformation relative to the Y-axis (Pitch).

[0046] These multi-degree-of-freedom rods (320) are deformed by multi-directional vibrations transmitted to the rack frame (100) when an earthquake occurs, and then absorb the shock first, and then return to their original position when the external force is removed.

[0047] The air tube (330) is positioned between the support plate (200) and the base plate (310) and expands and contracts to adjust the height (Z-axis direction) of the rack frame (100).

[0048] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the air tube (330) is positioned so as to be located in the center between the support plate (200) and the base plate (310). At this time, multi-degree-of-freedom rods (320) are positioned on both the left and right sides of the air tube (330). Optionally, the air tube (330) may consist of a plurality of air tubes positioned to be aligned between the support plate (200) and the base plate (310).

[0049] The air tube (330) expands or contracts by air pressure supplied from a pneumatic supply unit (360) connected to a supply pipe (362), and a pneumatic valve (361) is installed in the supply pipe (362) to control the supply of air pressure according to the control of the control unit (350).

[0050] These air tubes (330) expand or contract based on the load value measured by the load cell (340) when an earthquake occurs, automatically correcting the horizontal alignment of the rack frame (100).

[0051] The load cell (340) measures the load acting on the rack frame (100) and converts the measured signal into an electrical signal and outputs it to the control unit (350).

[0052] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the load cell (340) is installed on the base plate (310) to support both lower sides of the air tube (330).

[0053] The load cell (340) measures the load delivered to each point of the rack frame (100) to detect tilt and imbalance.

[0054] For example, in a normal state, the left and right loads of the rack frame (100) are equal, but when an earthquake occurs, the load increasing on one side is measured by the load cell (340), and the difference between the left and right loads is detected and transmitted to the control unit (350), thereby automatically correcting the horizontal alignment of the rack frame (100) through the pneumatic adjustment of the air tube (330).

[0055] The control unit (350) controls the pneumatic supply of the air tube (330) based on load information input from the load cell (340) to maintain the horizontal level of the rack frame (100).

[0056] The fluid damper (370) dampens the relative displacement caused by the deformation of the multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) by converting kinetic energy into thermal energy using the viscous resistance of the fluid.

[0057] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the fluid damper (370) is composed of a plurality of units installed between the base plate (310) and the support plate (200) so as to be adjacent to the two multi-degree-of-freedom rods (320).

[0058] These fluid dampers (370) dampen deformation vibrations of the multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320), horizontal movement of the rack frame (100), and secondary vibrations caused by elastic repulsion of the air tube (330).

[0059] The mass damper (380) generates relative motion corresponding to the vibration of the rack frame (100) to cancel out vibration energy.

[0060] Referring to FIG. 1, the mass damper (380) is installed on the upper part of the rack frame (100).

[0061] Referring to FIG. 2, the mass damper (380) includes a guide rail (381) installed on the upper surface of the rack frame (100), a mass body (382) slidably coupled to the guide rail (381), a restoring spring (383) that elastically restores the mass body (382), and a damping part (384) that dampens the relative kinetic energy of the mass body (382).

[0062] Optionally, the mass damper (380) may include a plurality of mass bodies (382) that operate independently in the X-axis and Y-axis directions, respectively, to respond to horizontal vibrations of the rack frame (100).

[0063] This mass damper (380) can stabilize the structure of the rack frame (100) by generating relative motion against horizontal vibrations of the rack frame (100) to suppress resonance.

[0064] The seismic unit (300) according to the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above operates such that when an earthquake or external vibration occurs, each component interacts with one another to absorb multi-degree-of-freedom vibrations and stabilize the rack frame (100).

[0065] First, when the floor (ER) vibrates due to an earthquake, the base plate (310) receives the same vibration while fixed to the floor (ER). At this time, since the rack frame (100) is positioned as a floating structure spaced apart from the base plate (310), the vibration is not transmitted directly, but is transmitted indirectly through an earthquake-resistant platform including a multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) and an air tube (330).

[0066] And since the multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) is made of a flexible material, it causes bending and torsional deformation in response to complex vibrations in the horizontal direction (X-axis and Y-axis) and rotational direction (Roll, Pitch, Yaw) caused by an earthquake. Since this deformation performs a primary cushioning function against external forces, it reduces the impact transmitted to the rack frame (100).

[0067] At the same time, the fluid damper (370) arranged in parallel with the multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) provides viscous resistance to the relative displacement occurring between the support plate (200) and the base plate (310) according to the deformation of the multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320), so that vibration energy is converted into thermal energy and dissipated, thereby increasing the vibration damping rate and effectively reducing the transient response and residual vibration of the rack frame (100).

[0068] Meanwhile, the mass damper (380) generates inertial motion in opposite phase to the vibration of the rack frame. That is, when the rack frame vibrates in a specific direction, the mass (382) moves in a relatively opposite direction to cancel out the vibration, so the resonance phenomenon is suppressed and the maximum amplitude of the vibration is reduced.

[0069] At the same time, when tilting occurs in the rack frame (100) due to an earthquake, the load cells (340) positioned on the lower left and right sides of the air tube (330) detect changes in the load acting on each point in real time. For example, if the rack frame (100) tilts in one direction, the load measured by the load cell (340) in that direction increases, and the load in the opposite direction decreases.

[0070] Then, the control unit (350) analyzes the load information input from the load cell (340) to determine the tilt state of the rack frame (100) and adjusts the internal pressure of the air tube (330) accordingly. That is, the pressure of the air tube (330) on the side where the load has increased is raised, and the pressure on the opposite side is relatively lowered, thereby restoring the rack frame to a horizontal state.

[0071] In this process, the air tube (330) supports the load in the Z-axis direction of the rack frame (100) and simultaneously performs a lifting action by actively expanding and contracting due to pressure changes. At this time, since the upper end of the multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320) is slidably connected through the bushing (220), the vertical movement of the air tube (330) is not restricted, and horizontal and rotational deformation can be performed independently of movement in the Z-axis direction.

[0072] Accordingly, the present invention enables the absorption of multi-degree-of-freedom vibrations by a multi-degree-of-freedom rod (320), vibration damping by a fluid damper (370), resonance suppression by a mass damper (380), and active horizontal restoration by a load cell (340) and an air tube (330) to operate organically with one another, thereby maintaining the stability of the rack frame and preventing equipment malfunction even in complex external force environments such as earthquakes.

[0073] To elaborate, the mass damper (380) generates relative motion of opposite phase to the vibration of the rack frame (100) to suppress resonance, the fluid damper (370) dampens vibration energy through viscous resistance according to relative displacement, and the load cell (340) detects the load distribution in real time to determine the tilt state of the rack frame (100) and enables control of the air tube (330), thereby allowing each component to work together to simultaneously suppress vibration and restore horizontal movement.

[0074] The embodiments of the present invention described above are merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will readily understand that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible therefrom.

[0075] Therefore, it can be well understood that the present invention is not limited only to the forms mentioned in the detailed description above.

[0076] Accordingly, the true scope of technical protection of the present invention should be determined by the technical concept of the appended claims, and the present invention should be understood to include all variations, equivalents, and substitutions within the scope of the technical concept defined by the appended claims.
