Abstract
An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device may include a housing; a display disposed within the housing; and a circuit board assembly disposed within the housing. The circuit board assembly may include a first substrate, a second substrate, a first component disposed on a second surface of the first substrate, and a first interposer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and extending from a third surface of the second substrate to a second surface of the first substrate to surround the first component. The first substrate includes a first conductive pad exposed through a first surface of the first substrate and a first protective layer formed on the first surface and surrounding the first conductive pad, wherein the first conductive pad may protrude beyond the first protective layer with respect to the first surface of the first substrate. Other embodiments are possible.
