Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a cleaning device for cleaning and dredging drainage pipes. More specifically, it relates to a cleaning device for cleaning and dredging drainage pipes that forms a return port in the discharge port of some of the cylinders of a motor comprising a plurality of cylinders to transfer cleaning water back to a water tank. Background Technology
[0002] The content described in this section merely provides background information regarding the present disclosure and does not constitute prior art.
[0003] Drainage pipes are installed in living areas such as buildings, industrial facilities, and public infrastructure. Drainage pipes generally include sewage pipes that handle wastewater generated from washbasins, sinks, bathrooms, and toilets, as well as stormwater pipes that handle rainwater. Once installed, drainage pipes are used for a long period. Over time, foreign substances such as sludge, organic matter, and oil residue gradually accumulate inside the pipes. These accumulated substances reduce the internal cross-sectional area of the pipes and can cause problems such as drainage failure, backflow, malodor, and pests. In particular, pipes installed in commercial kitchens, sewage treatment facilities, and large plants require periodic cleaning due to the accumulation of solids or the solidification of oil.
[0004] High-pressure flushing water is required to effectively remove foreign matter from inside drainage pipes, and flushing devices are widely used. A flushing device generally consists of a water tank, a high-pressure pump, a hose, and a nozzle. The high-pressure pump applies high pressure to the flushing water. By using the nozzle to spray the flushing water at high speed, contaminants attached to the inner walls of the pipe are detached, thereby cleaning the drainage pipe.
[0005] Drainage pipes installed in buildings or industrial facilities typically have a length of several meters or more. Depending on the installation environment, drainage pipes often have numerous bends. To clean the drainage pipes, a cleaning hose must be inserted deep inside the pipe, after which high-pressure cleaning water must be sprayed.
[0006] The cleaning hose is made of a flexible material so that it can be inserted along the path of a curved pipe and can be easily used and organized by the user. However, this flexibility causes problems such as hose coiling or kinking in curved sections, increased friction with the wall of the drain pipe, and reduced straight insertion force. The problem to be solved
[0007] The main purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a cleaning device for drainage pipe cleaning and dredging that allows a cleaning hose to be easily inserted to a deep position within the drainage pipe.
[0008] The problems that this disclosure aims to solve are not limited to those mentioned above, and other unmentioned problems will be clearly understood by a person skilled in the art from the description below. means of solving the problem

[0019] The description of the invention disclosed below, together with the accompanying drawings, is intended to describe exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure and is not intended to represent the only embodiment in which the present disclosure may be practiced.
[0020] FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a cleaning device for drainpipe cleaning (100) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a pump (110) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 3 is a front schematic diagram of a cleaning device for drainpipe cleaning (100) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0021] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a cleaning device (100) for cleaning and dredging drainage pipes according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a pump (110), a suction hose (130), a cleaning hose (140), a cleaning nozzle (150), a return hose (160), and a reservoir (170).
[0022] The pump (110) is a device that suctions fluid and discharges it at high pressure. For cleaning the drainage pipe, the pump (110) must be able to discharge cleaning fluid at high pressure. The pump (110) may be a cylinder pump or a plunger pump. In a cylinder pump, a piston placed inside a cylinder reciprocates to suction and discharge fluid. When the piston retracts, fluid flows into the cylinder via the suction port of the cylinder, and when the piston advances, the fluid is discharged to the outside via the discharge port. In a plunger pump, the plunger reciprocates through a fixed seal to suction and discharge fluid. The plunger retracts to suction fluid, and the plunger advances to discharge fluid. The following description is based on a cylinder pump, but can also be applied to a plunger pump.
[0023] The pump (110) may be a multiple pump composed of three or more stages. For example, the pump (110) may be a three-stage, four-stage, or five-stage pump. The pump (110) includes a plurality of cylinders. Pistons inside the cylinders operate by reciprocating sequentially with a phase difference. Each cylinder of the n-stage pump operates sequentially with a phase difference that divides 360° into n equal parts. For example, in the case of a three-stage pump, each cylinder operates sequentially with a phase difference of 120°, in the case of a four-stage pump, 90°, and in the case of a five-stage pump, 72°. The following description is based on a three-stage pump, but it may also be applied to multi-stage pumps that are not three stages.
[0024] The inlet port (111) is connected to the inlet hose (130). The inlet hose (130) is connected to a tank (170) that stores washing water, and the tank (170) is positioned apart from the housing (300). When the pump (110) is operated, the washing water stored in the tank (170) is transferred to the inlet port (111) via the inlet hose (130). The inlet hose (130) may be installed at the bottom of the tank (170). This is to ensure that washing water can be stably sucked in even if the water level inside the tank (170) drops.
[0025] When the pistons of the first cylinder (112), the second cylinder (113), and the third cylinder (114) retract sequentially with a phase difference, the cleaning water is sucked into the suction port of each cylinder. When the first cylinder (112), the second cylinder (113), and the third cylinder (114) advance sequentially, the cleaning water is discharged into the discharge port of each cylinder. Each discharge port is connected to a common passage such as a manifold and connected to a single discharge port (118).
[0026] A cleaning hose (140) is connected to the discharge port (118). The cleaning hose (140) has an extended length so that it can be inserted deep inside the drain pipe. The cleaning hose (140) can be made of rubber, polyurethane, polyethylene, or a similar flexible material. Accordingly, the cleaning hose (140) can be smoothly inserted into the interior of the drain pipe that has a curvature.
[0027] A cleaning nozzle (150) is attached to the end of the cleaning hose (140). The cleaning nozzle (150) can spray cooling water in the rearward direction in which the cleaning hose (140) is attached. The cleaning nozzle (150) can move the cleaning hose (140) into the drain pipe by utilizing the force of spraying cooling water in the rearward direction. The cleaning nozzle (150) may be a rear jet nozzle that only faces the rear.
[0028] According to one embodiment, the cleaning nozzle (150) may be a variable nozzle. The nozzle spraying direction or spraying type can be switched using a wire formed inside the cleaning hose (140) and connected to the cleaning nozzle (150). When entering the interior of the drainage pipe, a rear spraying nozzle is used, and when entry is completed, it can be switched to a different type of nozzle.
[0029] The cleaning nozzle (150) enters the drain pipe and may repeatedly collide with the inner wall of the drain pipe. To prevent damage to the cleaning nozzle (150) and the drain pipe, the cleaning nozzle (150) may be covered with a shock-absorbing material such as rubber or polyurethane.
[0030] A return port (119) may be formed in the third discharge port (117). The return port (119) is connected to a return hose (160). The return hose (160) is connected to a water tank (170) to transfer the cleaning water discharged from the third piston (116) to the water tank (170). The return port (119) is not limited to the third cylinder (114) but may also be formed in the first cylinder (112) and the second cylinder (113). The return ports (119) formed in the first cylinder (112) and the second cylinder (113) are identical to the return port (119) formed in the third discharge port (117), and a detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0031] According to one embodiment, the return hose (160) is connected to the upper part of the water tank (170) to prevent backflow of washing water from the water tank (170) to the pump (110). However, when washing water flows into the water tank (170) from the upper part of the water tank (170), bubbles may be generated by falling water. If bubbles generated by falling water enter the inside of the pump (110), problems such as a decrease in the suction power of the pump (110), a decrease in discharge pressure due to bubble compression, an increase in vibration and noise, and wear of the cylinder may occur.
[0032] When the water level in the tank (170) drops below a certain level, the pump (110) can draw in air instead of washing water. Therefore, an allowable minimum level is set in the tank (170). To prevent the generation of bubbles caused by falling water, the return hose (160) may be connected at a position lower than the allowable minimum level of the tank (170). The return port (119) may include a check valve that opens only in the direction toward the tank (170). This is to prevent washing water from flowing back from the tank (170) toward the pump (110).
[0033] Since a return port (119) is formed in the third discharge port (117), the cleaning water pressurized by the third piston (116) advancing flows into the return port (119), either partially or entirely. The flow rate of cleaning water flowing into the discharge port (118) from one of the three pistons having a phase difference is reduced. Therefore, the cleaning water sprayed from the cleaning nozzle (150) is not sprayed continuously, but rather periodic pulsation occurs. The cleaning hose (140) and the cleaning nozzle (150) can rapidly enter deep into the drainage pipe by utilizing the propulsive force resulting from the pulsating spraying of cleaning water. That is, the cleaning nozzle (150) and the cleaning hose (140) are propelled discontinuously and enter the inside of the drainage pipe. According to the pulsating spraying method, the entry speed of the cleaning hose is improved compared to the method of spraying cleaning water continuously, and it can easily enter sections with severe curvature and efficiently break through sections where foreign matter has accumulated.
[0034] The pump (110) includes a return valve (120) capable of opening or closing a return port (119). When inserting a cleaning hose (140) into the drain pipe, the return port (119) is opened to spray cleaning water discontinuously. After inserting the cleaning hose (140) to a position desired by the user, the return valve (120) can be closed to allow cleaning water to be sprayed continuously.
[0035] A return valve (120) may be formed at the lower end of the third discharge port (117). The return port (119) can be opened or closed by raising or lowering the return valve (120) in the vertical direction. This is because, when the pump (110) includes a plurality of return ports (119), the return valve (120) must be operated in the vertical direction to prevent interference between the return valves (120).
[0036] According to one embodiment, when the return port (119) is opened, the third discharge port (117) facing the discharge port (118) may be closed. When the return port (119) is closed, the third discharge port (117) facing the discharge port (118) may be opened.
[0037] FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a high-pressure cleaning device (100) for cleaning drain pipes installed in a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0038] Drainage pipes are installed in living areas such as buildings, industrial facilities, and public infrastructure. Since the drainage pipes that need cleaning must be visited and cleaned, the high-pressure cleaning device (100) for cleaning drainage pipes must be able to be mounted on a vehicle.
[0039] The high-pressure cleaning device (100) for cleaning drainage pipes includes, in addition to the pump (110), suction hose (130), cleaning hose (140), cleaning nozzle (150), return hose (160), and water tank (170), devices such as an engine, battery, and fuel tank for driving the pump (110). By arranging devices such as the pump (110), engine, and battery inside the housing (300), space efficiency can be increased and convenience of use can be improved.
[0040] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, a high-pressure cleaning device (100) for cleaning drainage pipes can be mounted on a vehicle in which one side or both sides can be opened. The high-pressure cleaning device (100) for cleaning drainage pipes can be used by opening one side of the vehicle while mounted on the vehicle. The direction in which the vehicle is opened is called the first direction, and the direction facing the front of the vehicle is called the second direction.
[0041] The return hose (160) can be extended outside through the housing (300) so as not to interfere with other devices inside the housing (300). The return hose (160) can be connected to the water tank (170) by passing through the return hose opening (310) formed at the bottom of the first direction of the housing (300). The return hose (160) can be pressed into and connected to the return hose opening (310). The return hose (160) can be connected to the return hose opening (310) by a screw connection method. The return hose opening (310) secures the return hose (160) to reduce the flow of the return hose (160) that occurs when the pump (110) is operated and the return port (119) is open.
[0042] The cleaning hose (140) can be extended outside through the housing (300) so as not to interfere with other devices inside the housing. The cleaning hose (140) can be connected to a water tank (170) by passing through a cleaning hose opening (320) formed at the bottom of the second direction of the housing (300). The cleaning hose (140) can be pressed into and connected to the cleaning hose opening (320). The cleaning hose (140) can be connected to the cleaning hose opening (320) by a screw connection method. The cleaning hose (140) is connected to the cleaning hose opening (320) to reduce the flow of the cleaning hose (140) that occurs when the pump (110) is operated.
[0043] The suction hose (130) is connected to the pump (110) perpendicular to the direction in which the discharge port is formed. According to one embodiment, the suction hose (130) may be connected to the pump (110) in a third direction opposite to the first direction. By positioning it differently from the return hose (160) and the cleaning hose (140), interference between devices can be prevented and maintenance can be facilitated.
