Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an oxygen supply device for supplying oxygen into the interior of a building, and more specifically, to an oxygen supply device that includes a replaceable air freshener, which allows the user to perceive the supply status of colorless and odorless oxygen through scent, thereby increasing the reliability of the operation of the oxygen supply device and promoting physical, mental, and emotional health and happiness for the user through aromatherapy. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, the effects of oxygen deficiency on the human body have been well known through various papers and news reports.

[0003] For example, a lack of oxygen can cause serious impairment in brain function, leading to headaches, memory loss, senility, and cerebral softening, as well as a decline in liver function and slowed blood circulation.

[0004] In particular, when a person drinks alcohol, the alcohol breaks down into acetaldehyde, which is then further broken down into carbon dioxide and water; this process requires three molecules of oxygen. Therefore, the more alcohol a person drinks, the more oxygen is required, and the greater the oxygen deficiency becomes.

[0005] In addition, general drinkers often engage in excessive smoking along with drinking. Smoking increases the body's need for oxygen while hindering the smooth supply of oxygen through the lungs, so the combination of drinking and smoking causes an excessive oxygen deficiency in the body. Therefore, there is a need to supply a larger amount of oxygen to drinkers, especially those who also smoke.

[0006] Recently, methods using oxygen generators to produce and supply oxygen indoors have also been employed. An oxygen generator is a mechanical device that separates air drawn in from the outside into oxygen and non-oxygen gases, and various types have been developed. Methods for generating oxygen from such generators include the Pressure Swing Adsorption method using adsorbents and the Gas Separation Membrane method utilizing differences in gas diffusion and permeation rates.

[0007] Furthermore, an oxygen supply device is a system for supplying oxygen generated from an oxygen generator to a desired location, and such an oxygen supply device includes an oxygen generator, an oxygen supply line for accurately and safely supplying the oxygen generated from the generator to the desired location, and a controller.

[0008] Such an oxygen supply device can be applied to residential homes and office spaces in buildings, and aims to provide a comfortable environment by maintaining the oxygen concentration in the location at an optimal level.

[0009] However, conventionally, when oxygen is supplied into the room through an oxygen dispenser in accordance with the operation of the oxygen supply device, the user is visually informed of the oxygen supply status through the lighting provided by the dispenser; yet, because the oxygen supplied into the room is colorless and odorless, users lack confidence in whether the oxygen is being supplied accurately, which undermines the reliability of the oxygen supply device and ultimately causes a decrease in consumer purchasing intent. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0034] The configuration and operation according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.

[0035] This is intended to provide a detailed explanation sufficient for a person skilled in the art to easily implement the contents of the present invention, and does not imply that the technical concept and scope of the present invention are limited thereby.

[0036] In addition, when assigning reference numerals to the components of each drawing, it should be noted that they are indicated by the same numeral. Furthermore, terms specifically defined in consideration of the configuration and operation of the present invention may vary according to the intent or convention of the user or operator, and the definition of such terms should be determined based on the content throughout this specification.

[0037] First, an oxygen supply device including a replaceable air freshener according to one embodiment of the present invention can be broadly classified into an oxygen generator that generates oxygen, an oxygen supply line that moves the generated oxygen to an oxygen discharger and supplies power required for the oxygen discharger, an oxygen discharger installed indoors, a controller that controls the oxygen supplied indoors through the oxygen discharger, and a replaceable air freshener installed in the oxygen supply line. Each component will be examined in more detail below with reference to the illustrated drawings.

[0038] First, the oxygen generator (100) is,

[0039] When an oxygen generating device is used in a relatively small space such as a house, a Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) method may be used. For example, it may be configured to include an oxygen concentrator equipped with an adsorption tower made of a zeolite adsorbent and an air compressor that supplies compressed air to the oxygen concentrator. Concentrated oxygen can be generated by adsorbing a relatively dominant amount of nitrogen within the adsorption tower due to the difference in adsorption capacity from the compressed air supplied into the oxygen concentrator.

[0040] And the concentrated oxygen is supplied to where it is needed via the oxygen storage tank (110), and the nitrogen adsorbed in the adsorption tower can be separated from the adsorption tower when the air pressure applied to the adsorption tower is released and becomes atmospheric pressure.

[0041] In such an oxygen generator (100), air is compressed to a pressure between 2.5 and 3.5 atmospheres and supplied to an oxygen concentrator, and nitrogen adsorbed in the oxygen concentrator is desorbed and discharged under atmospheric pressure.

[0042] In addition, when used in relatively large spaces such as office buildings, oxygen can be separated from atmospheric nitrogen using the Vacuum Swing Adsorption (VSA) method.

[0043] This allows oxygen to be concentrated as a relatively large amount of nitrogen is adsorbed onto the adsorption tower while passing through an oxygen concentrator under atmospheric pressure, and the nitrogen adsorbed onto the adsorption tower can then be desorbed and separated by maintaining a vacuum inside the oxygen concentrator.

[0044] Meanwhile, the oxygen generator (100) may include an air purification unit to remove foreign substances and odors from the air drawn into the interior as needed. For example, a HEPA filter, a fine dust removal filter, or both may be installed in the intake unit that introduces air into the interior of the oxygen generator (100), and the concentrated oxygen may be configured to pass through a separate ultrafine dust removal filter before being released into the room.

[0045] Additionally, the oxygen generator (100) may further include a dehumidification unit to remove moisture generated during the oxygen concentration process as needed, and may also further include a sterilization unit to irradiate the oxygen being moved into the room with ultraviolet rays of a wavelength of 250 to 280 nm so that the oxygen is moved into the room in a sterilized state.

[0046] Here, the air purification unit, dehumidification unit, or sterilization unit described above may be provided in the oxygen discharge unit (300) described later, rather than inside the oxygen generator (100).

[0047] In addition, a magnetization generator may be installed in the oxygen storage tank (110) where oxygen concentrated from the oxygen generator (100) is temporarily stored to convert the stored oxygen into highly reactive oxygen and move it into the room.

[0048] Here, the magnetization generating unit can be configured such that, for example, a permanent magnet with an N pole is installed on the upper surface of the oxygen storage tank (110) and a permanent magnet with an S pole is installed on the lower surface of the oxygen storage tank (110), thereby causing the oxygen stored in the oxygen storage tank (110) to be placed within the magnetic field range of the permanent magnets so that the oxygen is magnetized. The magnetized oxygen can act as an ion compared to ordinary oxygen and can also be expected to have a deodorizing effect, thereby allowing fresher oxygen to be supplied indoors.

[0049] The oxygen supply line (200) is,

[0050] The oxygen supply line (200) connects the oxygen generator (100) and the oxygen discharger (300) to each other and may be composed of an oxygen pipe (210) that moves oxygen generated from the oxygen generator (100) to the oxygen discharger (300) and an LED wire (220) that connects the power supply unit (120) of the oxygen generator (100) and the oxygen discharger (300) to supply power for lighting, etc. of the oxygen discharger (300).

[0051] And the oxygen supply line (200) can be installed through the interior of the ceiling or wall so that external exposure is minimized, and in environments where it is difficult to install through the interior of the ceiling or wall, it can be processed using molding, etc., and can also be installed through electrical, communication lines or air conditioning lines installed in the building.

[0052] In preparation for the occurrence of a fire, this oxygen supply line (200) may be configured by wrapping the oxygen pipe (210) and LED wire (220) with fire-resistant fabric or mica tape that satisfies fire-resistant properties.

[0053] And the oxygen pipe (210) and LED wire (220), which are formed by wrapping with fireproof fabric, can subsequently be formed by wrapping with a fireproof coating (250) in an extrusion molding method using equipment such as a coated wire extruder.

[0054] In addition, as another embodiment, the oxygen pipe (210) and the LED wire (220) may be configured such that a fire-resistant coating is wrapped around the outside of the flexible corrugated pipe while they are installed in the flexible corrugated pipe, or the oxygen pipe (210) and the LED wire (220) may be configured such that they are each wrapped in a fire-resistant fabric and then wrapped in a fire-resistant coating after being installed in the flexible corrugated pipe.

[0055] The oxygen discharger (300) is,

[0056] It is a device that is connected to an oxygen supply line (200) and installed indoors, and discharges oxygen into the room through the oxygen pipe (210) of the oxygen supply line (200).

[0057] The oxygen discharger may include a lighting means, and the lighting means is connected to the power supply unit (120) of the oxygen generator (100) through the LED wire (220) of the oxygen supply line (200), so that the lighting means operates in accordance with the operation of the oxygen discharger (300), and the operating status of the oxygen discharger (300) can be visually checked.

[0058] In addition, if the oxygen discharger (300) also functions as a humidifier, a drive motor for driving the vibrator may be configured to be connected to the power supply unit (120) of the oxygen generator (100) through an LED wire (220).

[0059] These oxygen dischargers (300) do not need to be fixed in any one form and may be configured as a ceiling-type discharger installed on the ceiling, a wall-type bubble discharger installed on the wall, a stand-type discharger that can be placed on a desired location and moved nearby, or a wall-type communication outlet discharger using a wall-type communication outlet installed on the wall.

[0060] The controller (400) is,

[0061] It is a device installed on one side of the room to control the operation and driving of the oxygen generator (100).

[0062] The controller (400) can be connected to the control unit (130) of the oxygen generator (100) via a wire through the controller wire (410), and if necessary, a receiving module can be placed in the control unit (130) of the oxygen generator (100) and a transmitting module capable of communicating with such a receiving module can be placed in the controller (400) so that the oxygen generator (100) can be driven and operated wirelessly through the controller (400).

[0063] Meanwhile, in the case of the oxygen pipe (210) connecting the oxygen storage tank (110) of the oxygen generator (100) and the indoor oxygen discharger (300), the LED wire (220) connecting the power supply unit (120) of the oxygen generator (100) and the indoor oxygen discharger (300), and the controller wire (410) connecting the control unit (130) of the oxygen generator (100) and the controller (400), they may be configured in an undivided state, but in order to facilitate installation when laid through the interior of the wall and ceiling to minimize external exposure, a branching point (600) is placed in one place indoors, preferably inside the ceiling that is opened by cutting a part of the ceiling, and the oxygen pipe (210), LED wire (220), and controller wire (410) that have been divided using this branching point (600) are connected to the oxygen generator (100) and By connecting to each oxygen discharger (300), it is possible to facilitate the installation of oxygen pipes (210), LED wires (220), or controller wires (410) through the branching point (600).

[0064] The fragrance (500) is,

[0065] It is installed on the oxygen pipe (210) constituting the aforementioned oxygen supply line (200) to allow a specific scent to be included in the oxygen traveling along the oxygen pipe (210).

[0066] When the air freshener (500) is installed on the oxygen pipe (210), the oxygen pipe (210) is divided into two parts, and the two divided parts are connected to each other on both sides of the air freshener (500), so that oxygen moves from one divided oxygen pipe (210) through the interior of the air freshener (500) to the other divided oxygen pipe (210), and as the oxygen passes through the interior of the air freshener (500), the scent of the scent member is included in the oxygen due to the scent member provided inside the air freshener (500).

[0067] In a specific embodiment, the air freshener (500) comprises a cylindrical body (510) having a space (514) of a predetermined size so as to accommodate at least one fragrance element inside, a first connecting part (511) configured such that one part of the first connecting pipe (511a) can be connected to the end of a divided oxygen pipe (210), and the other side oppositely configured with a first fastening cap (511b) so as to be detachably coupled to one end of the body (510), a second connecting part (512) configured such that one part of the second connecting pipe (512a) can be connected to the end of a divided oxygen pipe (210), and the other side oppositely configured with a second fastening cap (512b) so as to be detachably coupled to the other end of the body (510), and is installed across the center of the internal space (514) of the body (510), wherein one side is the aforementioned It may be configured as a movable tube (513) that is connected to the first connecting tube (511a) on the inside of the first connecting part (511) and connected to the second connecting tube (512a) on the inside of the second connecting part (512) described above, and has a plurality of through holes (514) provided at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction on the outer circumference.

[0068] Here, the body (510) can be configured in various shapes, without needing to be fixed in any one shape such as a cylinder, a square prism, or a polygonal prism.

[0069] In addition, for the first connecting part (511), the first connecting pipe (511a) and the first fastening cap (511b) may be configured to be assembled separately or integrally formed with each other, and the first connecting part (511) may be configured such that a female screw part is formed on the inner surface of the first fastening cap (511b) and a male screw part is formed on the outer surface of one end of the body (510) so that the first connecting part (511) can be detachably attached to one end of the body (510), and so that they can be screw-coupled with each other.

[0070] Additionally, the second connecting part (512) may be configured such that the second connecting pipe (512a) and the second fastening cap (512b) are separated and assembled together, or they may be configured as a single unit. Furthermore, so that the second connecting part (512) can be detachably attached to the other end of the body (510), a female screw part may be formed on the inner surface of the second fastening cap (512b), and a male screw part may be formed on the outer surface of the other end of the body (510) so that they can be screw-coupled together.

[0071] And the transfer pipe (513) may be configured as a pipe body of a predetermined length so as to transfer oxygen flowing in from one oxygen pipe (210) to the other oxygen pipe (210) at a pressure of approximately 2 ba, and as a plurality of through holes (514) are formed at regular intervals on the outer surface of the transfer pipe (513), when oxygen moves along the transfer pipe (513), the fragrance of the fragrance member provided in the space (514) of the body (510) flows into these through holes (514), and the fragrance flowing into the interior of the transfer pipe (513) through the through holes (514) is discharged to the other oxygen pipe (210) together with the air moving along the transfer pipe (513) at a constant pressure, so that oxygen and fragrance can eventually be discharged into the room together through the oxygen discharger (300).

[0072] Here, the movable tube (513) may be composed of multiple tubes with different sizes or numbers of holes (514), rather than just one. Since the amount of fragrance contained in the oxygen decreases as the size or number of holes decreases, it is desirable to select and use a movable tube (513) with an appropriate size and number of holes, taking into account the amount of fragrance contained in the oxygen discharged into the room through the oxygen discharger, the total time the fragrance is provided, and the size of the room space.

[0073] In addition, it is preferable to configure the first fitting groove (511c) to be formed on the inside of the first connecting part (511) to which both ends of the movable pipe (513) are joined, and the second fitting groove (512c) to be formed on the inside of the second connecting part (512), so that both ends of the movable pipe (513) are firmly joined to the first connecting pipe (511a) and the second connecting pipe (512a) through the first fitting groove (511c) and the second fitting groove (512c) while maintaining airtightness, and if necessary, an airtight sealing member for maintaining airtightness may be further included on the inside of the first fitting groove (511c) and the second fitting groove (512c).

[0074] Meanwhile, since it is necessary for the divided oxygen pipe (210) and the other oxygen pipe (210) to be firmly fixed to the first connecting pipe (511a) and the second connecting pipe (512a), if the first connecting pipe (511a) and the second connecting pipe (512a) are configured so that their outer diameters gradually increase from the end toward the body (510), the oxygen pipe (210) and the other oxygen pipe (210) can be fixed to the first connecting pipe (511a) and the second connecting pipe (512a) in a more secure and airtight manner.

[0075] Additionally, the fragrance element installed in the space (514) of the body (510) is preferably in a solid form that reduces in volume as fragrance is emitted, and can be implemented in various forms that emit fragrance, such as a liquid form that vaporizes.

[0076] And in the case of a fragrance element installed in the space (514) of the body (510), when the expiration date has passed and no longer a fragrance is emitted, only the first connecting part (511) can be separated from the body (510), or for convenience, the first connecting part (511) and the transfer pipe (513) can be separated together, and then the fragrance element with the expired expiration date can be removed through the opening of the body (510), and a new fragrance element can be inserted and used.

[0077] In addition, the fragrance may include artificial fragrances that users can perceive pleasantly through their sense of smell, as well as natural fragrances that provide aromatherapy effects or specific fragrances with a special purpose.

[0078] For fragrances, for example, lavender scent, which is good for relaxing stiff muscles caused by stress and overwork; eucalyptus scent, which is effective for respiratory diseases, clears the mind, and relieves pain; rosemary scent, which has sterilizing and antibacterial properties, is good for soothing the skin, and is good for enhancing concentration; peppermint scent, which relieves abdominal cramps, reduces intestinal gas, treats indigestion, and relieves pain; tea tree scent, which is effective for improving sensitive skin due to its high sterilizing and disinfecting effect; chamomile scent, which relieves stress, improves insomnia and indigestion, lowers cholesterol levels, and promotes digestion; and jasmine scent, which helps with mental aspects such as anticonvulsant, blood pressure lowering, antibacterial, and antiviral properties. Additionally, geranium scent, rose scent, rosewood scent, sandalwood scent, and phytoncide scent may be used.

[0079] Meanwhile, the oxygen pipe (210) may be branched according to the number of rooms where the oxygen discharger (300) is installed, and a branching port (230) may be used for this purpose. When the oxygen supply device is for household use, the number of rooms where the oxygen discharger (300) is installed is not large, and the length from the branching port (230) to the oxygen discharger is not long. Therefore, it is preferable that the air freshener (500) be installed in a single location between the oxygen generator (100) and the branching port (230). More preferably, it may be installed on the oxygen pipe (210) so as to be exposed to the outside adjacent to the oxygen generator (100) as in FIG. 1, so that inspection or replacement repair of the air freshener (500) is easy.

[0080] In addition, in this case, the air freshener (500) may be housed in a service box (240) so that it can be protected from external influences as it is exposed to the outside, and the service box (240) may be equipped with an opening and closing door for the maintenance of the air freshener (500).

[0081] Additionally, if the internal temperature of the service box (240) rises, the fragrance component of the air freshener (500) located inside the service box (240) may be damaged due to the influence of the temperature. Therefore, to prevent the internal temperature of the service box (240) from rising, an insulating paint may be applied to the inside or outside of the service box (240) or both inside and outside to prevent the temperature from rising, or, as another example, a thermoelectric element may be installed in the service box (240) to control the temperature to an appropriate level.

[0082] In addition, a time setting unit and a wireless communication module may be installed in the service box (240), for example. In this case, when installing the air freshener (500) in the service box (240), if the installation time is entered through the time setting unit, when the time comes for the replacement of the fragrance element contained in the air freshener (500), the time setting unit sends a replacement signal to the wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module informs the user's terminal of the replacement time for the fragrance element, thereby increasing the reliability of the oxygen supply device through the appropriate replacement of the fragrance element and making maintenance of the air freshener (500) easier.

[0083] In addition, by connecting the wireless communication module to the control unit (130) of the oxygen generator (100), the user's terminal may be guided to the time for replacing the fragrance element, and at the same time, if the fragrance element is not replaced, the operation of the oxygen generator (100) may be stopped.

[0084] In addition, as the oxygen pipe (210) is branched through the branch port (230) according to the number of rooms where the oxygen discharger (300) is installed, if this oxygen supply device is for commercial use, the number of rooms where the oxygen discharger (300) is installed is large and the length from the branch port (230) to the oxygen discharger (300) is relatively longer than for household use, it is desirable to install an air freshener (500) for each oxygen pipe (210) branched from the branch port (230) as exemplified in FIG. 2.

[0085] Meanwhile, in another embodiment, a solenoid valve may be installed for each oxygen pipe (210) branched from the branch outlet (230), and these solenoid valves may be connected to the control unit (130) of the oxygen generator (100) so that only the solenoid valve selected through the control unit (130) can be operated. This configuration may be such that when there is no user in the room, the solenoid valve of the oxygen pipe (210) connected to the room is blocked, thereby preventing oxygen and fragrance from being supplied to the room where there is no user.
