Claim 1 A stamp member comprising a movable part capable of vertical movement and a fixed part; a band roller housed inside the stamp member, having a material wound in a circular shape with a plurality of bands spaced apart from each other arranged on the upper part; and an outlet for discharging the material wound on the band roller to the outside.
