Claim 1 A user terminal comprising: a user input unit; an operation control unit connected to the user input unit; an information output unit connected to the operation control unit; and a communication unit connected to the operation control unit, wherein the operation control unit, when a signal to sign up for membership without company information is input to the user input unit, transmits a unique virtual company number and a temporary company name input from the user input unit to a management server using the communication unit to perform membership registration as a virtual company, and when a signal to hire a virtual employee is input from the user input unit, outputs a virtual employee hiring screen having at least one virtual employee to the information output unit, and determines the selected virtual employee using a signal authorized from the user input unit to determine the virtual employee as being in a hired state.
