[0041] The present invention relates to a work mask primarily used in agricultural sites where pesticides are sprayed, comprising a frame portion (100), a front portion (200), and a ventilation portion (300). However, the use of the work mask according to the present invention is not limited to the agricultural sites where pesticides are sprayed as described above, and it can be used in various places where it is necessary to protect the face during work; for example, the work mask according to the present invention can be used for work such as welding.
[0042] The frame portion (100) is a part formed in the direction of the user's face when the user wears the work mask according to the present invention.
[0043] The frame portion (100) has a shape with the front and rear open, and can be manufactured from a lightweight material having a certain degree of strength.
[0044] Considering manufacturing convenience and weight, it is preferable that the frame part (100) be made of synthetic resin, but the present invention is not limited to the material of the frame part (100) being synthetic resin, and there may also be embodiments made of metal having a certain degree of rigidity.
[0045] The front portion (200) serves to open and close the open front of the frame portion (100). Since the user must continue working while wearing the work mask according to the present invention, the front portion (200) has a light transmittance of a certain degree or higher. That is, the user performs work with the front portion (200) closing the open front of the frame portion (100).
[0046] The front part (200) may be made of glass or a synthetic resin material that is transparent to a certain degree, and considering ease of operation and durability, it may be preferable for the front part (200) to be made of a transparent synthetic resin.
[0047] The type of transparent synthetic resin used to manufacture the front portion (200) may be at least one of polycarbonate, PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol), acrylic, and cellulose acetate.
[0048] The ventilation section (300) supplies air into the frame section (100). When a user wears a work mask including the frame section (100) and the front section (200), the user is bound to sweat a lot on their face depending on the temperature. The ventilation section (300) is intended to improve this situation for the user by supplying air into the frame section (100) to cool the sweat.
[0049] The work mask according to the present invention may further include a band portion (400).
[0050] The band portion (400) is formed at the rear of the frame portion (100) and serves to wrap around the back of the user's head when worn, thereby securing the frame portion (100) to the user's face. The band portion (400) may be composed of a single band, but in this embodiment, the band portion (400) may be composed of two bands. More specifically, the band portion (400) may include a first band (410) and a second band (420).
[0051] The first band (410) and the second band (420) can each have both ends connected to both sides of the rear end of the frame part (100), and can be formed in a cross shape, i.e., an X shape, or in a shape that does not cross (does not touch) each other.
[0052] The work mask according to the present invention may further include an additional protective portion (500).
[0053] The additional protective part (500) is attached to the frame part (100) and serves to protect the back of the user's head and shoulders when worn. The additional protective part (500) can be manufactured from a material such as a type of fabric and can be formed in a shape that wraps around the back of the user's head and shoulders.
[0054] A step is formed between the front part (200) and the frame part (100) to prevent pesticides from entering the inside of the mask.
[0055] The front portion (200) can be implemented in a form that includes at least one of a polarization function and an ultraviolet absorption function. This has the effect of preventing glare for the worker and protecting the eyeball from ultraviolet rays.
[0056] In order for the front portion (200) to perform polarization and ultraviolet absorption functions, a protective film (210) may be attached to the surface of the front portion (200), and the protective film (210) may perform polarization and ultraviolet absorption functions.
[0057] As another example, the front portion (200) may be manufactured from a resin containing a material that includes a polarization function and an ultraviolet absorption function, and may perform the function as described above. The material that performs the polarization function included in the resin may include a dichroic dye and a liquid crystal polymer that adjusts the alignment of the dichroic dye.
[0058] The work mask according to the present invention may further include a cap portion (600).
[0059] The hat part (600) is installed at the rear end of the frame part (100) and is a part that is placed on the head when worn by the user.
[0060] When the work mask according to the present invention includes a cap portion (600), the band portion (400) may not be included. In the case of the band portion (400) described above, since the band wraps around the back of the user's head, it may be relatively inconvenient to wear; however, when the cap portion (600) is included, the user can wear the work mask more easily.
[0062] [Example 2-1] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 1-1, the frame portion (100) comprises: a first frame (110) located at the front, with the front and rear open, and coupled to the front portion (200) such that the opened front is opened and closed; and a second frame (120) located at the rear of the first frame (110) and coupled to the first frame (110).
[0063] [Example 2-2] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 2-1, the front portion (200) has one end hinge-connected to the front end of the first frame (110) and the other end press-fitted to the front end of the first frame (110).
[0064] [Example 2-3] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 2-1, the front portion (200) has one end hinged to the front end of the first frame (110) and the other end is magnetically attached to the front end of the first frame (110).
[0065] [Example 2-4] The present invention relates to a work mask, and in Example 2-1, includes an elastic cap (130) that is coupled to the rear of the first frame (110) and adheres to the edge of the user's face when worn.
[0066] [Example 2-5] The present invention relates to a work mask, and in Example 2-4, a slit is formed in the elastic cap (130).
[0067] [Example 2-6] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 2-4, at least one of a brush and a cloth is formed on one side of the face of the elastic cap (130).
[0068] In the present invention, the frame part (100) is specified.
[0069] In the present invention, the frame portion (100) may be formed as an integral or as a separate portion, and an embodiment in which it is formed as a separate portion will be described.
[0070] The frame portion (100) may include a first frame (110) and a second frame (120) that are combined with each other.
[0071] The first frame (110) is positioned further forward than the second frame (120), and the rear end of the first frame (110) is coupled with the front end of the second frame (120) by an interference fit.
[0072] The front portion (200) can be coupled to the front of the first frame (110), and can rotate by hinge-coupled to the front end of the first frame (110), and the other front end of the first frame (110) can be forced-fit coupled to the other end of the front portion (200). Through the coupling relationship between the front portion (200) and the first frame (110) as described above, the user can easily open and close the front portion (200), thereby increasing the convenience of the worker using the work mask according to the present invention.
[0073] The work mask according to the present invention may further include an elastic cap (130).
[0074] The other end of the front part (200) and the front other end of the first frame (110) can be attached to and detached from each other via magnets. This method is more efficient than the forced-fit method because it allows the user to easily attach and detach the front part (200) from the first frame (110).
[0075] The elastic cap (130) is coupled to the rear of the first frame (110) so as to be positioned further inward than the second frame (120), and is in close contact with the edge of the user's face when worn. The elastic cap (130) serves to reduce discomfort when wearing the work mask according to the present invention for a long time. The elastic cap (130) itself may be manufactured from at least one material among an elastic material, rubber, and silicone.
[0076] A slit may be formed in the elastic cap (130). The slit is intended to allow the elastic cap (130) to deform more easily. This is because, since the shape and size of the face differ for each user, the elastic cap (130) must deform easily so that the mask adheres more easily to the user's face.
[0077] A material such as a brush or cloth may be attached to the inner side of the elastic cap (130). Since the elastic cap (130) itself is formed of an elastic material, it does not absorb sweat, but the present invention can absorb sweat generated from the face by attaching a material such as a brush or cloth.
[0078] A step is formed between the front part (200) and the first frame (110) included in the frame part (100), so that pesticides can be prevented from entering the inside of the mask.

[0101] The filter section (340) may be configured to include a general HEPA filter, and in some cases, an electrostatic filter may be used.
[0102] The filter section (340) can be installed on one end of the ventilation case (310) that is not connected to the frame section (100).
[0103] The ventilation unit (300), comprising a ventilation case (310), a fan (320), a motor (330), and a filter unit (340), may be configured in a modular manner to facilitate easy attachment and detachment to the frame unit (100). However, the present invention is not limited to the connection relationship of the ventilation unit (300) being configured to facilitate easy attachment and detachment to the frame unit (100), and there may also be embodiments in which the ventilation unit (300) is integrated with the frame unit (100).
[0104] The ventilation unit (300) may further include a battery (350), and a connector (311) may be formed on the outer surface of the ventilation case (310) to charge the battery (350). The ventilation unit (300) may include a converter installed between the connector (311) and the battery (350) to change the voltage of the external power supply to a voltage suitable for the battery (350) and output it to the battery (350) to charge the battery (350). Since the converter converts the external AC power into DC power and outputs it, it may be an AC / DC converter. However, depending on the case, the converter may convert the external DC power into DC power of a suitable voltage and output it to the battery (350).
[0105] In the above description, the battery (350) is implemented in a charging and discharging manner and mounted inside the ventilation case (310), but the present invention is not limited to the form in which the battery (350) is installed inside the ventilation case (310), and the battery (350) can be implemented in a manner that allows for replacement in the ventilation case (310).
[0106] The ventilation unit (300) may include a battery level indicator.
[0107] The battery level indicator measures or estimates the charge amount of the battery (350) and displays the measured or estimated remaining amount of the battery (350). For the function described above, the battery level indicator may include a programmed electronic element that measures or estimates the charge amount of the battery (350) or an electronic device including said electronic element. The electronic element or electronic device described above is referred to as the display control unit.
[0108] The battery level indicator may display the remaining amount of the battery (350) in at least one of a visual or auditory manner. [0109] An exhaust port may be formed in the first frame (110) included in the frame portion (100). The exhaust port is intended to discharge the user's exhaled breath to the outside. The work mask described above only allows external air to enter the mask through the ventilation portion (300), and the air inside the work mask is not discharged to the outside, so the air is discharged between at least one of the first frame (110) and the second frame (120) and the surface of the user's face skin. This method has a problem in that every time exhaled breath is discharged, the work mask and the user's face separate, and harmful substances such as pesticides can enter the work mask through the gap. The exhaust port formed in the first frame (110) is intended to prevent this, and a check valve (112) is installed in the exhaust port to allow only exhaled breath discharged from inside the mask to pass through, and to prevent air and other foreign substances from entering the mask from the outside.
[0110] The exhaust port can prevent foreign substances from entering through the exhaust port from the outside by exhausting only the user's exhaled breath to the outside through the check valve (112), but in some cases, foreign substances may enter the inside of the mask through the exhaust port from the outside. To further prevent such entry of foreign substances from the outside, an exhaled breath filter (113) may be installed in the exhaust port.
[0111] The filter section (340) included in the ventilation section (300) will be explained in detail.
[0112] The filter section (340) may include an inlet filter.
[0113] The inlet filter may be a washable type of filter and is installed at the outer end of the ventilation case (310) to filter foreign substances contained in the air flowing into the ventilation case (310).
[0114] A first magnetic part (312) may be installed on the outer end of the ventilation case (310), and the filter part (340) may include a second magnetic part (342) that is magnetically detachable from the first magnetic part (312) and installed on one side of the ventilation case (310) of the two sides of the inlet filter.
[0115] At least one of the first magnetic part (312) and the second magnetic part (342) may include a magnet. For example, the first magnetic part (312) may be formed as a magnet and the second magnetic part (342) as a magnetic material, or conversely, the first magnetic part (312) may be formed as a magnetic material and the second magnetic part (342) as a magnet, or both the first magnetic part (312) and the second magnetic part (342) may be formed as magnets.
[0116] A step may be formed at the outer end of the ventilation case (310), and an inlet filter may be inserted into the step. This method can have the effect of making it easier for the user to insert and mount the filter part (340) at one end of the ventilation case (310).
[0118] [Example 4-1] The present invention relates to a work mask, and in Example 3-1, includes a lantern part (700) installed on the outer side of at least one of the frame part (100) and the ventilation part (300) and irradiating light according to control.

[0124] The lantern unit (700) is intended to secure a light source when working at dawn, at night, or in a dark space. The lantern unit (700) emits light forward according to the operation of the user or the control of a separate control unit. The lantern unit (700) may be formed on the outer side of the ventilation case (310) or on the outer side of the frame unit (100), and in this embodiment, the lantern unit (700) is installed in the ventilation case (310) included in the ventilation unit (300).
[0125] The lantern part (700) may be integrated with the ventilation case (310) included in the ventilation part (300), or configured to be detachably attached to the ventilation part (300).
[0126] When the lantern part (700) is integrated with the ventilation case (310), the gap between the parts is minimized to increase durability, and the integrated design prevents the phenomenon of getting caught on external obstacles (tree branches, etc.) during operation.
[0127] If the lantern unit (700) is detachably attached to the ventilation case (310), the user can more conveniently remove the lantern unit (700) when the lantern needs to be removed to reduce weight during daytime work. In this case, the user can more easily charge the lantern unit (700) separately from the ventilation unit (300) or replace the battery inserted in the lantern unit (700).
[0128] The lantern part (700) can be attached to the surface of the ventilation case (310) in various ways.
[0129] For example, the lantern part (700) can be attached to the surface of the ventilation case (310) using a magnet. This method allows the user to easily attach or detach the lantern part (700) while wearing the work mask according to the present invention without the need for separate tools or complex fastening processes, thereby increasing work efficiency.
[0130] In addition to the method described above, the lantern part (700) may be inserted and removed from the surface of the ventilation case (310) in a sliding manner, or inserted and removed from a separate case formed on the outside of the ventilation case (310), and there may also be a method in which a groove or protrusion is formed on the outside of the ventilation case (310) and a corresponding protrusion or groove is formed on the lantern part (700) so that the two members are joined together.
[0131] The work mask according to the present invention may include an angle adjustment part (710).
[0132] The angle adjustment part (710) can be installed in at least one of the frame part (100) and the ventilation part (300), and can be formed to allow angle adjustment in the up and down direction.
[0133] The lantern unit (700) can be connected to and installed by the angle adjustment unit (710), and the user can more easily irradiate light to the parts that need light by adjusting the angle of the lantern unit (700) through the angle adjustment unit (710).
[0135] [Example 5-1] The present invention relates to a work mask, and in Example 1-1, includes a warning light part (800) installed on the surface of the frame part (100) to visually indicate the position of the worker.
[0136] [Example 5-2] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 5-1, the warning light part (800) is installed on the upper part of the frame part (100).
[0137] [Example 5-3] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 5-1, the warning light part (800) includes a speaker.
[0138] The work mask part according to the present invention may further include a warning light part (800).
[0139] The warning light unit (800) is installed on the surface of the frame unit (100) to visually indicate the position of the worker wearing it.
[0140] The warning light unit (800) can be turned on and off according to user operation, and a button for turning the warning light unit (800) on and off can be formed on the surface of the warning light unit (800) or the frame unit (100).
[0141] The warning light unit (800) may be installed on the top of the frame unit (100). However, in the work mask according to the present invention, the location where the warning light unit (800) is installed is not limited to the top of the frame unit (100), and the warning light unit (800) may be installed anywhere on the surface of the frame unit (100).
[0142] The warning light unit (800) can not only visually indicate the installed location but also audibly indicate the installed location by including a speaker. The speaker included in the warning light unit (800) can also be turned on and off according to user operation.
[0144] [Example 6-1] The present invention relates to a work mask, and in Example 1-1, includes a sensing unit installed on the frame portion (100) to sense the speed and acceleration of the frame portion (100); and a control unit that transmits a message to a preset contact when it is determined that the user has fallen based on the sensing value of the sensing unit.
[0145] [Example 6-2] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 6-1, the sensing unit comprises at least one of a speed sensor, an acceleration sensor, and a geomagnetic sensor.
[0146] [Example 6-3] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 6-2, the sensing unit further includes an impact sensor.
[0147] The work mask according to the present invention may include a sensing unit and a control unit.
[0148] The sensing unit is installed in the frame unit (100) and can sense the speed and acceleration of the frame unit (100).
[0149] For the operation described above, the sensing unit may include a speed sensor, an acceleration sensor, and a geomagnetic sensor. In addition, the sensing unit may further include an impact sensor.
[0150] The sensing value of the sensing unit is transmitted to the control unit.
[0151] The control unit can determine whether the user has fallen based on the sensing value of the sensing unit. If the control unit determines that the user has fallen based on the sensing value of the sensing unit, the control unit can send a message to at least one of the pre-configured contacts, such as the user's employer, family, or guardian, to allow follow-up action to be taken regarding the user. To perform the operation described above, the control unit may include a type of communication module.
[0153] [Example 7-1] The present invention relates to a work mask, and in Example 1-1, includes: a face contact sensor installed on the surface of the frame portion (100) to sense whether it is in contact with the user's face; an exhalation detection sensor installed on the inner surface of the front portion (200) to detect the user's exhalation; and a control unit that detects an emergency situation of the user based on the sensing values of the face contact sensor and the exhalation detection sensor, respectively.
[0154] [Example 7-2] The present invention relates to a work mask. In Example 7-1, the control unit determines that the user is wearing the work mask based on the sensing value of the face contact sensor, and if no exhalation is detected based on the sensing value of the exhalation detection sensor, it determines that it is an emergency situation and sends a message to a preset contact.
[0155] The work mask according to the present invention includes intelligent safety functions to prepare for emergency situations such as pesticide poisoning or heatstroke, or the characteristics of agricultural sites with many elderly workers, and for this purpose includes a face contact sensor, an exhalation detection sensor, and a control unit.
[0156] The facial contact sensor is installed on the inner side of the frame portion (100), that is, on the part that comes into contact with the user's skin. The facial contact sensor determines in real time whether the user is actually wearing a mask through at least one of a pressure sensor, a capacitive sensor, and an infrared sensor.
[0157] The exhalation detection sensor is placed on the inner surface of the front part (200) (the area where the mouth and nose are located) to detect whether the worker is breathing. The exhalation detection sensor utilizes one of a temperature sensor (warmth of exhalation), a humidity sensor, and a carbon dioxide sensor to monitor whether breathing occurs for a certain period or longer.
[0158] The control unit analyzes the sensing values of the face contact sensor and the exhalation detection sensor to determine whether the user is in an emergency situation. More specifically, if the state in which "breathing is not detected (exhalation detection sensor OFF)" persists for a preset time (e.g., 30 seconds to 1 minute) or longer despite "wearing a mask (face contact sensor ON)," the control unit determines this as an emergency situation such as loss of consciousness or difficulty breathing, and sends a message to a pre-set contact, such as the employer, acquaintances, family, or relevant agency (e.g., fire department), to secure the golden time.
[0159] When the control unit transmits a message externally, it may also transmit location information of the work mask. To this end, the work mask according to the present invention may further include a location information generating unit, such as a GPS module that generates location information.
[0161] [Example 8-1] The present invention relates to a work mask. In Example 3-1, the ventilation case (310) extends from the upper part of the user's head to the back of the neck, and both sides are open. On one side of the ventilation case (310) on the user side, a plurality of exhaust holes (313) are spaced apart and formed through along the length direction.
[0162] When a female user with hair longer than short length uses the work mask according to the present invention, she sweats a lot on her head along with her face. In the present invention, the ventilation part (300) has a structure for cooling the heat of the entire head of the worker, not just the face of the worker.
[0163] More specifically, one end of the ventilation case (310) is connected to the frame part (100) and extends from the upper part of the user's head to the back of the neck. Multiple exhaust holes (313) are formed through the ventilation case (310) at spaced intervals along the length direction. The location where the exhaust holes (313) are formed may be one side of the ventilation case (310) on the user side. As previously explained, a fan (320) and a motor (330) are installed in the ventilation case (310) to discharge air, and the air pushed out by the fan (320) is discharged through the exhaust holes (313) and one end of the ventilation case (310), moves toward the worker's head and face, and cools the heat of the worker's head and face.
[0164] The motor (330) and the fan (320) are installed at the other end of the ventilation case (310), and the filter section (340) can also be installed at the other end of the ventilation case (310).
[0166] [Example 9-1] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 1-1, the ventilation part (300) comprises: a main case (301) having a space formed inside; a ventilation extension part (302) having a shape extending to one side, having a flow path formed inside, one end connected to the main case (301), and the other end arranged to pass between the frame part (100) and the user's scalp; a fan (320) installed in the main case (301) to move air to the other end of the ventilation extension part (302); and a motor (330) installed in the main case (301) to operate the fan (320).
[0167] [Example 9-2] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 9-1, the ventilation extension part (302) has a plurality of ends connected to the main case (301).
[0168] [Example 9-3] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 9-1, a plurality of exhaust holes (313) are spaced apart and formed through one side of the ventilation extension (302) on the user side along the length direction.
[0169] [Example 9-4] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 9-3, the area of the other end of the ventilation extension (302) is formed to be narrower than the area of the first end.
[0170] [Example 9-5] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 9-1, the ventilation extension (302) is made of a material having a certain degree of elasticity.
[0171] [Example 9-6] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 9-1, the ventilation part (300) includes a mounting auxiliary part (303) which is connected at one end to the main case (301) and is bent to have a predetermined curvature to wrap around the user's neck when worn.
[0172] [Example 9-7] The present invention relates to a work mask, wherein in Example 9-6, one end of each of the two mounting auxiliary parts (303) is connected to opposite positions of the main case (301).
[0173] In the present invention, another embodiment of the ventilation part (300) is described.
[0174] The ventilation section (300) includes a main case (301), a ventilation extension section (302), a fan (320), and a motor (330).
[0175] The main case (301) has a fan (320) and a motor (330) built into it, and multiple ventilation extensions (302) extend from the main case (301). Multiple ventilation extensions (302) are spaced apart from each other and extend to cover the head when a user wears the work mask according to the present invention. One end of the ventilation extension (302) is connected to the main case (301), and the other end is positioned to pass between the frame part (100) and the user's scalp.
[0176] On one side of the ventilation extension (302) on the user side, a plurality of exhaust holes (313) are spaced apart and formed through along the longitudinal direction. Air introduced from the outside to the inside of the main case (301) through the fan (320) travels along the ventilation extension (302) and is discharged through the exhaust holes (313) to cool the heat on the back of the user's head. Additionally, the other end of the ventilation extension (302) is open, and the other end of the ventilation extension (302) is positioned on the user's face side to discharge air to the user's face side as well, thereby cooling the heat on the face.
[0177] The aforementioned multiple ventilation extensions (302) distribute the air passages discharged from the main case (301) into multiple passages, thereby delivering air evenly to the entire head, and also have the effect of increasing reliability so that air supply through other passages is not interrupted even if one passage is pressed.
[0178] The area of the other end of the ventilation extension part (302) may be formed to be narrower than the area of the first end of the ventilation extension part (302). Since air may not be discharged through the discharge hole (313) if the areas of both ends of the ventilation extension part (302) are the same, the areas of both ends of the ventilation extension part (302) are made different from each other so that back pressure is formed inside the ventilation extension part (302) and air discharge through the discharge hole (313) becomes smooth.
[0179] The ventilation extension part (302) can be made of an elastic material such as rubber or silicone, thereby further enhancing the wearing comfort of the work mask according to the present invention.
[0180] The ventilation part (300) includes a mounting auxiliary part (303) which is connected to the main case (301) at one end and is bent to have a predetermined curvature to wrap around the user's neck when worn.
[0181] The mounting aid (303) is a component for making it easier to wear the ventilation part (300), and can be manufactured from a material having a certain degree of elasticity. The main case (301) includes two opposing sides, and two mounting aids (303) can be installed on each of the opposing sides of the main case (301).
[0183] The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and has a diverse scope of application. Furthermore, it is understood that anyone with ordinary knowledge in the field to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications without departing from the essence of the invention as claimed in the claims.
