Claim 1 A system for providing emotion-based pet management services, comprising: a video conversation service performing unit that provides a video conversation service between a user terminal and a smart terminal installed in a home where a pet resides; and a pet behavior notification service performing unit that provides a notification message to the user terminal corresponding to a video signal or voice signal including the movement or sound of a pet transmitted from the smart terminal. A system for providing emotion-based pet management services, comprising a pet emotion expression service performing unit that provides emotion-based content to a user terminal based on the movement or sound of a pet, wherein the pet emotion expression service performing unit displays a video of a pet through a display unit of a user terminal, analyzes the movement or sound of a pet by an artificial intelligence-based analysis model, and transmits emotion-based content corresponding to the movement or sound to the user terminal so that the emotion-based content is displayed together with the pet video displayed on the user terminal, wherein the emotion-based content is at least one of text, image, and video content corresponding to the state or emotion of the pet, and wherein the pet emotion expression service performing unit transmits location information corresponding to the location where the emotion-based content is to be displayed to the user terminal together with the emotion-based content so that the emotion-based content can be displayed around the face of the pet, and the user terminal displays the emotion-based content at the location corresponding to the location information. Claim 10 A method for providing an emotion-based pet care service provided by an emotion-based pet care service providing system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising: a first step of providing a video conversation service between a user terminal and a smart terminal; a second step of converting a voice signal from a user terminal into a text message; and a third step of transmitting the converted text message to a user terminal so that the text message is displayed on the video conversation screen of the user terminal.
