Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a skin treatment device, and more specifically, to a skin treatment device capable of providing a complex skin treatment solution. Background Technology

[0002] In general, in the field of skincare, separate devices are used for various skin care functions, such as skin cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and lymphatic circulation promotion.

[0003] Conventional skincare devices have primarily specialized for a single function, so microdermabrasion devices for exfoliation, water peeling devices for hydration, and microwave care devices for lymphatic circulation have been used independently.

[0004] For example, conventional peeling devices primarily focus on the function of removing dead skin cells and sebum from the skin surface using special solutions. These devices operate by spraying the solution through a handpiece to remove dead skin cells while simultaneously supplying moisture.

[0005] In addition, conventional microwave care devices use microwaves to vibrate water molecules within skin cells and generate heat to stimulate collagen production, thereby improving skin elasticity and texture.

[0006] However, conventionally, since devices with different functions had to be used separately, there was the inconvenience of the operator having to prepare multiple devices and having to switch devices or go through several complex steps during the procedure.

[0007] Furthermore, since each device operates independently, there were issues such as reduced continuity of the procedure, longer overall treatment times, and decreased operational efficiency for the operator. In particular, there was the inconvenience of having to switch to a separate device even when immediate skin soothing and circulation-promoting treatment was required after exfoliation.

[0008] Furthermore, since each device requires different operation methods and settings, there was a disadvantage in that variations in treatment results could occur depending on the operator's proficiency, and device management and maintenance costs also increased. Prior art literature

[0051] Multiple handpiece assemblies (300, 400) are connected to a control body (200) to receive current, suction force (or vacuum pressure), solution, etc., and each can perform a unique skin treatment function. The multiple handpiece assemblies (300, 400) include an ultrasonic handpiece assembly (300) having a skin beauty function that radiates ultrasound to the skin, and a solution handpiece assembly (400) having an Aqua Peeling function specialized for skin cleansing and care. The solution handpiece assembly (400) includes two handpiece assemblies (500, 600). Hereinafter, these two handpiece assemblies (500, 600) will be described by distinguishing them as a main handpiece assembly (500) and a sub handpiece assembly (600).

[0052] A skin treatment device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention is configured to provide various skin treatment functions, such as skin cleansing, exfoliation, sebum removal, skin soothing, and hydration. Unlike conventional single-function skin care devices, the skin treatment device (100) of the present invention integrates ultrasonic treatment and aqua peeling functions to enable effective and comprehensive skin treatment.

[0053] Referring to FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, the control body (200) is configured to supply current, suction power, and solution to the handpiece assembly (300, 400). The control body (200) includes components such as a housing (210), a pump (230) installed in the housing (210), a display (262), and a controller (264).

[0054] The housing (210) includes a receiving space (211). The receiving space (211) can be opened and closed by a cover (228). The receiving space (211) includes a solution container receiving space (212), a collection container receiving space (213), and a cleaning liquid container receiving space (214). The housing (210) is designed to safely protect internal components and allow convenient access by the user.

[0055] The solution container receiving space (212) is a space for receiving solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) in which a solution is stored. Solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) are received in a detachable manner in the solution container receiving space (212). A clamp (216) for securing the solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) is installed in the solution container receiving space (212). The clamp (216) securely secures the solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) to prevent the problem of the solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) moving due to vibration or movement during treatment.

[0056] The solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) store various solutions for treating the skin (exfoliation, sebum removal, skin soothing, hydration, etc.). For example, a water-soluble exfoliating solution based on AHA (Glycolic Acid) may be stored in the solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c). This solution effectively removes dead skin cells and impurities from the surface of the skin. Additionally, an oil-based exfoliating solution based on BHA (Salicylic Acid) may be stored in the solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c). This solution penetrates deep into the pores to cleanse sebum and is effective for removing blackheads. Furthermore, a solution with intensive moisturizing and soothing effects may be stored in the solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c). These solutions contain hyaluronic acid (Sodium Hyaluronate) and vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate), and serve to balance oil and moisture and repair the skin barrier. Additionally, solutions that provide a warming effect or solutions that provide a cooling effect may be stored in the solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c). Solutions that provide a warming effect are effective in promoting blood circulation and improving fine lines. Solutions that provide a cooling effect are effective in soothing the skin and alleviating inflammation. Furthermore, various other solutions may be stored in the solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c).

[0057] An identification tag (12) is placed on the solution container (10a, 10b, 10c). The identification tag (12) may be configured using an RFID method or another method. The identification tag (12) may store information such as the type of solution, concentration, expiration date, manufacturing date, and precautions for use.

[0058] The collection container receiving space (213) is a space for receiving a collection container (20) for collecting waste removed from the skin. The collection container (20) is received in a detachable manner in the collection container receiving space (213). The collection container (20) collects waste such as dead skin cells, sebum, and foreign substances generated during the treatment process, as well as the used solution. The collection container (20) can be made of a transparent material and can be reused after washing for hygienic maintenance.

[0059] The cleaning solution container receiving space (214) is a space for receiving a cleaning solution container (30) in which cleaning solution is stored. The cleaning solution container (30) is detachably received in the cleaning solution container receiving space (214). A clamp (217) for securing the cleaning solution container (30) is installed in the cleaning solution container receiving space (214). The cleaning solution stored in the cleaning solution container (30) is used to clean contaminated conduits or flow paths after treatment.

[0060] Sockets (218a, 218b, 218c), holders (219, 220, 221), trays (223, 224), and wheels (226) are installed in the housing (210).

[0061] Sockets (218a, 218b, 218c) are positioned to be exposed to the outside of the housing (210) so that a plurality of handpiece assemblies (300, 400) can be detachably connected. Among the plurality of sockets (218a, 218b, 218c), some sockets (218a) may include elements for electrical connection, and other sockets (218b, 218c) may include elements that enable fluid flow. A plurality of handpiece assemblies (300, 400) are detachably connected to a control body (200) through the sockets (218a, 218b, 218c) and can receive current, suction power, solution, etc., necessary for operation from the control body (200).

[0062] The holders (219, 220, 221) are for mounting a plurality of handpiece assemblies (300, 400) and are arranged in a number corresponding to the number of handpiece assemblies (300, 400). Unused handpiece assemblies (300, 400) can be mounted in an organized state on the holders (219, 220, 221).

[0063] The tray (223, 224) can store nozzle tips (530) of the handpiece assembly (400). Various types of nozzle tips (530) and accessories can be systematically stored in the tray (223, 224).

[0064] Inside the housing (210), a pump (230), a suction control valve assembly (232), a supply control valve assembly (234), a solution level sensor (254), a cleaning fluid level sensor (257), and a reader (260) are installed.

[0065] The pump (230) can operate in a suction mode that generates suction force. That is, the pump (230) provides suction force to the solution handpiece assembly (400) so that waste can be sucked through the solution handpiece assembly (400). Additionally, the pump (230) can operate in a pumping mode. When the pump (230) operates in a pumping mode, it can supply the cleaning solution stored in the cleaning solution container (30) to the solution handpiece assembly (400). The pump (230) is controlled by a controller (264).

[0066] The pump (230) is equipped with a variable speed control function, allowing the intensity of the suction force to be precisely adjusted according to the type of treatment and the skin condition of the subject. This enables a weak suction force for sensitive skin and a strong suction force for thick skin or when deep cleansing is required, thereby allowing for personalized treatment.

[0067] The pump (230) is connected to the collection container (20) through the main suction line (236), and the suction force generated by the operation of the pump (230) can be supplied to a plurality of solution handpiece assemblies (400) through the collection container (20). A control valve (237) is installed in the main suction line (236). The control valve (237) is installed for precise control of the suction force and system safety, and can block the suction path or regulate the flow when necessary.

[0068] Additionally, the pump (230) is connected to the cleaning solution container (30) via the cleaning solution container connection line (239). The cleaning solution container (30) is connected to the cleaning solution container connection line (239) via a coupler (241) to enable fluid flow. The coupler (241) is positioned so that at least a portion is exposed to the cleaning solution container receiving space (214).

[0069] When the pump (230) operates in pumping mode, the cleaning solution stored in the cleaning solution container (30) is supplied to the solution handpiece assembly (400) so that an automatic cleaning operation can be performed. A control valve (240) is installed in the cleaning solution container connection line (239). The control valve (240) can block the cleaning solution path or regulate the flow as needed.

[0070] Although the drawing shows that a cleaning solution is supplied to a waste flow path through which waste flows to perform automatic cleaning of the waste flow path, the cleaning solution supply structure can be modified in various ways. For example, the cleaning solution supply structure can be modified so that the cleaning solution is supplied to a solution flow path through which a solution flows.

[0071] The suction control valve assembly (232) serves to distribute the suction force generated from the pump (230) to any one of the multiple solution handpiece assemblies (400). The suction control valve assembly (232) may include multiple valves connected to the multiple solution handpiece assemblies (400). The suction control valve assembly (232) is controlled by a controller (264).

[0072] The suction control valve assembly (232) is connected to the collection container (20) via the collection container connection line (242). The collection container (20) is connected to the main suction line (236) and the collection container connection line (242) via a coupler (243) to enable fluid flow. The coupler (243) is positioned so that at least a portion is exposed to the collection container receiving space (213). Additionally, the suction control valve assembly (232) is connected to a plurality of solution handpiece assemblies (400) via a plurality of suction lines (244, 245). Thus, the suction force generated by the operation of the pump (230) can be provided to the solution handpiece assemblies (400) via the main suction line (236), the collection container (20), the collection container connection line (242), the suction control valve assembly (232), and the suction lines (244, 245).

[0073] A suction control valve assembly (232) connects one of the plurality of solution handpiece assemblies (400) to a pump (230) to enable fluid flow, thereby providing suction power to one of the plurality of solution handpiece assemblies (400). For example, when the suction control valve assembly (232) connects the main handpiece assembly (500) to a pump (230) to enable fluid flow, suction power is provided to the main handpiece assembly (500). Additionally, when the suction control valve assembly (232) connects the sub handpiece assembly (600) to a pump (230) to enable fluid flow, suction power is provided to the sub handpiece assembly (600).

[0074] Additionally, the suction control valve assembly (232) serves to distribute the cleaning fluid pumped by the pump (230) to any one of the multiple solution handpiece assemblies (400). A cleaning fluid supply line (247) is connected to the suction control valve assembly (232). The cleaning fluid supply line (247) connects the pump (230) and the suction control valve assembly (232). Thus, the cleaning fluid pumped by the pump (230) is distributed to the suction lines (244, 245) through the suction control valve assembly (232), and the cleaning fluid can be supplied to either the main handpiece assembly (500) or the sub-handpiece assembly (600). A control valve (248) is installed in the cleaning fluid supply line (247). The control valve (248) can block the cleaning fluid path or control the flow as needed. Additionally, the control valve (248) can be controlled to regulate the supply amount of the cleaning fluid.

[0075] The suction control valve assembly (232) can be composed of a valve capable of automatic control, such as an electronic solenoid valve, thereby enabling precise and rapid flow path switching.

[0076] The supply control valve assembly (234) serves to connect the main handpiece assembly (500) and any one of the plurality of solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) to enable fluid flow. The supply control valve assembly (234) may include a plurality of valves connected to the plurality of solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c).

[0077] The supply control valve assembly (234) is connected to a plurality of solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) through a plurality of solution container connection lines (250a, 250b, 250c) and is connected to the main handpiece assembly (500) through a solution supply line (252). The solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) are connected to the solution container connection lines (250a, 250b, 250c) via couplers (251a, 251b, 251c) to enable fluid flow. The couplers (251a, 251b, 251c) are positioned so that at least a portion is exposed to the solution container receiving space (212).

[0078] A solution stored in any one of the multiple solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) is supplied to the main handpiece assembly (500) through the solution container connection line (250a, 250b, 250c), the supply control valve assembly (234), and the solution supply line (252). The solution stored in the solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) can be supplied to the main handpiece assembly (500) by the suction force provided to the main handpiece assembly (500).

[0079] The supply control valve assembly (234) is controlled by a controller (264). The controller (264) may control the supply control valve assembly (234) to selectively supply a solution stored in any one of the plurality of solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) to the main handpiece assembly (500). If necessary, the controller (264) may control the supply control valve assembly (234) to mix the solutions stored in two or more of the plurality of solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) and supply them to the main handpiece assembly (500).

[0080] The supply control valve assembly (234) may include a plurality of individually controllable valves, thereby enabling precise control of the mixing ratio between the plurality of solutions. Each valve can individually control the degree of opening and closing, allowing the mixing ratio of the solutions to be changed in real time. For example, dynamic mixing is possible, such as increasing the proportion of the exfoliating solution at the beginning of the treatment and increasing the proportion of the moisturizing and soothing solution at the final stage.

[0081] Additionally, the supply control valve assembly (234) includes a flow rate control function to precisely control the supply amount of each solution. This precise control allows the concentration and supply amount of the solution to be optimized according to the subject's skin condition and sensitivity, thereby minimizing side effects and maximizing the therapeutic effect.

[0082] Referring to FIG. 5, a solution level sensor (254) is positioned to measure the solution level of solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) contained in a solution container receiving space (212). The solution level sensor (254) can measure the solution level in various ways, such as using ultrasonic pulses, using radar pulses, or measuring changes in capacitance between the solution and the sensor. In the case of the ultrasonic method, the accurate level is calculated by measuring the time it takes for the ultrasonic waves emitted from the sensor to be reflected back from the surface of the solution. In the case of the capacitance method, the level can be measured by detecting changes in the dielectric constant of the solution.

[0083] The measurement signal of the solution level sensor (254) is transmitted to the controller (264). The controller (264) can display the solution level of the solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) according to the measurement signal of the solution level sensor (254) on the display (262). The display (262) can display the remaining amount for each solution container as a percentage or absolute amount, and can display a warning message if the solution is insufficient.

[0084] A cleaning solution level sensor (257) is positioned to measure the cleaning solution level of a cleaning solution container (30) contained in a cleaning solution container receiving space (214). The cleaning solution level sensor (257) can measure the cleaning solution level non-contactually.

[0085] The measurement signal of the cleaning solution level sensor (257) is transmitted to the controller (264). The controller (264) can display the cleaning solution level according to the measurement signal of the cleaning solution level sensor (257) on the display (262). When the cleaning solution is low, a warning notification may be displayed on the display (262).

[0086] The reader (260) is intended to detect an identification tag (12) placed in a solution container (10a, 10b, 10c) and to obtain information. The identification tag (12) may include various information such as the type of solution, expiration date, manufacturing date, and precautions. The identification tag (12) is configured to store information using an RFID method or other methods, and the reader (260) may take various methods depending on the type of identification tag (12).

[0087] Information acquired by the reader (260) is transmitted to the controller (264), and the controller (264) can control the operation of the skin treatment device (100) or automatically change the operation mode of the skin treatment device (100) according to the information received from the reader (260). For example, if the solution container received in the solution container receiving space (212) is not an authenticated product, is not a compatible product, or is not a genuine product, the controller (264) can control the skin treatment device (100) so that the skin treatment device (100) does not operate.

[0088] The leader (260) can also monitor the expiration date of the solution in real time to prevent the use of expired solutions. It can display a warning in advance for solutions that are nearing expiration and cut off the supply for solutions that have completely expired. Through these safety controls, safe use can be ensured and consistency of the skin treatment effect can be maintained.

[0089] Additionally, information acquired by the reader (260) can be displayed on the display (262). The display (262) displays the type, concentration, remaining shelf life, and recommended usage of the currently installed solution, helping the user select an appropriate treatment protocol.

[0090] The display (262) displays various information. The display (262) may display various information in real time, such as the current system status, solution level, cleaning solution level, and treatment progress. Warnings and notifications may also be displayed on the display (262). Warnings using color and sound may be displayed in situations such as a lack of solution, the need to replace the cleaning solution, expiration of the shelf life, or system errors.

[0091] The display (262) may be configured as a touch screen. In this case, various icons for controlling the skin treatment device (100) may be displayed. Through the touch screen function, the user can select various treatment modes. The display (262) may display customized modes by skin type (dry, oily, combination, sensitive), modes by treatment purpose (exfoliation, deep cleansing, moisturizing, soothing), and modes by age group (teenagers, 20s, 30s and older) in the form of icons. When each mode is selected, the solution spray speed, suction intensity, solution mixing ratio, temperature settings, etc., optimized for that mode may be automatically applied.

[0092] The controller (264) performs overall control over the operation of the skin treatment device (100). The controller (264) may include a processor, memory, and a communication module. The processor may control the components of the skin treatment device (100) by executing preset software or algorithms and may perform various data processing or calculations. The memory may store various algorithms or data regarding the control or operation of the skin treatment device (100). The communication module performs communication with other electronic devices or personal terminals. The communication module may include at least one of a short-range communication module, a wireless communication module, and a wired communication module.

[0093] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 6, the ultrasonic handpiece assembly (300) radiates ultrasound to the skin to provide a skin treatment effect. For example, the ultrasonic handpiece assembly (300) may apply LDM (Local Dynamic Micro Wave) technology to dynamically disperse low-energy microwaves into the skin to promote thermal stimulation and lymphatic circulation from the epidermis to the dermis.

[0094] The ultrasonic handpiece assembly (300) includes an ultrasonic handpiece (310) and a cable (320). The cable (320) is electrically connected to a control body (200). A plug (322) is disposed at the end of the cable (320) and is detachably coupled to a socket (218a) of the control body (200). The cable (320) can transmit current and electrical signals to the ultrasonic handpiece (310).

[0095] The ultrasonic handpiece (310) includes an ultrasonic handpiece body (311) and a vibration element (314) installed inside the ultrasonic handpiece body (311).

[0096] A contact surface (312) that contacts the skin is disposed at the end of the ultrasonic handpiece body (311). The contact surface (312) may be formed with a rounded curve so as to make soft contact with the skin. The contact surface (312) is designed to naturally adhere to the subject's skin to maximize the transmission efficiency of ultrasonic energy. The contact surface (312) may be made of a biocompatible material such as stainless steel or titanium alloy.

[0097] The vibration element (314) receives an electric current and generates ultrasound. For example, the vibration element (314) may be composed of a piezoelectric element that converts an electric signal into mechanical vibration using the piezoelectric effect. The vibration element (314) may generate ultrasound of different frequencies (e.g., 3 MHz, 10 MHz) according to a control signal from the controller (264), and may selectively generate ultrasound of a specific frequency or output ultrasound of two frequencies simultaneously. The vibration element (314) may receive an electric signal through a vibration terminal (316).

[0098] The ultrasonic handpiece assembly (300) promotes the production of collagen within the skin through high-density ultrasonic energy and balances moisture to create healthy and elastic skin. In addition, the ultrasonic handpiece assembly (300) can provide effects such as improving skin troubles, improving sensitive skin, soothing the skin, increasing skin regenerative power, preventing various skin inflammations, and improving aging.

[0099] The ultrasonic handpiece assembly (300) can be configured to generate ultrasound of two frequencies (e.g., 10 MHz and 3 MHz). Depending on the frequency, the penetration depth of the ultrasonic energy differs. 10 MHz delivers ultrasonic energy to the dermis layer of about 1.5 mm, and 3 MHz delivers ultrasonic energy to the subcutaneous fat boundary of about 3 mm. Through this differentiated depth penetration, customized treatment tailored to the multilayer structure of the skin is possible.

[0100] Referring to FIG. 1, the solution handpiece assembly (400) is connected to the control body (200) to perform an aqua peeling function specialized for skin cleansing and care. Aqua peeling technology is a multi-skin care technology that uses water and a special solution to remove dead skin cells, sebum, blackheads, etc., while simultaneously injecting skin soothing and moisturizing ingredients.

[0101] The core of aqua peeling technology lies in the generation of high-speed vortices within the solution. This vortex effect effectively removes impurities without irritating the skin, while simultaneously delivering active ingredients deep into the skin. Unlike conventional physical exfoliation methods, aqua peeling combines chemical and physical actions to provide a safer and more effective skin treatment.

[0102] The solution handpiece assembly (400) includes a main handpiece assembly (500) and a sub-handpiece assembly (600). The adoption of these multi-handpieces is intended to respond to various treatment requirements, and each handpiece assembly can provide different solution supply methods and functions.

[0103] Referring to FIGS. 1, 7 through 9, the main handpiece assembly (500) is configured to receive a solution from a solution container (10a, 10b, 10c) mounted in a housing (210) and spray it onto the skin of a subject. The main handpiece assembly (500) is capable of supplying a large volume of solution, thereby providing continuous and stable aqua peeling treatment.

[0104] The main handpiece assembly (500) includes a solution handpiece (510) (hereinafter referred to as the 'main handpiece') and a cable (550). The cable (550) is connected to the control body (200) to enable fluid flow. At the end of the cable (550), a plug (552) is disposed that is detachably coupled to a socket (218b; see FIG. 2) of the control body (200).

[0105] The cable (550) is designed with a multi-channel structure so that solution supply and waste suction can occur simultaneously. That is, the cable (550) includes channels through which the solution flows and channels through which waste sucked from the skin flows. Each channel is designed independently to prevent backflow or contamination between the solution and the waste. Additionally, the cable (550) is made of a flexible material to ensure durability without restricting the user's movement.

[0106] The cable (550) forms a solution supply line (252) that delivers a solution to the main handpiece (510) together with a solution flow path placed inside the housing (210). Additionally, the cable (550) forms a suction line (244) that delivers waste products sucked from the skin through the main handpiece (510) into the housing (210) together with a waste flow path placed inside the housing (210).

[0107] The main handpiece (510) includes a main handpiece body (511) and a nozzle tip (530) positioned at the end of the main handpiece body (511).

[0108] The main handpiece body (511) is ergonomically designed so that the user can hold it comfortably. The main handpiece body (511) includes a connecting body (515) positioned at the end of the handle body (512) so that the handle body (512) and the nozzle tip (530) are joined.

[0109] The connecting body (515) includes a connecting body projection (516) protruding from the handle body (512). A nozzle tip (530) engages with the connecting body projection (516). A sealing member (520) is attached to the connecting body projection (516) to seal the connection between the connecting body projection (516) and the nozzle tip (530). The sealing member (520) prevents leakage of the solution and minimizes loss of suction power, thereby ensuring optimal performance.

[0110] In the connecting body (515), a connecting groove (517) into which a portion of the nozzle tip (530) is inserted and a connecting hole (518) that is connected to the nozzle tip (530) to enable fluid flow are provided. The connecting groove (517) is connected to the solution supply line (252), and the connecting hole (518) is connected to the suction line (244).

[0111] The nozzle tip (530) sprays the solution by making direct contact with the subject's skin and sucks out waste from the subject's skin. The nozzle tip (530) is designed with a replaceable structure to ensure hygiene, and an optimized nozzle tip can be selected and used according to various skin types and treatment purposes.

[0112] The nozzle tip (530) includes a nozzle tip body (531).

[0113] The nozzle tip body (531) has a spray hole (532) for spraying a solution, a suction hole (533) for sucking up waste, and a distribution groove (534).

[0114] The injection hole (532) is positioned in the center of the nozzle tip body (531), and the suction holes (533) are positioned in multiple numbers around the injection hole (532). This arrangement structure creates an optimal flow pattern in which the solution is injected from the center and then flows into the surrounding suction holes (533). At the end of the nozzle tip body (531), a plurality of guides (536) and a nozzle tip lip (538) surrounding the plurality of guides (536) are positioned.

[0115] A plurality of guides (536) are configured to guide the solution sprayed from the spray hole (532) to the plurality of suction holes (533). A guide channel (537) through which the solution can flow is arranged inside the guide (536). The guide channel (537) is spirally formed and its width increases as it goes from the spray hole (532) toward the suction hole (533). This spiral structure causes the solution to flow while rotating, thereby inducing a strong vortex. As the solution is sprayed from the spray hole (532), it rotates along the spiral guide channel (537), and in this process, centrifugal force and shear force are generated, thereby achieving an effective exfoliation and cleansing effect.

[0116] The injection hole (532) and the plurality of guide channels (537) are connected through the distribution groove (534). That is, the solution injected through the injection hole (532) is distributed to the plurality of guide channels (537) through the distribution groove (534). The distribution groove (534) has a diameter larger than the diameter of the injection hole (532) and is arranged concentrically with the injection hole (532). The solution can be evenly distributed to the plurality of guide channels (537) through the distribution groove (534).

[0117] The nozzle tip lip (538) surrounds the area where the spray hole (532), the plurality of suction holes (533), and the plurality of guides (536) are located. The protrusion height of the nozzle tip lip (538) is higher than the protrusion height of the guides (536). This design ensures that the nozzle tip lip (538) forms a stable sealed space when in contact with the skin.

[0118] When the nozzle tip lip (538) comes into contact with the skin, a space is formed that is surrounded by the nozzle tip lip (538) and the skin. This space includes a distribution groove (534) and a plurality of guide channels (537), and is connected to a spray hole (532) and a suction hole (533). In this space, the solution can flow while creating a vortex. The solution sprayed toward the skin through the spray hole (532) flows along the guide channels (537) and is sucked into the suction hole (533). The solution sucked into the suction hole (533) and waste falling from the skin are discharged into a collection container (20) through the suction line (244).

[0119] In this way, the nozzle tip (530) can exfoliate, soothe, and moisturize the skin without irritation by generating a high-speed vortex of the solution on the skin. This vortex effect provides much gentler and more effective cleansing than conventional physical scrub methods, while simultaneously maximizing the penetration of active ingredients into the skin.

[0120] The specific configuration of the main handpiece assembly (500) can be varied. For example, the shape of the handle body (512) can be designed in various forms depending on the user's hand size or preference, and usability can be improved by applying a non-slip grip or vibration-absorbing material.

[0121] In the case of the nozzle tip (530), different intensities of vortices can be generated by adjusting the spiral angle or width change rate of the guide channel (537). Additionally, performance optimized for various skin types can be provided by changing the diameter of the spray hole (532) or the number and arrangement of the suction hole (533).

[0122] Referring to FIGS. 1, 10 through 14, a sub-handpiece assembly (600) is configured to supply a solution in an ampoule (40). The ampoule (40) stores the solution and is detachably coupled to the sub-handpiece assembly (600). The sub-handpiece assembly (600) can precisely dispense a small volume of highly concentrated solution or a solution for special purposes. A cap (42) is disposed at the end of the ampoule (40) to seal the internal space where the solution is stored. The cap (42) may be made of a soft material, such as rubber, so that the end of a dispenser (630) for discharging the solution stored in the ampoule (40) can penetrate and enter the interior of the ampoule (40).

[0123] The sub-handpiece assembly (600) includes an ampoule handpiece (610) (hereinafter referred to as the 'sub-handpiece') and a cable (670).

[0124] The cable (670) is connected to the sub-handpiece (610) to enable fluid flow. At the end of the cable (670), a plug (672) is disposed that is detachably coupled to the socket (218c; see FIG. 2) of the control body (200). The cable (670) includes a flow path through which waste products sucked from the skin flow. The cable (670) forms a suction line (245) that delivers waste products sucked from the skin through the sub-handpiece (610) into the housing (210), together with a waste product flow path disposed inside the housing (210).

[0125] Unlike the main handpiece assembly (500), the sub-handpiece assembly (600) does not include a separate solution supply line in the cable (670).

[0126] The sub-handpiece (610) includes a sub-handpiece body (611), a dispenser (630) disposed inside the sub-handpiece body (611), and a nozzle tip (530) disposed at the end of the sub-handpiece body (611). The nozzle tip (530) is the same as previously described.

[0127] The sub-handpiece body (611) includes a handle body (612) configured to be held by a user's hand and a connecting body (618) positioned at the end of the handle body (612) to be combined with a nozzle tip (530).

[0128] In the handle body (612), a receiving groove (613), a window (614), and a slot (615) are provided for receiving the ampoule (40).

[0129] The receiving groove (613) is designed to fit the shape of the ampoule (40) and allows for stable fixation of the ampoule (40). The ampoule (40) is detachably inserted into the receiving groove (613).

[0130] The window (614) exposes the ampoule (40) received in the receiving groove (613) to the outside of the sub-handpiece body (611). When using the sub-handpiece assembly (600), the user can check the remaining amount of solution remaining in the ampoule (40) through the window (614).

[0131] A portion of the dispenser (630) is placed in the slot (615). A portion of the dispenser (630) is exposed to the outside through the slot (615) so that the user can operate the dispenser (630).

[0132] The connecting body (618) includes a connecting body projection (619) protruding from the handle body (612). A nozzle tip (530) engages with the connecting body projection (619). A sealing member (623) is attached to the connecting body projection (619) to seal the connection between the connecting body projection (619) and the nozzle tip (530).

[0133] In the connecting body (618), a connecting groove (620) into which a portion of the nozzle tip (530) is inserted and a connecting hole (621) that is connected to the nozzle tip (530) so as to allow fluid flow are provided. The connecting groove (620) is connected to the dispenser (630). The connecting hole (621) is connected to the suction line (245).

[0134] The dispenser (630) is configured to dispense a solution from an ampoule (40) that is coupled to a sub-handpiece body (611). The dispenser (630) is designed to enable precise control of the solution supply volume, allowing for the efficient use of highly concentrated solutions or expensive special solutions.

[0135] When using the sub-handpiece assembly (600), the user can adjust the amount of solution supplied in real time by operating the dispenser (630), thereby enabling the application of an optimal solution suitable for the subject's skin condition and treatment purpose.

[0136] The dispenser (630) includes a dispenser body (631), a plunger (635) movably disposed inside the dispenser body (631), and a knob (637) for moving the plunger (635).

[0137] The dispenser body (631) is configured to supply the solution of the ampoule (40) to the nozzle tip (530).

[0138] The dispenser body (631) includes a needle (633) that penetrates the cap (42) of the ampoule (40) and enters the interior of the ampoule (40). The tip of the needle (633) is designed to be sharp so as to maintain a secure seal while causing minimal damage to the cap (42). The dispenser body (631) can supply the solution stored in the ampoule (40) to the nozzle tip (530) as the needle (633) enters the interior of the ampoule (40).

[0139] A plunger (635) is positioned inside the dispenser body (631) to be moved by a knob (637). The plunger (635) is configured to move inside the dispenser body (631) to regulate the amount of solution passing through the dispenser body (631).

[0140] The knob (637) is rotatably coupled to the dispenser body (631) to move the plunger (635). The knob (637) is inserted into the slot (615) of the sub-handpiece body (611) so that it can be moved by the user. The knob (637) can protrude from the sub-handpiece body (611).

[0141] The specific configuration of the sub-handpiece assembly (600) can be varied. For example, the shape of the handle body (612) can be designed in various forms depending on the user's hand size or preference, and usability can be improved by applying a non-slip grip or vibration-absorbing material. In addition, the specific configuration of the dispenser (630) can also be varied.

[0142] As described above, the solution handpiece assembly (400) provides the effects of exfoliation, sebum removal, blackhead removal, cleansing, moisturization, and skin regeneration by supplying a solution to the skin while suctioning out waste.

[0143] In particular, the solution handpiece assembly (400) can effectively remove the stratum corneum on the skin surface without physical irritation by generating a high-speed vortex of the solution through the nozzle tip (530). Therefore, compared to conventional physical scrub methods, it can provide an excellent exfoliation effect while minimizing skin irritation.

[0144] The handpiece assembly (300, 400) can perform various skin treatment functions through the control of the controller (264).

[0145] Specifically, the controller (264) can perform the following advanced control to radiate ultrasound to the skin through the ultrasonic handpiece assembly (300).

[0146] The controller (264) can generate ultrasound optimized for various skin types and conditions by adjusting the frequency of the electrical signal supplied to the vibration element (314) in real time. For example, in the case of aging skin with low skin elasticity, low-frequency ultrasound of 3 MHz can be applied to deliver energy deep into the dermis, and in the case of sensitive skin, high-frequency ultrasound of 10 MHz can be applied to act intensively on the epidermis. To this end, the ultrasound handpiece assembly (300) includes a sensor for detecting skin thickness or condition, and frequency selection can be performed automatically based on the sensor data of the ultrasound handpiece assembly (300).

[0147] Additionally, the controller (264) can control the vibration element (314) to output multiple frequencies simultaneously or sequentially. Specifically, it can simultaneously output 3 MHz and 10 MHz frequencies to act on the epidermal and dermal layers, or sequentially change the frequencies according to the treatment stage to provide a step-by-step skin treatment effect. At this time, the output ratio of each frequency can be dynamically adjusted according to the user's skin condition and the purpose of the treatment.

[0148] Additionally, the controller (264) can collect real-time skin response data from various sensors (not shown) installed in the ultrasonic handpiece assembly (300) for feedback-based frequency optimization. For example, the controller (264) can continuously monitor the skin condition through a skin temperature sensor, a moisture sensor, an elasticity sensor, etc., and automatically adjust the optimal ultrasonic frequency and output based on this data.

[0149] Additionally, the controller (264) can generate a customized frequency pattern by comprehensively analyzing the user's personal information (skin type, age, gender, treatment history, etc.) and real-time skin data through a built-in artificial intelligence algorithm. The controller (264) can automatically adjust the frequency by having a machine learning-based optimization algorithm learn accumulated treatment data to derive an optimal frequency combination for each individual and predicting the treatment effect.

[0150] Additionally, the controller (264) can store and manage frequency settings optimized for each individual in memory. That is, the controller (264) can automatically load individual profiles in conjunction with user identification information and continuously update the profiles by tracking treatment history and changes in skin condition. These profiles may include a basic frequency, output level, treatment time, frequency modulation pattern, etc.

[0151] Additionally, the controller (264) can apply various modulation techniques to maximize the therapeutic effect. Specifically, the controller (264) can control the penetration depth of ultrasonic energy through amplitude modulation (AM) and induce a resonance effect in the skin tissue through frequency modulation (FM). Furthermore, by applying pulse modulation to output intermittent ultrasound instead of a continuous wave, it can provide effective stimulation while preventing thermal damage to the skin tissue.

[0152] Additionally, the controller (264) can ensure the safety of the user through multiple safety devices. For example, it can automatically stop the output if the skin temperature exceeds a preset threshold temperature or if the continuous treatment time exceeds a preset threshold time, and can immediately cut off the power to the vibration element (314) if abnormal vibration or overcurrent is detected.

[0153] The specific control algorithm of the controller (264) can be varied, and, for example, can be configured to enable more sophisticated personalized control by linking with a cloud-based AI analysis system.

[0154] Additionally, the controller (264) can perform the following advanced control to implement an aqua peeling function through the solution handpiece assembly (400).

[0155] Specifically, the controller (264) can control the solution supply amount by precisely controlling the pressure or output of the pump (230). In addition, the controller (264) can independently control the flow rate from each solution container (10a, 10b, 10c) in conjunction with the supply control valve assembly (234), and can perform real-time flow rate monitoring through feedback from a pressure sensor (not shown) installed in the solution supply line (252). In addition, the solution supply amount can be automatically adjusted to a low flow rate when the skin condition is sensitive, and to a high flow rate when exfoliation is required.

[0156] Additionally, the controller (264) can control the supply of different solutions from multiple solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) simultaneously or sequentially. For example, different solutions can be mixed at preset ratios to provide a combined exfoliation effect, or multiple solutions can be supplied sequentially according to the treatment steps to implement a step-by-step skin treatment. The controller (264) can control the mixing ratio of the solutions in real time by independently controlling each valve of the supply control valve assembly (234).

[0157] Additionally, the controller (264) can control the temperature of each solution individually in conjunction with the temperature control device (710; see FIG. 15). For example, the solution can be heated to provide a blood circulation-promoting effect, and the solution can be cooled to maximize a soothing effect. A sensor capable of measuring skin temperature may be placed in the solution handpiece assembly (400), and the controller (264) can receive skin temperature data from the sensor and automatically adjust the solution temperature according to the skin temperature.

[0158] Additionally, the controller (264) can generate a personalized solution supply protocol by comprehensively analyzing the user's skin type, age, treatment history, seasonal factors, etc., through a deep learning algorithm. A sensor capable of detecting skin conditions (changes in moisture, oiliness, elasticity, etc.) may be placed in the solution handpiece assembly (400), and the controller (264) can dynamically adjust the solution supply strategy by analyzing skin reaction data collected in real time from the sensor and suggest an optimal solution combination and supply order based on accumulated treatment data.

[0159] Additionally, the controller (264) can collect skin data in real time from a sensor installed in the solution handpiece assembly (400) and increase the supply amount of a solution having a specific function or increase the mixing amount of a specific solution. In addition, if an allergic reaction indicator (sudden rise in skin temperature, inflammatory reaction, etc.) is detected, the supply of the solution can be stopped immediately.

[0160] Additionally, the controller (264) can perform remote control by linking with a smartphone app through a communication module (Bluetooth module, Wi-Fi communication module, etc.). The user can adjust the solution mixing ratio, supply speed, temperature settings, etc. through the app, and can receive suggestions for an optimal treatment pattern for each individual through big data analysis accumulated on a cloud server.

[0161] Additionally, the controller (264) can provide an optimal aqua peeling effect by precisely synchronizing the suction mode of the pump (230) with the solution supply. By adjusting the ratio of suction force to solution supply amount in real time, appropriate pressure is maintained on the skin surface, thereby improving the skin penetration of the solution and increasing the aqua peeling efficiency. In this case, a sensor that measures pressure and provides measurement data to the controller (264) may be installed in lines having solution flow paths, such as the suction lines (244, 245) and the solution supply line (252).

[0162] As described above, the skin treatment device (100) of the present invention implements various skin treatment functions into a single integrated system, thereby providing professional and effective skin care services, and can achieve a significantly improved user experience and treatment effect compared to existing technology.

[0163] FIG. 15 is a schematic diagram showing a part of the configuration of a skin treatment device according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0164] A skin treatment device (700) according to another embodiment of the present invention further includes a temperature control device (710) and a washing fluid pump (720) compared to the skin treatment device (100) described above.

[0165] A temperature control device (710) is configured to heat or cool a solution supplied from solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c). The temperature control device (710) is controlled by a controller (264; see FIG. 1) to heat or cool the solution supplied from solution containers (10a, 10b, 10c) to a required temperature. The temperature control device (710) may include various heating elements, cooling elements, and temperature sensors.

[0166] The cleaning fluid pump (720) is configured to pump the cleaning fluid stored in the cleaning fluid container (30) to the solution handpiece assembly (500, 600). The cleaning fluid pump (720) is connected to the cleaning fluid container (30) via the cleaning fluid container connection line (239) and to the suction control valve assembly (232) via the cleaning fluid supply line (247).
