Claim 1 A method for providing information regarding after-sales service in an electronic device comprises: receiving a request input for an after-sales service request through a personal page provided corresponding to a customer account; providing an entry page for an after-sales service request based on the request input, the entry page for an after-sales service request including information regarding at least one of a sales target list page regarding a product eligible for after-sales service, an explanation page regarding after-sales service, and an after-sales service request page; receiving a third user input regarding the after-sales service request page based on the entry page for an after-sales service request; providing an after-sales service request page based on the third user input; receiving a customer's request input for after-sales service based on the after-sales service request page; receiving information regarding a symptom subject to after-sales service based on a symptom list provided corresponding to information regarding a product subject to after-sales service, which is identified based on the request input; and obtaining information on a desired visit date. The method includes the step of generating a service event for after-service based on at least some of the above request input, information regarding one or more symptoms selected from the above symptom list, and the above desired visit date information; the electronic device assigns the service event corresponding to the customer's request to a service center based on the service event information regarding the service event, and the after-service is performed by one or more workers corresponding to the service center; and the step of obtaining the above desired visit date information includes the step of providing a desired visit date setting page regarding the selection of a desired visit date based on the operational information of the service center.The method of providing information further includes the step of obtaining information on a desired visit date based on customer input received from the above-mentioned desired visit date setting page, wherein the operational information of the service center is verified based on address information corresponding to the customer and information regarding the product subject to the after-service, and wherein the service center can order the parts corresponding to the after-service from the manufacturer of the product capable of after-service among the one or more products if there is no stock of the parts corresponding to the after-service.
