Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a raft, and in particular to a raft that can secure durability and stability by firmly combining a buoyancy body and a deck frame. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, a raft refers to a structure made by arranging and tying together materials such as wood, bamboo, or grass to float on water, and is used to transport goods or people in the sea, rivers, etc. Such a raft consists of a deck that is plate-shaped and on which goods can be loaded or people can board, and a buoyancy body provided on the underside of the deck to generate buoyancy.

[0003] The above-mentioned deck consists of a frame structure in which boxes of frames made of wood or steel are stacked in multiple layers, and a deck plate that forms a plate shape and is placed on top of the uppermost frame structure. Since wooden frames have weaker durability compared to steel frames, steel frames are currently used to construct the deck.

[0004] Typically, the frame structure to which the buoyancy body is attached is formed by arranging multiple square tubes with a '□' cross-section in an intersecting manner to form multiple layers, and since the buoyancy body is cylindrical, the contact area between the buoyancy body and the frame structure is very small; consequently, bolt or adhesive connection methods cannot be used for joining the buoyancy body and the frame structure, and connection methods using strings or wires are employed.

[0005] However, the strings or wires used to connect the buoyancy body and the frame structure lose tension over time due to collisions, and as a result, the buoyancy body is unable to support the raft in a balanced manner, which causes the inconvenience of having to perform periodic maintenance. [0016] The present invention proposes a raft comprising: a frame structure formed by arranging a plurality of frames in the front-rear and left-right directions so as to increase the contact area between the buoyancy body and the frame structure and to connect them to each other by bolting or attaching, thereby ensuring durability and stability; and a buoyancy body connected to the lower side of the frame structure to generate buoyancy, wherein the frame structure is characterized in that a plurality of frames are arranged to form a grid shape on the same plane, and the buoyancy body is formed such that its upper surface is flat, and is connected to the frame structure in a state where the upper surface of the plurality of frames is in contact with each other.

[0017] The scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below, and various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical essence of the present invention.

[0018] Hereinafter, the raft of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached FIGS. 1 to 6.

[0020] The raft of the present invention includes a frame structure (100) on which goods can be loaded or people can board, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and a buoyancy body (200) that enables the frame structure (100) to float on water.

[0021] The frame structure (100) is formed by arranging a plurality of frames in the front-rear and left-right directions, and the frames may be made of square tubes, for example, having a cross-section in the shape of a 'ㅁ', but are not necessarily limited thereto. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the frame structure (100) is arranged so that a plurality of frames form a grid shape on the same plane, which is to increase the contact area with the buoyancy body (200) when combined with the buoyancy body (200).

[0022] For example, a frame structure (100) composed of a plurality of frames may include a frame member (110), a first connecting frame (120), and a second connecting frame (130) as illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 4. The frame member (110) may form a rectangular frame shape as a frame forming the outer edge of the frame structure (100), and may include a pair of first frame members (111) arranged side by side in the front-rear direction while being spaced apart by a predetermined distance in the lateral direction, and a pair of second frame members (112) connecting the front and rear ends of the pair of first frame members (111), respectively.

[0023] The first connecting frame (120) connects the pair of second frame frames (112) by being arranged side-by-side with the second frame frames (112) in the left-right direction between the pair of second frame frames (112). A plurality of the above-described first connecting frames (120) are provided in the frame structure (100), and the plurality of first connecting frames (120) are arranged at a predetermined distance apart in the front-rear direction.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 3, the second connecting frame (130) is arranged in the front-rear direction between a plurality of first connecting frames (120) to interconnect adjacent first connecting frames (120), and a plurality of them are arranged to form a straight line between a pair of second frame frames (112). The plurality of second connecting frames (130) arranged to form a straight line can form a single second connecting frame line, and the frame structure (100) may include a pair of second connecting frame lines. A pair of second connecting frame lines can be arranged, for example, at a distance of a first distance from the center of the length of the second frame frame (112) on both sides, and spaced apart from each first frame frame (111) by a second distance. In this case, it is preferable that the second distance be formed larger than the first distance so that a length exceeding half of the total length of the second frame frame (112) can come into contact with the upper surface of the buoyancy body (200).

[0025] As described above, the frame member (110), the first connecting frame (120), and the second connecting frame (130) can be joined together through mutual welding to form a frame structure (100), thereby allowing the frame structure (100) to be manufactured robustly in a short period of time. Furthermore, the frame member (110), the first connecting frame (120), and the second connecting frame (130) constituting the frame structure (100) may all be composed of frames having the same thickness, but may also be composed of frames having some different thicknesses. For example, the first frame (111) and the second frame (112) constituting the frame member (110) may be composed of frames having a thickness greater than that of the first connecting frame (120) and the second connecting frame (130), as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, and the frame member (110), the first connecting frame (120), and the second connecting frame (130) may be arranged and combined so that their bottom surfaces are located on the same flat surface. Accordingly, the frame member (110) can form a shape that protrudes upward from the first connecting frame (120) and the second connecting frame (130), thereby forming a frame structure (100) with a step formed along the outer edge, and as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a deck plate (300) in the shape of a plate is provided inside the frame member (110) so that it can be stably supported without shaking by the step formed by the frame member (110).

[0026] Meanwhile, the buoyancy body (200) is coupled to the lower side of the frame structure (100) to generate buoyancy, and may be formed to have a hollow interior structure, and may be provided with partition walls that divide the interior space into multiple spaces so as to have multiple buoyancy spaces inside. In the present invention, the buoyancy body (200) is formed such that its upper surface is flat as shown in FIG. 2, and may be coupled to the frame structure (100) in a state where its upper surface is in contact with a plurality of frames constituting the frame structure (100) as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5. Accordingly, the buoyancy body (200) may be coupled to the frame structure (100) at multiple points through a coupling method that can provide rigidity, such as bolt coupling or attachment coupling.

[0027] It is preferable that the buoyancy body (200) be formed to be long in the front-rear direction from the lower side of the front end of the frame structure (100) to the lower side of the rear end of the frame structure (100) so as to support the frame structure (100) with balanced buoyancy. When the buoyancy body (200) is combined with the frame structure (100), its upper surface comes into contact with at least a plurality of first connecting frames (120) that are spaced apart at a predetermined distance in the front-rear direction.

[0028] In addition, the buoyancy body (200) may be configured to be coupled with a plurality of first connecting frames (120) and / or a second connecting frame (130) and / or a frame member (110) in order to further increase the coupling stability with the frame structure (100). For example, the upper surface of the buoyancy body (200) may be in contact with a plurality of first connecting frames (120) and a plurality of second connecting frames (130). As a specific example, as shown in FIG. 5, a pair of buoyancy bodies (200) may be provided in a frame structure (100) that includes a pair of second connecting frame lines, and each buoyancy body (200) may be arranged so that its upper surface is in contact with a plurality of first connecting frames (120) and a single second connecting frame line. Accordingly, each pair of buoyancy bodies (200) has a significant upper surface contact with the frame structure (100), and can be combined with the frame arranged in the front and rear directions as well as the frame arranged in the left and right directions, thereby further improving the durability and stability of the raft.

[0029] The buoyancy body (200) described above is formed such that its front end and rear end form a streamlined shape as shown in FIG. 6, allowing it to move freely forward and backward while minimizing water resistance. For example, the buoyancy body (200) may be formed such that its front end forms a curved surface that rises toward the front and is located below the front end of the frame structure (100), and its rear end forms a curved surface that rises toward the rear and is located below the rear end of the frame structure (100).

[0030] And, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a flow guide groove (210) may be formed along the longitudinal direction on the bottom surface of the buoyancy body (200) from the front end to the rear end. For example, a plurality of flow guide grooves (210) may be formed side by side at a predetermined interval in the width direction of the buoyancy body (200). These flow guide grooves (210) serve to ensure a smooth flow of water from the lower side of the buoyancy body (200) as the raft moves, thereby enabling the raft to move stably without shaking.

[0031] Additionally, the buoyancy body (200) may include a pair of buoyancy bodies (200a) formed symmetrically with respect to a point corresponding to half the length as shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, and the pair of buoyancy bodies (200a) may be injection molded using a single mold with a material such as FRP resin. Accordingly, when the present invention includes a pair of buoyancy bodies (200), a total of four buoyancy bodies (200a) must be provided, and since all four buoyancy bodies (200a) can be injection molded through a single mold, the manufacturing cost can be significantly reduced.
