Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a safety net that can be installed between a scaffolding section and a building. Background Technology
[0003] In the past, safety nets were mainly installed and used to prevent falling objects during construction work. The safety nets were structured such that pipes were installed diagonally at intervals of approximately 2 to 3 meters on the walls or sides of the scaffolding of a building, pipes were woven perpendicularly to the pipes at regular intervals to form a grid, and then a net was spread over it and tied with binding straps.
[0004] However, safety nets pose a risk of falls during the manual installation and removal process, and installation is difficult due to the uneven spacing between them. In other words, if the length of the fastening means is uniform, it is difficult to adapt to uneven environments; conversely, if ropes are used for fastening, problems arise such as ropes coming undone or the inconvenience of having to tie knots individually, leading to delays in installation time.
[0005] Although prior art has been developed to address this, it has drawbacks, such as the requirement to fix the fastening means only along a fixed route and the inability to adjust the length, making it difficult to adapt to various working environments. Furthermore, its large overall size makes it vulnerable to collisions with the surrounding environment during transport, and space constraints arise during storage. In particular, since the fastening means must be stored separately, installation becomes difficult if parts are lost or missing. Prior art literature
[0007] Republic of Korea Registered Utility Model No. 20-0495121 (Publication Date: March 11, 2022) Republic of Korea Registered Utility Model No. 20-0499450 (Publication Date: August 4, 2025) The problem to be solved

[0021] The device includes a housing having an entrance formed on one side and fixed to the frame, a coil portion with a wire wound inside the housing, a coil restoration portion that rotates the coil portion inside the housing to wind the wire, and a hook portion disposed on the outer surface of the housing, the end of which of the wire is connected by passing through the entrance. When the hook portion is pulled, the coil portion is unwound and the wire is drawn out from the housing. When the hook portion is released, the coil restoration portion rotates the coil portion to wind and restore the wire. The device can be fixed to the frame by hanging the hook portion on one part of the scaffolding or by hanging the hook portion on the wire after winding the wire on one part of the scaffolding.
[0023] Also, the above-mentioned mounting part is,
[0024] The housing includes a recessed area around the entrance / exit of the housing to form a seating groove for the hook portion to be seated, and a permanent magnet that attaches a part of the hook portion to the housing on one surface of the seating groove, wherein one end of the hook portion is pulled by a wire and inserted into the seating groove, and the other end of the hook portion is attached to the permanent magnet and in close contact, thereby preventing the hook portion from protruding outward from the housing.
[0026] Also, the above-mentioned mounting part is,
[0027] The device includes a gear connected to the coil portion and rotating together with the coil portion, and a locking portion in a part of the housing that prevents or releases the rotation of the gear. When the locking portion is pulled, the gear is released so that the coil portion rotates, and when the locking portion is released, the gear is fixed so that the coil portion cannot rotate. Specific details for implementing the invention
[0039] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings, provided that technical details that are already well known are omitted or compressed for the sake of brevity.
[0041] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 9, the safety net installed between the scaffolding and the building according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a frame part (1) and a mesh part (2). Additionally, it may further include a mounting part (3), a fixing part (4, 4'), and a locking part (5).
[0043] The frame portion (1) may include a first frame block (11), a second frame block (12), and a hinge portion (13) as means of supporting the mesh portion (2).
[0045] The first frame block (11) can be formed as a roughly rectangular frame as a means of supporting the mesh portion (2) and may include a first pipe (111), a second pipe (112), and a third pipe (113).
[0047] A pair of first pipes (111) are provided as a means of forming the first frame block (11), and are approximately square pipes, etc., and form the longitudinal direction of the first frame block (11).
[0049] A pair of second pipes (112) are provided as a means to extend or contract the first frame block (11) in the longitudinal direction, using a roughly square pipe or the like, and are each inserted into the interior of the first pipe (111). Accordingly, the second pipes (112) are drawn out or inserted from the first pipe (111).
[0051] A third pipe (113) is provided as a means to support the first pipe (111) and the second pipe (112), and a pair thereof are provided, using a roughly square pipe, etc., and the ends of the first pipe (111) are connected to each other, and the ends of the second pipe (112) are connected to each other. Accordingly, when the third pipe (113) positioned on the outside is pushed inward, the second pipe (112) is drawn into the interior of the first pipe (111), and when the third pipe (113) is pulled again, the second pipe (112) is drawn out from the first pipe (111), thereby allowing the length of the first frame block (11) to be adjusted.
[0053] The second frame block (12) may be formed as a roughly rectangular frame as a means of supporting the mesh portion (2) and may include a first pipe (121), a second pipe (122), and a third pipe (123). Here, the second frame block (12) is formed symmetrically to the first frame block (11) described above, so a detailed description is omitted.
[0055] A hinge portion (13) is a means for connecting the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12), and is installed in multiple places on the bottom surface of the third pipe (113) of the first frame block (11) and the third pipe (123) of the second frame block (12) that are in close contact with the first frame block (11) and arranged in the longitudinal direction. Accordingly, the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12) can be folded or unfolded around the hinge portion (13), and by folding the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12), they can be moved easily and stored even in a narrow space.
[0057] A pair of mesh sections (2) are provided as a means to block the inner side of the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12), and are made of a mesh made of approximately metal or synthetic resin, and are secured to the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12) by wrapping the outer surface of the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12). More specifically, the mesh sections (2) are secured by rolling and sewing both ends of the mesh sections (2) and then fitting the sewn parts into the first pipes (111, 121), respectively. Accordingly, the inner side of the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12) is blocked by the mesh sections (2), so that falling objects falling from the upper part of the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12) can be blocked by the mesh sections (2). Meanwhile, when the third pipe (113, 123) positioned on the outside is pushed inward, wrinkles are formed in the mesh section (2), and the length of the first frame block (11) or the second frame block (12) is reduced. When the third pipe (113, 123) is pulled outward again, wrinkles in the mesh section (2) are straightened, and the length of the first frame block (11) or the second frame block (12) is restored. By adjusting the length of the first frame block (11) or the second frame block (12), it is possible to respond to various construction sites.
[0059] The mounting part (3) may include a housing (31), a coil part (32), a coil restoration part (33), a hook part (34), a gear (35), a locking part (36), and a permanent magnet (37) as a means for fixing or releasing the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12) between the scaffolding part (not shown) and the building (not shown).
[0060] Additionally, a plurality of mounting parts (3) may be installed on the upper surface of the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12). More specifically, the mounting parts (3) may be positioned at the outermost corners of the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12) when they are unfolded. Accordingly, by supporting the outermost corners of the safety net when it is unfolded, the safety net can be prevented from tilting to one side and can be firmly supported.
[0061] Here, when the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12) are unfolded, one mounting part (3) may be positioned at the inner corner of the first frame block (11), and another mounting part (3) may be positioned at the inner corner of the second frame block (12), and the mounting parts (3) may be positioned symmetrically with respect to each other. Accordingly, the middle part of the safety net can also be supported, allowing for more robust support.
[0063] The housing (31) is formed as a roughly rectangular box and serves as a means for accommodating the outer shape, coil portion (32), coil restoration portion (33), hook portion (34), gear (35), and locking portion (36). On the upper surface, a seating groove (311) corresponding to the hook portion (34) and into which the hook portion (34) is inserted may be formed by being recessed inward. Additionally, the housing (31) may have an entrance (312) through which a wire (321) enters and exits formed in one area of the seating groove (311), a roller (313) that guides the wire (321) is provided inside and spaced apart from the coil portion (32) to be described later, and a through hole (314) into which an operation button (361) is inserted may be formed on the side. Additionally, the housing (31) can be placed and fixed on the upper surface of the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12), and corresponds to the mounting part (3) described above, so a detailed description is omitted.
[0065] The coil section (32) is a means for winding the wire (321), and the wire (321) is wound in a roughly bobbin shape. It is positioned inside the housing (31) and rotates, and is connected to the coil restoration section (33) and the gear (35). The end of the wire (321) passes through the roller (313), penetrates the entrance (312) of the housing (31), and is connected to the hook section (34). An explanation regarding this will be provided later.
[0067] The coil restoration unit (33) is a means for restoring the coil unit (32) and is positioned inside the housing (31) and connected to the coil unit (32). Accordingly, when the wire (321) is unwound from the coil unit (32) by an external force and the external force is removed, the coil restoration unit (33) rotates the coil unit (32) to wind the wire (321) and restore it.
[0069] The hook portion (34) is a means for securing the scaffolding or any part of the building by hooking it onto the wire (321), and can be roughly a carabiner or the like. It can be connected to the wire (321) and inserted into the seating groove (311) of the housing (31). Accordingly, when the hook portion (34) is pulled, the wire (321) is pulled out from the housing (31), and when the hook portion (34) is released, the wire (321) is drawn into the interior of the housing (31). Additionally, when the hook portion (34) is hooked onto any part of the scaffolding or building, or when the wire (321) is wrapped around any part of the scaffolding or building and the hook portion (34) is hooked onto the wire (321), the safety net is firmly supported.
[0071] The gear (35) is a means for preventing or releasing the rotation of the coil portion (32), and is positioned inside the housing (31) and may be connected to the coil portion (32) or the coil restoration portion (33), and rotates together with the coil portion (32). An explanation thereof will be provided later.
[0073] The locking part (36) may include an operating button (361), a spring (362), and a latch (363) as means for preventing or releasing the rotation of the gear (35).
[0075] The operating button (361) is fitted into the through hole (314) of the housing (31) and restrained as a means of operating the latch (363). An explanation thereof will be given later.
[0077] A spring (362) is placed inside the housing (31) as a means of restoring the operation button (361), and is fitted onto the operation button (361) but is positioned between the operation button (361) and the housing (31). Accordingly, when the operation button (361) is pulled and then released, the operation button (361) is restored by the spring (362).
[0079] A latch (363) is a means for preventing or releasing the rotation of a gear (35), is connected to the inner end of an operation button (361), corresponds to the gear (35), is inserted between the teeth of the gear (35), and moves together with the operation button (361). Accordingly, when the operation button (361) is pulled, the latch (363) is released from the gear (35), allowing the gear (35) to rotate, and when the operation button (361) is released, the latch (363) is engaged with the gear (35), thereby preventing the gear (35) from rotating. That is, when the hook portion (34) is pulled while the operating button (361) is pulled, the wire (321) is released and pulled out from the housing (31), and when the operating button (361) is released, the rotation of the gear (35) is prevented, thereby maintaining the wire (321) in the pulled-out state. Therefore, even if an external force is applied, the wire (321) is prevented from being pulled out or pulled in, thereby preventing the safety net from tilting to one side.
[0081] A permanent magnet (37) is inserted and fixed in one area of the mounting groove (311) as a means of preventing the hook portion (34) from protruding from the housing (31). Accordingly, one side of the hook portion (34) is pulled by a wire (321) so that one side of the hook portion (34) is inserted into the mounting groove (311), and when the other side of the hook portion (34) is pressed against the permanent magnet (37), the hook portion (34) is completely inserted into the mounting groove (311), thereby preventing the hook portion (34) from protruding from the housing (31). Thus, interference with the hook portion (34) can be eliminated when folding and storing the safety net or stacking it.
[0083] The fixing part (4) may include a rivet (41) as a means to prevent the mesh part (2) from detaching from the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12). Additionally, the fixing part (4') may include a fixing ring (42) and a fixing string (43).
[0085] The rivets (41) are a means of securing the mesh portion (2) to the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12), respectively, and the rivets (41) are fastened to the sides of the first pipe (111, 121) and the second pipe (112, 122) respectively while the mesh portion (2) is fitted into the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12). Accordingly, the mesh portion (2) can be prevented from detaching from the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12) by means of the rivets (41).
[0087] A fixing ring (42) is installed in a portion of the mesh portion (2) adjacent to the third pipe (113, 123) as a means for inserting a fixing line (43). An explanation thereof will be provided later.
[0089] The fixing rope (43) is a means of supporting the safety net by fixing the mesh portion (2) to the third pipe (113) or tying it to a part of the scaffolding or building, and a rope made of synthetic resin or the like can be used. Accordingly, even if the above-described rivet (41) is omitted, the mesh portion (2) is secured to the third pipe (113, 123) by passing the fixing rope (43) through the fixing ring (42) and tying it to the third pipe (113, 123), and the safety net can be supported by passing the fixing rope (43) through the fixing ring (42) and tying the fixing rope (43) to a part of the scaffolding or building.
[0091] The locking part (5) may include a push button (51), a hook (52), and a locking groove (53) as means for maintaining or releasing the unfolded state of the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12).
[0093] A push button (51) can be installed on the upper surface of a third pipe (113) positioned inside the first frame block (11) as a means of operating the hook (52), and is connected to the hook (52). Accordingly, when the push button (51) is pressed, the hook (52) descends together, and when the push button (51) is released, the hook (52) rises and is restored.
[0095] A hook (52) is a means of preventing the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12) from folding, and is connected to a push button (51), protrudes to the side of the third pipe (113), and is fitted into a locking groove (53). An explanation thereof will be given later.
[0097] The catch groove (53) is a means into which the hook (52) is inserted and caught, and may be formed on the side of the third pipe (123) which corresponds to the hook (52) and is positioned on the inner side of the second frame block (12). Accordingly, when the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12) are unfolded, the hook (52) is inserted into the catch groove (53) and descends, and when the hook (52) is fully inserted into the catch groove (53), the hook (52) rises and catches on the inner surface of the catch groove (53), thereby preventing the first frame block (11) and the second frame block (12) from folding. At this time, when the push button (51) is pressed, the hook (52) descends, and when the second frame block is rotated from the first frame block (11) while the hook (52) is in the descended state, it can be easily folded.
[0099] Accordingly, the present invention allows the position of the safety net to be flexibly set by pulling out the wire (321), and the length of the safety net can be adjusted to easily adapt to the construction environment, and it is foldable so that storage and transport are easy. In addition, the mounting part (3) is installed on the safety net so that the mounting part (3) is prevented from being lost, and the safety net can be installed or removed quickly and easily through the mounting part (3).
[0101] In describing the present invention as described above, the same reference numerals are used for identical components even if the embodiments differ, and the description thereof may be omitted if necessary.
[0103] As described above, the specific description of the present invention has been made through embodiments with reference to the attached drawings; however, since the above-described embodiments are merely preferred examples of the present invention, it should not be understood that the present invention is limited only to the above-described embodiments. Accordingly, in addition to what has been described above, a person skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs can easily implement other forms of the present invention within the same category as the above-described embodiments or implement inventions in an equivalent scope to the present invention based solely on the description of the embodiments of the present invention.
