Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a packaging material with excellent thermal insulation properties and a packaging material with excellent thermal insulation properties manufactured thereby, which can easily prevent heat exchange phenomena at the joint area, thereby greatly improving thermal insulation properties, and can also quickly and easily introduce air into all of the multiple cells and the multiple auxiliary cells through one or more check valves provided in any one of the multiple cells, and furthermore, when disposing of after use, all of the air filled in the multiple cells and the multiple auxiliary cells can be leaked to the outside at once by bursting any one of the multiple cells without having to burst all of the multiple cells individually, and thus can also minimize volume in a short period of time, thereby greatly improving usability. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, when shipping fresh food or goods at risk of damage, cushioning / insulating packaging materials such as air bubble wrap with multiple air layers (cells) formed inside are widely used. As part of this, a cushioning packaging bag with a continuous heat-resistant member formed therein was proposed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1084301.

[0004] However, in the case of the aforementioned domestic registered patent publication No. 10-1084301, there is a problem in that the thermal insulation performance of the packaging material is reduced due to heat exchange occurring at the thermal junction line between the air columns.

[0005] Furthermore, the multi-cell structure packaging material proposed in the aforementioned Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1084301, etc., has a structure in which each air pocket is independently sealed, causing serious inconvenience when disposing of the packaging material after use.

[0006] Specifically, the volume of packaging materials must be minimized for volume-based waste disposal and recycling; however, this presents a problem in that it requires significant inconvenience and labor, as users must manually burst numerous cells one by one or use sharp tools, including utility knives, to burst them all. Prior art literature

[0008] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1084301 The problem to be solved

[0009] The present invention was created to solve the aforementioned problems, and aims to provide a method for manufacturing a packaging material with excellent thermal insulation properties and a packaging material with excellent thermal insulation properties manufactured thereby, which can easily prevent heat exchange phenomena at the joint area, thereby greatly improving thermal insulation properties, and can also quickly and easily introduce air into all of the multiple cells and the multiple auxiliary cells through one or more check valves provided in any one of the multiple cells, and furthermore, when disposing of after use, all of the air filled in the multiple cells and the multiple auxiliary cells can be leaked to the outside at once by bursting any one of the multiple cells without the need to burst all of the multiple cells individually, and thus can also minimize volume in a short period of time, thereby greatly improving usability. means of solving the problem

[0011] The present invention, for achieving the above-mentioned purpose, provides a method for manufacturing a packaging material with excellent thermal insulation properties comprising a lower sheet, an intermediate sheet disposed on the lower sheet, and an upper sheet disposed on the intermediate sheet, the method comprising: a) a lower sheet and intermediate sheet joining step in which a plurality of cells into which air is introduced are formed at regular intervals between the lower sheet and the intermediate sheet, and a connecting portion through which air introduced into the plurality of cells passes is formed at each portion of the intermediate sheet corresponding to the upper side of the plurality of cells and the upper side of the plurality of cells; and b) an intermediate sheet and upper sheet joining step in which a plurality of auxiliary cells into which air is introduced through the connecting portion are formed in a state in which they are in communication with the plurality of cells, and the upper sheet is joined to the upper portion of the intermediate sheet through a second joining line located on the upper portion of each of the plurality of cells.

[0013] Here, it is preferable that a lower sheet and check valve joining step be performed prior to step a), in which a check valve is joined to the upper front side of the lower sheet through a joining line.

[0015] In addition, it is preferable that one or more check valves are provided on the front side of any one of the multiple cells of step a).

[0017] In addition, in step a) above, it is preferable that the connecting part be formed as one of a through hole, a through slit, or an incision line.

[0019] Here, in step a), it is preferable that the incision line forming the connecting part be formed as a loop-shaped incision line with a portion open.

[0021] Furthermore, in step b) above, it is preferable that one or more second bonding lines be formed on the upper part of each of the plurality of cells.

[0023] In addition, it is preferable to include c) a step of forming a closed joint line by joining the front side of the lower sheet, the front side of the intermediate sheet, the front side of the check valve, and the front side of the upper sheet through a closed joint line so that the front side of the plurality of cells and the front side of the plurality of auxiliary cells are closed.

[0025] In addition, it is preferable that the plurality of first bond lines in step a) are formed by fusion or adhesion, and the second bond line in step b) is formed by fusion or adhesion.

[0027] Furthermore, it is preferable that a non-bonded portion is formed in a part of the plurality of first bonding lines of step a) above to connect each of the plurality of cells.

[0029] In addition, it is preferable that a non-bonded portion is formed in a part of the second bonding line of step b) above to connect each of the plurality of auxiliary cells.

[0031] And, when the second joint line of step b) is fused, it is preferable that a release portion be formed at each upper portion of the lower sheet or lower portion of the intermediate sheet corresponding to the formation location of the second joint line being fused.

[0033] Furthermore, the present invention provides a packaging material with excellent thermal insulation properties, characterized by being manufactured by the method for manufacturing a packaging material with excellent thermal insulation properties. Effects of the invention

[0035] The present invention has the effect of significantly improving thermal insulation by more easily preventing heat exchange phenomena at multiple first joint lines, which are the joints between the lower sheet and the intermediate sheet, through air that flows into and fills the interior of a plurality of auxiliary cells, the upper part of which is closed by the upper sheet.

[0036] In addition, there is an effect of being able to quickly and easily introduce air into both the plurality of cells and the plurality of auxiliary cells through one or more check valves provided in any one of the plurality of cells.

[0037] Furthermore, when disposing of the packaging material of the present invention, there is no inconvenience for the user to burst all of the multiple cells directly or using a sharp tool including a cutter knife; instead, if the user bursts any one of the multiple cells or any one of the multiple auxiliary cells, all the air filled in the multiple cells and the multiple auxiliary cells can pass through the connecting part and leak out to the outside of the packaging material at once. Therefore, the volume of the packaging material of the present invention can be minimized and disposed of within a short period of time, thereby greatly improving usability.

[0038] In addition, the packaging material of the present invention can be used for takeout, and the vertical width of the multiple cells and the vertical width of the multiple auxiliary cells can be easily adjusted by controlling the amount of air flowing into the multiple cells and the multiple auxiliary cells. As a result, a large amount of packaging material can be transported in a loaded state during the transportation process, which greatly improves transportability. Furthermore, a large amount of packaging material can be easily loaded even in a confined space, which greatly improves space efficiency and handling convenience when loading packaging material, while simultaneously improving the convenience of carrying for consumers.

[0039] Furthermore, since the intermediate sheet and the upper sheet can be easily joined at regular intervals through a second bonding line formed by adhesion without the need to form a release portion on the lower sheet or the intermediate sheet, the workability of the worker can be greatly improved, and there is an effect of significantly improving productivity and economic efficiency through process shortening and process simplification.

[0040] In addition, due to the closed joint line, air introduced into any one of the plurality of cells through the check valve is not leaked to other places, such as the forward direction of the plurality of cells, and can be rapidly introduced into all of the plurality of cells and all of the plurality of auxiliary cells through the connecting part, and also has the effect of maintaining a state in which air is independently filled in all of the plurality of auxiliary cells and all of the plurality of cells. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0043] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings. Of course, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments, and various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical essence of the present invention.

[0045] FIG. 1 is a block diagram schematically illustrating a method for manufacturing a packaging material with excellent thermal insulation properties, which is an embodiment of the present invention.

[0047] A method for manufacturing a packaging material with excellent thermal insulation properties, which is an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a lower sheet, an intermediate sheet disposed on the lower sheet, and an upper sheet disposed on the intermediate sheet. As shown in FIG. 1, the method comprises a) a step of joining the lower sheet and the intermediate sheet (hereinafter referred to as 'step a'), and b) a step of joining the intermediate sheet and the upper sheet (hereinafter referred to as 'step b').

[0049] FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3 are perspective views schematically illustrating the process of supplying a check valve to a lower seat.

[0051] First, prior to the above step a), a lower seat supply step (hereinafter referred to as 'pre-a1'), a check valve supply step (hereinafter referred to as 'pre-a2'), a lower seat and check valve joining step (hereinafter referred to as 'pre-a3'), and an intermediate seat supply step (hereinafter referred to as 'pre-a4') may be performed.

[0052] The above pre-a1) step is a step of supplying a lower sheet to form a plurality of cells together with the above intermediate sheet.

[0053] The lower sheet, the check valve described below, the intermediate sheet, and the upper sheet may be formed in the form of a transparent or opaque film, for example, and may be made of various materials such as synthetic resins including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and nylon (NY).

[0054] As a method of supplying the lower sheet, the check valve to be described later, the intermediate sheet, and the upper sheet respectively, various supply methods may be applied, such as a roll supply method in which the sheets are unwound from a roll and supplied as needed, a sheet cutting supply method in which the sheets are cut to a certain length and supplied one by one, and a vacuum suction supply method in which the sheets are lifted and moved one by one using a vacuum suction device.

[0055] The above pre-a2) step is a step of supplying a check valve (20) to the upper front side of the lower seat (30) as seen in FIGS. 2 and 3.

[0056] The front side of the check valve (20) can be exposed for a certain length in the forward direction of the lower seat (30).

[0057] The above pre-a3) step is a step for joining the lower seat (30) and the check valve (20) through the joint line (2) so that the check valve (20) supplied to the upper front side of the lower seat (30) does not move.

[0058] As shown in FIG. 3, the joint line (2) can be formed on one side and the other side of the check valve (20) respectively, in a state where it is extended to a certain length in the front-rear direction of the check valve (20).

[0059] The above joint line (2) can be formed in various ways, for example, by forming a fusion or laminating fusion using various types of fusion machines such as ultrasonic welding machines and thermal welding machines.

[0060] Alternatively, the joint line (2) may be formed by bonding with an adhesive applied by an adhesive application device between the check valve (20) and the lower sheet (30), or by laminating bonding, or by a needle dispensing method in which an adhesive is precisely discharged through a syringe-shaped nozzle.

[0062] FIG. 4 is a bottom perspective view schematically showing the process of supplying an intermediate sheet to the upper part of a lower sheet, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view schematically showing the state in which an intermediate sheet is seated on the upper part of a lower sheet.

[0064] The above pre-a4) step is a step of supplying the intermediate sheet (31) to the upper part of the lower sheet (30) which is fused with the check valve (20) as seen in FIGS. 4 and 5.

[0066] FIG. 6 is a schematic perspective view showing the state in which the lower sheet and the middle sheet are joined, and FIG. 7 is a partially cut-and-enlarged perspective view along the line A-A of FIG. 6.

[0068] Step a) above is a step of joining the lower sheet (30) and the intermediate sheet (31) at regular intervals through a plurality of first joining lines (4) so that a plurality of cells (C1) through which air is introduced through the check valve (20) are formed between the lower sheet (30) and the intermediate sheet (31), as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7.

[0069] One of the above check valves (20) may be provided on one side of the front portion of any one of the plurality of cells (C1).

[0070] The plurality of first joint lines (4) can be formed at regular intervals from one side of the plurality of cells (C1) to the other side, while extending for a certain length in the front-rear direction of the plurality of cells (C1).

[0071] The above plurality of first bond lines (4) can be formed in various ways, and for example, can be formed by fusion or laminating fusion using various types of fusion machines such as ultrasonic welding machines and thermal welding machines.

[0072] Alternatively, the plurality of first bonding lines (4) may be formed by an adhesive applied by an adhesive application device between the lower sheet (30) and the intermediate sheet (31), or by a laminating bonding method, or by a needle dispensing method in which the adhesive is precisely discharged through a syringe-shaped nozzle.

[0073] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 7, for each intermediate sheet (31) corresponding to one side of the upper part and the other side of the upper part of the plurality of cells (C1), one or more connecting parts (41) through which air introduced into the plurality of cells (C1) passes can be formed in the front-rear direction of the plurality of cells (C1) by a connecting part forming device.

[0074] The above connecting portion (41) may be formed by the connecting portion forming device before the lower sheet (30) and the intermediate sheet (31) are joined by the plurality of first joining lines (4), or may be formed by the connecting portion forming device after the lower sheet (30) and the intermediate sheet (31) are joined by the plurality of first joining lines (4).

[0075] Air introduced into one of the plurality of cells (C1) through one of the check valves (20) can be rapidly introduced into all of the plurality of cells (C1) and all of the plurality of auxiliary cells (C3) to be described later through the connecting part (41).

[0076] The above-mentioned connecting part (41) can be made of various types, and for example, it can be made of a through hole of various shapes such as a circular shape, an elliptical shape, etc.

[0077] Alternatively, the above-mentioned connecting part (41) may be formed as a through slit or a sheath-shaped incision line extending a certain length in the front-rear or left-right direction of the plurality of cells (C1).

[0078] Alternatively, to prevent loss phenomena in which the portion of the intermediate sheet (31) corresponding to the communication part (41) is cut off and completely detached from the intermediate sheet (31) during the process of forming the communication part (41), the cut line that can form the communication part (41), although not shown in the drawing, may be a loop-shaped cut line with a part of an open shape, such as a 'C' shape, a '∪' shape, or a '∨' shape.

[0079] The above-mentioned connecting part forming device may be made of various types, such as a known punching machine for forming a through hole, a known slit forming device for forming a through slit, or a known cut line forming device for forming a cut line.

[0081] FIG. 8 is a schematic perspective view showing a state in which a non-bonded portion is formed in a part of a plurality of first bonding lines, and FIG. 9 is a partially cut enlarged perspective view along line B-B of FIG. 8.

[0083] Next, in order to allow air to be rapidly and easily diffused and supplied to all of the plurality of cells (C1), a non-bonded portion (42) connecting each of the plurality of cells (C1) may be formed in a part of the plurality of first bonding lines (4) formed in step a).

[0084] As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the above non-bonded portions (42) may be formed at regular intervals in the front-rear direction of each of the plurality of first bonding lines (4).

[0085] The above non-bonded portion (42) can be formed by the lower sheet (30) and the intermediate sheet (31) corresponding to the location where the plurality of first bonding lines (4) are scheduled to be formed not being bonded to each other.

[0086] Air introduced into one cell (C1) through the check valve (20) can be introduced into all of the plurality of cells (C1) while passing through the non-junction (42).

[0088] FIG. 10 is a bottom perspective view schematically showing the process of supplying an upper sheet to the upper part of an intermediate sheet, FIG. 11 is a bottom perspective view schematically showing the state in which the upper sheet is seated on the upper part of an intermediate sheet, FIG. 12 is a bottom perspective view schematically showing the state in which the intermediate sheet and the upper sheet are joined, and FIG. 13 is a partially cut-and-enlarged perspective view along the line C-C of FIG. 12.

[0090] Next, an upper sheet supply step (hereinafter referred to as the 'pre-b' step) may be performed prior to the above step b).

[0091] The above pre-b) step is a step of supplying an upper sheet (40) to the upper part of the intermediate sheet (31) to form a plurality of auxiliary cells (C3) together with the intermediate sheet (31), as seen in FIGS. 10 and 11.

[0092] Next, step b) is a step of forming a plurality of auxiliary cells (C3) that communicate with the plurality of cells (C1) by joining the intermediate sheet (31) and the upper sheet (40) at regular intervals through the second joining line (7) so that the upper sheet (40) supplied to the upper part of the intermediate sheet (31) as seen in FIG. 12 and FIG. 13 does not flow, and so that air is introduced through the connecting part (41) in the upper direction of the plurality of first joining lines (4) as seen in FIG. 13.

[0093] As shown in FIG. 13, the second joint line (7) can be positioned on the upper part of each of the plurality of cells (C1) in a state where it is extended to a certain length in the front-rear direction of the plurality of cells (C1).

[0094] To this end, for example, the second bonding line (7) may be formed by bonding with an adhesive applied by an adhesive application device or the like, or by laminating bonding, or by a needle dispensing method in which the adhesive is precisely dispensed through a syringe-shaped nozzle.

[0095] Alternatively, the second joint line (7) may be formed by fusion or laminating fusion using various types of fusion machines, such as the ultrasonic fusion machine or the thermal fusion machine.

[0096] However, there is a significant problem in that, during the process of fusing the intermediate sheet (31) and the lower sheet (30) through the second bonding line (7) formed by fusion, the portion of the intermediate sheet (31) corresponding to the upper inner surface of each of the plurality of cells (C1) and the portion of the lower sheet (30) corresponding to the lower inner surface of each of the plurality of cells (C1) are unintentionally fused to each other, making it difficult to secure the inner space of the plurality of cells (C1), and thus the ease of forming the plurality of cells (C1) is likely to be reduced.

[0097] To resolve such problems, a release portion (5 in FIG. 4 and FIG. 13), which can be made of various types such as heat-fusing prevention ink with a shape corresponding to the second bonding line (7) formed by fusion, may be formed on the upper portion of the lower sheet (30) corresponding to the formation location of the second bonding line (7) or printed on the lower portion of the intermediate sheet (31), but this causes the addition of a separate release portion printing process, which complicates the production process and increases manufacturing costs.

[0098] Therefore, preferably, the intermediate sheet (31) and the upper sheet (40) are bonded together at regular intervals through the second bonding line (7) without a separate process for forming the aforementioned molding part, thereby shortening and simplifying the manufacturing process to improve productivity and economic efficiency, and maximizing the convenience of the worker.

[0099] Additionally, although not shown in the drawing, to improve the adhesive efficiency of the intermediate sheet (31) and the upper sheet (40), the second bonding line (7) may each be formed in a rectangular shape to cover the entire upper intermediate portion of the plurality of cells (C3) between the plurality of auxiliary cells (C3) over a wider range.

[0100] Additionally, although not shown in the drawing, in order to allow air to be quickly and easily diffused and supplied to all of the plurality of auxiliary cells (C3), one or more non-joint sections connecting each of the plurality of auxiliary cells (C3) may be formed at regular intervals in the front and rear directions of the second joint line (7).

[0101] The non-bonded portion of the second bonding line (7) can be formed by the intermediate sheet (31) and the upper sheet (40) not being bonded to each other.

[0103] FIG. 14 is a schematic perspective view showing a packaging material with excellent thermal insulation properties, which is an embodiment of the present invention.

[0105] Next, c) a step of forming a closed joint line (hereinafter referred to as 'step c') may be included, in which the front side of the lower sheet (30), the middle sheet (31), the front side of the check valve (20), and the front side of the upper sheet (40) are joined through a closed joint line (8) so that the front side of the plurality of cells (C1) and the front side of the plurality of auxiliary cells (C3) are closed.

[0106] In step c) above, the closed joint line (8) can be formed to extend left and right from one side to the other side of the upper sheet (40) for a certain length, as shown in FIG. 14, so as to be orthogonal to the plurality of first joint lines (4), second joint lines (7), and joint lines (2).

[0107] The above closed joint line (8) can be formed in various ways, for example, by various types of welding machines such as ultrasonic welding machines and thermal welding machines, or through laminating welding.

[0108] Alternatively, the above-mentioned closed joint line (8) can be formed by adhesive formation or laminating adhesion with an adhesive discharged by an adhesive application device, or by a needle dispensing method that precisely discharges the adhesive through a syringe-shaped nozzle, etc.

[0109] Due to the above-mentioned closed joint line (8), there is no risk of the air flowing into one of the plurality of cells (C1) through the check valve (20) leaking to another place, such as the forward direction of the plurality of cells (C1), and there is an advantage in that air can be independently filled in all of the plurality of auxiliary cells (C3) and all of the plurality of cells (C1).

[0110] Next, d) a packaging material edge joining step (hereinafter referred to as 'd' step) may be included, in which the entire edge of the packaging material (1), comprising the lower sheet (30), the middle sheet (31), and the upper sheet (40), is joined through the edge joining line (9).

[0111] In step d) above, the edge joint line (9) can be extended along the edge of the packaging material (1).

[0112] The above edge joint line (9) can be formed in various ways, for example, by being formed by welding through various types of welding machines such as ultrasonic welding machines, heat welding machines, or laminating welding, so that the entire edge of the packaging material (1) can be welded.

[0113] As another example, the edge bonding line (9) can be bonded in various ways, such as bonding or laminating bonding with an adhesive dispensed by an adhesive dispensing device, or a needle dispensing method in which an adhesive is precisely dispensed through a syringe-shaped nozzle, thereby bonding the entire edge of the packaging material (1).

[0114] Meanwhile, step c) above may be omitted and step d) above may be performed, in which case the edge joint line (9) located at the front edge of the packaging material (1) among the edge joint lines (9) may form the closed joint line (8).

[0115] Alternatively, step d) may be performed after step c), or step c) may be performed after step d), and at this time, the edge joint line (9) may be formed on one edge, the other edge, and the rear edge of the packaging material (1).

[0117] FIG. 15 is a partially cut-and-enlarged perspective view schematically showing the state in which a plurality of cells and a plurality of auxiliary cells are expanded, and FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view along the line D-D of FIG. 15.

[0119] As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, air introduced into one of the multiple cells (C1) through the check valve (20) can be quickly and easily introduced into both the multiple cells (C1) and the multiple auxiliary cells (C3) while passing through the connecting part (41).

[0120] In particular, there is an advantage in that the heat exchange phenomenon at the multiple first joint lines (4), which are the joint portions of the lower sheet (30) and the intermediate sheet (31), can be prevented more easily through the air introduced into the multiple auxiliary cells (C3), thereby greatly improving thermal insulation.

[0122] FIG. 17 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the state of air leakage from a plurality of cells and a plurality of auxiliary cells.

[0124] Furthermore, when disposing of the packaging material (1) of the present invention, there is no inconvenience of the user having to burst all of the multiple cells (C1) directly or using a sharp tool including a cutter knife, as shown in FIG. 17. Even if the user bursts any one of the multiple cells (C1) or any one of the multiple auxiliary cells (C3), all of the air filled in the multiple cells (C1) and the multiple auxiliary cells (C3) can pass through the connecting part (41) and leak out of the packaging material (1) at once. Therefore, the volume of the packaging material (1) of the present invention can be minimized and disposed of within a short period of time, which has the advantage of greatly improving usability.

[0125] In addition, the packaging material (1) of the present invention can be used for takeout, and the amount of air flowing into the plurality of cells (C1) and the plurality of auxiliary cells (C3) can be easily adjusted to control the vertical width of the plurality of cells (C1) and the vertical width of the plurality of auxiliary cells (C3). As a result, a large amount of packaging material (1) can be transported in a loaded state during the transportation process of the packaging material (1), thereby greatly improving transportability. Furthermore, a large amount of packaging material (1) can be easily loaded even in a narrow space, so that space efficiency and handling convenience when loading the packaging material (1) can be greatly improved, and the convenience of carrying for consumers can also be simultaneously improved.

[0126] The air sequentially introduced into the plurality of cells (C1) and the plurality of auxiliary cells (C3), respectively, can consist of various types, such as air containing inert gases including nitrogen, argon, krypton, helium, neon, xenon, and radon.

[0127] Although not shown in the drawing, air can be introduced through the air injector by sequentially passing through the check valve (20) and the connecting part (41) to the plurality of cells (C1) and the plurality of auxiliary cells (C3).

[0128] The above air injector may be of various types, such as a general air injector that is a portable pump, a compressor, a blower, etc., or an inert gas injector that injects air containing an inert gas.

[0130] FIG. 18 is a partially enlarged cutaway view schematically showing different arrangement states of a check valve.

[0132] Next, one of the above check valves (20) may be provided on the other side of the front portion of any one of the plurality of cells (C1), as shown in FIG. 18.

[0134] FIG. 19 is a partially enlarged cutaway view schematically showing another arrangement of the check valve.

[0136] Alternatively, in order to improve the inflow speed of air sequentially flowing into the plurality of cells (C1) and the plurality of auxiliary cells (C3), as shown in FIG. 19, one or more check valves (20) may be provided at regular intervals from one side to the other side of one of the cells (C1) in step a).

[0138] FIG. 20 is a partially enlarged cutaway view schematically showing another arrangement of the check valve and another arrangement of the molded part.

[0140] Alternatively, one of the check valves (20) may be provided in the middle of the front side of any one of the plurality of cells (C1), as shown in FIG. 20.

[0142] FIG. 21 is a perspective view schematically showing a different arrangement of the second joint line, and FIG. 22 is a cross-sectional view along the line E-E of FIG. 21.

[0144] Alternatively, in order to minimize the volume of the plurality of auxiliary cells (C3) so that the packaging material (1) of the present invention can be used more easily for takeout, as shown in FIG. 22, the second bonding line (7) may be formed at regular intervals from one side to the other side of the plurality of cells (C1) on the upper part of the plurality of cells (C1).

[0145] When one or more second bonding lines (7) are fused and formed on the upper portions of the plurality of cells (C1), the dissecting portion (5) may also be formed at regular intervals corresponding to the number of fused second bonding lines (7). Explanation of the symbols
