Background Technology

[0003] Generally, advertisements are facilities intended to advertise various goods and services, and can be divided into outdoor advertisements, which are installed fixedly on the exterior walls of buildings or as movable installations, and indoor advertisements, which are installed indoors.

[0004] These advertisements primarily take the form of attaching printed materials with various phrases to an advertising board body of a specific shape and form.

[0005] However, conventional advertising materials had a problem in that they were limited in attracting consumers' attention to the display and promotion of advertising text because the printing of the output was done in a simple flat form. Prior art literature

[0016] Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be examined in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0017] Embodiments of the present invention may be modified in various forms, and the scope of the present invention should not be interpreted as being limited to the embodiments described in detail below. These embodiments are provided to more fully explain the present invention to those with average knowledge in the art.

[0018] Accordingly, the shapes of components depicted in the drawings may be exaggerated to emphasize clearer explanations. It should be noted that identical components in each drawing may be illustrated with the same reference numeral. Furthermore, detailed descriptions of functions and configurations of known technology that are deemed to unnecessarily obscure the essence of the invention may be omitted.

[0019] First, the process of producing an illuminated advertisement using a 3D printer according to one embodiment of the present invention is as follows through FIGS. 1 to 5.

[0020] <3D Molding Step of Printed Material>

[0021] In the printing step, a specific letter or pattern is printed three-dimensionally using a 3D printer (10, 10').

[0022] That is, at this time, it can be seen that 3D printing is performed in a layered form by stacking synthetic resin materials, thereby producing a printed material (10) that forms a three-dimensional structure of the desired shape and form.

[0023] In particular, in the molding step of this printing method, it is preferable that a space (11) be formed on one side of the printed material (10).

[0024] <LED 구성단계>

[0025] When the printing molding of the printed material (10) is completed in this manner, an LED bar (20) is inserted into the space (11) of the formed printed material (10).

[0026] At this time, the LED bar (20) can be connected to the space (11) by fitting it in, or the LED bar (20) can be fixed by attaching a separate end cap (not shown).

[0027] <Printed Material Attachment Step>

[0028] Afterwards, the LED bar (20) is used to attach the printed material (10) inserted inside to the advertising board body (30).

[0029] FIG. 5 shows the state in which the printed material (10) is attached to the main body of the billboard (30) through the above process, and light is emitted from the printed material (10) by the light of the internal LED bar (20), thereby improving visual visibility.

[0030] In particular, the advantage of enhancing advertising effects is achieved by printing a logo shape or advertising text as a printed material (10, 10') and attaching it to the main body of the advertising board (30).

[0031] The advertisement of the present invention, produced in this manner, incorporates 3D printer technology to display three-dimensional advertising text and adds lighting effects, thereby enhancing visibility and interest for consumers.

[0033] Meanwhile, FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the present invention, wherein a light diffusion layer (11a) for diffusing light emitted from an LED bar (20) is coated on the inner wall surface of the space portion (11) of the printed material (10).

[0034] At this time, the light diffusion layer (11a) preferably has a mixed composition in the ratio of 20-40% by weight of polyacetal resin, 5-20% by weight of glass powder, 1-10% by weight of paraffin wax, 10-20% by weight of olefin polymer oil, 1-10% by weight of barium sulfate, 5-15% by weight of phenyl ether, and 5-25% by weight of polytetrafluoroethylene.

[0035] When such a configuration is achieved, the light emitted from the LED bar (20) can be uniformly emitted from the entire surface of the printed material (10) due to the formation of the light diffusion layer (11a).

[0036] In particular, since glass powder and paraffin wax are mixed in the light diffusion layer (11a), the light reflection efficiency within the coating layer can be improved, and the olefin polymer oil prevents discoloration of the polyacetal resin, while the barium sulfate performs the function of improving the glossiness of the glass powder. In addition, the additionally added phenyl ether and polytetrafluoroethylene each perform the functions of improving surface lubricity and antibacterial properties of the light diffusion layer (11a), thereby providing the advantage of preventing contamination and deterioration of the coating surface.

[0038] And although specific embodiments of the present invention have been described and illustrated above, it is obvious that the process of producing illuminated advertisements according to the present invention can be implemented with various modifications by those skilled in the art.

[0039] For example, in the above embodiment, a specific shape and form of the printed material is shown, but the 3D printed material in the present invention can be produced in various forms of characters or shapes as shown in FIGS. 7 and FIGS. 8.

[0040] Therefore, such modified embodiments should not be understood separately from the technical spirit or scope of the present invention, and such modified embodiments should be considered to be included within the appended claims of the present invention. Explanation of the symbols
