[0001] The present invention relates to a gas valve measuring device, a gas valve measuring system including the same, and a gas valve measuring method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a gas valve measuring device capable of verifying whether a gas valve is open or closed and whether a measuring device is properly connected to the gas valve, a gas valve measuring system including the same, and a gas valve measuring method using the same. Background Technology
[0002] The evaluation system for verifying equipment utilization capabilities during general substation inspection work has the following issues: i) The workforce of specialized substation companies ranges from a maximum of 9 to a minimum of 5, and among them, equipment utilization capabilities are significantly low, excluding essential technical skills. ii) Currently, there is no established evaluation system for the utilization capabilities of essential equipment when registering new work teams. iii) There is currently no automated evaluation model capable of quantifying equipment utilization. iv) It is impossible to verify actual equipment utilization during construction capability assessments due to the reliance on oral evaluations. v) Experience is required not only for the use of individual equipment but also for the integrated operation of multiple pieces of equipment in various situations. vi) Failures caused by gas valve misoperation continue to occur. For example, there have been 8 such incidents over the past 5 years. In light of these failure cases, it is necessary to acquire the expertise to cross-check alongside supervision and inspection.
[0003] Therefore, there is a need for a device and method that can reduce failures caused by gas valve misoperation by enhancing the understanding of the location and role of each gas valve for each work process, and can secure experience regarding the interactions resulting from the operation of each piece of equipment by virtually combining the equipment required for each work process. [0004] Korean Registered Patent No. 1,126,292 The problem to be solved
[0005] The present invention aims to provide a gas valve measuring device capable of verifying whether a gas valve is open or closed and whether a measuring device is properly connected to the gas valve. Furthermore, the present invention aims to provide a gas valve measuring system comprising the aforementioned gas valve measuring device. Additionally, the present invention aims to provide a gas valve measuring method using the aforementioned gas valve measuring system. means of solving the problem
[0006] A gas valve measuring device according to the first embodiment of the present invention can determine whether a gas valve is open or closed. The gas valve measuring device is connected to a gas valve module that includes a gas valve extending in one direction through which gas flows and a handle that rotates to open or close the gas valve, thereby enabling verification of whether the gas valve is open or closed. The gas valve measuring device includes: i) a housing unit detachably connected to the gas valve; ii) a magnetic body positioned adjacent to the handle; and iii) a sensor unit positioned in the housing unit and operated depending on whether the magnetic body is positioned adjacently. The sensor unit confirms that the gas valve is open when the magnetic body is rotated by the handle so as to be adjacent to the sensor unit. The sensor unit confirms that the gas valve is closed when the magnetic body is rotated by the handle so as to be separated from the sensor unit.
[0007] The sensor unit operates based on whether it comes into contact with a magnetic material. The sensor unit turns ON when the magnetic material is rotated in one direction by the handle and comes into contact with the sensor unit. The sensor unit turns OFF when the magnetic material is rotated in the other direction by the handle and comes into non-contact with the sensor unit.
[0008] The sensor unit further includes a lamp that turns ON or OFF depending on whether the magnetic body is placed in an adjacent position or makes contact. The lamp lights up when the magnetic body is rotated in one direction and comes into contact with the sensor unit. The lamp turns off when the magnetic body is rotated in the other direction and does not come into contact with the sensor unit.
[0009] The housing unit includes i) a first housing connected to one side of the gas valve, and ii) a second housing connected to the other side of the gas valve and detachably connected to the first housing. In the first housing and the second housing, a through hole is formed through which the upper part of the gas valve passes when the first housing and the second housing are connected to the gas valve.
[0010] The housing unit further includes a fixing member that fastens the first housing and the second housing. A cable hole through which the fixing member passes is formed in the first housing and the second housing.
[0011] A handle is positioned at the upper part of the gas valve. A magnetic body is positioned at the lower part of the handle. A sensor support is formed on one side of the second housing to which a sensor part is attached. The sensor support extends from one side of the second housing to a height adjacent to the magnetic body.
[0012] A gas valve measuring device according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises: i) a gas valve module including a gas valve that extends in one direction and through which gas flows, and a handle that rotates to open and close the gas valve; ii) a housing unit detachably connected to the gas valve; iii) a magnetic body positioned adjacent to the handle; and iv) a sensor unit positioned in the housing unit and operated according to whether the magnetic body is adjacent or in contact. The sensor unit is turned ON so that the gas valve can be confirmed to be open when the magnetic body is rotated by the handle to be adjacent to or in contact with the sensor unit. The sensor unit is turned OFF so that the gas valve can be confirmed to be closed when the magnetic body is rotated by the handle to be separated from or not in contact with the sensor unit, thereby allowing verification of whether the gas valve is open or closed.
[0013] The handle is positioned at the upper part of the gas valve. The magnetic body is positioned at the lower part of the handle. A sensor support is formed on one side of the housing unit to which the sensor part is attached. The sensor support extends from one side of the housing unit to a height adjacent to the magnetic body.
[0014] A gas valve measuring device according to a second embodiment of the present invention can verify whether the measuring device is properly connected to a gas valve. The gas valve measuring device is connected to a gas valve module comprising a gas valve through which gas flows and a valve bracket having a discharge hole formed in communication with the outside, thereby enabling verification of whether it is properly connected to the gas valve module. The gas valve measuring device includes: i) a cover unit detachably connected to the valve bracket to surround the perimeter of the valve bracket; ii) a gas injection unit connected to the valve bracket to communicate with the discharge hole; iii) a magnetic body disposed in the gas injection unit; and iv) a sensor unit disposed in the cover unit and operating depending on whether the magnetic body is adjacent. When the magnetic body is disposed adjacent to the sensor unit, it is confirmed that the gas injection unit is properly connected to the valve bracket. When the magnetic body is disposed spaced apart from the sensor unit, it is confirmed that the gas injection unit is abnormally connected to the valve bracket.
[0015] The sensor unit operates depending on whether it comes into contact with a magnetic material. The sensor unit turns ON when a magnetic material is positioned to come into contact with the sensor unit. The sensor unit turns OFF when a magnetic material is positioned not to come into contact with the sensor unit.
[0016] The sensor unit further includes a lamp that turns ON or OFF depending on whether a magnetic material is placed adjacently or in contact. The lamp lights up when the magnetic material is placed adjacently or in contact with the sensor part. The lamp turns off when the magnetic material is placed apart from or not in contact with the sensor part.
[0017] The magnetic body is positioned at the upper and lower portions of the gas injection unit. The sensor portion is positioned at the lower portion of the cover unit. When the gas injection unit is fastened to the valve bracket, the magnetic body is positioned adjacent to or in contact with the sensor portion. The sensor portion is positioned at one or more of the upper and lower portions of the cover unit.
[0018] A communication hole is formed in the central part of the gas injection unit, which communicates with the discharge hole. The gas injection unit includes a gas inlet that receives gas from the outside. The gas inlet is connected to the communication hole so that external gas flows into the discharge hole through the communication hole.
[0019] The cover unit includes a fastening bolt that secures the cover unit to the valve bracket. A bolt fastening hole is formed in the cover unit through which the fastening bolt passes.
[0020] A gas valve measuring system according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: i) one or more gas valve measuring devices connected to a gas valve of a power transmission line facility and capable of verifying whether the gas valve is open or closed or properly closed; and ii) a recovery filling model device that recovers gas from the power transmission line facility through the gas valve measuring device or fills the recovered gas into the power transmission line facility through the gas valve measuring device. The recovery filling model device includes: i) a tank unit comprising a recovery tank receiving gas recovered from the gas valve measuring device; ii) a gas flow line comprising a plurality of channels providing a path for gas to flow between the gas valve measuring device and the recovery tank; and iii) a valve unit comprising a plurality of valves arranged in the plurality of channels and opened or closed to allow or block the flow of gas.
[0021] The valve unit and the plurality of gas valve measuring devices optionally recover gas within the gas valve measuring device into a recovery tank or fill the gas within the recovery tank into the gas valve measuring device. The recovery filling model device further includes a pump unit for recovering gas within the transmission line facility into a recovery tank. The pump unit includes i) a first vacuum pump for primary recovery of gas within the transmission line facility into a recovery tank, and ii) a second vacuum pump for secondary recovery of gas within the transmission line facility into a recovery tank.
[0022] The first vacuum pump fills the gas in the recovery tank into the transmission line facility. The second vacuum pump recovers the gas in the transmission line facility into the recovery tank with a higher output than the first vacuum pump.
[0023] The recovery filling model device is connected to a gas valve measuring device and further includes a vacuum device that removes residual gas within the transmission line equipment and measures residual gas within the transmission line equipment.
[0024] The vacuum device includes i) a suction pump connected to a gas valve measuring device and removing residual gas within the transmission line facility by sucking it in, and ii) a vacuum gauge connected to a gas valve measuring device and measuring residual gas within the transmission line facility.
[0025] The tank unit further includes i) a chiller for cooling the recovery tank that is heated when recovering gas from the transmission line facility into the recovery tank, and ii) a heater for heating the recovery tank that is cooled when filling the gas from the recovery tank into the transmission line facility.
[0026] A gas valve measurement method using a gas valve measurement system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: i) a recovery tank vacuum formation step of removing gas inside the recovery tank to form a vacuum inside the recovery tank; ii) a natural recovery step of recovering gas inside the transmission line facility into the recovery tank by a pressure difference using a valve unit and a plurality of gas valve measurement devices; iii) a mechanical recovery step of recovering gas inside the transmission line facility into the recovery tank using a pump unit; iv) a natural filling step of filling gas inside the recovery tank into the transmission line facility by a pressure difference using a valve unit and a plurality of gas valve measurement devices; and v) a mechanical filling step of filling gas inside the recovery tank into the transmission line facility using a pump unit.
[0027] A gas valve measurement method according to one embodiment of the present invention further includes a transmission line facility vacuum formation step, which is performed between a mechanical recovery step and a natural filling step, and involves removing residual gas within the transmission line facility using a vacuum device to form a vacuum inside the transmission line facility and measuring the residual gas within the transmission line facility.
[0028] The vacuum formation step of the transmission line facility includes i) a residual gas removal step of removing residual gas within the transmission line facility by sucking it in with a suction pump, and ii) a residual gas measurement step of measuring residual gas within the transmission line facility with a vacuum gauge.
[0029] The mechanical recovery step includes i) a first mechanical recovery step of recovering gas within the transmission line facility into a recovery tank using a first vacuum pump, and ii) a second mechanical recovery step of recovering gas within the transmission line facility into a recovery tank using a second vacuum pump. In the second mechanical recovery step, gas within the transmission line facility is recovered into the recovery tank at a higher output than in the first mechanical recovery step. In the mechanical filling step, gas within the recovery tank is filled into the transmission line facility using a first vacuum pump. Effects of the invention
[0030] It is possible to verify whether the gas valve is open or closed. It is possible to verify whether the measuring device is properly connected to the gas valve. Gas can be recovered from the transmission line equipment into the recovery tank via the measuring device, or the gas recovered from the recovery tank can be filled back into the transmission line equipment via the measuring device. During the inspection of the GIS (gas insulated switchgear), the operation of the gas valve can be verified. It is possible to check whether it is properly connected to the gas inlet and whether the gas valve is open or closed. During the GIS inspection, the connection to the gas inlet and the opening or closing of the gas valve on the LCP side can be verified. The equipment utilization skills required during the GIS inspection can be verified. By developing an evaluation model for the utilization of essential equipment, the equipment utilization capabilities of work teams and construction quality can be improved. Opportunities to acquire competencies can be provided to internal employees by establishing in-house training courses. By enhancing understanding of the location and role of each gas valve for each work process, the occurrence of failures caused by gas valve misoperation can be reduced. By virtually combining the equipment required for each work process, users can gain experience regarding the interactions associated with the operation of each piece of equipment. It can be utilized as in-house training material to prevent valve misoperation, which accounts for the majority of failures. Brief explanation of the drawing

[0038] FIGS. 1 to 3 are perspective views schematically showing the shape of a gas valve measuring device (10) according to a first embodiment of the present invention. That is, FIGS. 1 and 2 show the operation method of the gas valve measuring device (10), and FIG. 3 shows the configuration of the gas valve measuring device (10). The gas valve measuring device (10) of FIGS. 1 to 3 is merely for illustrating the present invention and is not limited thereto. Accordingly, it can be modified differently.
[0039] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, a gas valve measuring device (10) is connected to a gas valve module (100) to check whether the gas valve (110) is open or closed. For example, the gas valve measuring device (10) of FIGS. 1 and 2 can check whether the gas valve (110) is normally open or closed when checking a gas insulated switchgear (GIS). The gas valve measuring device (10) includes a gas valve module (100), a housing unit (200), a magnetic body (300), and a sensor unit (400).
[0040] The gas valve module (100) includes a gas valve (110), a handle (120), and a valve bracket (130). The gas valve (110) extends in one direction and allows gas to flow inside. The gas flowing inside the gas valve (110) may be sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas. A separate facility is connected to one side of the gas valve (110), and the valve bracket (130) is connected to the other side of the gas valve (110) so as to be internally connected. A gas valve measuring device (10) is attached to the upper part of the gas valve (110).
[0041] A handle (120) is positioned at the upper end of a gas valve (110) and rotates to open and close the gas valve (110). For example, when the handle (120) is rotated in one direction, the flow of gas within the gas valve (110) is blocked (Fig. 1). When the handle (120) is rotated in the other direction, the flow of gas within the gas valve (110) is allowed (Fig. 2). A magnetic body (300) is attached to the lower end of the handle (120).
[0042] A discharge hole (131) communicating with the outside is formed in the valve bracket (130) (see FIG. 4). One side of the valve bracket (130) is connected to the gas valve (110), so that gas inside the gas valve (110) is discharged to the outside through the discharge hole (131), or external gas flows into the gas valve (110) through the discharge hole (131). A detailed description of the valve bracket (130) will be provided later.
[0043] The housing unit (200) is detachably connected to the upper part of the gas valve (110). The housing unit (200) includes a first housing (210), a second housing (220), a sensor support (230), and a fixing member (240).
[0044] The first housing (210) is attached to one side of the upper portion of the gas valve (110). The second housing (220) is attached to the other side of the upper portion of the gas valve (110) and is detachably attached to the first housing (210). In the first housing (210) and the second housing (220), a through hole (250) is formed through which the upper portion of the gas valve (110) passes when the first housing (210) and the second housing (220) are attached to the gas valve (110). These first housing (210) and second housing (220) can be manufactured using a 3D printer.
[0045] In the first housing (210) and the second housing (220), a first cable hole (211) and a second cable hole (221) are formed through which a fixing member (240) passes. The fixing member (240) fastens the first housing (210) and the second housing (220). The fixing member (240) includes a cable tie. For example, the cable tie passes through the first cable hole (211) of the first housing (210) and the second cable hole (221) of the second housing (220) to fix the first housing (210) and the second housing (220) so that they do not separate from each other.
[0046] A sensor support (230) is formed on one side of the second housing (220), and a sensor part (410) is attached to the sensor support (230). The sensor support (230) extends from one side of the second housing (220) to a height adjacent to the magnetic body (300) so that the sensor part (410) is positioned horizontally with respect to the magnetic body (300) located at the bottom of the handle (120).
[0047] As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, a magnetic body (300) generates magnetic force and is positioned at the lower end of the handle (120) adjacent to the handle (120). The magnetic body (300) includes a circular or polygonal magnet with a diameter of about 1 cm.
[0048] The sensor unit (400) is placed in the second housing (220) of the housing unit (200) and includes a sensor part (410) and a lamp (420). The sensor part (410) is operated depending on whether it is placed adjacent to or in contact with a magnetic body (300). The sensor part (410) includes a magnetic sensor. The sensor part (410) is attached to a sensor support (230) of the second housing (220).
[0049] The sensor unit (410) is confirmed to have the gas valve (110) opened when the magnetic body (300) is rotated by the handle (120) so as to be adjacent to or in contact with the sensor unit (410) (Fig. 2). For example, the sensor unit (410) is turned ON when the magnetic body (300) is rotated in one direction by the handle (120) so that the magnetic body (300) is placed adjacent to or in contact with the sensor unit (410).
[0050] The sensor unit (410) is confirmed to have closed the gas valve (110) when the magnetic body (300) is rotated by the handle (120) so as to be separated from or not in contact with the sensor unit (410) (Fig. 1). For example, the sensor unit (410) is turned off when the magnetic body (300) is rotated in the other direction by the handle (120) so that the magnetic body (300) is separated from or not in contact with the sensor unit (410).
[0051] The lamp (420) is turned on or off depending on whether the magnetic body (300) is placed in an adjacent position or comes into contact. For example, the lamp (420) is turned on when the magnetic body (300) is rotated in one direction by the handle (120) and comes into contact with the sensor part (410) (Fig. 2). Conversely, the lamp (420) is turned off when the magnetic body (300) is rotated in the other direction and the magnetic body (300) does not come into contact with the sensor part (410) (Fig. 1). Thus, the user can check whether the gas valve (110) is open or closed depending on whether the lamp (420) is turned on.
[0052] FIGS. 4 to 6 are perspective views schematically illustrating the shape of a gas valve measuring device (20) according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, FIG. 4 shows the configuration of the gas valve measuring device (20), and FIGS. 5 and 6 show the parts of the gas valve measuring device (20) separated. The gas valve measuring device (20) of FIGS. 4 to 6 is merely for illustrating the present invention and is not limited thereto. Therefore, it can be modified differently.
[0053] As illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 6, the gas valve measuring device (20) can check whether the gas injection unit (600) of the gas valve measuring device (20) is properly connected to the valve bracket (130) of the gas valve module (100). For example, the gas valve measuring device (20) of FIGS. 4 and 5 can be connected to a local control panel (LCP). An LCP refers to an assembly capable of operating equipment such as a pressure gauge and an operating switch.
[0054] The gas valve measuring device (20) includes a gas valve module (100), a cover unit (500), a magnetic body (300), a gas injection unit (600), and a sensor unit (400).
[0055] A discharge hole (131) communicating with the outside is formed in the valve bracket (130) of the gas valve module (100). A cover unit (500) is attached to the valve bracket (130) to surround the perimeter. Additionally, a gas injection unit (600) is attached to the valve bracket (130) to communicate with the discharge hole (131). For example, the discharge hole (131) of the valve bracket (130) communicates with the communication hole (610) and the gas injection port (620) of the gas injection unit (600).
[0056] Accordingly, gas inside the gas valve (110) can be discharged to the outside through the exhaust hole (131) of the valve bracket (130) and the communication hole (610) and gas inlet (620) of the gas injection unit (600). Conversely, external gas can be introduced into the gas valve (110) through the exhaust hole (131) of the valve bracket (130) from the gas inlet (620) and communication hole (610) of the gas injection unit (600).
[0057] As illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5, the cover unit (500) is detachably fastened to the valve bracket (130) to surround the perimeter of the valve bracket (130). That is, the cover unit (500) has a polygonal shape and is fastened to fit around the perimeter of the valve bracket (130). The cover unit (500) includes fastening bolts (510) that secure the cover unit (500) to the valve bracket (130). Additionally, bolt fastening holes (520) through which the fastening bolts (510) pass are formed at the upper and lower ends of the cover unit (500). A plurality of fastening bolts (510) pass through the bolt fastening holes (520) and are fastened to the valve bracket (130). Thus, the cover unit (500) is prevented from detaching from the valve bracket (130).
[0058] The magnetic body (300) is positioned on one side of the upper part and the other side of the lower part of the gas injection unit (600). The magnetic body (300) is positioned adjacent to or in contact with the sensor part (410) when the gas injection unit (600) is connected to the valve bracket (130).
[0059] For example, if a magnetic body (300) placed in a gas injection unit (600) is positioned to be adjacent to or in contact with a sensor part (410) of a sensor unit (400) placed in a cover unit (500), the sensor part (410) of the sensor unit (400) is turned ON. In this case, it is confirmed that the gas injection unit (600) is properly connected to the valve bracket (130).
[0060] Conversely, if the magnetic body (300) placed in the gas injection unit (600) is positioned so as to be spaced apart or non-contact with the sensor part (410) of the sensor unit (400) placed in the cover unit (500), the sensor part (410) of the sensor unit (400) is turned off. In this case, it is confirmed that the gas injection unit (600) is not connected to the valve bracket (130) or is connected abnormally.
[0061] As illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6, the gas injection unit (600) is connected to the valve bracket (130) so as to communicate with the discharge hole (131) of the valve bracket (130). In the gas injection unit (600), a communication hole (610) is formed in the central part that communicates with the discharge hole (131) of the valve bracket (130). The gas injection unit (600) includes a gas inlet (620) for receiving gas from the outside. The gas inlet (620) is connected to the communication hole (610) so that external gas flows into the discharge hole (131) through the communication hole (610). Meanwhile, a magnetic body (300) is placed at the upper and lower parts of the gas injection unit (600).
[0062] As illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5, the sensor unit (400) is disposed in the cover unit (500) and includes a sensor section (410) and a lamp (420). The sensor section (410) operates depending on whether the magnetic body (300) is adjacent or in contact. The sensor section (410) includes a magnetic sensor. The sensor section (410) is disposed at the bottom of the cover unit (500). Additionally, the sensor section (410) may be disposed at one or more of the top and bottom sections of the cover unit (500). That is, the sensor section (410) may be disposed at either the top or bottom section of the cover unit (500), or may be disposed at both the top and bottom sections of the cover unit (500).
[0063] The sensor unit (410) is confirmed to be properly connected to the valve bracket (130) when the magnetic body (300) is positioned adjacent to or in contact with the sensor unit (410). For example, the sensor unit (410) is turned ON when the gas injection unit (600) is properly connected to the valve bracket (130) and the magnetic body (300) is positioned adjacent to or in contact with the sensor unit (410).
[0064] The sensor unit (410) is confirmed to be unattached to or abnormally attached to the valve bracket (130) when the magnetic body (300) is positioned so as to be spaced apart or non-contact with the sensor unit (410). For example, the sensor unit (410) is turned off when the gas injection unit (600) is not attached to or is abnormally attached to the valve bracket (130) so as to be spaced apart or non-contact with the magnetic body (300).
[0065] The lamp (420) is turned on or off depending on whether the magnetic body (300) is placed adjacently or in contact with it. For example, the lamp (420) is lit when the magnetic body (300) is placed adjacently or in contact with the sensor unit (410). Conversely, the lamp (420) is turned off when the magnetic body (300) is placed apart from or is not in contact with the sensor unit (410).
