Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to SBFD (Subband non-overlapping Full Duplex) technology, and to a method for dynamically allocating terminal resources in a communication environment that supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency subbands. Background Technology

[0002] In NR (New Radio), or 5G systems, which use higher frequency bands and wider bandwidths than existing LTE systems, a function that allows simultaneous use of Tx and Rx using full-duplex communication based on the existing TDD method is being discussed.

[0003] Considering that it is difficult to eliminate interference when the same frequency is used simultaneously for Tx and Rx operations, this is a technology for transmitting downlink and uplink separately by frequency subbands within the slot, and is named SBFD (Subband non-overlapping Full Duplex).

[0004] Meanwhile, unlike the existing TDD method, the SBFD method has the characteristic that downlinks and uplinks exist together during the same period of time.

[0005] Accordingly, in the TDD method, up to four bandwidth resources can be allocated to a terminal using BWP (Bandwidth Part), whereas in the SBFD method, if the downlink and uplink exist together during the same period, it becomes possible to allocate terminal resources more dynamically by utilizing the above characteristic. The problem to be solved

[0006] The present invention was created in consideration of the above circumstances, and the objective to be achieved by the present invention is to dynamically allocate terminal resources in a communication environment that supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency subbands, in relation to SBFD (Subband non-overlapping Full Duplex) technology. means of solving the problem

[0007] A base station device according to one embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above objective comprises: a memory including instructions; and a processor that, by executing the instructions, changes a slot format based on a network slicing method of a terminal that supports simultaneous transmission of a downlink and an uplink between frequency subbands, and allocates at least a portion of the frequency range of the slot format as a resource of the terminal.

[0008] Specifically, the processor may change the slot format for the terminal to include at least one of a downlink slot for downlink transmission and a simultaneous transmission slot for simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink.

[0009] Specifically, the processor may allocate the entire frequency range of the downlink slot as a resource of the terminal on a slot-by-slot basis for the downlink slot, and for the simultaneous transmission slot, allocate the frequency range of the frequency subband where the downlink is set as a resource of the terminal on a slot-by-slot basis.

[0010] Specifically, the processor allocates different frequency ranges in which a downlink is set in the slot format as resources of the terminal based on the data usage of the terminal, and if the data usage of the terminal is less than a threshold, it may allocate a frequency range of a downlink set in a fixed position in the changed slot format for the terminal as resources of the terminal.

[0011] A terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above purpose is characterized by comprising: a memory including instructions; and a processor that, by executing the instructions, supports simultaneous transmission of a downlink and an uplink between frequency subbands, changes a slot format based on a network slicing method of the terminal at a base station device, and identifies a resource allocated to the terminal in at least a part of the frequency range of the slot format.

[0012] A dynamic resource allocation method performed in a base station device according to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above objective is characterized by comprising: a modification step of changing a slot format based on a network slicing method of a terminal that supports simultaneous transmission of a downlink and an uplink between frequency subbands; and an allocation step of allocating at least a portion of the frequency domain of the slot format as a resource of the terminal.

[0013] Specifically, the allocation step may change the slot format to include at least one of a downlink slot for downlink transmission and a simultaneous transmission slot for simultaneous downlink and uplink transmission for the terminal.

[0014] Specifically, the allocation step allocates the entire frequency range of the downlink slot as a resource of the terminal on a slot-by-slot basis for the downlink slot, and for the simultaneous transmission slot, allocates the frequency range of the frequency subband where the downlink is set as a resource of the terminal on a frequency subband-by-slot basis.

[0015] Specifically, the allocation step allocates different frequency ranges in which a downlink is set in the slot format as resources of the terminal based on the data usage of the terminal, and if the data usage of the terminal is less than a threshold, the frequency range of the downlink set in a fixed position in the changed slot format for the terminal may be allocated as resources of the terminal. Effects of the invention

[0016] According to the base station device, terminal, and dynamic resource allocation method of the present invention, for a terminal that supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency subbands, the slot format is changed based on the terminal's network slicing method, and at least a portion of the frequency range where the downlink is set in the slot format is dynamically allocated as a resource of the terminal based on the terminal's data usage, thereby enabling efficient utilization of resources. Furthermore, since resources are set based on data usage and network slicing method rather than using the entire resource of the base station device, power saving of the base station device and terminal is possible. [0018] Hereinafter, various embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.

[0019] The present invention deals with SBFD (Subband non-overlapping Full Duplex) technology.

[0020] Since both LTE and 5G systems use OFDM as their communication method, they use similar standards, but LTE systems could be configured mainly with fixed formats.

[0021] On the other hand, compared to LTE systems, which are dynamically configurable and primarily use FDD communication methods, 5G systems mainly use TDD methods to increase bandwidth and frequency efficiency.

[0022] However, in the TDD method, as a half-duplex communication method, uplink signals cannot be transmitted when downlink signals are transmitted, and in order to increase speed, it is necessary to use more downlink resources than uplink resources, so the opportunity to allocate uplink resources is relatively reduced.

[0023] In addition, when using the TDD method in environments that use surrounding frequencies or the same frequency, the same slot format must be used.

[0024] For example, in Korea, telecommunication companies are using the same DDDSU slot format by mutual agreement.

[0025] If slot formats differ by operator or carrier, when one operator or base station uses a downlink, another base station may use an uplink; in this case, communication may become difficult at the uplink base station, which has a relatively lower power strength, due to interference from the downlink being used by the other base station.

[0026] Furthermore, when each telecommunications carrier uses different frequencies, interference affecting strong signal transmission between them in adjacent frequency bands is inevitable.

[0027] In this regard, 3GPP Release 18 is conducting research on SBFD (Subband non-overlapping Full Duplex) to compensate for these shortcomings of the TDD method.

[0028] In this SBFD method, the downlink and uplink can be divided and transmitted by frequency subbands within the slot through a full-duplex communication method that uses the downlink and uplink simultaneously, and as it becomes possible to allocate uplink resources to continuous slot sections, the problems of the existing TDD method can be improved.

[0029] In addition, as mentioned earlier, the SBFD method has the characteristic that the downlink and uplink exist together during the same period, so it is possible to support terminal resources in a more diverse way compared to the TDD method.

[0030] In other words, referring to Figure 1, in the TDD method, when using Bandwidth Part (BWP), up to four bandwidth resources can be allocated differently to the terminal.

[0031] On the other hand, in the case of the SBFD method, it is possible to use the slot format in the TDD method as before, and depending on the situation, it is possible to change to the SBFD method slot format.

[0032] Accordingly, in the SBFD method, the entire bandwidth of the slot format of the TDD method can be allocated to a terminal using the downlink (DL) or uplink (UL) (①), the upper part of the frequency subband divided in the slot format of the SBFD method can be allocated (②), or the lower part of the frequency subband divided in the slot format of the SBFD method can be allocated (③), and the entire frequency band of the slot format of the TDD method and the slot format of the SBFD method can also be allocated to a terminal (④).

[0033] Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, a new method is proposed to dynamically allocate terminal resources in a communication environment that supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency subbands by applying the SBFD method.

[0034] In this regard, FIG. 2 exemplarily shows an SBFD-based full-duplex communication environment according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0035] As illustrated in FIG. 2, in a full-duplex communication environment based on SBFD according to one embodiment of the present invention, a base station device (100) is included to support simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency subbands for a terminal (200).

[0036] The base station device (100) can allocate the resources of the terminal (200) in various forms by using a slot format of the TDD method for downlink or uplink transmission and a slot format of the SBFD method for simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink to the terminal (200).

[0037] Ultimately, in a full-duplex communication environment based on SBFD according to one embodiment of the present invention, resources can be dynamically allocated to a terminal (200) that supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency subbands through the aforementioned configuration, and below, the configuration of a base station device (100) for realizing this will be explained in more detail.

[0038] FIG. 3 schematically shows the configuration of a base station device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0039] As illustrated in FIG. 3, a base station device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be configured to include a memory containing instructions and a processor that executes instructions within the memory.

[0040] In particular, in the case of a processor according to one embodiment of the present invention, it may have a functional configuration including a change unit (120) and an allocation unit (130) according to an implementation function according to the execution of an instruction.

[0041] In addition, the implementation function of the processor according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include the functional configuration of the verification unit (110) in addition to the configuration described above.

[0042] Above, the base station device (100) according to the embodiment of the present invention can dynamically allocate resources of the terminal (200) through the functional configuration of the aforementioned processor, and below, a detailed explanation of each functional configuration for realizing this will be provided.

[0043] The verification unit (110) is responsible for the function of checking whether SBFD is supported.

[0044] More specifically, the verification unit (110) checks whether the terminal (200) supports simultaneous transmission of the downlink and uplink between frequency bands.

[0045] At this time, the verification unit (110) can verify whether the terminal (200) supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency bands from information regarding capability reported from the terminal (200), and this can be done whenever the terminal (200) attempts Camp On.

[0046] The change unit (120) is responsible for the function of changing (determining) the slot format for the terminal (200).

[0047] More specifically, when the changing unit (120) confirms whether the terminal (200) supports simultaneous transmission of the downlink and uplink between frequency bands, it changes (determines) the slot format for the terminal based on the confirmed result.

[0048] At this time, when the changing unit (120) supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency bands in the terminal (200), it can change (determine) the slot format differently according to the classification of network slices based on the network slicing method (5QI / QCI) of the terminal (200).

[0049] In this regard, the modification unit (120) may change the slot format to include at least one of a downlink slot (DL-only slot) of the TDD method for downlink transmission and a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) of the SBFD method for simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink, according to the network slicing method of the terminal (200).

[0050] To examine this in more detail, the change unit (120) can change the slot format to a downlink slot (DL-only slot) in accordance with the half-duplex communication method, just like the existing TDD method, and can also maintain the slot format as a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) in accordance with the full-duplex communication method, or change the slot format to a combination of a downlink slot (DL-only slot) and a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot).

[0051] Here, the change in slot format according to the full-duplex communication method can be performed according to a slicing mode that is divided into static mode and dynamic mode.

[0052] That is, when the slicing mode is static mode, the change unit (120) continuously maintains the slot format as a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot).

[0053] On the other hand, the change unit (120) selectively applies a downlink slot (DL dedicated slot) and a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) based on whether a terminal following the network slicing method appears when the slicing mode is dynamic mode.

[0054] In other words, for cases where there are no terminals following the Network Slicing method, the slot format is changed to a downlink slot (DL-only slot), and subsequently, when a terminal following the Network Slicing method appears, the slot format can be changed from a downlink slot (DL-only slot) to a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) structure.

[0055] Meanwhile, as in one embodiment of the present invention, in a communication environment that supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink, it goes without saying that a structure in which a downlink slot (DL-only slot) and a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) can coexist with different time domains may be adopted.

[0056] On the other hand, the change unit (110) continuously maintains the slot format as a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) when the slicing mode is static mode.

[0057] For reference, in one embodiment of the present invention, the slot format is described as being changed based on a network slicing method, but it is not limited thereto, and it is known that the slot format can be changed based on a service identified by, for example, the SPID (Subscriber Profile ID) of the terminal (200) according to a policy determined at the core level.

[0058] The allocation unit (130) is responsible for the function of dynamically allocating resources of the terminal (200).

[0059] More specifically, when the change of the slot format is completed, the allocation unit (130) allocates the resources of the terminal (200) from the frequency range where the downlink is set in the slot format.

[0060] At this time, the allocation unit (130) may allocate different frequency ranges where the downlink is set as a downlink in the slot format to the resources of the terminal (200) based on the data usage of the terminal (200), rather than allocating the frequency range of the downlink set as a fixed position in the slot format as is for the slot format changed through dynamic mode.

[0061] Here, the data usage of the terminal (200) can be determined based on whether the amount of data allocated to a buffer of a specific size (e.g., 0 to 100 bytes) has been completely exhausted during a predefined resource allocation time (e.g., 0 to 5000 ms).

[0062] In other words, if the amount of data allocated to the buffer is not fully exhausted during the resource allocation time, it is determined that more data needs to be transmitted than the data threshold (buffer size * resource allocation time), and more resources can be allocated to the terminal (200).

[0063] In this regard, when the data usage of the terminal (200) exceeds the data threshold (buffer size * resource allocation time), the entire frequency range of the downlink slot (DL dedicated slot) and the frequency range set as a downlink in the simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) can be allocated as resources of the terminal (200).

[0064] Of course, for terminals (200) with low data usage, only a portion of the frequency band set as a downlink in some downlink slots (DL dedicated slots) or simultaneous transmission slots (SBFD slots) can be allocated as resources for the terminal (200).

[0065] In this regard, if the data usage of the terminal (200) is less than the data threshold (buffer size * resource allocation time), the frequency range of the downlink set to a fixed position in the slot format changed for the terminal (200) can be allocated as a resource of the terminal (200).

[0066] To this end, the allocation unit (130) allocates the entire frequency range of the downlink slot (DL-only slot) for downlink transmission on a slot-by-slot basis as a resource of the terminal (200), and in particular, for the simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) for simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink, at least one frequency range among the frequency subbands where the downlink is set is allocated as a resource of the terminal (200) on a frequency subband-by-slot basis.

[0067] Meanwhile, regarding the slot format changed through static mode, the allocation unit (130) allocates the frequency range of the downlink set to a fixed position in the changed slot format to the terminal (200) as a resource of the terminal (200).

[0068] As described above, according to the configuration of a base station device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention, for a terminal (200) that supports simultaneous transmission of a downlink and an uplink between frequency bands, the slot format is changed based on the network slicing method of the terminal (200), and at least a portion of the frequency range where the downlink is set in the slot format is dynamically allocated as a resource of the terminal (200) based on the data usage of the terminal (200), thereby enabling efficient utilization of resources, so that effects such as prevention of communication quality degradation due to an increase in CSI reports and reduction of power consumption of the base station device (100) and the terminal (200) can be expected.

[0069] FIG. 4 schematically shows the configuration of a terminal (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0070] As illustrated in FIG. 4, a terminal (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be configured to include a memory containing instructions and a processor that executes instructions within the memory.

[0071] In particular, in the case of a processor according to one embodiment of the present invention, it may have a functional configuration including a verification unit (210) according to an implementation function according to the execution of an instruction.

[0072] Above, the terminal (200) according to the embodiment of the present invention can check the resources dynamically allocated from the base station device (100), and below, a detailed explanation of each function configuration for realizing this will be provided.

[0073] The verification unit (210) is responsible for the function of verifying resources dynamically allocated in the base station device (100).

[0074] More specifically, the verification unit (210) supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency bands, thereby changing the slot format based on the network slicing method of the terminal (200) at the base station device (100), and confirms the resources allocated to at least a portion of the frequency range of the changed slot format for the terminal (200).

[0075] In this regard, when the base station device (100) confirms whether the terminal (200) supports simultaneous transmission of the downlink and uplink between frequency bands, it changes (determines) the slot format for the terminal based on the confirmed result.

[0076] At this time, when the base station device (100) supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency bands at the terminal (200), the slot format can be changed (determined) differently according to the classification of network slices based on the network slicing method (5QI / QCI) of the terminal (200).

[0077] In other words, the base station device (100) can change the slot format to include at least one of a downlink slot (DL-only slot) of the TDD method for downlink transmission and a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) of the SBFD method for simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink, depending on the network slicing method of the terminal (200).

[0078] To examine this in more detail, the base station device (100) can change the slot format to a downlink slot (DL-only slot) in accordance with the half-duplex communication method, just like the existing TDD method, and can also maintain the slot format as a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) in accordance with the full-duplex communication method, or change the slot format to a combination of a downlink slot (DL-only slot) and a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot).

[0079] Here, the change in slot format according to the full-duplex communication method can be performed according to a slicing mode that is divided into static mode and dynamic mode.

[0080] That is, when the slicing mode is static mode, the base station device (100) continuously maintains the slot format as a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot).

[0081] On the other hand, when the slicing mode is dynamic mode, the base station device (100) selectively applies a downlink slot (DL dedicated slot) and a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) based on whether a terminal following the network slicing method appears.

[0082] In other words, for cases where there are no terminals following the Network Slicing method, the slot format is changed to a downlink slot (DL-only slot), and subsequently, when a terminal following the Network Slicing method appears, the slot format can be changed from a downlink slot (DL-only slot) to a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) structure.

[0083] Meanwhile, as in one embodiment of the present invention, in a communication environment that supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink, it goes without saying that a structure in which a downlink slot (DL-only slot) and a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) can coexist with different time domains may be adopted.

[0084] On the other hand, when the slicing mode is static mode, the base station device (100) continuously maintains the slot format as a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot).

[0085] For reference, in one embodiment of the present invention, the slot format is described as being changed based on a network slicing method, but it is not limited thereto, and it is known that the slot format can be changed based on a service identified by, for example, the SPID (Subscriber Profile ID) of the terminal (200) according to a policy determined at the core level.

[0086] Furthermore, when the change of the slot format is completed, the base station device (100) allocates resources of the terminal (200) from the frequency range where the downlink is set in the slot format.

[0087] At this time, the base station device (100) can allocate different frequency ranges where the downlink is set in the slot format as resources of the terminal (200) based on the data usage of the terminal (200), rather than allocating the frequency range of the downlink set in the slot format as is, for the slot format changed through dynamic mode.

[0088] Here, the data usage of the terminal (200) can be determined based on whether the amount of data allocated to a buffer of a specific size (e.g., 0 to 100 bytes) has been completely exhausted during a predefined resource allocation time (e.g., 0 to 5000 ms).

[0089] In other words, if the amount of data allocated to the buffer is not fully exhausted during the resource allocation time, it is determined that more data needs to be transmitted than the data threshold (buffer size * resource allocation time), and more resources can be allocated to the terminal (200).

[0090] In this regard, when the data usage of the terminal (200) exceeds the data threshold (buffer size * resource allocation time), the entire frequency range of the downlink slot (DL dedicated slot) and the frequency range set as a downlink in the simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) can be allocated as resources of the terminal (200).

[0091] Of course, for terminals (200) with low data usage, only a portion of the frequency band set as a downlink in some downlink slots (DL dedicated slots) or simultaneous transmission slots (SBFD slots) can be allocated as resources for the terminal (200).

[0092] In this regard, if the data usage of the terminal (200) is less than the data threshold (buffer size * resource allocation time), the frequency range of the downlink set to a fixed position in the slot format changed for the terminal (200) can be allocated as a resource of the terminal (200).

[0093] To this end, the allocation unit (130) allocates the entire frequency range of the downlink slot (DL-only slot) for downlink transmission on a slot-by-slot basis as a resource of the terminal (200), and in particular, for the simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) for simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink, at least one frequency range among the frequency subbands where the downlink is set is allocated as a resource of the terminal (200) on a frequency subband-by-slot basis.

[0094] Meanwhile, regarding the slot format changed through static mode, the base station device (100) allocates the frequency range of the downlink set to a fixed position in the changed slot format to the terminal (200) as a resource of the terminal (200).

[0095] As described above, according to the configuration of the base station device (100) and the terminal (200) according to one embodiment of the present invention, for a terminal (200) that supports simultaneous transmission of a downlink and an uplink between frequency bands, the slot format is changed based on the network slicing method of the terminal (200), and at least a portion of the frequency range where the downlink is set in the slot format is dynamically allocated as a resource of the terminal (200) based on the data usage of the terminal (200), thereby enabling efficient utilization of resources, so that effects such as preventing deterioration of communication quality due to an increase in CSI reports and reducing power consumption of the base station device (100) and the terminal (200) can be expected.

[0096] Hereinafter, a dynamic resource allocation method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 5.

[0097] For convenience of explanation, in the following description, the base station device (100) described with reference to FIG. 3 will be referred to as the entity performing the dynamic resource allocation method.

[0098] First, the base station device (100) checks whether the terminal (200) supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency bands (S110).

[0099] At this time, the base station device (100) can determine whether the terminal (200) supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency bands from information regarding capability reported from the terminal (200), and this can be done whenever the terminal (200) attempts Camp On.

[0100] Then, when the base station device (100) confirms whether the terminal (200) supports simultaneous transmission of the downlink and uplink between frequency subbands, it changes (determines) the slot format for the terminal based on the confirmed result.

[0101] At this time, when the base station device (100) supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency bands at the terminal (200), the slot format can be changed (determined) differently according to the classification of network slices based on the network slicing method (5QI / QCI) of the terminal (200).

[0102] In this regard, the base station device (100) may change the slot format to include at least one of a downlink slot (DL-only slot) of the TDD method for downlink transmission and a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) of the SBFD method for simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink, depending on the network slicing method of the terminal (200).

[0103] To examine this in more detail, the base station device (100) can change the slot format to a downlink slot (DL-only slot) in accordance with the half-duplex communication method, just like the existing TDD method, and also maintain the slot format as a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) in accordance with the full-duplex communication method, or change the slot format to a combination of a downlink slot (DL-only slot) and a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) (S120-S150).

[0104] Here, the change in slot format according to the full-duplex communication method can be performed according to a slicing mode that is divided into static mode and dynamic mode.

[0105] That is, when the slicing mode is dynamic mode, the base station device (100) selectively applies a downlink slot (DL dedicated slot) and a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) based on whether a terminal following the network slicing method appears.

[0106] In other words, for cases where there are no terminals following the Network Slicing method, the slot format is changed to a downlink slot (DL-only slot), and subsequently, when a terminal following the Network Slicing method appears, the slot format can be changed from a downlink slot (DL-only slot) to a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) structure.

[0107] Meanwhile, as in one embodiment of the present invention, in a communication environment that supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink, it goes without saying that a structure in which a downlink slot (DL-only slot) and a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) can coexist with different time domains may be adopted.

[0108] On the other hand, when the slicing mode is static mode, the base station device (100) continuously maintains the slot format as a simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot).

[0109] For reference, in one embodiment of the present invention, the slot format is described as being changed based on a network slicing method, but it is not limited thereto, and it is known that the slot format can be changed based on a service identified by, for example, the SPID (Subscriber Profile ID) of the terminal (200) according to a policy determined at the core level.

[0110] Afterward, when the change of the slot format is completed, the base station device (100) allocates resources of the terminal (200) from the frequency range where the downlink is set in the slot format.

[0111] At this time, the base station device (100) may allocate different frequency ranges where the downlink is set as a fixed position in the slot format to the resources of the terminal (200) based on the data usage of the terminal (200), rather than allocating the frequency range of the downlink set as a fixed position in the slot format to the slot format that has been changed through dynamic mode (S160-S170).

[0112] Here, the data usage of the terminal (200) can be determined based on whether the amount of data allocated to a buffer of a specific size (e.g., 0 to 100 bytes) has been completely exhausted during a predefined resource allocation time (e.g., 0 to 5000 ms).

[0113] In other words, if the amount of data allocated to the buffer is not fully exhausted during the resource allocation time, it is determined that more data needs to be transmitted than the data threshold (buffer size * resource allocation time), and more resources can be allocated to the terminal (200).

[0114] In this regard, when the data usage of the terminal (200) exceeds the data threshold (buffer size * resource allocation time), the entire frequency range of the downlink slot (DL dedicated slot) and the frequency range set as a downlink in the simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) can be allocated as resources of the terminal (200).

[0115] Of course, for terminals (200) with low data usage, only a portion of the frequency bands set as downlinks in some downlink slots (DL dedicated slots) or simultaneous transmission slots (SBFD slots) can be allocated as resources for the terminal (200).

[0116] In this regard, if the data usage of the terminal (200) is less than the data threshold (buffer size * resource allocation time), the frequency range of the downlink set to a fixed position in the slot format changed for the terminal (200) can be allocated as a resource of the terminal (200).

[0117] To this end, the base station device (100) allocates the entire frequency range of the downlink slot (DL dedicated slot) for downlink transmission on a slot-by-slot basis as a resource of the terminal (200), and in particular, for the simultaneous transmission slot (SBFD slot) for simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink, at least one frequency range among the frequency subbands where the downlink is set is allocated as a resource of the terminal (200) on a frequency subband-by-slot basis.

[0118] As described above, according to the dynamic resource allocation method according to one embodiment of the present invention, for a terminal (200) that supports simultaneous transmission of a downlink and an uplink between frequency subbands, the slot format is changed based on the network slicing method of the terminal (200), and at least a portion of the frequency range where the downlink is set in the slot format is dynamically allocated as a resource of the terminal (200) based on the data usage of the terminal (200), thereby enabling efficient utilization of resources, so that effects such as prevention of communication quality degradation due to an increase in CSI reports and reduction of power consumption of the base station device (100) and the terminal (200) can be expected.

Examples of program instructions include machine code, such as that generated by a compiler, as well as high-level language code that can be executed by a computer using an interpreter, etc. The hardware devices described above may be configured to operate as one or more software modules to perform the operation of the present invention, and vice versa.

[0120] Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the technical concept of the present invention extends to the scope in which various modifications or alterations are possible by anyone with ordinary knowledge in the technical field to which the present invention belongs, without departing from the gist of the present invention as claimed in the following claims. Industrial applicability

[0121] According to the base station device, terminal, and dynamic resource allocation method of the present invention, in relation to Subband Non-Overlapping Full Duplex (SBFD) technology, the terminal's resources can be dynamically allocated in a communication environment that supports simultaneous transmission of downlink and uplink between frequency subbands. Since this overcomes the limitations of existing technology, it is an invention with industrial applicability, as it not only provides sufficient possibility for the commercialization or business of the applied device rather than just the use of the related technology, but is also practically and clearly implementable.
