Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a support frame for decking, and more specifically, to a support frame for decking that allows the support frame to be installed more quickly and conveniently in the lifting hole of the decking and removed in reverse order. Background Technology
[0003] Generally, temporary decking plates are used to cover road surfaces to minimize the impact on traffic volume when excavating roads for underground construction projects such as subways or installing temporary bridges, or they are used as flooring materials for large buildings with steel structures or parking facilities made of steel.
[0004] In addition, these deck plates have sufficient strength for each member to support the load of a vehicle, and their surfaces are composed of uneven surfaces to increase friction.
[0005] The decking plate described above must be able to support various structures installed on it and traffic loads, so it is manufactured with high strength and weighs a considerable amount, reaching 200-300 kilograms, so cranes are mainly used for its installation and transportation. For this reason, lifting holes of a certain diameter are formed in the four corners of the decking plate to hook the crane's hook when lifting.
[0006] Meanwhile, at various open-cut tunnel construction sites where decking plates are applied, such as subway construction, it is necessary to install various fences to delineate and mark areas such as construction zones, work zones, passage zones, loading zones, and control zones; and to install such fences, it is necessary to install column structures.
[0007] As described above, at a construction site covered with decking plates, openings are formed between the plates without being covered in order to discharge soil excavated from underground to the surface and to move construction materials and equipment between the underground space and the surface. Additionally, it is necessary to install safety fences around these openings to prevent safety accidents such as falls. Furthermore, it is necessary to install column structures for various purposes, such as constructing guides to separate work areas from passage areas, wiring electrical wires, and installing warning lights.
[0008] To this end, a ‘temporary column for decking’ was proposed in Korean Utility Model No. 20-2017-0003245 and a ‘safety handrail for decking’ was proposed in Korean Patent No. 10-2013-0026206; however, the above conventional methods are structurally complex because they require the use of a separate support, and there were problems in achieving a stable connection with the decking.
[0009] Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a support frame for decking that allows for easier installation, maintains a stable connection with the decking, and facilitates easy dismantling. Prior art literature

[0020] The present invention for achieving the above-mentioned objectives and effects will be explained in more detail through preferred embodiments as follows.
[0022] A support frame (100) for a decking plate according to the present invention comprises: a pipe-shaped support frame (110) having a predetermined length so as to have an outer diameter corresponding to the lifting hole of the decking plate (10); a rotating nut (120) fastened to a screw thread (111) formed on the outer surface of the support frame (110) with a predetermined length so as to be exposed on the upper surface of the decking plate (10); a pair of guide grooves (130) formed on both sides of the outer surface of the support frame (110) with a predetermined length in a vertical direction, with the upper plate (11) of the decking plate (10) in between; a guide rod (140) formed horizontally on the lower part of the rotating nut (120) so as to penetrate the guide groove (130) and have both ends exposed to the outside; and a movable plate (150) positioned vertically inside the support frame (110) with its upper end fitted into the center of the guide rod (140). The center is pivotally connected by an axle pin (161) formed on the inner surface of the support frame (110) where the guide groove (130) is located, and the upper end is in contact with the lower end of the movable plate (150). It consists of a pivot plate (160) formed in a shape; and a spring (170) having both ends connected to through holes (152, 162) formed at the bottom of the moving plate (150) and the top of the pivot plate (160), respectively.
[0024] [Fig. 1] is a perspective view showing the lower part of the support frame (100) for the decking plate of the present invention. The support frame (110) is a column structure for erecting various fences (hereinafter referred to as 'safety structures') to divide and mark construction areas, work areas, passage areas, loading areas, control areas, etc., at construction sites such as subway construction sites. The support frame (110) is composed of a single pipe structure in the shape of a metal pipe.
[0025] As shown in FIGS. 5 to 6, the lower end of the support frame (110) is fitted into a lifting hole formed at the corner of the deck plate (10). To this end, the support frame (110) is configured with an outer diameter corresponding to the lifting hole, and a screw thread (111) for fastening the following rotation nut (120) is formed on the outer surface of the support frame (110) located on the upper part of the deck plate (10).
[0026] As described above, the support frame (110) is fitted into the lifting hole of the deck plate (10), and the lower end is primarily supported on the upper surface of the lower plate of the deck plate (10), so that a stable fixed state can be maintained.
[0028] [Fig. 2] is a cutaway perspective view to check the internal structure of the support frame (110) for the deck plate of the present invention.
[0029] The above-mentioned rotating nut (120) is configured to be fastened to a thread (111) provided on the outer surface of the support frame (110), and moves up and down along the thread (111). To ensure smooth operation of the rotating nut (120), handles (121) are formed protruding horizontally on both sides.
[0031] [Fig. 4] shows a right-side view of the support frame (110) for the deck plate according to the present invention. The guide groove (130) is formed with an elongated 'L' shape in the vertical direction, including a screw thread (111), that is, with the top plate (11) of the deck plate (10) in between, as confirmed in [Figs. 5] to [6]. This configuration is necessary for the vertical movement of the guide rod (140) below.
[0032] A seating groove (131) is formed extending horizontally on the outer surface of the support frame (110) at the upper part of the guide groove (130). This configuration is necessary to prevent the guide rod (120) from moving downward due to its own weight when positioned in the guide groove (130) formed in the vertical direction. That is, by positioning the guide rod (140) in the seating groove (131), the downward movement of the guide rod (140) is suppressed, and consequently, the rotation of the pivot plate (160) is suppressed, thereby enabling the support frame (110) to be smoothly connected to the lifting hole of the deck plate (10).
[0034] [Fig. 3] illustrates a cross-sectional view of the support frame (110) for the deck plate of the present invention before and after rotation. The guide rod (140) moves up and down along a guide groove (130) formed in a vertical direction. To this end, the guide rod (140) is formed horizontally at the bottom of a rotation nut (120) so that both ends are exposed to the outside of the support frame (110) by penetrating the guide groove (130).
[0035] As illustrated in [Fig. 3], the rotating nut (120) and the guide rod (140) are configured to be spaced apart by a predetermined distance by a moving plate (150), but when the rotating nut (120) moves downward by rotation, the bottom surface of the rotating nut (120) remains in contact with the top surface of the guide rod (140), and the guide rod (140) moves downward along the guide groove (130).
[0036] As shown in FIGS. 2 to 3, the above-mentioned moving plate (150) is positioned vertically inside the support frame (110) with its upper end fitted into the center of the guide rod (140). At this time, the moving plate (150) is configured to move up and down together with the up and down movement of the guide rod (140). A fitting hole (151) for fitting the guide rod (140) is formed at the upper end, and a through hole (152) for fitting the spring (170) is formed at the lower end.
[0037] As shown in FIGS. 2 to 3, the above-mentioned pivot plate (160) is configured to rotate around the pivot pin (161) by the vertical movement of the above-mentioned movable plate (150). To this end, the pivot plate (160) is pivotally coupled at its center by the pivot pin (161) formed on the inner circumference of the support frame (110) where the guide groove (130) is located, and its upper end is in contact with the lower end of the above-mentioned movable plate (150). It is formed in the shape of a '. That is, the upper part of the rotating plate (160) is in contact with the lower part of the moving plate (150), and when the moving plate (150) moves downward, the rotating plate (160) rotates around the pivot pin (161), and the lower part of the rotating plate (160) protrudes outward by penetrating the guide groove (130). Of course, when protruding outward, the rotating plate (160) is maintained in a horizontal state overall, which is to ensure that the lower part of the rotating plate (160) is secondarily supported in close contact with the lower surface of the upper plate (11) of the deck plate (10), as shown in [Fig. 6].
[0038] In this way, by ensuring that the above-mentioned pivot plate (160) is closely supported on the upper plate (11) of the deck plate (10), the lifting, or movement, of the support frame (110) can be prevented, and the support frame (110) can be maintained in a more secure fixed state through this double support structure.
[0039] The above spring (170) is a necessary component for connecting the movable plate (150) and the rotating plate (160) and maintaining the lower end of the movable plate (150) in constant contact with the upper end of the rotating plate (160). To this end, both ends are connected to through holes (152, 162) formed respectively at the lower end of the movable plate (150) and the upper end of the rotating plate (160). That is, when the support frame (100) for the deck plate of the present invention is removed after the rotation of the rotating plate (160) is completed, the movable plate (150) moves upward in accordance with the upward movement of the guide rod (140), and at the same time, the rotating plate (160) connected by the spring (170) rotates and is positioned vertically within the support frame (110). Of course, it is natural to assume that the guide rod (140) that has been moved to the upper position is finally seated in the seating groove (131) of the guide groove (130) to prevent the guide rod (140) from moving to the lower position.
[0041] The operating state of the support frame (100) for the deck plate of the present invention having the above-described configuration is explained in detail as follows.
[0043] As illustrated in FIGS. 5 to 6, first, the support frame (110) is fitted into the lifting hole of the deck plate (10), then the guide rod (140) located in the seating groove (131) of the guide groove (130) is moved to the vertical guide groove (130), and then the rotation nut (120) is rotated to move downward. At the same time, the guide rod (140) moves downward while in close contact with the bottom surface of the rotation nut (120), and the movable plate (150) coupled to the guide rod (140) moves downward. The rotating plate (160), which is in contact with the bottom of the movable plate (150) by a spring (170), also rotates around the pivot pin (161), and finally, the bottom of the rotating plate (160) is supported in close contact with the bottom surface of the top plate (11) of the deck plate (10).
[0044] In addition, when removing the support frame (100) for the deck plate of the present invention, the rotation nut (120) is rotated in reverse order to move it upward, and then the guide rod (140) is lifted and placed in the seating groove (131) of the guide groove (130). At the same time, the moving plate (150) moves upward and the rotating plate (160) connected by the spring (170) rotates and is positioned vertically within the support frame (110), so that the removal work can be carried out easily.
[0046] As such, the support frame (100) for the decking plate of the present invention is configured such that the lower end of the support frame (110) is fitted into the lifting hole of the decking plate (10), and the lower end of the support frame (110) is supported on the upper surface of the lower plate (12) of the decking plate (10), and the pivot plate (160) supports the lower surface of the upper plate (11) of the decking plate (10) by means of a pivot structure formed inside the lower end of the support frame (110). This double structure ensures that the support frame (110) is more firmly fixed to the decking plate (10), and furthermore, the support frame (110) can be installed more quickly and conveniently in the lifting hole of the decking plate (10) and removed in reverse order. Moreover, the firm fixation of the support frame (110) has the effect of satisfying the required load of the safety structure (A) installed on the upper part (10) of the decking plate.
[0048] As described above, although the present invention has been explained by limited embodiments, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications and variations are possible within the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention and the equivalent scope of the claims described below by those skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs.
