Claim 1 A grill plate for direct grilling using surface tension, comprising: a main body portion having an upper plate of a flat plate with a predetermined width in the central portion and inclined surfaces formed on both sides of the upper plate with a decreasing height; a guide hole portion having holes that are perforated from the upper to the lower portion of the inclined surfaces and arranged continuously at regular intervals to transfer heat from a heat source upward, wherein the width of the holes is formed to be 1 mm to 2 mm to generate surface tension due to the viscosity of oil and capillary force between adjacent holes, thereby causing the oil to flow along the inclined surfaces; and an oil collection portion installed on both sides of the main body portion to collect the oil flowing along the guide hole portion, wherein the guide hole portion is characterized by arranging the holes at intervals of 1 mm to 2 mm to provide a guide path for the oil to flow, thereby guiding the oil to block it from falling into the heat source.
