[0082] Hereinafter, a method for a diagnostic device (10) to diagnose a skin condition in a skin diagnosis step (S1) according to various embodiments of the present invention is described.
[0083] A skin diagnosis method according to the first embodiment of the present invention utilizes the gradation of a skin image as follows.
[0084] The imaging unit (12) of the diagnostic device (10) can capture a skin area to obtain a skin image. The analysis unit (15) of the diagnostic device (10) can separate the obtained skin image into multiple color planes, namely an R plane, a G plane, and a B plane, to diagnose the skin condition.
[0085] According to one embodiment, the analysis unit (15) can calculate the average grayscale of the skin image by extracting data from each separated color plane. Meanwhile, the storage unit (17) of the diagnostic device (10) may store a grayscale table that maps a plurality of grayscales and skin condition information corresponding to each grayscale. The analysis unit (15) of the diagnostic device (10) can diagnose the user's skin condition by obtaining a grayscale that matches the calculated average grayscale from the stored grayscale table.
[0086] According to another embodiment, the analysis unit (15) of the diagnostic device (10) may extract only one of the separated multiple color planes (R plane, G plane and B plane) and calculate the variance of the gray level of the extracted color plane. Meanwhile, the storage unit (17) of the diagnostic device (10) may store an age curve that maps the variance of the gray level to the skin age. Accordingly, the analysis unit (15) may obtain the skin age corresponding to the calculated variance of the gray level from the age curve and diagnose the skin condition.
[0087] According to another embodiment, the analysis unit (15) of the diagnostic device (10) can convert the separated color planes (R plane, G plane, and B plane) into sRGB (standard RGB). sRGB is a color space used in HDTV systems, and converting to sRGB allows for obtaining the same color reproduction results in monitors, cameras, scanners, etc. The analysis unit (15) of the diagnostic device (10) can model the color distribution of standard R, G, and B components by a Gaussian probability distribution having estimation parameters of sRGB. Here, the estimation parameters may be the estimated standard deviation obtained through a skin image. The analysis unit (15) can diagnose skin conditions, such as skin type, using the modeled R, G, and B components.
[0088] The skin diagnostic method according to the second embodiment of the present invention utilizes a method of photographing a skin area by irradiating light, as follows.
[0089] According to one embodiment, the light-emitting part (14) of the diagnostic device (10) irradiates excitation light onto a skin area of a predetermined area, and the measuring part (13) of the diagnostic device (10) can detect autofluorescence generated by the irradiated excitation light. The analysis part (15) of the diagnostic device (10) can generate a skin fluorescence image using the detected autofluorescence and diagnose the user's skin condition by analyzing the distribution pattern of fluorescence intensity through the generated skin fluorescence image.
[0090] According to another embodiment, the light-emitting unit (14) of the diagnostic device (10) can irradiate light onto a skin area to be diagnosed. At this time, the light irradiated onto the skin area by the light-emitting unit (14) may correspond to light with spectral characteristics having peaks with different degrees of absorption influence by melanin and hemoglobin in the green (G) and blue (B) wavelength bands. The diagnostic device (10) may further include a filter (not shown) that transmits only the R, G, and B wavelength bands, and the imaging unit (12) can capture reflected light reflected from the skin area by passing through each filter. The analysis unit (15) can diagnose skin conditions, such as the presence or area of skin pigmentation, by outputting the image signal captured by transmitting the R, G, and B wavelength bands.
[0091] A skin diagnostic method according to the third embodiment of the present invention utilizes polarization and is as follows.
[0092] The imaging unit (12) of the diagnostic device (10) can capture a skin image using a camera equipped with at least two polarizing filters.
[0093] According to one embodiment, the measuring unit (13) of the diagnostic device (10) can obtain internal reflected light or external reflected light of the skin by calculating reflected light data that varies according to the change in the relative angle between two polarizing filters. Meanwhile, the storage unit (17) of the diagnostic device (10) may store a skin level table based on the reflected light values from the skin, and the analysis unit (15) can diagnose the user's skin condition by comparing the obtained internal reflected light or external reflected light of the skin with the stored skin level table.
[0094] According to another embodiment, the measuring unit (13) of the diagnostic device (10) can take a cross-polarized image and a parallel-polarized image of the skin, and acquire a surface reflected light image corresponding to the difference between the taken cross-polarized image and the parallel-polarized image to diagnose a skin condition such as a gloss index.
[0095] The skin diagnosis method according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention utilizes a pre-established formula as follows.
[0096] According to one embodiment, the storage unit (17) of the diagnostic device (10) may store at least one formula related to the diagnosis of skin condition. The imaging unit (12) or the measuring unit (13) of the diagnostic device (10) may acquire data related to the skin condition, and the analysis unit (15) may diagnose the skin condition by applying the acquired data to a preset formula. For example, the measuring unit (13) of the diagnostic device (10) may measure the light reflectance of a skin area, a mucosal area, or a connective tissue area. The analysis unit (15) may acquire L, which represents brightness, a, which represents the color closer between red and green, and b, which represents the color closer between yellow and blue, through the measured light reflectance. The analysis unit (15) may apply the acquired L, a, and b to a preset formula. The preset formula may be (Lmax-L)×a or (Lmax-L)×b, but this is merely illustrative. The analysis unit (15) can diagnose skin conditions such as skin color and the color of red spots by applying the acquired L, a, and b to a pre-set formula.
[0097] According to another embodiment, the measuring unit (13) of the diagnostic device (10) may acquire first skin area image data captured by incident white light and acquire second skin area image data captured by incident polarized light. The analysis unit (15) of the diagnostic device (10) may convolve the acquired first skin area image data and convolve the second skin area image data, and diagnose a skin condition such as a skin type by comparing two convolution extreme positions generated as a result of the convolution.
[0098] The skin diagnosis method according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention utilizes the grayscale of a skin image as follows.
[0099] The imaging unit (12) of the diagnostic device (10) can capture a skin area to obtain a skin image. The analysis unit (15) of the diagnostic device (10) can calculate the grayscale value of the obtained skin image and calculate the number of pixels within a range from a preset grayscale value to a maximum grayscale value. The analysis unit (15) of the diagnostic device (10) can diagnose skin conditions, such as the moisture content of the skin area, using the calculated number of particles.
[0100] The skin diagnosis method according to the 6th embodiment of the present invention is a method for determining the color of the skin as follows.
[0101] According to one embodiment, the storage unit (17) of the diagnostic device (10) may store skin color type information including a plurality of skin colors. The measurement unit (13) of the diagnostic device (10) measures the user's skin color, and the analysis unit (15) obtains a color similar to the measured skin color from the stored skin color type information, thereby diagnosing a skin condition such as the user's skin color type.
[0102] According to another embodiment, the imaging unit (12) of the diagnostic device (10) may further image a reference color table along with the skin area. While the imaging unit (14) images the skin area and the reference color table, the emitting unit (15) may irradiate light of the same intensity onto the skin area and the reference color table. In particular, the diagnostic device (10) may further include an external light blocking member (not shown) to block light other than that irradiated by the emitting unit (14). The analysis unit (15) may obtain a color from the reference color table that is identical to the color of the imaged skin area and diagnose a skin condition such as the skin color type. In this case, there is an advantage in that the skin condition can be diagnosed more accurately by imageing the skin area and the reference color table under the same conditions.
[0103] The skin diagnostic method according to the 7th embodiment of the present invention utilizes a pigmented area of the skin and is as follows.
[0104] According to one embodiment, the imaging unit (12) of the diagnostic device (10) can capture a skin area to obtain a skin image. The analysis unit (15) of the diagnostic device (10) can derive the contour of the pigmentation area by applying weights to the data of the acquired skin image. The analysis unit (15) of the diagnostic device (10) can diagnose the user's skin condition by analyzing the shape of the pigmentation area, the location of the pigmentation area, the size of the pigmentation area, and the number of pigmentation areas from the contour of the pigmentation area.
[0105] According to another embodiment, the imaging unit (12) of the diagnostic device (10) can obtain a skin image by shining a white light on a skin area and taking a picture, and the analysis unit (15) can obtain a pigmentation area by processing a color signal having a predetermined wavelength among the color signals included in the obtained skin image and detecting the edge line of a part with a concentration higher than a predetermined threshold. The analysis unit (15) of the diagnostic device (10) can diagnose the user's skin condition through the obtained pigmentation area.
[0106] According to another embodiment, the imaging unit (12) of the diagnostic device (10) can capture a skin area to obtain a skin image. The measuring unit (13) of the diagnostic device (10) can break down at least one color spot of a predetermined size in the skin image. The analysis unit (15) can obtain skin color information from the color spot and calculate a color spot index through the obtained color information. The color spot index based on the color information can be set as a default or set by user input. For example, if the color information is white, the color spot index may be 0 to 4; if the color information is yellow, the color spot index may be 5 to 7; and if the color information is red, the color spot index may be 8 to 9, but this is merely illustrative and is not limited thereto. The analysis unit (15) can diagnose skin conditions, such as the degree of dullness of the skin, through the calculated color spot index.
[0107] The skin diagnostic method according to the 8th embodiment of the present invention is a method for determining the amount of sebum in the skin as follows.
[0108] The imaging unit (12) of the diagnostic device (10) can capture a fluorescent image of the skin area. The analysis unit (15) of the diagnostic device (10) can extract bright-white fluorescent spots from the fluorescent image and recognize the distribution of the extracted bright-white fluorescent spots as the sebum distribution of the skin. Accordingly, the analysis unit (15) can obtain the area ratio or intensity of the bright-white fluorescent spots and diagnose the user's skin condition, such as sebum distribution and sebum amount.
[0109] The skin diagnosis method according to the ninth embodiment of the present invention is a method for determining the wrinkle condition of the skin as follows.
[0110] The imaging unit (12) of the diagnostic device (10) can obtain a skin image by photographing a skin area. The analysis unit (15) of the diagnostic device (10) can extract a linear text image for each of a plurality of predetermined angles from the skin image. The analysis unit (15) can diagnose skin conditions such as the number of wrinkles, wrinkle sensitivity, etc. by extracting linear component intensity for each predetermined angle from the linear text image.
[0111] The skin diagnosis method according to the 10th embodiment of the present invention is a method for determining the condition of the pores of the skin as follows.
[0112] The imaging unit (12) of the diagnostic device (10) can capture an optical coherence tomography image of the skin pores. The analysis unit (15) can extract the contour of the pores from the optical coherence tomography image of the pores and measure the distance from the skin surface to the narrowest part in the depth direction of the pores. The analysis unit (15) can measure the strength of the pores in proportion to the strength of the pores by measuring the distance from the skin surface to the narrowest part of the pores for each pore. The analysis unit (15) can diagnose skin conditions such as the distribution of pores and the depth of pores through the contour of the pores, the strength of the pores, etc.
[0113] The skin diagnosis method according to the 11th embodiment of the present invention utilizes a medical history method as follows.
[0114] The display unit (18) of the diagnostic device (10) can output skin-related questions. For example, the questions refer to information necessary for diagnosing skin condition, such as the user's lifestyle (e.g., wake-up time / sleep time), the user's age, the type of cosmetics the user is using, the user's occupation, makeup habits, and the degree of exposure to harmful environments. However, since this is merely illustrative, it is reasonable to assume that it is not limited thereto. The displayed questions may be updated periodically. The input unit (13) can receive a response signal corresponding to the displayed questions. The display unit (18) may further display the response received via the response signal along with the questions.
[0115] According to one embodiment, the analysis unit (15) can diagnose the user's skin condition by analyzing a response signal received from the user based on data stored in the storage unit (17).
[0116] According to another embodiment, the communication unit (16) transmits a response signal received from the user to the skin care server (20), and the skin care server (20) can diagnose the user's skin condition based on stored data. The skin care server (20) can transmit the analyzed user's skin condition to the diagnostic device (10), and the communication unit (16) of the diagnostic device (10) can receive the analyzed user's skin condition.
[0117] The skin diagnosis method according to the 12th embodiment of the present invention is a method for diagnosing the skin condition by considering the surrounding environment as follows.
[0118] The measuring unit (13) can detect the surrounding environmental conditions. For example, the surrounding environmental conditions may include the temperature, humidity, etc. of the space where the diagnostic device (10) is located. However, since this is merely exemplary, it is reasonable to assume that it is not limited thereto.
[0119] Meanwhile, the control unit (19) can set a standard for the surrounding environment condition to accurately analyze the skin condition. For example, the control unit (19) can set a standard temperature of 20 degrees and a standard humidity of 80% as a standard for the surrounding environment condition, but this is merely an example and is not limited thereto.
[0120] When the measuring unit (13) of the diagnostic device (10) measures the user's skin condition, such as the amount of moisture in the skin, skin elasticity, and skin oiliness, the analysis unit (15) can correct the measured skin condition by taking into account the detected surrounding environment condition. Specifically, if the temperature measured through the measuring unit (13) is 20 degrees and the humidity is 50%, the humidity is 30%, which is the difference between the surrounding environment condition and the standard of the surrounding environment condition, and the measured amount of moisture in the skin can be corrected by increasing it by 30%.
[0121] In this way, the diagnostic device (10) can diagnose the user's skin condition more accurately by correcting the measured skin condition by taking into account the surrounding environment.
[0122] Each embodiment described above is exemplary, and the diagnostic device (10) may diagnose the skin condition through methods other than the skin diagnostic method described above.
[0123] Additionally, each embodiment of the diagnostic method described above may be performed individually, or multiple embodiments may be fused together. For example, the diagnostic device (10) may diagnose the user's skin condition by fusing the result of analyzing a skin image captured by the imaging unit (12) with the analysis of a response signal received by the input unit (11) through a medical history method. This is exemplary, and the diagnostic device (10) may diagnose the user's skin condition by fusing one embodiment or two or more embodiments.
[0124] Additionally, multiple diagnostic devices (10) may diagnose the skin condition. For example, a first diagnostic device (10) may photograph the user's skin, and a second diagnostic device (10) may diagnose the skin condition by displaying questions related to the skin condition and receiving responses.
[0125] The diagnostic device (10) can further determine whether the captured image or skin information obtained through the capturing unit (12) or the measuring unit (13) is suitable for diagnosing the skin condition before diagnosing the skin condition. For example, the brightness of the skin image captured by the capturing unit (12) of the diagnostic device (10) can be obtained, and if the obtained brightness is below a preset standard, it can be determined that the skin condition is unsuitable for diagnosis. Additionally, the display unit (18) can output a message to re-measure the skin condition, thereby allowing the skin condition to be re-measured. Accordingly, there is an advantage in preventing cases where the skin condition is incorrectly measured due to a dark or dry surrounding environment.
[0127] Next, the customized cosmetic recommendation step (S2) of the customized cosmetic provision system according to the present invention is described.
[0128] The customized cosmetic recommendation step (S2) according to an embodiment of the present invention may be a step of recommending a suitable cosmetic to a user based on data obtained from a previously performed skin diagnosis step (S1).
[0129] According to one embodiment, the communication unit (16) of the diagnostic device (10) transmits the diagnosis result of the skin condition to the skin care server (20), and the skin care server (20) can recommend customized cosmetics.
[0130] Next, a skin care server (20) according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 4.
[0131] FIG. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a skin care server according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0132] The skin care server (20) may include at least one of a communication unit (21), a storage unit (22), a control unit (23), a customized cosmetic DB (24), and a makeup DB (25).
[0133] The communication unit (21) can transmit and receive data necessary for providing customized cosmetics with the diagnostic device (10) or the manufacturing device (30). For example, the communication unit (21) can transmit and receive data related to the diagnosis of skin condition with the diagnostic device (10) and data related to customized cosmetics with the manufacturing device (30). In addition, the communication unit (21) can transmit and receive data related to customized cosmetics with the diagnostic device (10).
[0134] The communication unit (21) is similar to the communication unit (16) of the diagnostic device (10), and the same content is omitted.
[0135] The storage unit (17) may store data necessary for cosmetic recommendations. Specifically, the storage unit (17) may store the results of skin condition diagnosis and information regarding customized cosmetics. For example, the storage unit (17) may store a table mapping the results of skin condition diagnosis with the ingredients, content, and mixing ratio of cosmetic materials.
[0136] The customized cosmetic DB (24) may be a database that accumulates the diagnosis results of the skin condition and the customized cosmetic information corresponding thereto. The customized cosmetic DB (24) can manage the customized cosmetic information by storing the diagnosis results of the skin condition and the customized cosmetic corresponding thereto whenever the diagnosis results of the skin condition are received.
[0137] The makeup DB (25) may be a database that accumulates makeup images and the types of cosmetics or makeup scores used in the corresponding makeup images. Through the makeup DB (25), a makeup method using customized cosmetics recommended to the user can be recommended.
[0138] The operation of each component described above is exemplary, and each component can perform various operations necessary for the recommendation of customized cosmetics.
[0139] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the skin care server (20) may include a Web Application Server (WAS). In this case, the skin care server (20) can control the transmission and reception of signals within the customized cosmetic provision system. For example, customer identification information, skin diagnosis result information, and information regarding customized cosmetics may be transmitted and received through the skin care server (20).
[0140] Additionally, the WAS can support the operation of the application, so the skin care server (20) can recommend customized cosmetics. That is, the skin care server (20) can recommend customized cosmetics based on the diagnosis results of the skin condition received from the diagnostic device (10) and transmit information regarding the customized cosmetics to the manufacturing device (30).
[0141] According to another embodiment, the diagnostic device (10) can diagnose the skin condition and recommend customized cosmetics using data stored in the storage unit (17). The diagnostic device (10) can transmit information regarding customized cosmetics to the manufacturing device (20).
[0142] In this way, the cosmetic recommendation step (S2) may be performed in the diagnostic device (10) or the skin care server (20), but this is exemplary and the cosmetic recommendation step may be performed in other devices other than the diagnostic device (10) and the skin care server (20).
[0143] In the following, various cosmetic recommendation methods are described using the example where the diagnostic device (10) performs the cosmetic recommendation step (S2), but it is reasonable to assume that this is not limited thereto. That is, the cosmetic recommendation step (S2) may be performed by the skin care server (20) or by both the diagnostic device (10) and the skin care server (20), but for the convenience of explanation, the case where the diagnostic device (10) performs it is described as an example.
[0144] The diagnostic device (10) according to the present invention can recommend a customized cosmetic suitable for the user based on the diagnosis results of the skin condition. Specifically, the diagnostic device (10) can recommend cosmetic colors, cosmetic ingredients, etc. that match the user's skin color according to the user's skin condition.
[0145] In the present invention, customized cosmetics may include cosmetics produced by mixing cosmetic materials in a predetermined mixing ratio, and commercially available cosmetics that have already been produced.
[0146] The cosmetic recommendation method according to the first embodiment of the present invention utilizes a database of cosmetic ingredient formulation ratios as follows.
[0147] The storage unit (17) of the diagnostic device (10) can store a cosmetic manufacturing database containing the mixing ratio of cosmetic materials.
[0148] Here, the formulation ratio of cosmetic ingredients may include the ingredients of the cosmetic ingredients and the formulation ratio of each ingredient, and the ingredients of the cosmetic ingredients and the content of each ingredient.
[0149] In addition, the formulation ratio of cosmetic ingredients may include a formulation ratio for determining the color of the cosmetic, a formulation ratio for determining the texture of the cosmetic (e.g., moisturizing or matte, etc.), a formulation ratio for determining coverage, and a formulation ratio for determining efficacy (e.g., whitening, pore reduction, wrinkle improvement, etc.), and may include a formulation ratio that considers at least two of the color, texture, coverage, and efficacy.
[0150] The control unit (19) of the diagnostic device (10) can obtain at least one formulation ratio from a cosmetic manufacturing database stored in the storage unit (17) based on the diagnosis result of the skin condition.
[0151] In the present invention, the diagnosis result of the skin condition may be result information obtained by analyzing the skin condition diagnosed in the skin diagnosis step (S1). Specifically, the diagnosis result of the skin condition may include skin type, skin tone, skin color, amount of moisture in the skin, amount of oil in the skin, skin elasticity, oil-water balance, size and number of skin wrinkles, size and number of pigmentation areas in the skin, size and amount of pores in the skin, sensitivity, degree of UV exposure, amount of sebum secretion, left-right symmetry, cleansing and color makeup status, skin age, keratin, skin texture, skin type, degree of exposure to harmful environments, and skin stress according to makeup usage habits.
[0152] The diagnosis of the skin condition may be an objective result, or a relative result that takes into account the user's age.
[0153] Next, a method for obtaining at least one formulation ratio based on the diagnosis results of skin condition is described through an example of a cosmetic manufacturing database shown in Fig. 5.
[0154] FIG. 5 is an exemplary drawing for explaining a cosmetics manufacturing database according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0155] As illustrated in FIG. 5, a cosmetic manufacturing database according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a formulation ratio combining at least one of cosmetic materials A, B, C, D, E, and F, any one of cosmetic materials G and H, and any one of cosmetic materials M, N, O, P, and Q.
[0156] In this case, cosmetic materials A, B, C, D, E, and F are materials that determine the color and coverage of the cosmetic, and A is a bright pink material with high coverage, B is a bright yellow material with high coverage, C is a dark pink material with high coverage, D is a dark yellow material with high coverage, E is a bright beige material with low coverage, and F is a dark beige material with low coverage, but this is merely illustrative.
[0157] The control unit (19) can select any one of cosmetic materials A, B, C, D, E, F, or a combination ratio of two or more, taking into account the user's skin color, degree of pigmentation, and pores. For example, referring to FIG. 5, any one of the multiple combination ratio items (40) included in the cosmetic manufacturing database can be selected.
[0158] The mixing ratio item (40) includes the ingredients and amount (g) of cosmetic materials to be used in the manufacture of cosmetics. For example, a mixing ratio item (40) including 'A: 24, C: 8' may mean a customized cosmetic product manufactured by mixing 24g of cosmetic material A and 8g of cosmetic material C.
[0159] Meanwhile, cosmetic ingredients G and H are materials that determine the texture of the cosmetic product; G may be a material with high moisturizing power and H may be a matte material, but this is merely illustrative.
[0160] The control unit (19) can select either G or H or adjust the mixing ratio of G and H by taking into account the moisture and oil content of the user's skin.
[0161] In addition, cosmetic ingredients M, N, O, P, and Q are materials that determine the efficacy of the cosmetic product; M may be a wrinkle-improving ingredient, N a whitening ingredient, O a pore-shrinking ingredient, P a sebum-controlling ingredient, and Q an acne-improving ingredient, but this is merely illustrative.
[0162] The control unit (19) may select any one of cosmetic materials M, N, O, P, and Q based on the results of diagnosing the user's skin condition, or select a mixing ratio that combines at least two or more. For example, the control unit (19) may select wrinkle improvement material M if the number of wrinkles in the skin diagnosed by the user's skin condition is high.
[0163] In this way, the control unit (19) can recommend a cosmetic product suitable for the user by varying the ratio of the cosmetic material that determines the color, the cosmetic material that determines the feel, and the cosmetic material that determines the efficacy according to the user's skin condition.
[0164] In addition, in this case, the control unit (19) can determine the ratio of the cosmetic material determining the color, the cosmetic material determining the feel, and the cosmetic material determining the efficacy differently. For example, the control unit (19) can adjust the ratio of the cosmetic material determining the color, the cosmetic material determining the feel, and the cosmetic material determining the efficacy differently depending on the user's skin condition, such as 6:3:1 or 3:3:3.
[0165] Using a cosmetic manufacturing database as illustrated in Fig. 5 has the advantage of providing customized cosmetics to the user with only a small number of cosmetic ingredients. That is, it has the advantage of being able to manufacture various types of customized cosmetics for the user by combining limited ingredients through a cartridge.
[0166] In this way, the control unit (19) of the diagnostic device (10) can recommend a customized cosmetic by obtaining at least one cosmetic ingredient formulation ratio from a cosmetic manufacturing database based on the diagnosis result of the skin condition.
[0167] According to this, since the storage unit (17) only needs to store one cosmetic ingredient mixture ratio, there is an advantage in that the space of the storage unit (17) can be saved.
[0168] Meanwhile, according to another embodiment, the storage unit (17) of the diagnostic device (10) can store a database mapping cosmetic types according to skin condition.
[0169] Here, the cosmetic type can be 'Type A', 'Type B', etc., and the mixing ratio of cosmetic materials for each cosmetic type may be stored in the manufacturing device (30).
[0170] Accordingly, the diagnostic device (10) can recommend a cosmetic type based on the user's skin condition and transmit it to the manufacturing device (30), and the manufacturing device (30) can manufacture a customized cosmetic according to the mixing ratio of cosmetic materials corresponding to the received cosmetic type.
[0171] According to this, the diagnostic device (10) can store the mixing ratio of cosmetic materials, which has the advantage of efficiently managing storage space.
[0172] The cosmetic recommendation method according to the second embodiment of the present invention is a method for calculating a cosmetic formulation formula as follows.
[0173] According to one embodiment, the control unit (19) of the diagnostic device (10) can set each cosmetic material as an axis. The control unit (19) can position the diagnostic result of the user's skin condition in a space where the cosmetic material corresponds to each axis. The control unit (19) can recognize the coordinate value information where the diagnostic result of the skin condition is located as the mass ratio of a plurality of cosmetic materials. For example, if the diagnostic result of the user's skin condition is located at the coordinate value (40, 60) of a space where the X-axis represents cosmetic A and the Y-axis represents cosmetic B, the control unit (19) can recommend a cosmetic product that combines cosmetic A and cosmetic B in a ratio of 4:6.
[0174] According to another embodiment, the control unit (19) of the diagnostic device (10) can obtain L, which represents brightness, a, which represents a color closer to red and green, and b, which represents a color closer to yellow and blue. The control unit (19) can recommend the color of the cosmetic by applying the obtained L, a, and b to a stored formula.
[0175] The cosmetic recommendation method according to the third embodiment of the present invention is a method for recommending makeup colors as follows.
[0176] The diagnostic device (10) can obtain the user's skin color through a skin diagnosis step (S1). The control unit (19) of the diagnostic device (10) can recommend a makeup color corresponding to the user's skin color and a corresponding cosmetic material.
[0177] According to one embodiment, the storage unit (17) of the diagnostic device (10) stores a makeup color table that maps skin color and makeup color, so that the control unit (19) can obtain a makeup color according to the user's skin color.
[0178] According to another embodiment, the storage unit (17) of the diagnostic device (10) may store a colorimeter that quantifies the skin color based on three indicators of brightness, hue, and saturation, and a relationship equation representing the numerical value according to the colorimeter and the makeup color most suitable for the skin color. Accordingly, the control unit (19) can obtain a makeup color suitable for the user through the user's skin color and the measured colorimeter.
[0179] According to another embodiment, the control unit (19) of the diagnostic device (10) can acquire a user's skin image and perform various image processing on the user's skin image. Here, image processing may include complementary color processing, recommended skin color processing, surface color variation processing based on the reflectance of the skin, etc. In this way, the control unit (19) can acquire a simulated image with makeup by performing various image processing on the skin image. The control unit (19) can recommend an appropriate makeup color to the user based on the simulated image. For example, the control unit (19) can provide a plurality of simulated images to the user through the diagnostic device (10) and, upon receiving an input signal from the user selecting one of the simulated images, acquire a makeup color corresponding to the selected simulated image.
[0180] The control unit (19) can recommend customized cosmetics according to the makeup colors obtained by various embodiments.
[0181] The cosmetic recommendation method according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention is a method of recommending cosmetics by considering the results of a medical questionnaire as follows.
[0182] The diagnostic device (10) can receive a signal that inputs the type of cosmetic the user wishes to use through a questionnaire method. Specifically, the display unit (18) of the diagnostic device (10) can display at least one question to recommend a type of cosmetic to the user. For example, the display unit (18) can display a question to select a preferred cosmetic between natural cosmetics and high-coverage cosmetics. The user can select the cosmetic they wish to use through the input unit (11) of the diagnostic device (10).
[0183] The diagnostic device (10) can recommend a mixing ratio of at least one cosmetic ingredient by considering the user's skin diagnosis results and the medical history results, either separately or together.
[0184] The cosmetic recommendation method according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention is a method of recommending cosmetics by considering surrounding factors as follows.
[0185] The control unit (19) of the diagnostic device (10) can obtain the user's age group, user's skin tone, user's facial structure, cosmetic ingredients used by the user, user's preferred scent, and whether the user's skin has pigmentation, etc., during the skin diagnosis step (S1). The control unit (19) can recommend a cosmetic product suitable for the user based on the obtained skin tone, facial structure, cosmetic ingredients used, skin condition such as pigmentation, etc.
[0186] For example, if the user's face structure is square, shading products can be recommended. As another example, if the ingredients in the cosmetics the user is using are oily and the user's skin is oily, low-oil cosmetics can be recommended.
[0187] According to another embodiment, the control unit (19) of the diagnostic device (10) can obtain at least one of the user's hair color, the user's hairstyle, face color, and eye color. The control unit (19) can recommend a customized cosmetic suitable for the user by taking into account all of the obtained hair color, face color, and eye color.
[0188] Alternatively, the diagnostic device (10) may recommend customized cosmetics based on data mapping the coverage of makeup products according to the degree of pigmentation. Specifically, the degree of pigmentation may refer to the area of pigmentation relative to the area of the face, and the coverage of the makeup products may be products with low coverage, medium coverage, or high coverage, but this classification is merely illustrative. The makeup DB (25) may store data mapping the coverage of makeup products according to the degree of pigmentation. The diagnostic device (10) may analyze the user's pigmentation information and recommend a makeup product with coverage suitable for the user through the makeup DB (25).
[0189] Each embodiment described above is exemplary, and the diagnostic device (10) may recommend cosmetics through methods other than the cosmetic recommendation method described above.
[0190] In addition, each embodiment of the cosmetic recommendation method described above may be implemented individually, or multiple embodiments may be implemented in combination. For example, the control unit (19) of the diagnostic device (10) may recommend a cosmetic product made with a cosmetic ingredient formulation stored in the cosmetic manufacturing database or a cosmetic ingredient formulation not stored in the cosmetic manufacturing database, by considering the user's preferred cosmetic product based on the medical questionnaire results and the cosmetic ingredient formulation obtained through the cosmetic manufacturing database.
[0191] The diagnostic device (10) can recommend customized cosmetics based on the diagnosis results of the skin condition and transmit information about the recommended customized cosmetics to the manufacturing device (30). When the manufacturing device (30) receives the information about the customized cosmetics, it can be controlled to provide the customized cosmetics to the user.
[0193] At this time, the customized cosmetic provision system according to an embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of a customer information acquisition step (S4), a customized cosmetic purchase intention confirmation step (S5), a customized cosmetic modification step (S6), a customized cosmetic big data construction step (S7), and a makeup recommendation step (S8) between the customized cosmetic recommendation step (S2) and the customized cosmetic provision step (S3).
[0194] Below, each step is explained in detail.

[0226] The skin care server (20) may include a customized cosmetic database (DB) that has accumulated data from a customized cosmetic provision system.
[0227] The customized cosmetic DB (24) according to the present invention may store at least one customized cosmetic data that maps the diagnosis result of the skin condition, the customized cosmetic information based on the diagnosis result of the skin condition, and the modification information in the case of modification of the customized cosmetic.
[0228] The control unit (23) of the skin care server (20) can add new customized cosmetic data to the customized cosmetic DB (24) when it is received. That is, the skin care server (20) can collect customized cosmetic data into the customized cosmetic DB (24) and manage the customized cosmetic data, such as storing and updating it.
[0229] The control unit (23) of the skin care server (20) can recommend a suitable cosmetic product to the user by considering the data stored in the storage unit (22) and the data stored in the customized cosmetic DB (24).
[0230] Accordingly, the control unit (23) of the skin care server (20) can check with the user through the diagnostic device (10) whether to add the customized cosmetic data to the customized cosmetic DB (24) after recommending the customized cosmetic.
[0231] FIG. 8 is an example screen displayed during the customized cosmetic big data construction step according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0232] As illustrated in FIG. 8, the display unit (18) of the diagnostic device (10) may display a window (900) for checking whether to store customized cosmetic data including skin condition and customized cosmetic information. At this time, the display unit (18) may further display the skin condition and customized cosmetic information to be stored.
[0233] The user can check the skin condition and customized cosmetic information and determine whether to store customized cosmetic data in the customized cosmetic DB (24).
[0234] When the input unit (11) of the diagnostic device (10) receives a command to select a save icon (901), it can store customized cosmetic data mapped to the skin condition and customized cosmetic information in the customized cosmetic DB (24). On the other hand, when the input unit (11) receives a command to select a cancel icon (902), it can delete the skin condition and customized cosmetic information.
[0235] However, the screen showing whether customized cosmetic data is stored, as shown in Fig. 8, is merely an example and is not limited thereto.
[0236] According to another embodiment, the display unit (18) of the diagnostic device (10) may display a window (not shown) for confirming whether to consent to personal information when using a customized cosmetic provision service. The input unit (11) of the diagnostic device (10) may receive a command to select consent to personal information or a command not to consent to personal information (a command not to select consent to personal information). When the control unit (19) of the diagnostic device (10) receives a command to select consent to personal information, it may store customized cosmetic data mapped between skin condition and customized cosmetic information in the customized cosmetic DB (24). That is, when the control unit (19) of the diagnostic device (10) receives a command to select consent to personal information, it may store customized cosmetic data mapped between skin condition and customized cosmetic information in the customized cosmetic DB (24) without displaying a screen as shown in FIG. 8. In this case, there is an advantage that a screen as shown in FIG. 8 does not need to be displayed every time a customized cosmetic is recommended through a single consent to personal information.
[0237] As such, if the customized cosmetic provision system according to the present invention includes a customized cosmetic big data construction step (S7), it has the advantage of being able to recommend a cosmetic more suitable for the user's skin condition using the accumulated data, and the advantage of being able to easily identify cosmetic trends, user preferences, etc.
[0238] Next, the makeup recommendation step (S8) according to the present invention is described.
[0239] The skin care server (20) may include a makeup database (DB) containing makeup images and types of cosmetics used in the makeup images.
[0240] The makeup DB (25) according to the present invention may store at least one makeup data mapping a makeup image and a type of cosmetic used in the makeup image. The makeup data may further include skin condition, makeup score, etc., in addition to the makeup image and the type of cosmetic used in the makeup image.
[0241] The control unit (23) of the skin care server (20) can extract one of the makeup images stored in the makeup DB (25) based on the diagnosis result of the skin condition or customized cosmetics and recommend it to the user.
[0242] FIG. 9 is an example drawing of a screen displayed in the makeup recommendation step according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0243] The control unit (23) of the skin care server (20) can extract a makeup image from the makeup DB (25) based on the diagnosis result of the skin condition and at least one of the customized cosmetics. For example, the control unit (23) can extract a makeup image in which the customized cosmetics are used. The communication unit (21) of the skin care server (20) can transmit the extracted makeup image to the diagnosis device (10).
[0244] The diagnostic device (10) can display a makeup recommendation screen including a makeup image (1000) received from a skin care server (20) and cosmetics (91) used in the makeup image. The cosmetics used in the makeup image (1000) may or may not include cosmetics recommended in the customized cosmetics recommendation step (S2).
[0245] The input unit (11) of the diagnostic device (10) can receive a command to select some or all of the cosmetics (91) displayed on the makeup recommendation screen. When the input unit (11) of the diagnostic device (10) receives a command to select a purchase icon (1001), it can transmit the information of the selected cosmetics to the purchase device (30). When the input unit (11) of the diagnostic device (10) receives a command to select a cancellation icon (1002), it can delete the information of the selected cosmetics.
[0246] Thus, if the customized cosmetic provision system according to the present invention includes a makeup recommendation step (S8), it can recommend a suitable customized cosmetic to the user, and at the same time, the user can preview an image of the makeup using the customized cosmetic, thereby having the advantage of being able to preview the expected effect when purchasing the makeup product.
[0248] Next, the step (S3) of providing customized cosmetics according to an embodiment of the present invention is described.
[0249] The step of providing customized cosmetics according to the present invention may mean a step in which a manufacturing device (30) provides customized cosmetics recommended through a customized cosmetics recommendation step (S2). Here, the provision of customized cosmetics may include providing cosmetics manufactured according to the mixing ratio of cosmetic ingredients and providing commercially available cosmetics that have already been manufactured.
[0250] First, the manufacturing device (30) explains how to manufacture customized cosmetics according to the mixing ratio of cosmetic materials.
[0251] The diagnostic device (10) or skin care server (20) can transmit information about customized cosmetics to the manufacturing device (30).
[0252] When the communication unit (not shown) of the manufacturing device (30) receives the mixing ratio of cosmetic ingredients required for manufacturing customized cosmetics from the skin care server (20), it can manufacture cosmetics based on the received mixing ratio of cosmetic ingredients.
[0253] Hereinafter, a method for manufacturing customized cosmetics using a manufacturing device (30) according to various embodiments of the present invention is described.
[0254] The method for manufacturing cosmetics according to the first embodiment of the present invention utilizes a cartridge-replaceable cosmetic manufacturing device as follows.
[0255] FIGS. 10 and 11 are drawings for explaining a cartridge-replaceable cosmetic manufacturing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the compression member (130) of the cartridge-replaceable cosmetic manufacturing device (100) is raised, and FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the compression member (130) of the cartridge-replaceable cosmetic manufacturing device (100) is lowered.
[0256] The manufacturing device (30) of the customized cosmetic supply system may include a cartridge-replaceable cosmetic manufacturing device (100).
[0257] A cartridge-replaceable cosmetic manufacturing device (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a main body (110), a cartridge support (120), a cartridge (121), a compression member (130), a motor (140), a sensor (150), a cosmetic container (160), and a main body support (170). However, this is exemplary, and some of the components listed above may be omitted or other components may be included.
[0258] The main body (110) is connected to each of the cartridge support (120) and the motor (140), so that the cartridge support (120) and the motor (140) can be mounted.
[0259] While the cartridge replacement type cosmetic manufacturing device (100) is in operation, the cartridge support (120) and the motor (140) can move, and the main body (110) can prevent the cartridge replacement type cosmetic manufacturing device (100) from shaking due to the movement of the cartridge support (120) and the motor (140).
[0260] The cartridge support (120) can accommodate a plurality of cartridges (121). A plurality of through holes (122) that penetrate vertically and accommodate the cartridges (121) may be formed in the cartridge support (120).
[0261] The circular image shown in FIG. 10 represents a vertical view of the cartridge (121) inserted into each of the through holes (122).
[0262] The cartridge support (120) may be divided into an upper cartridge support (120a) and a lower cartridge support (120b), and the through hole (122) formed in the upper cartridge support (120a) may be larger than the through hole (122) formed in the lower cartridge support (120b).
[0263] The cartridge support (120) can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise.
[0264] Alternatively, the main body support (170) supporting the cosmetic container (160) may rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
[0265] The main body support (170) may further include a sensor (150), in which case the sensor (150) and the cosmetic container (160) can rotate together with the main body support (170).
[0266] The cartridge (121) can accommodate cosmetic materials. In particular, multiple cartridges (121) can each accommodate different cosmetic materials. The cartridge (121) can be mounted on the cartridge support (120). The cartridge (121) can be inserted into or removed from the through hole (122) formed in the cartridge support (120). For example, when all the cosmetic materials contained in the cartridge (121) are consumed, the empty cartridge (121) can be removed from the cartridge support (120) and a new cartridge (121) can be inserted. Alternatively, when all the cosmetic materials contained in the cartridge (121) are consumed, the cartridge (121) can be refilled with cosmetic materials. Refilling of cosmetic materials is possible whether the cartridge (121) is mounted on the cartridge support (120) or removed.
[0267] A material injection hole (121a) and a cartridge stopper (121b) may be formed in the cartridge (121). The horizontal cross-sectional size of the material injection hole (121a) may be smaller than the horizontal cross-sectional size of the cartridge stopper (121b).
[0268] The cartridge cap (121b) can protect the cosmetic material contained inside the cartridge (121).
[0269] A surface on which the compression member (130) applies pressure may be formed on the cartridge stopper (121b). When the compression member (130) applies pressure to the cartridge stopper (121b), the cartridge stopper (121b) can be inserted into the cartridge (121). The compression member (130) can be inserted into the cartridge (121) to compress the cosmetic material contained in the cartridge (121) and discharge it to the outside of the cartridge (121). When the compression member (130) presses the cosmetic material downward, the cosmetic material contained in the cartridge (121) can pass through the material injection hole (121a) and be injected into the cosmetic container (160). Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, the compression member (130) is positioned at the top, and as shown in FIG. 11, when the compression member (130) is lowered downward, the cosmetic material contained in the cartridge (121) can be contained in the cosmetic container (160).
[0270] As the cartridge support (120) rotates, the cartridge (121) located on the upper side of the cosmetic container (160) can be changed. Accordingly, as the cartridge support (120) rotates, the cosmetic material can be changed and injected into the cosmetic container (160).
[0271] The compression member (130) can be mounted on the motor (140). A rack (141) protruding downward can be formed on the motor (140), and the compression member (130) can be engaged with the rack and move up and down.
[0272] The motor (140) is mounted on the upper side of the cartridge support (120) and can raise and lower the compression member (130). The motor (140) can lower the compression member (130) based on the mixing ratio of cosmetic materials. For a specific example, if the mixing ratio of cosmetic materials is (cosmetic material A):(cosmetic material B) = 7:3, the ratio of the lowering length of the compression member (130) for the cartridge (121) containing cosmetic material A to the lowering length of the compression member (130) for the cartridge (121) containing cosmetic material B may be 7:3. That is, the motor (140) can lower the compression member (130) according to the mixing ratio of cosmetic materials to inject the cosmetic materials into the cosmetic container (160).
[0273] The lowering distance of such a compression member (130) can be set by a control unit (not shown). The control unit (not shown) can control the lowering distance of the compression member (130) based on the mixing ratio of the received cosmetic material.
[0274] Alternatively, the lowering distance of the compression member (130) may be set by a sensor (150).
[0275] The sensor (150) can measure the weight of the cosmetic container (160). For example, the sensor (150) may be a load cell type electronic scale.
[0276] The sensor (150) can measure the weight of the cosmetic container (160) to measure the weight of the cosmetic material injected into the cosmetic container (160). The control unit (not shown) can control the lifting of the compression member (130) using the weight of the cosmetic material measured through the sensor (150).
[0277] Meanwhile, the cartridge (121) can be formed in the shape of an airless pump container. If the cartridge (121) is an airless pump container, cosmetic materials can be injected into the cosmetic container (160) through pumping.
[0278] The cosmetic container (160) can receive cosmetic material injected from the cartridge (121).
[0279] The cosmetic container (160) can receive cosmetic materials injected according to the cosmetic material mixing ratio, and the cosmetic materials can be mixed.
[0280] The cartridge-replaceable cosmetic manufacturing device (100) may further include a mixing device (not shown). The mixing device (not shown) can be driven to uniformly mix the cosmetic material contained in the cosmetic container (160).
[0281] Meanwhile, the cartridge-replaceable cosmetic manufacturing device (100) may be formed such that the material injection hole (121a) is located in the lateral direction, unlike as shown in FIGS. 10 to 11. That is, the motor (140) moves the compression member (130) in the left and right directions, and the cosmetic material contained in the cartridge (121) is discharged in the lateral direction and can be received in the cosmetic container (160).
[0282] Thus, using the cartridge-replaceable cosmetic manufacturing device (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention has the advantage of easily manufacturing customized cosmetics. In addition, since the cartridge (121) is replaced frequently, there is an advantage of reducing the possibility of contamination.
[0283] The method for manufacturing cosmetics according to the second embodiment of the present invention utilizes a nozzle-type cosmetic mixing device and is as follows.
[0284] The manufacturing device (30) of the customized cosmetic supply system may include a nozzle-type cosmetic mixing device (200).
[0285] FIG. 12 is a drawing for explaining a nozzle-type cosmetic mixing device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0286] The nozzle-type cosmetic mixing device (200) may include a main body (210), a canister (220), piping (230), a pump (240), a needle nozzle (250), and a cosmetic container (260). However, this is exemplary and some of the components listed above may be omitted or other components may be included.
[0287] The main body (210) may be equipped with a canister (220), a pump (240), and a needle nozzle (250).
[0288] The canister (220) may contain cosmetic materials. The nozzle-type cosmetic mixing device (200) may include a plurality of canisters (220), and each of the plurality of canisters (220) may contain different cosmetic materials.
[0289] Each of the multiple canisters (220) can be connected to a pipe (230).
[0290] The piping (230) can connect each of the multiple canisters (220) and each of the pumps (240). Cosmetic materials contained in the canisters (220) can be moved along the piping (230) to the pumps (240).
[0291] When the pump (240) operates, internal pressure is generated, and due to the internal pressure, the cosmetic material contained in the canister (220) can move along the piping (230) toward the pump (240).
[0292] The cosmetic material transferred by the pump (240) can be injected into the cosmetic container (260) by the needle nozzle (250).
[0293] Meanwhile, the nozzle-type cosmetic mixing device (200) may further include a mixing device (not shown). The mixing device (not shown) can be driven to uniformly mix the cosmetic material contained in the cosmetic container (260).
[0294] In this way, using the nozzle-type cosmetic mixing device (200) according to an embodiment of the present invention has the advantage of being able to stably manufacture cosmetics because it is not shaken by the movement of the nozzle-type cosmetic mixing device itself.
[0295] Each embodiment described above is exemplary, and the manufacturing device (30) may include other devices capable of manufacturing cosmetics by mixing various cosmetic materials other than the device described above.
[0297] Next, the method of delivering customized cosmetics to the user in the customized cosmetics delivery step (S3) is explained.
