Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a glass fixing component and a window / door, and more specifically, to a glass fixing component and a window / door capable of fixing glass to a window sash frame without an adhesive such as silicone. Background Technology
[0002] Conventional windows and doors applied an adhesive, such as silicone, to the boundary between the glass and the window sash in order to fix the glass to the window sash. Conventionally, because silicone was applied to the boundary between the window sash and the glass, the shaking of the glass was weak when closing the window sash.
[0003] When the silicone applied to the boundary between the glass and the window sash is removed, a gap may occur due to the assembly tolerance between the glass and the window sash. When the window sash is closed, the gap between the glass and the window sash may cause the glass and the window sash to shake separately due to inertia. Therefore, there is a need to develop a window that can stably fix the glass to the window sash without an adhesive such as silicone. Prior art literature

[0024] The core of the above glass fixing part may have protrusions on its surface. Effects of the invention
[0025] Glass fixing parts and windows having the configuration and structure as described above have the following effects.
[0026] The above glass fixing component is inserted into the end of the glass and the mounting surface of the window sash frame at the part where the glass is inserted into the glass insertion part of the window sash frame, and is compressed and fixed to the glass and the window sash frame, thereby performing the role of an adhesive that fixes the glass to the window sash frame, similar to silicone in the past.
[0027] The above glass fixing component can compress and fix the end of the glass to the window sash frame, thereby enabling the glass to be stably fixed to the window sash frame without the need for an adhesive such as silicone to fix it to the window sash frame.
[0028] In addition, the glass fixing part is provided with a protrusion on the surface of the core so that the core does not easily come out after being inserted into the main body, and the main body is made of an elastically deformable material such as rubber so as to prevent damage to the window sash frame and the glass.
[0029] In addition, the glass fixing part described above can be manufactured in various thicknesses as an injection-molded product, making it applicable to windows of various sizes.
[0030] The above window can prevent the glass from moving when the window sash is closed or opened, as the glass fixing component is pressed and fixed in the gap between the window sash frame and the glass.
[0031] The above window can improve the aesthetics of the window because adhesives such as silicone are not exposed to the outside. Brief explanation of the drawing
