Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a specialized network construction technology, and more specifically, to a technology for constructing a specialized network capable of achieving specific purpose requirements by suppressing interference between networks. Background Technology

[0002] In 2016, the International Telecommunication Union-Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R) may have announced the vision and requirements for 5G mobile communication. Unlike 4G, these announced visions and requirements may have called for the development of standard specifications that provide a wide range of services through three core services. These three core services could consist of Enhanced Mobile BroadBand (eMBB), Ultra-4 High Reliable and Low Latency Communication (URLLC), and Massive Internet of Things (mMTC), with requirements likely defined individually for each service. The reason the ITU-R specified these three core services in this manner may be to prepare in advance for the convergence of mobile communication with numerous other industries that could emerge in the 5G era, by establishing standard specifications for this purpose.

[0003] Meanwhile, governments around the world have recently been implementing policies to permit the use of frequency bands to organizations wishing to build specialized networks, in order to proactively discover convergence services by constructing private networks utilizing 5G mobile communication independently of mobile operators' networks. However, such specialized networks may have uncontrolled interference between them, which may necessitate a solution. The problem to be solved

[0004] The objective of the present invention, which aims to solve the aforementioned problems, is to provide a method and apparatus for constructing a specialized network that can achieve specific purpose requirements by resolving interference caused by overlapping coverages. means of solving the problem

[0005] A method for establishing a specialized network according to a first embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above objective may include, as an operation method of a specialized base station of a communication system, a step of transmitting a synchronization signal and system information using a predetermined transmission power; a step of proceeding with a registration target terminal based on the synchronization signal and the system information; a step of increasing the transmission power value of the predetermined transmission power by a predetermined value if the registration procedure of the registration target terminal fails; and a step of providing a specialized service to the registration target terminal if the registration procedure of the registration target terminal succeeds.

[0006] Here, the step of transmitting the synchronization signal and system information may include: a step of generating the synchronization signal and the system information; a step of setting the transmission power for transmitting the synchronization signal and the system information to the predetermined transmission power; and a step of transmitting the synchronization signal and the system information using the set transmission power.

[0007] Here, the step of proceeding with the registration procedure with the target terminal based on the synchronization signal and the system information may include: activating a timer with a registration waiting time set; proceeding with the registration procedure with the target terminal requesting registration based on the synchronization signal and the system information; determining whether the registration of the target terminal is completed; and, within the activation period of the timer, defining the registration procedure as "successful" if the registration of the target terminal is completed, and defining the registration procedure as "failed" if the registration of the target terminal is not completed.

[0008] Here, the specialized service may be characterized by being provided using transmission power determined based on the transmission power at the time when the registered target terminal completes registration.

[0009] Meanwhile, a method for constructing a specialized network according to a second embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above objective may include, as an operation method of a specialized base station of a communication system, a step of transmitting a synchronization signal and system information using a predetermined transmission power; a step of checking whether the registration status of the registered terminals is maintained based on the synchronization signal and the system information; a step of reducing the transmission power value of the predetermined transmission power by a predetermined value if the registration status of the registered terminals is maintained; and a step of providing a specialized service to the registered terminals if the registration status of the registered terminals is terminated.

[0010] Here, the step of transmitting the synchronization signal and system information may include: generating the synchronization signal and the system information; setting the maximum transmission power to the predetermined transmission power; and transmitting the synchronization signal and the system information using the set transmission power.

[0011] Here, the specialized service may be characterized by being provided using transmission power greater than or equal to the minimum transmission power level at which the registration status of the registered target terminals is maintained.

[0012] Here, the step of checking whether the registration status of the aforementioned target terminals is maintained may include: a step of activating a timer set for deregistration time; and a step of checking whether the registration status of the aforementioned target terminals is maintained by defining the verification result as "maintained" if the registration status of the already registered target terminals is continuously maintained within the activation period of the timer, and defining the verification result as "cancelled" if the registration status of even one of the already registered target terminals is not continuously maintained.

[0013] Meanwhile, a specialized network construction device according to a third embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above objective comprises, as a specialized base station, a processor; a memory that communicates electronically with said processor; and instructions stored in said memory. When said instructions are executed by said processor, said instructions may operate to cause said specialized base station to transmit a synchronization signal and system information to a terminal to be registered while adjusting transmission power; to proceed with a registration procedure with said terminal to be registered based on said synchronization signal and said system information; and when the registration of said terminal to be registered is completed, to provide a specialized service using a transmission power determined based on the transmission power at the time when said terminal to be registered completes registration.

[0014] Here, when transmitting a synchronization signal and system information while adjusting the transmission power, the commands may operate such that the specialized base station sets a transmission power increased by a predetermined value compared to the transmission power already used; and causes the synchronization signal and system information to be transmitted to the registered target terminal using the increased transmission power.

[0015] Here, when proceeding with the registration procedure based on the synchronization signal and the system information, the commands may operate such that the specialized base station activates a timer set for the registration waiting time; proceeds with the registration target terminal requesting registration based on the synchronization signal and the system information; determines whether the registration of the registration target terminal is completed; and, within the activation period of the timer, if the registration of the registration target terminal is completed, the registration procedure is defined as "successful," and if the registration of the registration target terminal is not completed, the registration procedure is defined as "failed." Effects of the invention

[0016] According to the present application, a specialized base station can resolve interference caused by overlap between coverages by adjusting transmission power in stages. Alternatively, a specialized base station can resolve interference caused by overlap between coverages by adjusting transmission power in stages based on whether a timer or a predefined condition is satisfied.

[0017] Alternatively, according to the present application, a specialized base station can resolve interference caused by overlap between coverages by continuously receiving a report on the call quality of the signal level from a specialized terminal and adjusting the transmission power. In this way, as the specialized base station resolves interference caused by overlap between coverages by adjusting the transmission power, the specialized network can secure optimal quality of service (QoS).

[0018] Furthermore, according to the present application, a specialized base station can resolve interference caused by overlapping between coverages by adjusting transmission power, thereby allowing a specialized network to be established independently of other specialized networks. Additionally, according to the present application, a specialized base station can resolve interference caused by overlapping between coverages by adjusting transmission power, thereby allowing a specialized network to be operated independently of other specialized networks. [0026] Throughout the specification, a network may include, for example, wireless internet such as WiFi (wireless fidelity), mobile internet such as WiBro (wireless broadband internet) or WiMAX (world interoperability for microwave access), 2G mobile communication networks such as GSM (global system for mobile communication) or CDMA (code division multiple access), 3G mobile communication networks such as WCDMA (wideband code division multiple access) or CDMA2000, 3.5G mobile communication networks such as HSDPA (high speed downlink packet access) or HSUPA (high speed uplink packet access), 4G mobile communication networks such as LTE (long term evolution) networks or LTE-Advanced networks, and 5G mobile communication networks.

[0030] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings. In order to facilitate an overall understanding of the present invention, the same reference numerals are used for identical components in the drawings, and redundant descriptions of identical components are omitted.

[0031] Meanwhile, the 3GPP (3rd generation partnership project) may have laid the groundwork for providing various services in mobile communication networks by incorporating features that enable network slicing based on SDN (software defined network) / NFV (network function virtualization) into the core network specifications. In addition, to realize low-latency requirements, the 3GPP may have incorporated a MEC (mobile edge computing) structure in which the core network is placed adjacent to RAN (radio access network) base stations.

[0032] Furthermore, in order to support services required in various industrial sectors, there may be attempts to utilize 5th generation mobile communication as an infrastructure for providing new convergence services based on three core services. However, these attempts remain at the level of demonstration projects and may not yet lead to concrete large-scale results. The reasons for this failure to yield concrete large-scale results may include competition for dominance among industry players for convergence services, a lack of technological maturity in the early stages of 5G commercialization, and security concerns from other industrial sectors regarding data generated from convergence services.

[0033] Accordingly, in order to proactively discover convergence services by building private networks utilizing 5th generation mobile communication independently of mobile communication operators' networks in other industrial sectors, licensed frequency bands for 5th generation mobile communication-based specialized networks (i.e., 5G specialized networks) may be supplied domestically and internationally, and policies may be implemented to permit the use of frequency bands to organizations that wish to build 5G specialized networks.

[0034] 5G specialized networks using such licensed bands can be operated completely independently of other 5G specialized networks, and the network parameters actually used can be configured and operated to suit special purposes. Therefore, since uncontrolled interference may exist between 5G specialized networks using licensed bands, it may be necessary to authorize the use of this licensed band by the relevant agency in a situation where the deployment spaces of the 5G specialized networks are sufficiently separated to eliminate such interference.

[0035] FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a first embodiment of a specialized network.

[0036] Referring to FIG. 1, the first specialized network (101) may include a first-1 specialized terminal (111a) and a first-2 specialized terminal (111b) that receive specialized services from a first specialized base station (112) within the first specialized coverage (110). Additionally, the first specialized network (101) may include a first specialized base station (112) responsible for the first specialized coverage (110). Furthermore, the first specialized network (101) may include a first mobile edge computing network (114) that controls the first specialized base station (112). Next, the second specialized network (102) may include a second-1 specialized terminal (121a) and a second-2 specialized terminal (121b) that receive specialized services from a second specialized base station (122) within the second specialized coverage (120). Additionally, the second specialized network (102) may include a second specialized base station (122) responsible for the second specialized coverage (120). Furthermore, the second specialized network (102) may include a second mobile edge computing network (124) that controls the second specialized base station (122). Meanwhile, the third specialized network (103) may include a third-1 specialized terminal (131a) and a third-2 specialized terminal (131b) that receive specialized services from the third specialized base station (132) within the third specialized coverage (130). Additionally, the third specialized network (103) may include a third specialized base station (132) responsible for the third specialized coverage (130). Furthermore, the third specialized network (103) may include a third mobile edge computing network (134) that controls the third specialized base station (132).

[0037] Here, each of the first to third mobile core computing networks (114, 124, 134) can be connected to each of the first to third specialized base stations (112, 122, 132) through each of the first to third internal backhaul links (113, 123, 133). And, each of the first to third mobile core computing networks (114, 124, 134) can control each of the first to third specialized base stations (112, 122, 132) to provide specialized services to the corresponding specialized terminals (111a, 111b, 121a, 121b, 131a, 131b) of the first to third specialized base stations (112, 122, 132). Each of these first to third mobile edge computing networks (114, 124, 134) can be connected to an external network and an application service data center through each of the first to third external backhaul links (116, 126, 136) to utilize services provided from the outside. Each of the first to third specialized networks (101, 102, 130) built for specialized services governing a specific purpose or specific region may each include first to third mobile core computing networks (114, 124, 134) that exist independently but use the same licensed frequency band. Here, the first to third mobile edge computing networks (114, 124, 134) may each include first to third mobile edge computing servers (115, 125, 135) that perform the functions described above.

[0038] Meanwhile, each block illustrated in FIG. 1 is a functional block divided to distinguish functions, and in reality, each function can be configured by combining various combinations. Also, in FIG. 1, the first to third specialized coverages (110, 120, 130) may be sufficiently spaced apart from each other so as not to overlap. Accordingly, each of the first to third specialized base stations (112, 122, 132) can provide specialized services to the corresponding specialized terminals (111a, 111b, 121a, 121b, 131a, 131b) by using all of the licensed band frequencies.

[0039] However, unlike in Fig. 1, if the construction of specialized networks becomes more active, the spacing between specialized service areas may not be sufficient. Accordingly, each specialized coverage area must be optimally constructed to expand the quality and supply of specialized services. In this regard, Fig. 2 may be a specialized network constructed when specialized coverage areas overlap.

[0040] FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a second embodiment of a specialized network.

[0041] Referring to FIG. 2, the first to third specialized networks (101 to 103) may have the same configuration as FIG. 1. However, unlike FIG. 1, FIG. 2 may have the second specialized coverage (120) partially overlapping with the third specialized coverage (130), so interference may occur between the second specialized network (102) and the third specialized network (103).

[0042] In conventional mobile communication networks, interference caused by such coverage overlap can be resolved by controlling base stations in the core network to minimize the coverage overlap area. Alternatively, interference caused by such coverage overlap can be resolved by controlling the mobility of terminals between coverages. However, specialized networks based on independent mobile edge computing networks may not have an entity capable of mutual control. Furthermore, since specialized networks based on independent mobile edge computing networks do not even support mutual connectivity, there may be no way to resolve interference caused by coverage overlap.

[0043] Accordingly, specialized networks may require technology to resolve issues arising from coverage overlaps in order to efficiently operate independent specialized networks. Furthermore, specialized networks may require technology to resolve coverage overlaps so that they can be created as needed. Additionally, specialized networks may require technology to resolve coverage overlaps so that they can be moved as needed.

[0044] Accordingly, in this application, a specialized base station can resolve interference caused by overlap between coverages by adjusting transmission power in stages. Furthermore, in this application, a specialized base station can resolve interference caused by overlap between coverages by adjusting transmission power in stages based on whether a timer or a predefined condition is satisfied. Additionally, in this application, a specialized base station can resolve interference caused by overlap between coverages by adjusting transmission power based on continuously receiving reports on the call quality of signal levels from a specialized terminal. As such, as the specialized base station resolves interference caused by overlap between coverages by adjusting transmission power in this application, the specialized network can secure optimal QoS (quality of service). As a result, the specialized network can be constructed and operated independently from other specialized networks.

[0045] FIG. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a first embodiment of a communication node constituting a specialized network.

[0046] Referring to FIG. 3, the communication node (300) may include at least one processor (310), memory (320), and a transceiver (330) that performs communication by being connected to a specialized base station or specialized terminal and a network. Additionally, the communication node (300) may further include an input interface device (340), an output interface device (350), a storage device (360), etc. Each component included in the communication node (300) may communicate with each other by being connected by a bus (370). However, each component included in the communication node (300) may be connected through individual interfaces or individual buses centered around the processor (310), rather than through a common bus (370). For example, the processor (310) may be connected to at least one of the memory (320), the transceiver (330), the input interface device (340), the output interface device (350), and the storage device (360) through a dedicated interface.

[0047] The processor (310) can execute a program command stored in at least one of the memory (320) and the storage device (360). The processor (310) may mean a central processing unit (CPU), a graphics processing unit (GPU), or a dedicated processor on which methods according to embodiments of the present invention are performed. Each of the memory (320) and the storage device (360) may be composed of at least one of a volatile storage medium and a non-volatile storage medium. For example, the memory (320) may be composed of at least one of read-only memory (ROM) and random access memory (RAM).

[0048] In the following, a method for constructing a second specialized network can be described in the case where the first specialized network and the third specialized network in FIG. 2 have already been constructed. To this end, the specialized network operator may place a second mobile edge computing network, comprising a second-1 specialized terminal, a second-2 specialized terminal, a second specialized base station, and a second mobile edge computing server, in an area spaced apart from the first specialized network and the third specialized network at a certain distance to construct the second specialized network. Furthermore, the specialized network operator may connect the second mobile edge computing server of the second mobile edge computing network to the second specialized base station via an internal backhaul link consisting of an optical cable. Additionally, the specialized operator may operate the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal normally.

[0049] Figure 4 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a specialized network construction method.

[0050] Referring to FIG. 4, in the specialized network construction method, when the second specialized base station is powered on, it performs initialization to set the initial transmission power P0 to 0, thereby not outputting any radio signal. Additionally, during the initialization process, the second specialized base station may set the power update index n to 0 (S401). Here, the second specialized base station may possess terminal ID (identifier) information, maximum transmission power information, and power increase / decrease parameters for the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal. The second specialized base station may manage the terminal IDs for the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal to be registered as registration target terminal information. Thus, in the initialization stage, the initial transmission power P0 is the current transmission power P n It can be expressed as.

[0051] Subsequently, the second specialized base station can increase the power update index by 1, and update the current transmission power by increasing the transmission power by a certain amount ΔP to update the transmission power P n+1 It can be set (S402). The update transmission power may be equal to Equation 1. And, the second specialized base station can activate the registration timer T (S403).

[0052]

[0053] Meanwhile, the second specialized base station can perform a registration procedure with the first specialized terminal and the second specialized terminal using update transmission power (S404). This registration procedure can begin by the second specialized base station first transmitting a synchronization signal including a PSS (primary synchronization signal) and a SSS (second synchronization signal) to the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal. Additionally, the second specialized base station can transmit system information including configuration information for a random access procedure to the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal.

[0054] At this time, when the second specialized base station increases the transmission power from 0 by ΔP, neither the second-1 specialized terminal nor the second-2 specialized terminal may be in the second specialized coverage area. In this case, the second specialized base station can determine whether all terminals subject to registration have completed registration (S405), and as a result of this determination, not all terminals subject to registration have completed registration. Subsequently, the second specialized base station can determine whether the registration timer has expired (S406), and even if the registration timer has expired, not all terminals may still not be able to complete registration. Thus, if the registration of the terminals subject to registration is not completed within the activation period of the registration timer, the second specialized base station may define the registration procedure as a "failure." Accordingly, the second specialized base station can increase the power update index by 1, increase the transmission power by a certain amount ΔP to update the current transmission power, and reset the updated transmission power Pn+1 (S407). Afterwards, the second specialized base station can be repeated starting from S403.

[0055] Meanwhile, as the second specialized base station increases the transmission power by ΔP, either the second-1 specialized terminal or the second-2 specialized terminal may be in the second specialized coverage. Thus, the specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage can receive a synchronization signal from the second specialized base station and can obtain synchronization based on the received synchronization signal. Furthermore, the specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage can receive system information from the base station and can select one of a plurality of selectable preamble sequences based on the received system information. Accordingly, the specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage can transmit a random access preamble to the second specialized base station based on the selected preamble sequence.

[0056] The second specialized base station can receive a random access preamble from a specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage area. Then, the second specialized base station can transmit a random access preamble (RAR) message to the specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage area. For example, the second specialized base station can extract parameters included in the random access preamble received from the specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage area. The second specialized base station can estimate the transmission timing of the specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage area based on the index of the random access preamble to obtain uplink synchronization for data transmission between the specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage area and the second specialized base station. Based on the estimated transmission timing, the second specialized base station can transmit a random access preamble message, which is a connection acknowledgment message containing a time advance (TA) which is uplink timing alignment information, to the specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage area.

[0057] A specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage area can transmit an uplink message and a terminal ID to the second specialized base station. For example, the specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage area can determine the transmission timing based on a random access response message received from the second specialized base station. According to the determined transmission timing, the specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage area can transmit an uplink message to the second specialized base station via uplink wireless resources, which includes the terminal ID and various information, which are the identity information of the specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage area. Accordingly, the second specialized base station can receive an uplink message containing the terminal ID and various information, which are the identity information, from the specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage area. Accordingly, the second specialized base station can register the specialized terminal in the second specialized coverage area based on the received uplink message.

[0058] In this way, the second specialized base station can proceed with the registration procedure with specialized terminals located in the second specialized coverage area capable of receiving synchronization signals and system information. Subsequently, the second specialized base station can determine whether all specialized terminals subject to registration have completed the registration procedure through the stored information on terminals subject to registration (S405). If, as a result of the determination, the second specialized base station can terminate the specialized network construction operation if all specialized terminals subject to registration have completed the registration procedure, the second specialized base station can terminate the specialized network construction operation. In this way, if the registration of terminals subject to registration is completed within the activation period of the registration timer, the second specialized base station can define the registration procedure as "successful." Accordingly, the second specialized base station can terminate the specialized network construction process and provide specialized services to the 2-1 specialized terminal and the 2-2 specialized terminal. Alternatively, if, as a result of the determination, all specialized terminals subject to registration have not completed the registration procedure, the second specialized base station can determine whether the registration timer has expired (S406). Based on the judgment, if the registration timer of the second specialized base station has not expired, it may wait and repeat step S405. Alternatively, if the registration timer of the second specialized base station has expired, it may increase the power update index by 1, increase the transmission power by a certain amount ΔP to update the current transmission power, and update the transmission power P n+1 It can be reset (S407). Then, the second specialized base station can reactivate the registration timer (S403) and proceed with the registration procedure with the second specialized terminal using the update transmission power (S404).

[0059] Meanwhile, although it is described here that the second specialized base station and the second mobile edge computing network operate separately, the second specialized base station and the second mobile edge computing server can be integrated with each other and operate without separate distinction.

[0060] FIG. 5 is a conceptual diagram showing a first embodiment of a specialized network construction method.

[0061] Referring to FIG. 5, in the method for constructing a specialized network, the second specialized base station can form a first preliminary specialized coverage (120a) using the first increased update transmission power. Then, the second specialized base station can form a second preliminary specialized coverage (120b) using the second increased update transmission power. Next, the second specialized base station can form a third preliminary specialized coverage (120c) using the third increased update transmission power. Additionally, the second specialized base station can form a fourth preliminary specialized coverage (120d) using the fourth increased update transmission power. Finally, the second specialized base station can form a fifth preliminary specialized coverage (120e) using the fifth increased update transmission power.

[0062] At this time, the 2-1 specialized terminal (121a) is located in the 3rd preliminary specialized coverage (120c), so that it can complete registration when the 1st specialized base station (122) proceeds with the registration procedure using the third increased update transmission power. And, the 2-2 specialized terminal (121b) is located in the 4th preliminary specialized coverage (120d), so that it can complete registration when the 1st specialized base station (122) proceeds with the registration procedure using the fourth increased update transmission power. As such, as a result of the 2nd specialized base station (122) proceeding with the registration procedure using the fourth increased update transmission power, all terminals subject to registration have completed registration, so the 4th preliminary specialized coverage (120d) can be confirmed as the 2nd specialized coverage (120), and specialized services can be provided to the confirmed 2nd specialized coverage. When the power update index (n) is 4, it can be assumed that all useful specialized terminals have completed registration.

[0063] Meanwhile, FIGS. 4 and 5 may be a method of constructing a specialized network by adjusting the specialized base station to increase power. Alternatively, the specialized network may be constructed by adjusting the specialized base station to decrease power. In this case, where the specialized base station decreases power, a method for constructing a second specialized network can be described in the case where the first specialized network and the third specialized network in FIG. 2 have already been constructed. To this end, the specialized network operator may place a second mobile edge computing network, including a second-1 specialized terminal, a second-2 specialized terminal, a second specialized base station, and a second mobile edge computing server, in an area spaced a certain distance from the first specialized network and the third specialized network to construct the second specialized network. Furthermore, the specialized network operator may connect the second mobile edge computing server of the second mobile edge computing network to the second specialized base station through an internal backhaul link consisting of an optical cable. In addition, the specialized operator can operate the 2-1 specialized terminal and the 2-2 specialized terminal normally.

[0064] FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of a specialized network construction method.

[0065] Referring to FIG. 6, in the specialized network construction method, when the second specialized base station is powered on, it performs initialization to set the initial transmission power P0 to the maximum power Pmax, and can output a radio signal using the set maximum transmission power. Accordingly, the second specialized coverage can be maximized. Additionally, the second specialized base station can set the power update index n to 0 during the initialization process (S601). Here, the second specialized base station may possess terminal ID information, maximum transmission power information, and power increase / decrease parameters for the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal. The second specialized base station may manage the terminal IDs of the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal to be registered as registration target terminal information. Thus, in the initialization stage, the initial transmission power P0 is the current transmission power P n It can be expressed as.

[0066] Meanwhile, the second specialized base station may proceed with a registration procedure with the first specialized terminal and the second specialized terminal using maximum transmission power (S602). This registration procedure may first begin with the second specialized base station transmitting a synchronization signal including PSS and SSS to the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal. Additionally, the second specialized base station may transmit system information including configuration information for a random access procedure to the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal.

[0067] At this time, each of the 2-1 specialized terminal and the 2-2 specialized terminal is within the maximum coverage of the 2 specialized coverage and can receive a synchronization signal from the 2 specialized base station, and can obtain synchronization based on the received synchronization signal. Additionally, each of the 2-1 specialized terminal and the 2-2 specialized terminal can receive system information from the base station and can select one of a plurality of selectable preamble sequences based on the received system information. Accordingly, each of the 2-1 specialized terminal and the 2-2 specialized terminal can transmit a random access preamble to the 2 specialized base station based on the selected preamble sequence.

[0068] The second specialized base station can receive a random access preamble from each of the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal. Then, the second specialized base station can transmit a random access preamble (RAR) message to each of the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal.

[0069] Each of the 2-1 specialized terminal and the 2-2 specialized terminal can receive a random access response message from the 2nd specialized base station. Additionally, each of the 2-1 specialized terminal and the 2-2 specialized terminal can transmit an uplink message and a terminal ID to the 2nd specialized base station. Accordingly, the 2nd specialized base station can receive an uplink message containing identity information, such as a terminal ID and various other information, from each of the 2-1 specialized terminal and the 2-2 specialized terminal. Accordingly, the 2nd specialized base station can register the 2-1 specialized terminal and the 2-2 specialized terminal based on the received uplink message.

[0070] In this way, the second specialized base station can proceed with the registration procedure for the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal, which are capable of receiving synchronization signals and system information. Subsequently, the second specialized base station can determine whether all specialized terminals subject to registration have completed the registration procedure through the stored information on the terminals subject to registration (S603). As a result of the determination, the second specialized base station can determine that the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal have completed the registration procedure. At this time, if not all specialized terminals subject to registration (i.e., the second-1 specialized terminal and the second-2 specialized terminal) are registered, the corresponding construction operation can be stopped and terminated as there is a problem with the system configuration.

[0071] Meanwhile, if the second specialized base station determines that all specialized terminals subject to registration have completed registration, it may increase the power update index by 1, decrease the transmission power by a certain amount ΔP to update the current transmission power, and update the transmission power P n+1 It can be set (S604), and may be equal to Equation 2. Also, the second specialized base station can activate the unregister timer T (S605).

[0072]

[0073] As a result, the second specialized coverage formed by the second specialized base station may be reduced. Accordingly, among the specialized terminals, the wireless link may be disconnected for specialized terminals that can no longer receive a signal from the second specialized base station. Of course, if the specialized terminals are close to the second specialized base station, the wireless link may not be disconnected. Accordingly, the second specialized base station can determine whether there is a specialized terminal (disconnected specialized terminal) among the previously registered specialized terminals that has lost communication because it cannot receive a signal from the second specialized base station (S606). As a result of the determination, the second specialized base station may find that there is no specialized terminal with lost communication. In this way, if all specialized terminals still maintain their registered status even after the second specialized base station reduces the transmission power by ΔP, this may mean that the second specialized coverage is sufficient to accommodate all specialized terminals. In this way, the transmission power used by the second specialized base station may be sufficient to accommodate all specialized terminals.

[0074] Accordingly, the second specialized base station can determine whether the unregistration timer has expired (S607). If the unregistration timer has not expired, the second specialized base station can continue with S606, which determines whether there are any disconnected specialized terminals. Alternatively, if the unregistration timer has expired but all specialized terminals still maintain a registered state, the second specialized base station reduces the transmission power by a certain amount ΔP to update the current transmission power, thereby updating the transmission power P. n+1 It can be repeated starting from step S604, which sets the registration. In this way, the second specialized base station may define the verification result as "maintained" if the registration status of already registered target terminals is maintained within the activation period of the deregistration timer.

[0075] Meanwhile, the second specialized base station may deregister a specialized terminal if, as a result of determining whether there is a disconnected specialized terminal, there is a specialized terminal with disconnected communication (S608). In this way, the second specialized base station may define the verification result as "cancellation" if, within the activation period of the deregistration timer, the registration status of even one of the already registered target terminals is not continuously maintained. If the number of registered specialized terminals decreases in this manner, the second specialized base station may determine that the second specialized coverage is unable to accommodate all specialized terminals. This may mean that the currently set transmission power is insufficient. Therefore, the second specialized base station [reduces] the transmission power to the previous transmission power (P n-1 After setting the transmission power determined based on ) as the transmission power to be used, the specialized network construction operation can be completed (S609).

[0076] FIG. 7 is a conceptual diagram showing a second embodiment of a specialized network construction method.

[0077] Referring to FIG. 7, in the specialized network construction method, the second specialized base station can form a fifth preliminary specialized coverage (120e) using the maximum transmission power Pmax. Then, the second specialized base station can form a fourth preliminary specialized coverage (120d) using the first reduced update transmission power. Next, the second specialized base station can form a third preliminary specialized coverage (120c) using the second reduced update transmission power. Additionally, the second specialized base station can form a second preliminary specialized coverage (120b) using the third reduced update transmission power. Finally, the second specialized base station can form a first preliminary specialized coverage (120a) using the fourth reduced update transmission power.

[0078] At this time, the 2-2 specialized terminal (121b) is located in the 4th preliminary specialized coverage (120d), so it may be deregistered when the 1st specialized base station (122) forms the 3rd preliminary specialized coverage (120c) using the second reduced update transmission power. Accordingly, the 2nd specialized base station can reduce the number of registered specialized terminals N (i.e., 2) by 1. When the number of registered specialized terminals is reduced by 1 in this way, the 2nd specialized base station may determine that the 3rd preliminary specialized coverage is not accommodating all specialized terminals. This may mean that the currently set transmission power is insufficient. Therefore, the 2nd specialized base station can complete the specialized network construction operation after setting the transmission power to the first reduced transmission power that formed the previous 4th preliminary specialized coverage (120d) as the transmission power used.

[0079] As such, the specialized network construction method according to the present application can rapidly identify the optimal transmission power for configuring the specialized network. Accordingly, the specialized network construction method according to the present application may have advantages in the rapid processing of the initial construction and reconfiguration of the specialized network. Furthermore, the present application may include a method and apparatus for using a test specialized terminal for the construction and operation of the specialized network. Meanwhile, while the specialized network is in operation following its initial construction, reconfiguration may be required if the specialized terminal needs to be moved, if a new specialized network needs to be constructed in an adjacent area (i.e., within a distance where interference may occur), or due to a change in the state of the specialized network constructed in an adjacent area. In such cases, the specialized network can derive parameters for reconfiguration through the test specialized terminal while maintaining the currently operating specialized services, and can reconfigure using the derived parameters.

[0080] As described above, according to the present application, in the construction and operation of a specialized network, the interference effect on an adjacent specialized network can be minimized through a function in which a specialized base station gradually increases or decreases transmission power. Furthermore, through a function in which a specialized base station gradually increases or decreases transmission power, the optimal transmission power for the specialized network configuration can be found at a rapid speed, thereby enabling the rapid initial construction and reconfiguration of the specialized network.

[0082] In addition, the above-described method or device may be implemented by combining all or part of its configuration or function, or by implementing it separately.
