Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a welding jig device capable of rapidly detaching a base material before welding and accurately positioning the base materials at a right angle to each other. Background Technology

[0003] Generally, welding is a technique for joining two workpieces. Since welding requires butt-welding the welding rod against the joint, for large workpieces, welding had to be performed either by moving the equipment along with the rod or only within an accessible distance. When welding objects with complex shapes, the workpiece must be secured; however, welding while the operator holds the object by hand was dangerous and difficult. Furthermore, with the widespread use of robotic welding machines and the establishment of automated systems, robotic welding is performed automatically simply by operating the control unit after the workpiece is mounted on a table. However, a problem persisted where defective products occurred due to the lack of secure fixing means suitable for the shape of the workpiece, resulting in unstable fixation. Prior art literature

[0006] The present invention has been devised to solve the problems of the aforementioned conventional technology, and aims to provide a table welding jig device capable of rapidly fixing the base material to improve welding speed and precisely arranging right angles between the frames forming the framework of the table. means of solving the problem

[0008] To achieve this objective, the present invention is achieved by a jig device for table welding, characterized by comprising a base portion that supports a base material to be welded on a floor, and a jig portion that supports a base material to be welded vertically or obliquely on one side of the base portion, or supports a base material positioned above the base portion and spaced apart from the base portion.

[0010] Also, the above jig part,

[0011] It may include a grid block portion that supports the above-mentioned base material and is formed as a grid, and at least one detachment portion on the front surface of the grid block portion that detaches the above-mentioned base material from the grid block portion by magnetic force.

[0013] Also, the above jig part,

[0014] One surface of the grid block portion may further include a switch for turning the magnetic force of the detachable portion on or off.

[0016] Also, the above jig part,

[0017] The apparatus further includes at least one jig unit for detaching the base material from the grid block portion, wherein if the magnetic force of the detachment portion is insufficient, the base material can be fixed or released by the jig unit.

[0019] Also, the above jig part,

[0020] The above detachable part further includes an adjustment part for finely adjusting the detachable part forward or backward, and by finely adjusting the degree of protrusion of the detachable part, the base material fixed to the detachable part and the base material fixed to the base part can be positioned so that they are precisely perpendicular to each other.

[0022] In addition, the above jig unit is,

[0023] The device includes a guide horizontally positioned on the rear surface of the grid block section, a movable block fitted into the guide and moving along the guide, a jig block that rotates forward or backward from the movable block, and a clamp that protrudes or is retracted from the jig block. When the jig block and the clamp rotate forward, the jig block and the clamp protrude between the grids of the grid block section, and when the clamp is retracted while a workpiece is placed between the grid block section and the clamp, the clamp presses the workpiece against the grid block section to firmly secure the workpiece.

[0025] Also, the above clamp is,

[0026] The clamp can be rotated from the above jig block and used to correspond to a base material arranged horizontally or vertically in the grid block section. Effects of the invention

[0028] According to the table welding jig device of the present invention, by adopting a structure including a base part and a jig part, it is possible to stably support the base material to be welded while precisely fixing the base material of various shapes and arrangements.

[0029] In addition, the present invention allows for the rapid adsorption or release of a base material to be welded by magnetic force by selectively arranging a detachable part with an embedded magnetic material on the front surface of a grid block. Accordingly, since the base material can be fixed and released without a separate fastening tool, work preparation time is shortened and the work efficiency of repetitive welding operations is improved.

[0030] Furthermore, the present invention includes a jig unit to address cases where fixing is difficult using only the magnetic force of the detachable part, thereby enabling the base material to be mechanically fixed by pressure. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0037] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached drawings, provided that technical details that are already well known are omitted or compressed for the sake of brevity.

[0039] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 8, a jig device for table welding according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base part and a jig part.

[0041] The base portion (1) is formed in the shape of a rectangular flat plate having a certain thickness as a means of supporting a base material (BM) or an external device (not shown). In addition, the base portion (1) is formed of a metal material to ensure overall rigidity, and the upper surface is processed to be flat to form a work reference surface. In addition, a plurality of coupling holes (11) are formed through the upper surface, and the coupling holes (11) are arranged at regular intervals along the row and column directions. In addition, a plurality of support bases (12) protrude downward from the bottom surface of the base portion (1), and the support bases (12) may be formed in a cylindrical or prismatic shape, thereby separating the base portion (1) from the ground at a predetermined height. Accordingly, the base portion (1) stably supports the base material (BM) and functions as a reference platform where external devices, such as a gripping device, can be mounted at various locations.

[0043] The jig section (2) is a means for supporting a base material (BM) by adhering it to a vertical front surface, and is fixed to one side of the base section (1) and formed at a right angle to the base section (1), and may include a grid block section (21), a detachable section (22), a switch section (23), a jig unit (24), and an adjustment section (25). Accordingly, the jig section (2) can accurately fix the base material (BM) supported by the base section (1) and the base material (BM) fixed to the jig section (2) at a vertical or predetermined angle.

[0045] The grid block section (21) is a major component forming the main body of the jig section (2) and is formed in a roughly rectangular plate-like structure. On the front surface of the grid block section (21), a plurality of grid holes (211) are formed by being repeatedly arranged in the up-down and left-right directions. The grid holes (211) are formed as square or rectangular through holes and are arranged to have the same specifications so that the detachable section (22) and the jig unit (24) can be selectively inserted and mounted. Accordingly, the grid block section (21) provides a modular structural base that allows various jig components to be installed in a repositionable manner.

[0047] The detachable part (22) is formed in a block shape that is mounted on the front of the grid block part (21). Additionally, the detachable part (22) has a rectangular prism shape externally, has a magnetic material embedded inside, and has a flat front surface. Accordingly, the detachable part (22) enables rapid welding by quickly adsorbing or releasing the base material (BM) by magnetic force.

[0049] The switch unit (23) is an operating means for controlling the magnetic state of the detachable unit (22), and may be of the button type, lever type, or slider type. It may have an arrow or triangle shape and is exposed on the side or outside of the jig unit (2). Additionally, the switch unit (23) is positioned in close proximity to the detachable unit (22), and the switch unit (23) may point toward the detachable unit (22). It may emit light when the switch is turned on or turn off when it is turned off. Accordingly, the magnetic force of the detachable unit (22) is selectively turned on or off through the operation of the switch unit (23), so that the fixing and release of the base material (BM) can be performed safely and quickly, and the operation status of the detachable unit (22) can be easily checked according to the light emission state of the switch unit (23).

[0051] A jig unit (24) is a unit mounted on the front of the grid block section (21) to mechanically fix the base material (BM), and a number of them are arranged at the rear of the grid block section (21). Additionally, the jig unit (24) may include a guide (241), a moving block (242), a jig block (243), a piston rod, a clamp (245), a gripping piece (246), and a control button (247). Accordingly, the jig unit (24) can press and fix the base material (BM) with a constant and repeatable force by hydraulic driving.

[0053] A guide (241) is a means for guiding a moving block (242) and is positioned on the rear of a grid block section (21) and may be formed as a rectangular rail member. Additionally, the guide (241) may have a cross-section formed as a groove or a protruding rail, and may be arranged horizontally and in multiple stages from top to bottom. Accordingly, the guide (241) guides the moving block (242) to move left and right without shaking.

[0055] The moving block (242) is a means for moving the jig block (243) left and right, and corresponds to the guide (241). One end is fitted into the guide (241), while the other end is connected to the jig block (243) by a connecting shaft (244), and can move left and right along the guide (241). Accordingly, the moving block (242) can adjust the position of the jig block (243) to correspond to the base material (BM) at various positions.

[0057] The jig block (243) is a means for operating the clamp (245) and is formed as a rectangular parallepiped member with one end bent and coupled to the front of the movable block (242), with one end rotatably coupled to the movable block (242) by a coupling shaft (244), and may have a hydraulic device built inside. Additionally, a hollow space for accommodating a hydraulic cylinder may be formed inside the jig block (243), and a piston rod may be disposed inside the cylinder. The piston rod may be formed to move in a linear reciprocating motion in the forward and backward directions inside the jig block (243). Accordingly, the piston rod transmits the driving force of the hydraulic device to the clamp (245) and simultaneously functions as a rotational reference axis of the clamp (245).

[0059] A clamp (245) is a means for fixing or releasing a base material (BM) and is formed in a roughly rectangular shape. It is coupled to the tip of the piston rod of a jig block (243) at one end and can rotate about the central axis of the piston rod. Accordingly, depending on the forward or backward movement of the piston rod, the clamp (245) can fix or release the base material (BM) by pressing it against the grid block section (21).

[0061] The gripping piece (246) is a means for gripping a large area of the base material, and its cross-section is formed in a roughly "T" shape. It is fixed to the tip of the clamp (245) and positioned to protrude to both sides of the clamp. Additionally, an uneven surface or a friction-enhancing pattern may be formed on the surface of the gripping piece (246). Accordingly, the gripping piece (246) can secure a contact area with the base material (BM) to more firmly fix the base material, and by rotating together with the clamp (245), it can simultaneously fix or release the base material positioned vertically and horizontally.

[0063] The control button (247) is an operating part for controlling the operation of the hydraulic device, and may be a circular knob or button type, may be provided in multiple numbers, and may be positioned protruding outward from the jig block (243). Accordingly, the user can repeatedly perform the pressing and releasing operation of the clamp (245) by operating the control button (247).

[0064] For example, with the base material (BM) in close contact with the detachable part (22), the jig block (243) is rotated forward so that the clamp (245) protrudes forward from the grid block part (21), and the jig block (243) is moved to a position corresponding to the base material (BM), that is, to the left or right. Afterward, the clamp (245) is rotated to correspond to the arrangement structure of the base material (BM), and then the control button (247) located at the rear is pressed, causing the clamp (245) to retract while the gripping piece (246) presses the base material (BM) to firmly fix the base material (BM) to the grid block part (21). When the control button (247) located at the front is pressed again, the clamp (245) moves forward while the gripping piece (246) is separated from the base material (BM), allowing the fixed base material (BM) to be released.

[0066] The adjustment unit (25) may include a screw shaft, a cam or dial structure or a worm and a worm gear as a means for finely adjusting the position of the detachable unit (22), and may be rotatably installed on the rear and upper surfaces of the grid block unit (21). Accordingly, when the adjustment unit (25) is rotated, the detachable unit (22) is finely protruded or retracted from the grid block unit (21), thereby allowing the verticality and contact state of the base material (BM) to be precisely adjusted.

[0068] In describing the present invention as described above, the same reference numerals are used for identical components even if the embodiments differ, and the description thereof may be omitted if necessary.
