Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a wire grill and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, to a wire grill and a method for manufacturing the same that has excellent productivity and durability, prevents shortening of the lifespan, and is easy to maintain. Background Technology

[0003] Conventionally, a method for manufacturing a grill using stainless steel wire (Registered Patent No. 10-1873167) is known as prior art literature, comprising: a first step of forming a compression portion by fitting a first ring, a coil spring, and a second ring onto a stainless steel wire and compressing both ends; a second step of cutting a stainless steel pipe to a certain size to create left and right frames; a third step of bending a stainless steel plate into a U-shape and forming a groove on the inner side to create upper and lower frames; a fourth step of bending a stainless steel plate into an N-shape to cover the upper side of the upper and lower frames; a fifth step of welding the left and right frames created in the second step and the upper and lower frames created in the third step; a sixth step of inserting the stainless steel wire created in the first step into the groove formed on the inner side of the upper and lower frames of the frame created in the fifth step; and a seventh step of attaching upper and lower frame covers to the frame into which the stainless steel wire created in the sixth step is inserted.

[0004] However, in the grill manufactured by this method, a first ring, a coil spring, and a second ring are fitted onto each stainless steel wire, and both ends are compressed to form a compression section, so that when each wire is inserted into a groove formed on the inner side of the upper and lower frames, neither the wire nor the coil spring is arbitrarily dislodged.

[0005] Therefore, since it is necessary to combine two rings in addition to one coil spring on a single wire and then press both ends to form a compression part, two rings are required for each wire, which significantly increases the number of parts and assembly steps, resulting in problems such as reduced productivity and increased related costs due to the complex and time-consuming manufacturing process.

[0006] In addition, coil springs with uniform coil diameters were used to maintain the tensile strength of the wire. However, since widening the coil spacing to increase the restoring force would occupy a large amount of space for installation, coil springs with relatively narrow spacing were used. Consequently, it was difficult to prevent the wire from stretching and maintaining its tensile strength for a long period, which shortened its lifespan and resulted in waste of materials and costs.

[0007] Other prior art regarding wire grills is known as Patent Registration No. 10-1426244 and No. 1525378, but these prior art structures all have a structure in which the ends of a steel wire are bent to form a hook, coiled to form a knot for fastening, or a washer is used as a means to hang the ends of the steel wire on a frame, and thus the manufacturing process and procedures are complex and difficult, yet there were problems with poor durability as a heat handling device and severe thermal deformation. Prior art literature

[0009] Patent Registration No. 10-1873167 Patent Registration No. 10-1426244 Patent Registration No. 10-1525378 The problem to be solved

[0010] The present invention was developed in consideration of the problems of the prior art, and its purpose is to provide a steel grill and a method for manufacturing the same that greatly improve productivity by significantly reducing parts and assembly labor, while simultaneously making maintenance very simple and easy and preventing the shortening of the lifespan so as not to cause waste of related costs, as well as maximizing marketability and usability. means of solving the problem

[0012] To achieve this objective, the present invention comprises a method for manufacturing a wire rod, comprising the steps of: obtaining a wire rod frame by processing and assembling left and right edge members and front and rear edge members; cutting a stainless steel extruded material to a desired length according to the specifications of a wire rod product; processing a wire rod installed across the front and rear at regular intervals on the front and rear edge members of the wire rod frame, with its front and rear ends mounted at regular intervals on the left and right sides; and attaching a tension force maintaining means to the wire rod. In this method, the tension force maintaining means attached to the wire rod is a conical coil spring formed such that the diameter of the coil gradually increases from one end to the other. The step of processing the wire rod (20) comprises the steps of: mounting the wire rod with the conical coil spring attached to it across the front and rear at regular intervals on the left and right sides so that its front and rear ends are exposed at equal intervals to the front and rear outer sides of the jig. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a wire grill and a wire grill manufactured thereby, comprising the steps of: placing a front and rear pressure plate made of steel across the front and rear sections, respectively, on the upper surface to press the corresponding sections of the wires; and heating for 5 to 7 seconds with a flame of 1400 to 1600°C ejected by operating the torch tip in close proximity to the front and rear sections of the wires, so that the molten sections of the front and rear sections are surrounded by the non-molten sections in a spherical shape by the force of the flame ejected by the temperature and heating time of the ejected flame, and stopping the heating before the molten sections become liquid, thereby integrally forming a spherical front and rear connecting body at the front and rear sections of the wires, the diameter of which is larger than the small coil diameter of one end of a conical coil spring. Effects of the invention

[0014] The wire grill obtained by the wire grill and the manufacturing method according to the present invention has a very simple structure because spherical front and rear connecting bodies are integrally formed at the front and rear ends of the wire, and no separate parts are required for installation by connecting it to a grill frame. This significantly reduces the number of parts and assembly steps, thereby greatly increasing productivity and making maintenance very simple and easy. In addition, by using a conical coil spring to maintain the tensile strength of the wire, the lifespan of the wire is prevented, resulting in a significant reduction in related costs. Specific details for implementing the invention

[0017] Hereinafter, the wire grill and the method of manufacturing the same according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings as follows.

[0018] FIGS. 1 and 2 are perspective views showing the structure of a rectangular wire grill manufactured according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a side cross-sectional view showing the rectangular wire grill extracted, separated, and enlarged from FIG. 1.

[0019] The grill according to the present invention of FIGS. 1 and 2 comprises a grill frame (10) that is square or circular, wires (20) that are fixedly installed at regular intervals on the grill frame, and conical coil springs (30) that are each connected to the wires as a means of maintaining tension.

[0020] This type of wire grill is obtained by a manufacturing method comprising the steps of: processing and assembling left and right edge members (11) and front and rear edge members (12) to obtain a grill frame (10); processing a wire (20) installed across the front and rear at regular intervals on the front and rear edge members of the grill frame, with the front and rear ends mounted at regular intervals; and attaching a conical coil spring (30) to the wire.

[0021] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view in which both ends of a wire (20) are hooked and fixed to both edge members (12). The rectangular grill frame (10) illustrated in the drawing consists of left and right edge members (11) that are straight, and front and rear edge members that attach the front and rear ends of the left and right edge members to the left and right ends, respectively.

[0022] If the lengths of the left and right edge members (11) and the front and rear edge members (12) are made equal, the grill frame (10) can be formed into a square, whereas if the length of any one of the left and right edge members and the front and rear edge members is made different, the grill frame can be formed into a rectangle.

[0023] The lower border portions of the above left and right border members (11) and front and rear border members (12) are assembled in a rectangular shape so that they can be easily separated when necessary.

[0024] A rectangular grill frame (10) is assembled such that, when attached by fastening a screw through the screw holes, it can be easily separated when necessary, because the screw holes drilled in the front and rear ends of the upper surfaces of the left and right edge members (11) and the screw holes drilled in the left and right ends of the upper edge members (12) coincide.

[0025] FIG. 4 is an enlarged perspective view showing a wire (20) combined with a conical coil spring of the present invention.

[0026] The wire (20) of the present invention is made of stainless steel extruded to have a diameter of 0.7 to 1 mm and is formed by cutting it to a desired length according to the specifications of the wire grill product. The front and rear ends of the wire are provided with spherical binding bodies (21)(22) formed as a single body with the wire, having a diameter that can be caught on the inner surface of the sawtooth-shaped mounting groove.

[0027] These front and rear binding bodies (21)(22) do not necessarily have to be in the shape of a round sphere, and if necessary, they may be formed in the shape of a disc or a cone with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the sphere, and it goes without saying that such cases also fall within the scope of the present invention.

[0028] The conical coil spring (30) is formed such that the diameter of the coil gradually increases from one end to the other. Since the diameter of the coil at one end is smaller than the diameter of the front and rear connecting members (21)(22), the front and rear connecting members must be formed while first connected to the wire before forming the front and rear connecting members at the front and rear ends of the wire (20).

[0029] The conical coil spring (30) combined in this way does not detach from the wire (20) because the diameter of one coil is smaller than that of the front and rear connecting members (21)(22).

[0030] Since the diameter of each coil of this conical coil spring (30) is formed to gradually increase, the coils overlap when compressed, so even if the installation spacing is narrow, the restoring force is superior to that of a coil spring with the same diameter, and the installation spacing can be minimized.

[0031] When assembling the wire (20) combined with the conical coil spring (30) configured in this manner onto the grill frame (10), the conical coil spring combined with the wire is moved toward the front end of the wire so that the end with the smaller diameter of the coil is in close contact with the binding member (22) at the front end of the wire, and the other end with the larger diameter of the conical coil spring is connected so that the front end of the wire passes through the corresponding mounting groove so that it is positioned over the front side surface of the wall positioned at the front. Then, the binding member at the rear end is grasped and pulled toward the rear so that the conical coil spring is compressed, and the rear end of the wire is connected so that it passes through the corresponding mounting groove of the inner piece positioned at the rear, and the binding member at the rear end is positioned so that it is positioned over the rear side surface of the inner piece at the rear.

[0032] When the wires (20) combined with the conical coil springs (30) are mounted through the mounting grooves formed in the front and rear walls, the conical coil springs are compressed, so the wires always remain taut.

[0033] Since the wire (20) according to the present invention is manufactured such that spherical binding bodies (21)(22) shaped like balls are integrally formed at both ends thereof, the structure of the wire becomes very simple, and since no separate parts are required to assemble it to the grill frame (10), the manufacturing and assembly work becomes very simple and easy, which has the advantage of greatly improving productivity and significantly reducing related costs. The manufacturing process is described in detail below based on the attached drawings.

[0034] FIGS. 5, FIGS. 6, FIGS. 7, and FIGS. 8 are process diagrams for processing a wire material applied to a wire grill according to the present invention.

[0035] The step of processing the wire (20) according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a process of first providing the wire formed by cutting a wire extruded from stainless steel to a desired length (Fig. 5); a process of attaching a conical coil spring (30) as a means of maintaining tensile force to the wire provided by the process (Fig. 6); a process of preparing to form a binding body (21)(22) at the front and rear ends of the wire by mounting the wire with the conical coil spring attached on a jig (40) at regular intervals (Figs. 7a, 7b); and a process of forming a binding body at the front and rear ends of the mounted wire (Figs. 8 A, B, C, D).

[0036] The process of providing the wire (20) is to cut it to a length corresponding to the specifications of the wire grill as shown in FIG. 5 to provide a wire of the desired length, and it is preferable to use one with a diameter of 0.7 to 1 mm.

[0037] The total length (L) of the wire (20) provided in this way consists of the length (H) used for grilling when the wire is installed in the grill frame (10), and the length (K) of the processing part that extends to form a front and rear binding body (21)(22) integrally at the front and rear ends.

[0038] The process of joining the conical coil spring (30) is to join it to the wire (20) cut to the desired length as shown in FIG. 6 through one end.

[0039] The reason for first attaching the conical coil spring (30) to the wire (20) in this manner is that, while the coil diameter of the conical coil spring is formed to gradually increase from one end to the other, the diameter of the front and rear connecting members (21)(22) is formed to be larger than the end where the diameter of the conical coil spring is smaller, as described later, so the conical coil spring cannot be attached to the wire after the front and rear connecting members are first formed integrally on the wire.

[0040] FIGS. 7a and 7b illustrate a process of mounting the wire (20), to which a conical coil spring (30) is attached, on a jig at regular intervals during the step of processing binding members (21) (22) on the front and rear ends of the wire (20). First, " The above wires are mounted in the jig grooves (41) such that they cross the upper surface of the jig back and forth, with their front and rear ends passing through the jig grooves and being exposed to the outside at equal intervals.

[0041] Afterwards, a front and rear pressure plate (42) made of steel is mounted on the inner side of the jig (40) and stretched across the left and right sides to press the corresponding parts of the wires (20) mounted on the jig (40).

[0042] This is done so that, in the process of forming a front and rear binding body (21)(22) in a short time by heating the front and rear ends of the wires (20) exposed to the outside of each jig (40) with high heat from the front and rear ends as described below, the heat conducted along the front and rear ends of the wires is conducted not only to the jig but also to the pressure plate pressing the corresponding part of the wire, thereby preventing the temperature of the corresponding part from becoming lower than the part being heated and causing other parts of the wires to be deformed by heat.

[0043] FIG. 8 is a process for forming front and rear binding bodies (21)(22) at each front and rear end by heating the front and rear ends of wires (20) mounted at regular intervals on a jig (40). First, the front and rear ends are heated for 5 to 7 seconds with a flame at a temperature of 1400 to 1600°C ejected by operating the torch tip (50) in close proximity to the front and rear ends of the leading wire among the wires.

[0044] In this way, the front and rear ends of the wire (20) are melted from each front and rear end by the ejected flame. At this time, depending on the temperature of the ejected flame and the heating time, the melting part wraps around the unmelted front and rear ends by the force of the ejected flame. Then, the heating is stopped before it becomes a liquid state, and the front and rear ends of the wire are processed to form a spherical front and rear binding body (21)(22) integrally.

[0045] In this way, when the process of forming front and rear bonding bodies (21)(22) by sequentially heating the front and rear ends of the wires (20) mounted at regular intervals on the jig (40) is completed, the operation of the torch is stopped, the pressure plates (42) are lifted out, the wires with the mounted front and rear bonding bodies formed as a single unit are collected, and then the process of forming the front and rear bonding bodies is repeated by mounting the next wires to be processed.

[0046] Meanwhile, although the process of forming the front and rear binding members (21)(22) described above is performed by simultaneously bringing the tip (50) of a torch close to the front and rear ends of a wire (20) mounted on a jig (40), it is not necessarily limited to this, and if necessary, sequential processing is also possible in which one of the front and rear ends of the wire is formed first, and then another binding member is formed on the opposite side of the wire.

[0047] In addition, the process of forming the front and rear binding members (21)(22) may be carried out by fixing the torch and moving the mounting bracket (40), or conversely, by fixing the mounting bracket and moving the torch automatically or manually. Furthermore, the torch may be fixed at a certain left and right interval before and after the mounting bracket, and the front and rear binding members may be formed simultaneously at the front and rear ends of a plurality of wires (20) by moving the mounting bracket automatically or manually. In such cases, it is understood that this also falls within the scope of the present invention.

[0048] In the wire (20) combined with the conical coil spring (30) obtained by the manufacturing method of the present invention, since the front and rear connecting members (21) (22) are integrally formed at the front and rear ends, when the wire is installed by connecting it to the grill frame (10) at regular intervals on the left and right, there is no need to provide separate parts, such as first and second rings, to be fitted to the left and right sides of each wire as in the conventional technology.

[0049] Therefore, the wire obtained by the manufacturing method of the present invention has the advantage of significantly reducing parts and assembly labor because no separate parts are required to bind it to square and circular grill frames, thereby increasing productivity, and at the same time, making maintenance very simple and easy, which leads to a substantial reduction in related costs.
