[0052] In addition, the processor (140) can control one or a combination of the components described above in order to implement various embodiments according to the present disclosure, which will be described in FIGS. 2 to 7 below, on the device.

[0053] FIG. 2 is a block diagram illustrating a method for providing educational materials using an electronic device (100) that performs an operation of providing educational materials using a concept card according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 3 is a flowchart specifically illustrated.

[0054] At least one processor (140) of an electronic device (100) that performs an operation of providing educational materials using concept cards according to the present disclosure may be configured to provide a visual card in which sentences pre-set according to keywords are sequentially displayed based on the user interface, provide a voice corresponding to each sentence within the card together with the visual card based on the user interface, and when the provision of each sentence within the visual card and the voice corresponding to the sentence is completed, change a part of the sentence or add a new sentence within the visual card, and check whether the user input entered based on the user interface for the changed part of the sentence or the new sentence matches the correct answer.

[0055] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the electronic device (100) according to the present disclosure can perform an educational material provision operation method by performing an explanation step (S210), a verification step (S220), and a practice step (S230).

[0056] The explanation step (S210) is to explain the set educational keywords, such as the interrogative pronoun and infinitive of English grammar, by breaking them down into small sentences so that the student can easily understand them.

[0057] In the explanation step (S210), at least one processor (140) may provide the input / output module (110) with educational materials in the form of conversational text consisting of multiple sentences for a keyword, configured as concept cards.

[0058] In other words, the output module of the input / output module (110) can output sentences consisting of fewer than a preset number of words to the user screen for each sentence, output a main explanation of the concept, and, if necessary, output additional explanations such as examples or comments, distinguished from the main explanation.

[0059] In addition, as an embodiment, educational materials are configured in a conversational form so that the output module of the input / output module (110) outputs the main explanation and additional explanation sequentially, rather than outputting the entire sentence at once. Sequential output increases the learner's concentration on each sentence and allows the same level of concentration as in face-to-face learning to be maintained in non-face-to-face learning.

[0060] The above at least one processor (140) can output to the input / output module (110) a sentence composed of a preset number of words in the form of an interactive interface.

[0061] In this case, educational materials can be provided audiovisually by adding audio media that reads the sentences, in addition to outputting the sentences through visual media.

[0062] In other words, the concept can be presented as visual text, and the text can be played back as audio. Input through the user interface-based input / output module (110) can be controlled so that the learner can focus on the explanation until the audio playback is finished, and then input through the input / output module (110) can be controlled to be performed in the subsequent verification step (S220).

[0063] The verification step (S220) is a step for verifying whether the learner has properly understood the explanation in the explanation step (S210), and at least one processor (140) may perform the verification step (S220) after the explanation step (S210) for each concept card or for each sentence within a concept card.

[0064] In the explanation step (S210), specific words in the order sheet presented can be left blank to induce the user to input the correct answer through the input / output module (110), thereby checking the level of understanding and memorization. Additionally, actual example sentences or quizzes with specific concepts applied to the main explanation can be presented to verify sentences with applied concepts and aid in understanding.

[0065] At this time, the verification step (S220) may be performed after the corresponding explanation step (S210) is completed. For example, at least one processor (140) may control the input / output module (110) to output an example of the verification step (S220) or provide audio after all sentences corresponding to the explanation step (S210) and all audio for said sentences have been output, or to receive the correct answer for the quiz or the correct answer for the blanks. This is to induce the learner to watch or listen to the explanation step (S210) with concentration until the end.

[0066] In other words, after completing both the text output and the audio playback of the text, parts of the text can be changed to blanks or questions verifying memorization can be displayed. This is intended to prevent the problem of not understanding the entire explanation, which could arise if blanks were marked or questions were provided in advance, causing the user to focus only on the content to be entered or concentrate on solving the problems rather than the explanation.

[0067] If you fail to fill in the blanks or answer the question correctly, you can repeat the audio playback of the text until you fill in the blanks with the correct answer or answer the question correctly.

[0068] The practice step (S230) may be a step that enables the user to internalize the concept by repeating and providing the content performed in the explanation step (S210) and the verification step (S220). This is intended to enhance the learning effect through repetitive learning.

[0069] The practice stage (S230) displays and plays examples of the concept, and after the sentences in the examples end playback, it creates blanks in some of the content to induce user interface-based input. By creating the blanks after playback ends, learners are prevented from predicting the words where the blanks will appear in advance, thereby encouraging them to focus on the entire content.

[0070] In other words, the practice step (S230) is a step for repetitive learning and can be performed by repeating the process or configuration of the preceding explanation step (S210) and learning step (S220).

[0071] Additionally, the practice step (S230) is a step for repetitive learning, and the at least one processor (1400) may omit the practice step (S230) if it is determined that the difficulty of the concept is low or sufficient repetitive learning has been performed.

[0072] Specifically, the method for providing educational materials using concept cards according to the present disclosure can be performed by at least one processor (140) of the electronic device (100).

[0073] As illustrated in FIG. 3, the method may include the steps of: providing a visual card in which sentences pre-set according to keywords are sequentially displayed based on the user interface (S310); providing voice corresponding to each sentence within the card along with the visual card based on the user interface (S320); changing a part of the sentence or adding a new sentence within the visual card when the provision of each sentence within the visual card and the voice corresponding to the sentence is completed (S330); and checking whether user input entered based on the user interface for the changed part of the sentence or the new sentence matches the correct answer (S340).

[0074] Steps (S310) and (S320) may be identical or similar to the described step (S210) of FIG. 2.

[0075] Steps (S330) and (S340) may be identical or similar to the verification step (S220) of FIG. 2.

[0076] FIGS. 4 to 7 are screens illustrating a user interface of an electronic device (100) that performs an educational material provision operation using a concept card according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0077] First, concept keywords to be learned can be guided along with a voice saying, "Shall we learn?" or "Listen carefully to the explanation and press Enter to proceed to the next step." As illustrated in FIG. 4, the sentence (41) "Shall we learn about the interrogative words who, whom, whose, and what today?" can be output to the input / output module (110) at the same time as the voice is output. The sentence (41) can present keywords that run through the entire concept card.

[0078] Then, example sentences may be read aloud, or explanations regarding the above examples or concepts may be provided. In this case, the explanation may be provided simultaneously with visual sentences and auditory sounds.

[0079] As illustrated in FIG. 4, example sentences (42) and explanatory texts (43, 44) corresponding to sentence (41) can be output. At this time, explanatory texts (43, 44) containing more important content can be output as an interface highlighted with a square.

[0080] Example sentence (42), which is less important than the explanatory text (43, 44), can be output in a form different from the explanatory text (43, 44).

[0081] In one embodiment, at least one processor (140) can output an explanatory text (43) to an input / output module (110) that reads, "First, an interrogative word is a word used to specifically ask about something you are curious about, and is placed at the beginning of a sentence," and can also output and play audio of the same content.

[0082] When playback is complete, as shown in FIG. 4, at least one processor (140) can change the word 'first', which is part of the sentence output to the input / output module (110), into a blank space.

[0083] At this time, if the user inputs 'first' based on the user interface, it can be output as described in the explanation (43).

[0084] Alternatively, as an example, at least one processor (140) may output an explanatory text (44) to the input / output module (110) that reads, “Since it asks for specific information such as ‘who’ or ‘what,’ it does not answer with Yes or No,” and may also output and play audio of the same content.

[0085] When playback is complete, as shown in FIG. 4, at least one processor (140) can change 'specific information', which is part of the sentence output to the input / output module (110), into a blank space.

[0086] At this time, if the correct answer, 'specific information,' is not entered based on the user interface, the audio of the explanatory text (44) can be played again to induce input based on the user interface. The audio of the explanatory text (44) contains 'specific information' and can serve as a hint if the user listens attentively.

[0087] As illustrated in FIG. 4, if the correct answer, 'specific information,' is not entered more than a preset number of times, a hint can be provided to the user. For example, a dotted line or gray text can be displayed inside the blank space.

[0088] Alternatively, the at least one processor (140) may be configured to provide the original sentence corresponding to the blank space translucently when the user input entered into the blank space exceeds a preset number of times and is not identical to the original sentence.

[0089] In one embodiment, at least one processor (140) may be configured to change a part of the sentence into a blank space at the same time as the completion of the provision of each sentence and voice within the visual card or within a preset time.

[0090] Additionally, the at least one processor (140) may be configured to provide voice corresponding to each sentence within the card based on the user interface if the user input entered into the blank space based on the user interface is not identical to the original sentence.

[0091] In one embodiment, at least one processor (140) may be configured to change the blank space so that it cannot be entered based on the user interface while the voice is being provided again, and to change the blank space so that it can be entered based on the user interface again when the voice is being provided is completed.

[0092] That is, at least one processor (140) can provide audiovisual explanations of English grammar based on concept cards containing explanatory text (43, 44) through an input / output module (110).

[0098] Accordingly, the at least one processor (140) may be configured to newly output at least one of an example sentence corresponding to the previous sentence, an example sentence in which words included in the example sentence are randomly arranged, and a quiz question when the previous sentence and voice provision within the visual card is completed.

[0099] In addition, the above example sentence or part of the above quiz question is provided as a blank, and user input for the blank is received based on the above user interface, thereby allowing verification of whether the learner has completed memorization.

[0100] Meanwhile, the above at least one processor (140) may be configured to output the previous sentence and the example sentence or the quiz question so that they are visually distinguishable.

[0101] As shown in Fig. 6, the main explanatory text can be distinguished by printing the sentence within the highlighted box, while the quiz or example text can be distinguished by printing the sentence without the highlighted box.

[0102] In one embodiment, the at least one processor (140) may be configured to receive user input based on the user interface after voice provision corresponding to additional explanations for the example sentence and the quiz is completed, when the words included in the example sentence fail to sort the words of the randomly arranged example sentence or the quiz question is answered incorrectly.

[0103] When the explanation step (S210) and the verification step (S220) are completed, at least one processor (140) can output the problem score graded in the verification step (S220) or the problem score graded in the practice step (S230) to the input / output module (110).

[0104] As illustrated in FIG. 7, a first score is output, and if the first score is less than a preset score, for example, less than 80 points, the explanation step (S210), verification step (S220), or practice step (S230) can be repeated for relearning. After relearning, at least one processor (140) can output the problem score graded in the verification step (S220) or the problem score graded in the practice step (S230) to the input / output module (110) as a second score.

[0105] You can collect and check incorrect answers from the first or second round separately.

[0106] Accordingly, the electronic device (100) according to the present disclosure can change some words in the sentence into blanks after the visual sentence and auditory voice have been provided, and while the visual sentence and auditory voice are being provided, all pre-set main words are provided without being changed into blanks, and after the visual sentence and auditory voice have been provided, the blanks can receive user input through a user interface.

[0107] Learner concentration can be further enhanced by providing educational materials through audiovisual media and simultaneously performing an educational process that changes the form of the next sentence depending on the playback of each stage or its completion.

[0108] In addition, to check whether the explanation was heard properly, user input based on a user interface is provided in a visual sentence containing blanks, and if the user input differs from the correct answer, auditory voice may be repeatedly provided.

[0109] Learner concentration can be enhanced by providing visual sentences and auditory sounds sequentially, while simultaneously controlling the timing of text blank changes and the timing of receiving the correct answer for the blanks.
