Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a dust removal mechanism for removing dust present in a sealing portion of a packaging material for sealing. Background Technology

[0003] Some foods can deteriorate over time during distribution. To delay this deterioration, foods that spoil quickly are often distributed using vacuum packaging, which minimizes air inside the packaging by releasing the air before sealing.

[0004] Among these foods, noodles are also included. Since fried noodles, such as ramen, are fried to delay the time when the noodles spoil—the time when they go bad—the fried noodles themselves already have a sufficient shelf life, so vacuum packaging is rarely required.

[0005] Fresh noodles, such as kalguksu, fresh buckwheat noodles, and fresh Chinese noodles, can begin to spoil a few days to about a week after production. Therefore, vacuum packaging is essential to delay spoilage when distributing large quantities at once or to distant regions.

[0006] However, to prevent the noodles from clumping together and to maintain their texture, powders such as wheat flour or starch are adhered to the surface of these fresh noodles. During the process of placing these noodles, which have this powder adhered to their surface, into packaging, the powder may adhere to the sealing area. If the packaging is sealed with powder remaining on the surface, the activity of microorganisms contained within the powder can generate gas, and the amount of this gas can increase depending on environmental conditions such as weather or humidity. The generated gas will accumulate in the sealed area, and if a critical threshold is exceeded, the seal itself will break. Consequently, the fresh noodles inside the vacuum-sealed packaging will be directly exposed to the air, causing them to spoil much sooner than their intended shelf life.

[0007] Although a vacuum packaging device having an air suction nozzle for a vacuum packaging device disclosed in Korean Published Patent No. 10-2021-0113825 is known as prior art related to the present invention, there is a problem in that if dirt is present in the part to be sealed, the dirt cannot be removed and the packaging material is sealed with the dirt present in that state, causing the seal to come undone after a certain period of time due to the dirt present in that part. Prior art literature

[0019] Additionally, the first extension may be extended in only one direction, including both the other direction opposite to the one-sided direction and the forward direction perpendicular to the one-sided direction.

[0020] Additionally, the second extension may extend only in the one-sided direction from the body portion or the first extension portion.

[0021] In addition, the second extension part has a predetermined space on the inside and a front through-hole formed at the end in the front direction, so as to guide the air inside the packaging to move to the hose part.

[0022] Additionally, it may further include a cover portion detachably disposed on the outer surface of at least one of the body portion, the first extension portion, or the second extension portion so as to remove debris present in the opening of the packaging material by contact. [0192] The second extension (1300) can be extended from the first extension (1200) in a direction that includes one side direction (x).

[0193] The second extension (1300) may be extended from the body (1100) or the first extension (1200) in the form of a cylinder.

[0194] The second extension (1300) may be extended from the body part (1100) or the first extension part (1200) in a shape similar to the cross-section of the body part (1100) or the first extension part (1200).

[0195] The second extension (1300) may be extended from the body part (1100) or the first extension (1200) in a shape different from the cross-section of the body part (1100) or the first extension (1200).

[0196] For example, the second extension (1300) may have a shape in which the cylinder shape is continuously flattened.

[0197] For example, the second extension part (1300) may start extending from the body part (1100) or the first extension part (1200) in the shape of a cylinder, and as the extension length progresses, the cylinder shape may be extended in a continuously flattened shape.

[0198] However, not limited thereto, the shape of the second extension part (1300) extending from the first extension part (1200) or the body part (1100) can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0199] The second extension part (1300) may have a predetermined angle with the first extension part (1200).

[0200] For example, the angle between the second extension part (1300) and the first extension part (1200) is It could be.

[0201] For example, the angle between the second extension part (1300) and the first extension part (1200) is It can be a right angle.

[0202] The second extension (1300) is penetrated with respect to the center in the longitudinal direction of the second extension (1300), thereby forming a predetermined space inside the second extension (1300).

[0203] For example, the air inside the packaging may be guided to move to the first extension (1200) through the aforementioned predetermined space of the second extension (1300).

[0204] For example, the air inside the packaging may be guided to move to the body part (1100) through the predetermined space of the second extension part (1300).

[0205] For example, the air inside the packaging may be guided to move to the hose section (30) through the aforementioned predetermined space of the second extension section (1300).

[0206] For example, the second extension (1300) may be in a closed shape with no region formed by penetration and the predetermined space.

[0207] For example, the second extension (1300) may be closed so that air cannot enter the second extension (1300).

[0208] The second extension part (1300) may be made of iron.

[0209] The second extension part (1300) may be made of rubber.

[0210] The second extension part (1300) may be made of silicone.

[0211] The second extension part (1300) may be made of plastic.

[0212] For example, the second extension part (1300) may be made of a different material than the hose part (30).

[0213] For example, the second extension part (1300) may be made of the same material as the body part (1100) or the first extension part (1200).

[0214] For example, the material of the second extension part (1300) may be made of different materials for the outer surface and the inner surface.

[0215] For example, the material of the outer surface of the second extension part (1300) may be a material capable of removing foreign substances from the location where the foreign substances were present through contact with foreign substances such as dust.

[0216] For example, the material of the outer surface of the second extension part (1300) may be fabric.

[0217] For example, the inner surface material of the second extension part (1300) may be iron, and the outer surface material of the second extension part (1300) may be fabric.

[0218] However, not limited thereto, the shape and material of the second extension part (1300) can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0220] Referring to FIG. 4, the second extension (1300) of the dust removal mechanism according to the second embodiment of the present invention may include a second-1 extension (1310) that extends from the body part (1100) or the first extension part (1200) in a direction including one side direction (x), and a second-2 extension (1320) that extends from the second-1 extension part (1310) at a predetermined angle and in a direction including a forward direction (y) that is perpendicular to the one side direction (x).

[0222] The second-1 extension (1310) may be extended from the body (1100) or the first extension (1200) in one direction (x).

[0223] The second-1 extension (1310) may be extended from the body (1100) or the first extension (1200) in a direction including one side direction (x).

[0224] The second-1 extension (1310) can be extended from the body part (1100) with a cross-sectional shape similar to that of the body part (1100).

[0225] The second-1 extension (1310) can be extended from the body part (1100) with a cross-sectional shape different from that of the body part (1100).

[0226] The second-1 extension part (1310) may have a predetermined angle with the first extension part (1200).

[0227] For example, the above predetermined angle is It could be.

[0228] For example, the above predetermined angle is It could be.

[0229] However, not limited thereto, the angle formed by the second-1 extension part (1310) and the first extension part (1200) can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0230] The second-1 extension (1310) is penetrated along the length of the second-1 extension (1310) with respect to the center of the cross-section of the second-1 extension (1310), thereby forming a predetermined space inside the second-1 extension (1310).

[0231] For example, the 2-1 extension (1310) may be a passage for the air sucked in from the 2-2 extension (1320) to move from the 2-2 extension (1320) to one of the hose section (30), the body section (1100), and the 1 extension (1200).

[0232] The second-1 extension part (1310) has one side connected to the body part (1100) or the first extension part (1200), and one side connected to the second-2 extension part (1320).

[0234] The second-2 extension (1320) can be extended from the second-1 extension (1310) in the forward direction (y).

[0235] The second-2 extension (1320) may be extended from the second-1 extension (1310) in a direction including the forward direction (y).

[0236] The second-2 extension (1320) can be extended from the second-1 extension (1310) with a cross-sectional shape similar to that of the second-1 extension (1310).

[0237] The second-2 extension (1320) may be extended from the second-1 extension (1310) with a cross-sectional shape different from that of the second-1 extension (1310).

[0238] For example, the second-2 extension (1320) may start extending from the second-1 extension (1310) in the shape of a cylinder, and as the extension length progresses, the cylinder shape may be extended in a continuously flattened shape.

[0239] For example, the second-2 extension (1320) may be extended from the second-1 extension (1310) and may consist of an upper and a lower section that are mutually divided at the end of the second-2 extension (1320).

[0240] For example, the second-2 extension (1320) may start extending from the second-1 extension (1310) in the shape of a cylinder, and as the extension length progresses, the cylinder shape is partially extended in a flattened shape, and the remaining part extends from the flattened shape and may be composed of the mutually divided upper and lower parts.

[0241] However, not limited thereto, the shape of the second-2 extension part (1320) extending from the second-1 extension part (1310) can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0242] The second-2 extension (1320) may have a predetermined angle with the second-1 extension (1310).

[0243] For example, the above predetermined angle is It could be.

[0244] For example, the above predetermined angle is It could be.

[0245] However, not limited thereto, the angle formed by the second-2 extension part (1320) and the second-1 extension part (1310) can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0246] The second-2 extension (1320) is penetrated with respect to the center in the longitudinal direction of the second-2 extension (1320), thereby forming a predetermined space inside the second-2 extension (1320).

[0247] For example, the air inside the packaging may be guided to move to the 2-1 extension (1310) through the aforementioned predetermined space of the 2-2 extension (1320).

[0248] For example, the second-2 extension (1320) may be in a closed shape with no region formed by penetration and the aforementioned predetermined space.

[0249] For example, the second-2 extension (1320) has a closed shape so that air cannot enter the second extension (1300).

[0251] The 2-2 extension (1320) and the 2-1 extension (1310) may be made of different materials.

[0252] The 2-2 extension (1320) and the 2-1 extension (1310) may have different shapes.

[0253] The length of the 2-1 extension part (1310) can maintain and adjust the distance between the 1 extension part (1200) and the 2-2 extension part (1320).

[0254] The length of the 2-1 extension (1310) may be adjusted to be short in order to shorten the distance between the 1 extension (1200) and the 2-2 extension (1320) when the length of the opening of the packaging is short.

[0256] The following describes how the length of the second extension part (1300) of the dust removal mechanism according to the second embodiment of the present invention is adjusted.

[0258] FIG. 4(b) is a drawing for explaining the configuration and method of fixing the adjusted length and the length of the second-1 extension part (1310) that can be adjusted.

[0260] Referring to FIG. 4(b), the second-1 extension (1310) of the dust removal mechanism according to the second embodiment of the present invention may include a second-1a extension (1311) that extends from the body (1100) or the first extension (1200) in a direction including one side direction (x), a second-1b extension (1312) that is inserted and connected by fitting its other side outer surface to the inner surface of the second-1a extension (1311), and a fixing pin (1301) that maintains the connection between the second-1a extension (1311) and the second-1b extension (1312).

[0261] Additionally, a second-2 extension (1320) may be connected to one side of the second-1b extension (1312), having a predetermined angle with the second-1b extension (1312), and extending in a direction including a forward direction (y) that is perpendicular to the one-side direction (x) from the second-1b extension.

[0263] The 2-1a extension (1311) may be in the shape of a cylinder.

[0264] The 2-1a extension (1311) may be in the shape of a cylinder with a passage penetrating the center of the cylinder.

[0265] For example, the above 2-1a extension (1311) may be in the shape of a pipe.

[0266] The inner diameter of the 2-1a extension (1311) may be larger than the outer diameter of the 2-1b extension (1312) within a tolerance range such that the outer surface of the 2-1b extension (1312) fits into the inner surface of the 2-1a extension (1311).

[0267] The second-1a extension (1311) can be defined as a first fixing pin hole (H20) that is perpendicular to one side direction (x) and passes through the center of the inner and outer diameters of the second-1a extension (1311).

[0268] The 2-1a extension (1311) can be formed with a predetermined spacing from each other in the other direction (-x) from one end of the 2-1a extension (1311) to at least two 1-1 fixing pin holes (H20) to 1-n fixing pin (H(20+n-1)) holes.

[0269] The first fixing pin hole (H20) can have a fixing pin (1301) inserted into it.

[0270] The first fixing pin hole (H20) may consist of two through holes.

[0271] The first fixing pin hole (H20) may be multiple.

[0272] For example, the first fixing pin hole (H20) may be a first-1 fixing pin hole (H20) and a first-2 fixing pin hole (H21), and there may be a total of two, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0273] The first fixing pin hole (H20) may be on the same line with respect to one direction (x).

[0274] The diameter of the first fixing pin hole (H20) may be larger than the thickness of the fixing pin (301) within a tolerance range such that the fixing pin (301) is loosely fitted.

[0276] The 2-1b extension (1312) may be in the shape of a cylinder.

[0277] The 2-1b extension (1312) may be in the shape of a cylinder with a passage penetrating the center of the cylinder.

[0278] For example, the above 2-1a extension (1311) may be in the shape of a pipe.

[0279] The second-1b extension (1312) may not have the above passage.

[0280] The 2-1b extension (1312) may be in the shape of a cylinder in which no empty space exists.

[0281] The outer diameter of the 2-1b extension (1312) may be smaller than the inner diameter of the 2-1a extension (1311) within a tolerance range such that the outer surface of the 2-1b extension (1312) fits into the inner surface of the 2-1a extension (1311).

[0282] The second-1b extension (1312) may be connected to a second-2 extension (1320) that has a predetermined angle with the second-1b extension (1312) and extends in a direction including a forward direction (y) that is perpendicular to one side direction (x) from the second-1b extension (1312).

[0283] When the second-1b extension (1312) is inserted into the inner circumference of the second-1a extension (1311) while the second-2 extension (1320) is positioned in the forward direction (y), a second fixing pin hole (H30) may be formed at the location of a hole that can be created by a through hole at the same location as the through hole that formed the first-1 fixing pin hole (H20).

[0284] The second fixing pin hole (H30) can have a fixing pin (1301) inserted into it.

[0285] The second fixing pin hole (H30) may consist of two through holes.

[0286] When the direction of the second-2 extension (1320) extended from the second-1b extension (1312) faces the forward direction (y), the second fixing pin hole (H30) can be adjacent to the first-1 fixing pin hole (H20).

[0287] The diameter of the second fixing pin hole (H30) may be larger than the thickness of the fixing pin (1301) within a tolerance range such that the fixing pin (301) is loosely fitted.

[0289] The fixing pin (1301) may be in the shape of a pin.

[0290] The fixing pin (1301) may have a protruding shape at one end such that it cannot pass through the hole of the fixing pin (1301).

[0291] The other end of the fixing pin (1301) may have a curved area to prevent the fixing pin (1301) from moving in the direction of the protruding shape when the fixing pin (1301) is inserted into the fixing pin (1301) hole.

[0292] The fixed pin (1301) can gradually become thinner from the curved area to the end in the direction of the other end.

[0293] The fixing pin (1301) can be easily inserted into the first fixing pin hole (H20) and the second fixing pin hole (H30) because the end of the other end is thin.

[0294] The fixing pin (1301) is inserted through the first fixing pin hole (H20) and the second fixing pin hole (H30), thereby maintaining the connection between the 2-1a extension (1311) and the 2-1b extension (1312).

[0295] By removing the fixing pin (1301), the 2-1b extension (1312) can be detached from the 2-1a extension (1311).

[0296] The fixing pin (1301) may be made of a material with high shear strength.

[0297] The fixing pin (1301) may be made of a material that has high shear strength and can withstand the shear stress generated by the first fixing pin hole (H20) and the second fixing pin hole (H30) while inserted into the first fixing pin hole (H20) and the second fixing pin hole (H30).

[0298] The fixing pin (1301) may be made of a material with good elasticity.

[0299] The fixing pin (1301) may be made of a material that has good elasticity and can return to its original size and shape even if deformation occurs during the process of being inserted into the first fixing pin hole (H20) and the second fixing pin hole (H30).

[0300] For example, the material of the above fixing pin (1301) may be iron.

[0302] The material of the cover portion (1400) may be at least one of fabric, plastic, and silicone.

[0303] For example, the cover portion (1400) may be a fiber that has electrostatic properties and attracts foreign substances—including dust—like a magnet.

[0304] However, not limited to this, the material of the cover portion (1400) can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0305] The cover portion (1400) can be fitted onto the outer surface of at least one of the body portion (1100), the first extension portion (1200), and the second extension portion (1300).

[0306] For example, the cover portion (1400) can be deformed to fit the shape of the outer surface during the process of extrapolation.

[0307] For example, the cover portion (1400) may be detachably disposed on the outer surface of at least one of the body portion (1100), the first extension portion (1200), and the second extension portion (1300).

[0308] The cover portion (1400) can remove the dust present on the opening of the packaging through contact with the dust present on the opening of the packaging.

[0309] The cover portion (1400) can remove the debris present on the opening of the packaging by moving it to a position on the opening of the packaging in a contact manner.

[0311] Hereinafter, the operation according to the second embodiment of the dust removal mechanism according to the present invention will be described in detail.

[0313] A detailed description of the operation of the dust removal mechanism according to the second embodiment may be omitted to the extent that it overlaps with the above description.

[0315] FIG. 5 is a drawing for explaining the operation of a dust removal mechanism (B10) according to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5(a) is a drawing of a packaging sheet positioned so that a dust removal mechanism (B10) externally fitted into a hose part inside the packaging sheet is positioned to start a vacuum packaging process, and FIG. 5(b) is a drawing of dust being removed from the opening (a') of the packaging sheet while air inside the packaging sheet is sucked in during the vacuum packaging process.

[0317] Referring to Fig. 5, a dust removal device (B10) may be located inside the packaging.

[0318] The packaging material can be positioned so that the cover portion (1400) is positioned at the opening (a') of the packaging material to be sealed.

[0319] The packaging material moves to the right, and the vacuum packaging process can proceed.

[0320] The right side above is to the right based on Fig. 5, and the packaging material is the direction of movement during the vacuum packaging process.

[0321] The hose part (30) may suck air inside the packaging during the vacuum packaging process.

[0322] A detailed explanation of the vacuum packaging process may be omitted to the extent that it overlaps with the aforementioned content.

[0323] The body part (1100) may guide the air inside the packaging to move to the hose part (30).

[0324] The first extension part (1200) may guide the air inside the packaging to move to the hose part (30).

[0325] The first extension part (1200) may guide the air inside the packaging to move through the body part (1100) to the hose part (30).

[0326] The cover portion (1400) may be in surface contact with the upper and lower surfaces of the opening (a').

[0327] The cover portion (1400) can come into contact with the other material present on the opening (a').

[0328] The cover portion (1400) can come into contact with the dust present on the opening (a') and adhere the dust to the cover portion (1400).

[0329] As the cover portion (1400) moves the packaging material to the right, it can remove the debris present in the path where the cover portion (1400) moves on the opening (a').

[0332] Referring to FIG. 3(b) and FIG. 5(b), in the final stage of the vacuum packaging process, when the dust removal device exits the inside of the packaging, it may exit while rotated to the right.

[0333] When the dust removal device exits the interior of the packaging material at the final stage of the vacuum packaging process, the greater the degree to which the dust removal device is rotated to the right, the greater the degree of air retention in the upper left corner of the interior of the packaging material may be.

[0334] When the dust removal device exits the interior of the packaging material at the final stage of the vacuum packaging process, the greater the degree to which the dust removal device is rotated to the right, the greater the degree of vacuum in the packaging material caused by air suction from the hose portion to which the dust removal device is inserted may be below a predetermined standard and may not be properly achieved.

[0335] The degree to which the dust removal device is rotated to the right when it exits the interior of the packaging material at the final stage of the vacuum packaging process may be smaller the further to the left the initial position of the dust removal device is relative to the position of the packaging material when the vacuum packaging process begins.

[0336] When starting the vacuum packaging process, based on the position of the packaging, the dust present in the opening (a') inside the packaging located to the right of the initial position of the dust removal device may not be removed.

[0337] When starting the vacuum packaging process, if the initial position of the dust removal device is to the left of a predetermined standard relative to the position of the packaging material, the degree of residual air in the upper right corner inside the packaging material may be large.

[0338] When starting the vacuum packaging process, the location where the dust removal device is first positioned inside the packaging may be a predetermined location.

[0339] When starting the vacuum packaging process, the location where the dust removal device is first positioned inside the packaging may be a predetermined location.

[0340] The criterion for positioning the above dust removal mechanism at a predetermined location may be that the body part of the above dust removal mechanism is positioned at the said predetermined location.

[0341] A predetermined location may be a location where air is sucked up to the area including the upper right and upper left inside the packaging, and the degree of vacuum in the packaging may be greater than a predetermined standard.

[0342] For example, if the dust removal device is not located at a predetermined position but is situated to the right of a predetermined position, the suction of air located on the left side of the packaging may not be effectively achieved.

[0343] For example, a predetermined position may be a position located to the right of the left end of the packaging, by 75% of the width of the packaging, based on the total width of the packaging.

[0344] For example, a predetermined location may refer to a location between the center of the left part and the center of the right part, based on the center of the above packaging.

[0345] However, not limited thereto, the position where the degree of vacuum of the above-mentioned packaging can be greater than a predetermined standard can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0347] The second embodiment of the dust removal mechanism (B10) - referred to as the second dust removal mechanism (A10) while describing the operation of the second embodiment below - may have a larger surface area in contact with the opening (a') of the packaging than the first embodiment of the dust removal mechanism (A10) - referred to as the first dust removal mechanism (A10) while describing the operation of the second embodiment below - by the amount of surface contact between the second extension (1300) and the upper and lower surfaces of the opening of the packaging.

[0349] Referring to FIGS. 3 and FIGS. 5, the dust removal mechanism (A10) of the first embodiment of FIG. 3(a)—hereinafter referred to as the first dust removal mechanism (A10) while describing the operation of the second embodiment—can be the result shown in FIG. 3(b) by starting the vacuum packaging process at a predetermined location, and the dust removal mechanism (B10) of the second embodiment of FIG. 5(a)—hereinafter referred to as the second dust removal mechanism (B10) while describing the operation of the second embodiment—can be the result shown in FIG. 5(b) by starting the vacuum packaging process at a predetermined location.

[0350] Referring to FIG. 3(b), when the first dust removal mechanism (A10) starts the vacuum packaging process at a predetermined position, the opening (a') inside the packaging where the first dust removal mechanism (A10) is used may not have dust removed to the right of the predetermined position.

[0351] When the second dust removal mechanism (B10) is positioned at the above-determined location, the cover portion (1400) attached to the second extension portion (1300) of the second dust removal mechanism (B10) may be spaced apart from the right side of the body portion (1100).

[0352] When the second dust removal mechanism (B10) is positioned at the aforementioned predetermined position, the cover part (1400) attached to the second extension part (1300) may be positioned at the right end of the opening (a') inside the packaging.

[0353] Referring to FIG. 5(b), when the second dust removal mechanism (B10) starts the vacuum packaging process at a predetermined position, the dust on the right side of the opening (a') inside the packaging where the second dust removal mechanism (B10) is used can be removed by the cover part (1400) attached to the second extension part (1300).

[0356] Hereinafter, the shape according to the third embodiment of the dust removal mechanism according to the present invention will be described in detail.

[0358] FIG. 6 is a drawing for explaining a dust removal mechanism according to a third embodiment of the present invention.

[0360] Referring to FIG. 6, the first extension (2200) of the dust removal mechanism (C10) according to the third embodiment of the present invention may include a first-1 extension (2210) extending from the body (2100) in a direction including the other direction (-x) opposite to the one direction (x), and a first-2 extension (2220) extending from the first-1 extension (2210) at a predetermined angle to the first-1 extension (2210) in a direction including the forward direction (y) perpendicular to the one direction (x).

[0362] A detailed description of the components included in the dust removal mechanism (C10), excluding the first extension part (2200), may be omitted to the extent that it overlaps with the above description.

[0364] The first-1 extension (2210) can be extended from the body (2100) in the other direction (-x).

[0365] The first-1 extension (2210) can be extended from the second extension (2300) in the other direction (-x).

[0366] The first-1 extension (2210) may be extended from the body (2100) or the first extension (2200) in a direction including the other direction (-x).

[0367] The first-1 extension (2210) can be extended from the body part (2100) with a cross-sectional shape similar to that of the body part (2100).

[0368] The first-1 extension (2210) may be extended from the body portion (2100) with a cross-sectional shape different from that of the body portion (2100).

[0369] The first-1 extension (2210) is penetrated along the length direction of the first-1 extension (2210) with respect to the center of the cross-section of the first-1 extension (2210), thereby forming a predetermined space inside the first-1 extension (2210).

[0370] For example, the first-1 extension (2210) may be a passage for the air sucked in from the first-2 extension (2220) to move to one of the hose section (30), the body section (2100), and the second extension (2300) when air inside the packaging is sucked in from the first-2 extension (2220).

[0371] One side of the first-1 extension part (2210) is connected to the body part (2100) or the second extension part (2300), and the other side may be connected to the first-2 extension part (2220).

[0372] The first-1 extension (2210) may have a shape symmetrical to the second-1 extension (310) with respect to the body (2100).

[0373] The first-1 extension part (2210) may have a cover part (400) attached to it that is detachably disposed on the outer surface.

[0375] The first-2 extension (2220) can be extended from the first-1 extension (2210) in the forward direction (y).

[0376] The first-2 extension (2220) may be extended from the first-1 extension (2210) in a direction including the forward direction (y).

[0377] The first-2 extension (2220) can be extended from the first-1 extension (2210) with a cross-sectional shape similar to that of the first-1 extension (2210).

[0378] The first-2 extension (2220) may be extended from the first-1 extension (2210) with a cross-sectional shape different from that of the first-1 extension (2210).

[0379] The first-2 extension part (2220) may have a shape symmetrical to the second-2 extension part (320) with respect to the body part (2100).

[0380] For example, the first-2 extension part (2220) may start extending from the first-1 extension part (2210) in the shape of a cylinder, and as the extension length progresses, the cylinder shape may be extended in a continuously flattened shape.

[0381] For example, the first-2 extension part (2220) may be formed by extending from the first-1 extension part (2210) and having an upper and lower part that are mutually divided at the end of the first-2 extension part (2220).

[0382] For example, the first-2 extension part (2220) may start extending from the first-1 extension part (2210) in the shape of a cylinder, and as the extension length progresses, the cylinder shape is partially extended in a flattened shape, and the remaining part may extend from the flattened shape and be composed of the mutually divided upper and lower parts.

[0383] For example, the space between the mutually divided upper and lower parts of the first and second extension (2220) is open in both the one-sided direction (x) and the forward direction (y), so that air can be simultaneously drawn in from the one-sided direction (x), the other-sided direction (-x), and the forward direction (y).

[0384] However, not limited thereto, the shape of the first-2 extension part (2220) extending from the first-1 extension part (2210) can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0385] The first-2 extension (2220) may have a predetermined angle with the first-1 extension (2210).

[0386] For example, the above predetermined angle is It could be.

[0387] For example, the above predetermined angle is It could be.

[0388] However, not limited thereto, the angle formed by the first-2 extension part (2220) and the first-1 extension part (2210) can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0389] The corners of the area where the first-2 extension (2220) and the first-1 extension (2210) have a curved shape at a predetermined angle may be rounded and chamfered.

[0390] The first-2 extension (2220) is penetrated along the length direction of the first-2 extension (2220) with respect to the center of the cross-section of the first-2 extension (2220), thereby forming a predetermined space inside the first-2 extension (2220).

[0391] For example, the air inside the packaging may be guided to move to the first-1 extension (2210) through the aforementioned predetermined space of the first-2 extension (2220).

[0392] The first-second extension (2220) may have a cover (400) attached to it that is detachably disposed on the outer surface.

[0394] Hereinafter, the operation according to the third embodiment of the dust removal mechanism according to the present invention will be described in detail.

[0396] FIG. 7 is a drawing for explaining the operation of a dust removal mechanism according to a third embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7(a) is a drawing in which a dust removal mechanism (C10) externally fitted into a hose portion inside a packaging paper is positioned to start a vacuum packaging process, and FIG. 7(b) is a drawing in which dust from the opening (a') of the packaging paper is removed at the same time as air inside the packaging paper is sucked in during the vacuum packaging process.

[0398] Referring to Fig. 7, a dust removal mechanism (C10) may be located inside the packaging.

[0399] The packaging material can be positioned so that the cover portion (2400) is positioned at the opening (a') of the packaging material to be sealed.

[0400] The packaging material moves to the right, and the vacuum packaging process can proceed.

[0401] The right side above is to the right based on Fig. 7, and the packaging material is the direction of movement during the vacuum packaging process.

[0402] The body part (2100) may guide the air inside the packaging to move to the hose part (30).

[0403] The first extension part (2200) and the second extension part (2300) may guide the air inside the packaging to move to the hose part (30).

[0404] The first extension part (2200) and the second extension part (2300) may guide the air inside the packaging to move through the body part (1100) to the hose part (30).

[0405] A detailed explanation of the vacuum packaging process may be omitted to the extent that it overlaps with the aforementioned content.

[0407] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 7, compared to the first embodiment of the dust removal mechanism (A10) of FIG. 3, the third embodiment of the dust removal mechanism (C10) of FIG. 7 may be configured such that the first extension part (2200) and the second extension part (2300) are symmetrical with respect to the body part (2100).

[0408] When the third embodiment's dust removal mechanism (C10) is positioned at a predetermined location, the right end of the second extension (2300) may be positioned at the right end of the packaging opening (a').

[0409] When the vacuum packaging process starts with the dust removal mechanism (C10) of the third embodiment positioned at a predetermined location, a detailed description of the removal of dust located to the right of the predetermined location on the packaging opening (a') may be omitted to the extent that it overlaps with the above description.

[0412] The third dust removal mechanism (C10) can be rotated to the right around the connection point between the hose part and the rotating part.

[0413] The first-2 extension (2220) and the body (2100) may be spaced apart by the length of the first-1 extension (2210).

[0414] The connection point with the rotation part, which is the reference point for rotation of the body part (2100), may exist on the same line as the longitudinal direction of the body part (2100).

[0415] The connection point with the rotation part, which is the reference point where the first-2 extension part (2220) is rotated, may exist on a line that is parallel to the line in the direction in which the first-2 extension part (2220) is extended by the length of the first-1 extension part (2210).

[0416] The direction of the above parallel movement of the first-2 extension part (2220) may be to the left.

[0417] The first dust removal mechanism (A10) rotates by receiving an external force from surface contact with the opening of the packaging, and at the same time, the packaging moves to the right, so in the final stage of the dust removal process, the body part (100) of the first dust removal mechanism may not be able to remove dust present at the corner of the left end of the opening of the packaging.

[0418] In the third dust removal mechanism (C10), the first-2 extension (2220) can be positioned at a location that is parallel to the left by the length of the first-1 extension (2210) from the position of the body (2100), while sharing the same center of rotation as the body (2100).

[0419] In the third dust removal mechanism (C10), at the final stage of the dust removal process, the curved portion of the first extension (2200)—the portion where the first-2 extension (2220) and the first-1 extension (2210) bend at a predetermined angle—comes into contact with the dust present at the corner of the left end of the packaging opening, thereby removing the dust from the position of the packaging opening.

[0421] Hereinafter, the shape according to the fourth embodiment of the dust removal mechanism according to the present invention will be described in detail.

[0423] FIG. 8 is a drawing for explaining a dust removal mechanism according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.

[0425] Referring to FIG. 8, the first extension (3200) of the dust removal mechanism (D10) according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention may be extended in only one direction, including the opposite direction (-x) opposite to the one direction (x) and the forward direction (y) perpendicular to the one direction (x).

[0426] Additionally, the second extension (3300) may be extended only in the one-sided direction (x) from the body (3100) or the first extension (3200).

[0427] In addition, the second extension part (3300) has a predetermined space on the inside and a through hole formed at the end in the forward direction (y), so as to guide the air inside the packaging to move to the host part.

[0429] Some of the descriptions regarding the configuration of the dust removal mechanism according to the fourth embodiment may be omitted in detail to the extent that they overlap with the above-described content.

[0431] The first extension portion (3200) can be extended from the body portion (3100) in only one direction, including both the other direction (-x) and the forward direction (y).

[0432] The first extension part (3200) can be extended from the body part (3100) in the same shape as the body part (3100).

[0433] The first extension part (3200) may be extended from the body part (3100) in a shape different from that of the body part (3100).

[0434] For example, the first extension part (3200) may be in the shape of a trapezoidal rotational body in which the cross-section becomes smaller as the extension length from the body part (3100) progresses.

[0435] However, not limited thereto, the shape extending from the body part (3100) of the first extension part (3200) can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0436] The first extension part (3200) may have a predetermined angle with the body part (3100).

[0437] For example, the angle between the first extension part (3200) and the body part (3100) is It could be.

[0438] For example, the angle between the first extension part (3200) and the body part (3100) is It could be.

[0439] However, not limited thereto, the angle formed by the first extension part (3200) and the body part (3100) can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0440] The first extension (3200) is penetrated along the length direction of the first extension (3200) with respect to the center of the cross-section of the first extension (3200), thereby forming a predetermined space inside the first extension (3200).

[0441] For example, the air inside the packaging may be guided to move to the body part (3100) through the predetermined space of the first extension part (3200).

[0442] For example, the air inside the packaging may be guided to move to the hose section (30) through the predetermined space of the first extension section (3200).

[0443] For example, the first extension (3200) may be in a closed shape with no region formed by penetration and the predetermined space.

[0444] For example, the first extension (3200) may be in a closed shape so that air cannot enter the first extension (3200).

[0445] The first extension part (3200) may have a cover part (3400) attached to it that is detachably disposed on the outer surface.

[0447] The second extension (3300) may be extended only in one direction (x) from the first extension (3200) or the body (3100).

[0448] The second extension (3300) may be extended from the first extension (3200) or the body (3100) with a cross-section having the same shape as the body (3100).

[0449] For example, the second extension (3300) may be extended from the body (3100) in the form of a cylinder.

[0450] For example, the second extension (3300) may be extended from the first extension (3200) or the body (3100) with a cross-section having a shape different from that of the body (3100).

[0451] However, not limited thereto, the shape extending from the body part (3100) of the first extension part (3200) can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0452] The second extension part (3300) may be perpendicular to the body part (3100).

[0453] The second extension (3300) is penetrated along the length direction of the second extension (3300) with respect to the center of the cross-section of the second extension (3300), thereby forming a predetermined space inside the second extension (3300).

[0454] The second extension (3300) may guide the air inside the packaging to move to the hose (30) via the body (3100) or the first extension (3200) through the penetrating space.

[0455] Additionally, the second extension (3300) may have at least one front through-hole formed at the end in the forward direction (y).

[0456] For example, air inside the packaging may be sucked in through the front penetration hole (H40) of the second extension part (3300).

[0457] For example, the second extension (3300) may guide the air sucked from the front penetration hole (H40) to move to the body part (3100) or the first extension (3200) through the predetermined space of the second extension (3300).

[0458] For example, the air sucked from the front penetration hole (H40) may be guided to move to the hose section (30) through the predetermined space of the second extension section (3300).

[0459] The second extension part (3300) may have a cover part (3400) attached to it that is detachably disposed on the outer surface.

[0460] For example, the cover portion (3400) may not be attached to the area where the front penetration hole (H40) of the second extension exists and the surrounding area.

[0462] The second extension part (3300) may have at least one cover (3302) capable of opening and closing a front through-hole (H40) formed at the front end (y) of the second extension part (3300), corresponding to the number of front through-holes (H40) formed.

[0463] The shield (3302) may have a plate shape that is bent to match the curvature of the end of the second extension (3300).

[0464] For example, the above plate shape may be a circle or an ellipse.

[0465] For example, the above plate shape may be rectangular.

[0466] The material of the cover (302) can be iron.

[0467] The material of the cover (302) may be rubber.

[0468] The material of the cover (302) may be plastic.

[0469] However, not limited to this, the shape and material of the above-mentioned shield (3302) can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0470] The shield (3302) is constrained to the front end (y) of the second extension (3300), but may not be constrained to move only in one direction (x) and the other direction (-x).

[0471] For example, a guideline may be carved in the longitudinal direction of the second extension (3300) at the end of the second extension (3300) in the forward direction (y).

[0472] For example, the shield (3302) includes an end having a protruding part that can be fitted into the guideline, so that the protruding part can be fitted into the guideline and connected.

[0473] For example, when the shield (3302) receives an external force in one direction (x) or the other direction (-x), it can slide and move in the direction in which the external force was received.

[0474] For example, in the carved path of the above guideline, there is a stepped protruding area, so the range in which the above shield (3302) can slide and move may be limited so as not to go beyond the protruding area.

[0475] However, not limited thereto, the method of moving and restraining the above-mentioned shield (3302) in one direction (x) and the other direction (-x) can be varied in various ways that are obvious to a person skilled in the art.

[0476] The shield (3302) may have a protruding part to facilitate the user's transmission of external force to the shield (3302).

[0477] For example, the protruding portion may protrude along the curved curvature of the curved plate shape of the shield (3302).

[0478] As a specific example, the protruding portion may protrude along the curvature of a plate-shaped curved section at the center of one side direction (x) of the shield (3302).

[0479] The shield (3302) may have a cut-out portion to facilitate the user from transmitting external force to the shield (3302).

[0480] For example, the above-mentioned cut portion may be cut along the curved curvature of the curved plate shape of the above-mentioned cover (3302).

[0481] As a specific example, the above-mentioned cut portion may be cut along the curvature of a plate-shaped curved portion at the center of one side direction (x) of the above-mentioned cover (3302).

[0482] For example, the above-mentioned cut portion may be formed with at least two second cut-out grooves symmetrical to the front direction (y), which are cut perpendicularly to the first cut-out groove cut along the curved curvature of the curved plate shape.

[0483] The second barrier groove may guide other particles that may get stuck in the first barrier groove during the vacuum packaging process to be discharged through the second barrier groove.

[0484] The shield (3302) can control the flow rate of air sucked into the front penetration hole (H40) by moving its position.

[0485] For example, the shield (3302) is positioned to completely cover the front through hole (H40), thereby minimizing the intake of air into the front through hole (H40).

[0486] For example, the shield (3302) is positioned so as not to cover the front through hole (H40) at all, so that there is no obstruction to air intake into the front through hole (H40).

[0487] For example, the shield (3302) is positioned to cover only a portion of the front through hole (H40), thereby partially suppressing air intake into the front through hole (H40).

[0488] For example, when the flow rate of air sucked in by the hose section (30) is fixed, the flow rate of air sucked into the remaining front through-hole (H40) and the first extension section (3200) can be controlled by covering one front through-hole (H40) with one shield (3302).

[0490] Hereinafter, the operation according to the fourth embodiment of the dust removal mechanism according to the present invention will be described in detail.

[0492] FIG. 9 is a drawing for explaining the operation of a dust removal mechanism (D10) according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 9(a) is a drawing of a packaging sheet positioned so that a dust removal mechanism (D10) externally fitted into a hose part inside the packaging sheet is positioned to start the vacuum packaging process, and FIG. 9(b) is a drawing of dust being removed from the opening (a') of the packaging sheet while air inside the packaging sheet is sucked in during the vacuum packaging process.

[0494] Referring to Fig. 9, a dust removal mechanism (D10) may be located inside the packaging.

[0495] The packaging material can be positioned so that the cover portion (3400) is positioned at the opening (a') of the packaging material to be sealed.

[0496] The packaging material moves to the right, and the vacuum packaging process can proceed.

[0497] The right side above is to the right based on Fig. 9, and the packaging material is the direction of movement during the vacuum packaging process.

[0498] A detailed explanation of the vacuum packaging process may be omitted to the extent that it overlaps with the aforementioned content.

[0500] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 9, compared to the first embodiment of the dust removal mechanism (A10) of FIG. 3, the fourth embodiment of the dust removal mechanism (D40) of FIG. 9 has a first extension part (3200) that extends in only one direction including both the left direction and the forward direction, and a second extension part (3300) that extends in only the right direction.

[0501] When the dust removal mechanism (D40) of the fourth embodiment is positioned at a predetermined location, the right end of the second extension (3300) may be positioned at the right end of the packaging opening (a').

[0502] When the vacuum packaging process starts with the dust removal mechanism (D10) of the 4th embodiment positioned at a predetermined location, a detailed description of the removal of dust located to the right of the predetermined location on the opening (a') of the packaging material may be omitted to the extent that it overlaps with the above description.

[0504] The fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) can be rotated to the right around the connection point between the hose part and the rotating part.

[0505] As the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) is rotated to the right, an elastic force may be applied to return the body part (3100) of the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10), which is in its original state, to the forward direction (y).

[0506] The fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) can be rotated to an equilibrium rotation angle in which the external force generated as the packaging part moves to the right while the upper and lower surfaces of the opening (a') are in contact with each other and the elastic force is offset from each other.

[0507] As the packaging material moves to the right, the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) maintains the equilibrium rotation angle, and dust present in the opening (a') of the path that contacts and moves with the fourth dust removal mechanism can be removed.

[0508] When the above-mentioned fourth dust removal mechanism is rotated to the equilibrium rotation angle as the above-mentioned packaging part moves to the right, the longitudinal direction of the first extension part (3200) of the above-mentioned fourth dust removal mechanism may be oriented in a direction that includes both the forward direction and the left direction.

[0509] As the length direction of the first extension (3200) is positioned in a direction that includes both the direction and the left direction, as the packaging moves to the right, the dust present in the opening (a') of the packaging accumulates on the first extension (3200), and dust that is pushed away and cannot be contacted and coupled to the first extension (3200) may be generated.

[0510] Since the longitudinal direction of the first extension part (3200) is positioned to include both the forward direction and the left direction, the moving powder can be pushed and discharged along the surface of the first extension part (3200) toward the body part (3100) rather than toward the interior direction of the packaging.

[0512] Hereinafter, the differences between the third and fourth embodiments of the dust removal mechanism according to the present invention will be described in detail.

[0514] FIG. 10 is a drawing for explaining the difference in use between the third embodiment (C10) and the fourth embodiment (D10) of the dust removal mechanism according to the present invention, FIG. 10(a) is a drawing when the area occupied by any side inside the packaging is small and there is a large empty space near the opening, and FIG. 10(b) is a drawing when the area occupied by any side inside the packaging is large and there is a small empty space near the opening.

[0516] The connecting part between the rotating part and the hose part (30) may have a rotatable angle limited to a certain angle or less.

[0517] Referring to FIG. 10, the rotatable angle is The rotation itself may be limited, or the dust removal mechanism may rotate only within a specified range.

[0519] Referring to FIG. 10(a), the distance between the third embodiment's dust removal mechanism (C10)—hereinafter referred to as the third dust removal mechanism (C10) during the description of FIG. 10—and the area where any surface is located may be longer than in the case of FIG. 10(b).

[0520] Since the third dust removal mechanism (C10) is located relatively far from the element that hinders air intake, it can inhale air without any restrictions, thereby enabling rapid vacuuming of the packaging.

[0521] The third dust removal mechanism (C10) has a structure in which the first extension part (2200) and the second extension part (2300) are symmetrical with respect to the body part (2100), and can achieve a rapid vacuum state of the packaging through two suction paths.

[0522] The area where the first extension (2200) contacts and passes over the opening (a') of the packaging material is also contacted and passed over by the second extension (2300), so that two dust removal processes can be performed.

[0523] The third dust removal mechanism (C10) allows certain dust particles that were not removed by the first extension part (2200) to be removed by the second extension part (2200) through the dust removal process of the above two steps.

[0525] Referring to FIG. 10(b), the distance between the area where an arbitrary surface is located and the fourth embodiment of the dust removal mechanism (D10)—hereinafter referred to as the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) while describing FIG. 10—may be closer than in the case of FIG. 10(a).

[0526] In a situation like that of Fig. (b), the third dust removal mechanism (C10) has a relatively close obstacle to the air intake, so any surface may be sucked in during the air intake process.

[0527] The flow rate of air sucked in by the hose part (30) can be the same as the flow rate of air sucked into the dust removal device.

[0528] The higher the sum of the areas of the front penetration holes into which air can be sucked into the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10), the lower the airflow velocity sucked into the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10).

[0529] The sum of the areas where air can be sucked into the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) may be the sum of the areas of the through holes formed in the first extension (3100) and the front through holes formed in the second extension (3200).

[0530] The lower the airflow velocity sucked into the dust removal device, the lower the suction force applied to any surface inside the packaging.

[0531] The fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) is equipped with several front penetration holes, so that the suction force may be lower than the force required to draw in any surface.

[0532] The airflow velocity of the air sucked into the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) is lower than the airflow velocity of the air sucked into the third dust removal mechanism (C10), but the airflow rate of the air sucked into the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) may be equal to the airflow rate of the air sucked into the third dust removal (C10).

[0533] The suction power of the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) is lower than the suction power of the third dust removal mechanism (C10), but the flow rate of air sucked into the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) may be equal to the flow rate of air sucked into the third dust removal mechanism (C10).

[0534] As shown in FIG. 10(b), the suction force of the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) may be such that the arbitrary surface is not sucked in even if it is close to the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10).

[0535] The fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) can suck in air without restriction even if any side inside the packaging is close to the opening, thereby enabling a rapid vacuum state of the packaging.

[0537] The fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) may have a wider range of air intake than the dust removal mechanism (A10) of the first embodiment, the dust removal mechanism (B10) of the second embodiment, and the dust removal mechanism (C10) of the third embodiment.

[0538] The fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) may suck in air in a range that includes the range in which air is sucked in through the first extension and the range in which air is sucked in through the front penetration hole included in the second extension.

[0539] Even if the area occupied by any surface inside the packaging is large, the fourth dust removal device (D10) can carry out the vacuum packaging process faster than the third dust removal device (C10) through a wide range of air suction.

[0540] Compared to the first embodiment's dust removal mechanism (A10), the second embodiment's dust removal mechanism (B10), and the third embodiment's dust removal mechanism (C10), the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) may have a predetermined position at the far left.

[0541] When the dust removal device starts the vacuum packaging process at a predetermined position, using the fourth dust removal device (D10) as the dust removal device, rather than using any one of the first embodiment dust removal device (A10), the second embodiment dust removal device (B10), and the third dust removal device (C10), can minimize the distance the packaging material moves between the start and end stages of the vacuum packaging process.

[0542] Since the distance the packaging material needs to move to the right for the vacuum packaging process is shorter for the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) than for the third dust removal mechanism (C10), the fourth dust removal mechanism (D10) can carry out the vacuum packaging process faster than the third dust removal mechanism (C10).

[0544] In order to more clearly express the technical concept of the present invention, the attached drawings briefly depict or omit configurations that are unrelated to or have little relevance to the technical concept of the present invention.
