Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a conduit finishing assembly for anchor construction with improved manufacturability and assembly. More specifically, it relates to a conduit finishing assembly for anchor construction with improved manufacturability and assembly, wherein the end of a conduit, which is fitted as an anchor load-bearing body and wraps around the internally inserted steel wire of an anchor device used to anchor a civil engineering or architectural structure to the ground, is finished to prevent breakage, damage, and deformation of the steel wire during the construction process, waterproofing can be improved to block water inflow from the outside, grout can be prevented from flowing into the interior of the conduit, assembly time can be shortened, and the conduit can be prevented from easily separating and detaching from the finishing part of the conduit. Furthermore, it ensures more stable assembly than the existing screw assembly method, and simultaneously facilitates the manufacturing of assembly parts, thereby improving productivity. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, the earth anchor method is a method of securing a retaining wall by drilling a hole in the wall, inserting reinforcing bars or PC steel wires, grouting the area with mortar, and creating an anchor on the back. Instead of using supports, a hole is drilled in the retaining wall with an earth drill, tension materials such as reinforcing bars or PC steel wires are inserted into the hole, the area is grouted with mortar to harden, and then tension is applied from the outside to anchor the PC steel wires or reinforcing bars.

[0003] However, when this earth anchor method is constructed in soil layers prone to loss of grout or low frictional resistance, the grout inside the anchor hole is lost, making it impossible to expect frictional force, or the low shear strength of the ground prevents the application of tensile force. Furthermore, if grout loss occurs, a significantly large amount of injection is required to fill surrounding voids in order to secure the necessary tensile force.

[0004] Recently, the anchor method has been proposed. The anchor method involves pressurizing and injecting grout into the anchor installed in the anchoring section to tightly bond the enlarged and cured anchoring bulb with the ground.

[0005] An example of an anchor device according to the prior art is disclosed in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0426625 (registered on September 8, 2006, hereinafter referred to as 'Patent Document 1'), etc.

[0006] Meanwhile, the steel wire of the anchor device is protected by a conduit that wraps around the steel wire and is fitted into the anchor load-bearing body, and the end of the conduit is finished by various types of finishing assemblies, such as waterproof caps or nipples, to ensure protection underground.

[0007] However, according to the conventional technology, the end assembly of the conduit has several problems: damage, breakage, and deformation of the conduit and steel strand may occur during the anchor installation process; water or grout may easily enter from the outside into the inside of the conduit due to poor waterproofing; the process of assembling the conduit surrounding the steel strand and the end assembly may be somewhat inconvenient and time-consuming; the conduit may easily detach from the end portion even after assembly; and the assembly performance may be somewhat poor with the existing screw assembly method. Prior art literature

[0010] According to the present invention, to achieve the above objective, an anchor construction conduit finishing assembly is provided such that the end of a conduit, which is fitted into an anchor load-bearing body and encloses a steel wire inserted inside, is finished; a main body housing that forms an exterior and is fitted into the end of the conduit to finish the end of the conduit; a fastening ring that is fitted into the end of the conduit before the main body housing is fitted into the end of the conduit, thereby fixing the conduit on the inside and detachably connecting the main body housing on the outside; and a conduit fixing spring provided between the fastening ring and the main body housing, which is provided to be interposed between the fastening ring and the main body housing on the inside of the main body housing when the main body housing is coupled to enclose the outer circumference of the fastening ring, and is provided to provide elasticity that resists pressure deformation that occurs when the main body housing presses the fastening ring when the main body housing is coupled to the fastening ring, thereby preventing the conduit from detaching from the main body housing.

[0011] Here, the fastening ring is formed to protrude in a stepped shape with a reduced outer diameter toward the direction in which the main body housing is coupled, and includes a pressure protrusion that presses the conduit fixing spring when the main body housing is coupled, and the main body housing is formed to protrude in a stepped shape with a reduced outer diameter toward the fastening ring when coupled to the fastening ring, and is formed to be recessed inward to surround the pressure protrusion, and includes a spring seating portion that allows the conduit fixing spring to be seated between the pressure protrusion and the main body housing.

[0012] In addition, the anchor construction conduit finishing assembly with improved manufacturability and assembly according to the present invention further includes an anti-slip ring provided between the main body housing and the conduit to fix the state in which the conduit is fitted into the interior of the main body housing, and

[0013] It is preferable that the above-mentioned conduit fixing spring be formed such that, on the side, its outer diameter gradually decreases from the fastening ring toward the main body housing when coupled between the fastening ring and the main body housing, and on the front, gripping protrusions are formed at regular intervals from the inner circumference to grip the conduit, thereby forming a sawtooth shape. Effects of the invention

[0014] According to the present invention, when the end of a conduit, which is fitted as an anchor load-bearing body and encloses the internally inserted steel wire of an anchor device used to anchor a civil engineering or architectural structure to the ground, is finished, the steel wire can be protected from breakage, damage, and deformation during the construction process, waterproofing can be improved to block water inflow from the outside, grout can be prevented from flowing into the inside of the conduit, assembly time can be shortened, the conduit can be prevented from easily separating and detaching from the finished part of the conduit, and productivity can be improved by ensuring more stable assembly than the existing screw assembly method and making it easier to manufacture assembly parts. [0022] The anchor construction conduit finishing assembly with improved manufacturability and assembly according to the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, is designed to finish the end of a conduit (30) that wraps around a steel wire (10) inserted inside and is fitted into an anchor load-bearing body (20), and comprises a main body housing (100), a fastening ring (200), and a conduit fixing spring (300).

[0023] Here, the anchor load-bearing body (20), to which the conduit (30) is coupled by the anchor construction conduit finishing assembly according to the present invention, is inserted into the interior of the drilled hole in the ground.

[0024] The anchor load-bearing body (20) is preferably made of an alloy material such as tungsten, molybdenum, nickel, or iron with a high specific gravity.

[0025] One end of the steel wire (10) is fixed to a device such as an external hydraulic cylinder and can be provided with elasticity so that it stretches when pulled out and contracts again when released, storing tensile force inside.

[0026] As an embodiment of the present invention, the sum of the self-weights of the anchor load-bearing body (20) and the steel wire (10) can be approximately 70 to 90 kg.

[0027] At this time, the earth anchor can be inserted into the interior of the drilled hole at a speed of approximately 10 to 20 m / s.

[0028] The main body housing (100), as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, forms the exterior of the anchor construction conduit finishing assembly and is fitted into the end of the conduit (30) so that the end of the conduit (30) is finished.

[0029] As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the main body housing (100) is provided as a cylindrical body with a space open toward the conduit (30) so as to wrap and finish the end of the conduit (30) that has penetrated the anchor load-bearing body (20), and the part open toward the conduit (30) is provided in a shape with a smaller outer diameter than the opposite side, and the fastening ring (200) and the conduit fixing spring (300) are received inside, and the spring seating part (110) is extended to wrap the fastening ring (200) and the conduit fixing spring (300).

[0030] Accordingly, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the connection between the fastening ring (200) and the conduit fixing spring (300) can be firmly maintained by the spring seating portion (110), and the fastening ring (200) and the conduit fixing spring (300) can be protected from deformation and damage even when an external force is applied, and the structural strength can also be reinforced.

[0031] More specifically, as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the spring seating portion (110) is formed to protrude in a stepped manner toward the fastening ring (200) when the main body housing (100) is coupled to the fastening ring (200), and is formed to be recessed inward so as to surround the pressure protrusion (210) of the fastening ring (200) described later, and it is preferable that the conduit fixing spring (300) is seated between the pressure protrusion (210).

[0032] Accordingly, the connection between the fastening ring (200) and the main body housing (100) can be easily and conveniently formed by the spring seating portion (110), and at the same time, the connection state can be maintained firmly, and the state in which the conduit fixing spring (300) is installed between the main body housing (100) and the fastening ring (200) can be maintained firmly.

[0033] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the connecting ring (200) is first fitted into the end of the conduit (30) before the main body housing (100) is fitted into the end of the conduit (30), so that the conduit (30) is fixed on the inside and the main body housing (100) is detachably coupled on the outside.

[0034] As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the fastening ring (200) is preferably formed to protrude in a stepped shape with a reduced outer diameter toward the direction in which the main body housing (100) is coupled, and includes a pressure protrusion (210) that presses the conduit fixing spring (300) when the main body housing (100) is coupled.

[0035] Accordingly, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the conduit fixing spring (300) is stably mounted by the pressure induction of the pressure protrusion (210) into the inner side of the spring seating portion (110), thereby preventing the conduit fixing spring (300) from easily separating and detaching between the fastening ring (200) and the main body housing (100).

[0036] Here, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, a fastening projection (211) is formed protruding in the shape of a wedge toward the inner surface of the spring seating portion (110) on the outer surface of the pressure protrusion (210), and a fastening clamping portion (111) is formed in a recess on the inner surface of the spring seating portion (110) in correspondence with the shape and position of the fastening projection (211).

[0037] Accordingly, as illustrated in FIGS. 8 and 9, the connection between the connecting ring (200), the main body housing (100), and the conduit fixing spring (300) can be easily and conveniently made in a one-touch manner all at once by means of the connecting projection (211) and the connecting clamping part (111), and once the connection between them is made, the connection state can be maintained very firmly so that one cannot easily detach from the other and disassemble.

[0038] At this time, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the fastening projection (211) is provided to have an inclined surface that gradually decreases in the direction in which the pressure protrusion (210) of the fastening ring (200) is fitted and inserted into the spring seating portion (110) of the main body housing (100), and the fastening clamping portion (111) is preferably formed on the inner circumference of the spring seating portion (110) in correspondence with the shape formed by the inclined surface of the fastening projection (211).

[0039] Accordingly, the connection between the connecting ring (200) and the main body housing (100) can be made easier and simpler in a one-touch manner, and at the same time, the connection state can be maintained more firmly and securely.

[0040] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the conduit fixing spring (300) is provided between the fastening ring (200) and the main body housing (100) and is provided to be interposed between the fastening ring (200) and the main body housing (100) on the inside of the main body housing (100) when the main body housing (100) is coupled to wrap around the outer circumference of the fastening ring (200). It is provided to provide elasticity that resists pressure deformation that occurs when the main body housing (100) presses the fastening ring (200) when the main body housing (100) is coupled to the fastening ring (200), thereby preventing the conduit (30) from detaching from the main body housing (100).

[0041] Accordingly, as illustrated in FIG. 1, when the end of the conduit (30) that is inserted into the internal steel wire (10) of an anchor device used to anchor a civil or architectural structure to the ground and is fitted into the anchor load-bearing body (20) is finished, the steel wire (10) can be protected from breakage, damage, and deformation during the construction process, and waterproofing can be improved to block water inflow from the outside, and grout can be prevented from flowing into the inside of the conduit (30), assembly time can be shortened, and the conduit (30) can be prevented from easily separating from the finished part of the conduit (30), and more stable assembly than the existing screw assembly method can be ensured, and productivity can be improved by making it easier to manufacture assembly parts. This provides an anchor construction conduit finishing assembly with improved manufacturing and assembly capabilities.

[0042] Here, as shown in FIG. 7, the conduit fixing spring (300) is preferably formed such that, on the side, when coupled between the fastening ring (200) and the main body housing (100), the outer diameter gradually decreases from the fastening ring (200) toward the main body housing (100), and on the front, gripping protrusions (310) are formed at regular intervals from the inner circumference to grip the conduit (30) and form a sawtooth shape.

[0043] Accordingly, by allowing the elastic deformation of the conduit fixing spring (300) to be more smoothly achieved when the fastening ring (200) and the main body housing (100) are joined, the connection between the fastening ring (200) and the main body housing (100) can be maintained with a stronger binding force, and the manufacturing of the conduit fixing spring (300) can be made easier by means of press rolling, etc., and the conduit (30) can be fastened to the anchor construction conduit finishing assembly according to the present invention with a stronger binding force by means of the gripping protrusions (310) of the conduit fixing spring (300).

[0044] At this time, it is preferable that the width of one clamping protrusion (310) be approximately 0.083 to 0.117 times the inner diameter of the conduit fixing spring (300).

[0045] Accordingly, displacement of the conduit (30) between the fastening ring (200) and the main body housing (100) is suppressed by the gripping protrusions (310) of the conduit fixing spring (300), and the state in which the conduit (30) is gripped and fixed by the gripping protrusions (310) can be firmly maintained.

[0046] Here, if the width of the gripping protrusion (310) is less than 0.083 times the inner diameter of the conduit fixing spring (300), the gripping force of the conduit (30) may be slightly reduced, and if it exceeds 0.117 times, the size of the gripping protrusion (310) may become too excessive, causing unnecessary waste of materials required for production, and the strength of the gripping protrusions (310) may be reduced, and damage or deformation may easily occur.

[0047] FIG. 7(a) is a side view of a conduit fixing spring (300) according to the present invention, and FIG. 7(b) is a front view of a conduit fixing spring (300) according to the present invention.

[0048] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 7(a), it is preferable that the conduit fixing spring (300) be provided with a flat ring contact portion (320) that makes surface contact with the end of the pressure protrusion (210) of the fastening ring (200) on the side.

[0049] Accordingly, the conduit fixing spring (300) is stably provided between the fastening ring (200) and the main body housing (100), and the conduit fixing spring (300) can be stably deformed by the pressure of the pressure protrusion (210).

[0050] Here, as shown in Fig. 7(b), it is preferable that the ring contact portion (320) be formed to have a portion that is recessed at regular intervals on the front surface, corresponding to the intervals where gripping protrusions (310) are formed, so as to form a roughly sawtooth shape.

[0051] Accordingly, the elasticity of the conduit fixing spring (300) is further reinforced, and the material cost required for production can also be reduced.

[0052] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 10, as another embodiment of the present invention, the ends of the gripping protrusions (310) of the conduit fixing spring (300) may be provided with a carbon nano reinforcement layer (311) made of carbon nanotubes, which are allotropes of carbon having a cylindrical nanostructure.

[0053] Accordingly, when the conduit (30) is gripped by the gripping protrusions (310), the strength of the gripping protrusions (310) is reinforced, and the gripping force of the conduit (30) by the conduit fixing spring (300) can be further improved, and damage or deformation of the conduit fixing spring (300) can be prevented.

[0054] Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 11, as another embodiment of the present invention, the ends of the gripping protrusions (310) of the conduit fixing spring (300) may be further provided with a van der Waals adhesive layer (313) formed by being bundled with a plurality of carbon nano-processed bristles together with a carbon nano-reinforcement layer (311).

[0055] Accordingly, the strength of the gripping protrusions (310) can be further enhanced, and at the same time, the state in which the conduit (30) is gripped and fixed by the gripping protrusions (310) can be maintained more firmly by the van der Waals adhesive force of the van der Waals adhesive layer (313).

[0056] Here, the plurality of bristles forming the van der Waals adhesive layer (313) are preferably carbon nanoprocessed bristles with a length of approximately 10 μm and a diameter of approximately 5 μm.

[0057] Accordingly, the van der Waals adhesive layer (313) can be easily formed using van der Waals adhesive force to fill the gap between the gripping protrusions (310) and the conduit (30).

[0058] At this time, if the length of the bristles forming the van der Waals adhesive layer (313) is less than 10 μm, the van der Waals adhesive strength may be reduced, and if it is greater than 10 μm, the van der Waals adhesive strength may be reduced, and if the diameter of the bristles is less than 5 μm, the van der Waals adhesive strength may be reduced, and if it is greater than 5 μm, the van der Waals adhesive strength may be reduced.

[0059] Meanwhile, the anchor construction conduit finishing assembly with improved manufacturability and assembly according to the present invention preferably further includes an anti-slip ring (400) provided between the main body housing (100) and the conduit (30), as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, to fix the state in which the conduit (30) is fitted into the interior of the main body housing (100).

[0060] Accordingly, when the main body housing (100) is coupled to the end of the conduit (30), the depth to which the conduit (30) is inserted into the interior of the main body housing (100) is limited to some extent by the anti-slip ring (400), thereby preventing excessive insertion of the conduit (30) and making it easier to combine the conduit (30) with the main body housing (100).

[0061] Here, it is preferable that the anti-slip ring (400) be first connected to the end of the conduit (30) before the main body housing (100) is finished, so that the end of the conduit (30) is finished, after the fastening ring (200) and the conduit fixing spring (300) are each sequentially inserted into the end of the conduit (30).

[0062] Although the technical aspects have been described above and attached in the drawings, the technical concept of the present invention is for illustrative purposes only and is not intended to be limited. It will be understood that a person skilled in the art can make various modifications and changes to the technical concept of the present invention within the scope of the technical scope described in the claims below without departing from the technical scope.
