As another example, a single support member (394) may be formed on any one base (391).

[0056] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6, the heat sink (83) may be provided with a base groove (834). The base groove (834) may be formed by being recessed from the front of the heat sink (83) toward the rear. The base groove (834) may be extended in the left-right direction. A plurality of base grooves (834) may be spaced apart in the up-down direction. The base groove (834) may also be provided in the frame (80).

[0057] The base groove (834) may be recessed in a shape that corresponds approximately to the base (391). The base (391) may be inserted into or seated in the base groove (834). The rear surface of the base (391) is supported by the base groove (834), and the front surface of the base (391) may be exposed from the base groove (834) to the front of the heat sink (83). The front surface of the base (391) inserted into the base groove (834) may correspond to the height of the front surface of the heat sink (83). Each of the plurality of bases (391) may be inserted into each of the plurality of base grooves (834). The base (391) may be supported by the base groove (834).

[0058] Referring to FIG. 4, a single support member (394) may be formed on a single base (391). Referring to FIG. 5, a plurality of support members (394) may be formed on a single base (391), and the plurality of support members (394) may be spaced apart along the longitudinal direction of the base (931).

[0059] Referring to FIG. 6, a bridge (395) can connect between a plurality of bases (391). For example, the bridge (395) can extend from one base (391a) toward an adjacent other base (391b) to connect a pair of adjacent bases (391a, 391b). For example, the bridge (395) can be formed integrally with the base (391). A plurality of bridges (395) can be spaced apart along the longitudinal direction of the base (391) between a pair of bases (391a, 391b).

[0060] As another example, the bridge (395) can be detachably connected to the base (391). Accordingly, by manufacturing supporters (39) of the same shape and then connecting the supporters (39) through the bridge (395) as needed, the cost of manufacturing various types of products can be reduced.

[0061] The bridge groove (835) can be formed by the front surface of the heat sink (83) being recessed backward. The bridge groove (835) can connect between a plurality of base grooves (834). For example, the bridge groove (835) can extend from one base groove (834a) toward another base groove (834b) to connect a pair of adjacent base grooves (834a, 834b). The plurality of bridge grooves (835) can be spaced apart along the longitudinal direction of the base groove (834) between a pair of base grooves (834a, 834b).

[0062] The bridge (395) can be inserted into or seated in the bridge groove (835). The rear surface of the bridge (395) inserted into the bridge groove (835) contacts the bridge groove (835), and the front surface of the bridge (395) can correspond to the height of the front surface of the heat sink (83).

[0063] Accordingly, the process of installing multiple supporting structures can be simplified and manufacturing efficiency can be improved. In addition, the supporter (39) can be prevented from detaching and structural stability can be improved.

The plurality of second plates (40b) may be extended horizontally along one long side of the first plate (40a) and may be spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction. The support member (394) may pass through a gap (54) formed between the plurality of second plates (40b). The gap (54) may be named a slot (54).

[0072] The width (gs) of the gap (54) may be larger than the width (w21) of the support member (394) and smaller than the width (w22) of the base (391). Accordingly, the support member (394) passes through the gap (54), but the base (391) does not pass through the gap (54), and the base (391) may be covered or supported by the substrate (40) around the gap (54).

[0073] The substrate (40) may be provided as at least one. The substrate (40) may include a plurality of adjacent substrates (41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49). The second slot (60s) may be extended horizontally and may have a size that allows the support member (394) to pass through. The reflective sheet (60) covers the front of each of the bases (391) of the multiple supporters (39), and the support members (394) may pass through the second slot (60s) and protrude forward of the reflective sheet (60).

[0078] The width (w12) of the second slot (60s) may be the same as or similar to the width (w12) of the first slot (40s, see FIG. 7). The width (w12) of the second slot (60s) may be larger than the width (w21, see FIG. 7) of the support member (394) and smaller than the width (w22, see FIG. 7) of the base (391). The length (L12) of the second slot (60s) may be larger than the length (L21) of the support member (394). Accordingly, the support member (394) passes through the second slot (60s), but the base (391) does not pass through the second slot (60s), and the base (391) may be covered or supported by the substrate (40) and the reflective sheet (60) around the second slot (60s) (see FIG. 11).

[0079] Referring to FIG. 10, the supporter (39) may include a base (391) and a support member (394). The supporter (39) may include a single base (391) and a plurality of support members (394). The base (391) may be extended horizontally, formed narrowly vertically, and formed thinly horizontally. The base (391) may have a flat bar shape. The base (391) may be flat. A plurality of support members (394) may be spaced apart from each other on the base (391) along the longitudinal direction of the base (391).

[0080] The support member (394) may include an elastic member (392). The elastic member (392) may be referred to as a deformation member. One end and the other end of the elastic member (392a, 392b, 392c) may be fixed to the front surface of the base (391). The elastic member (392a, 392b, 392c) may have a semicircular shape with a central portion sunken inward. A cushioning space (39s) may be formed between the base (391) and the elastic member (392a, 392b, 392c).

[0081] The first part (392a) may form one end of the elastic portion (392a, 392b, 392c) and may be curved. The second part (392b) may form the other end of the elastic portion (392a, 392b, 392c) and may be curved. The third part (392c) may be located between the first part (392a) and the second part (392b) and may connect the first part (392a) and the second part (392b). The third part (392c) may be formed lower than the front end of the first part (392a) and the second part (392b) (see h2 in FIG. 10).

[0082] The support member (394) may include a head (393). The head (393) may be referred to as a shear or a tower. The head (393) may protrude forward from the third part (392c). The shear of the head (393) may be located further forward than the shear of the first part (392a) and the second part (392b) (see h3 in FIG. 10). The head (393) may be located furthest forward from the base (391) (see h1 in FIG. 10). For example, the shear of the head (393) may be rounded. As another example, the shear of the head (393) may be flat.

[0083] The supporter (39) may have elasticity. The supporter (39) may be an injection molded product. For example, the supporter (39) may include plastic or resin material. The supporter (39) may include a material with excellent impact resistance and high temperature reliability.

[0084] Referring to FIG. 11, the front surface of the heat sink (83) can be in contact with the rear surface of the substrate (40). The base groove (834), the first slot (40s), and the second slot (60s) can be overlapped in the front-rear direction.

[0085] The base (391) may be placed between the flat portion (81) of the frame (80) and the substrate (40). The base (391) may be placed between the heat sink (83) and the substrate (40). The base (391) may be placed in the base groove (834). The width (w3) of the base groove (834) may be greater than the width (w22) of the base (391). The base (391) may be attached to the base groove (834). The height of the front of the base (391) placed in the base groove (834) may be the same as the height of the front of the heat sink (83). The rear of the base (391) may be in contact with the base groove (834), and the front of the base (391) may be in contact with the rear of the substrate (40) around the first slot (40s). After the base (391) is inserted into the base groove (834), the substrate (40) can be combined with the heat sink (83) or combined with the frame (80). When the substrate (40) and the heat sink (83) or the substrate (40) and the frame (80) are combined, the substrate (40) can press the base (391) toward the heat sink (83) or the frame (80).

[0086] The support member (394) protrudes from the base (391), passes through the first slot (40s) and the second slot (60s) in sequence, and can protrude forward of the substrate (40) and the reflective sheet (60). The front and head (393) of the elastic member (392) can be positioned forward of the reflective sheet (60).

[0087] Accordingly, the process of installing multiple supporting structures can be simplified and manufacturing efficiency can be improved. In addition, the supporter (39) can be prevented from detaching and structural stability can be improved.

[0088] Referring to FIG. 12, the head (393) of the supporter (39) may be adjacent to the rear surface of the diffuser plate (31). The head (393) may be in contact with the rear surface of the diffuser plate (31) or may be slightly spaced apart from it.

[0089] Referring to FIG. 13, the diffuser plate (31) may be deformed. For example, deformation of the diffuser plate (31) may occur depending on the transport or storage of the display device (especially, storage in a lying position). For example, when the display device is operated, the temperature of the diffuser plate (31) may rise, and deformation of the diffuser plate (31) may occur. For example, the deformation of the diffuser plate (31) may be sagging.

[0090] When the diffuser plate (31) sags downward, the head (393) of the supporter (39) can support the diffuser plate (31). Depending on the degree of sagging of the diffuser plate (31), the elastic part (392) can be deformed toward the base (391). Depending on the degree of restoration of the diffuser plate (31), the elastic part (392) can be restored to its original state by elastic force.

[0091] Referring to FIG. 14, when the diffuser plate (31) sags further down, the head (393) of the supporter (39), as well as the first part (392a) and / or second part (392b) of the elastic part (392), can support the diffuser plate (31). Depending on the degree of sagging of the diffuser plate (31), the elastic part (392) may deform toward the base (391). Depending on the degree of restoration of the diffuser plate (31), the elastic part (392) may be restored to its original state by elastic force.

[0092] For example, the rear surface of the diffuser plate (31) may be in contact with the head (393) and the first part (392a). As another example, the rear surface of the diffuser plate (31) may be in contact with the head (393) and the second part (392b). As yet another example, the rear surface of the diffuser plate (31) may be in contact with the head (393), the first part (392a), and the second part (392b).

[0093] Accordingly, the supporter (39) can support the sagging of the diffuser plate (31) at multiple points. That is, the supporter (39) can maintain a certain level of spacing between the reflective sheet (60) and the diffuser plate (31) while minimizing damage to the diffuser plate (31).

[0094] Referring to FIG. 15, a fixing hole (396) may be formed in the base (391). The fixing hole (396) may be formed by opening the base (391) in the front-rear direction. As another example, the fixing hole (396) may be formed by recessing the rear surface of the base (391) forward. The fixing hole (396) may be formed approximately near the center of the base (391). As another example, multiple fixing holes (396) may be formed in each base (391).

[0095] The fixing projection (836) may protrude forward from the frame (80) or the heat sink (83). The fixing projection (836) may protrude forward from the front of the base groove (834). The shape and position of the fixing projection (836) and the fixing hole (396) may correspond to each other. As another example, the fixing projection (836) may be formed in multiple numbers in each base groove (834).

[0096] Referring to FIGS. 15 and 16, the base (391) can be deformed. For example, when the display device is operated, the temperature of the base (391) may rise, and the length or width of the base (391) may expand.

[0097] The width (w3) of the base groove (391) may be greater than the width (w22) of the base (391). The length (L3) of the base groove (391) may be greater than the length (L22) of the base (391). The width (w3) and length (L3) of the base groove (391) may be considered to accommodate a thermally expanded base (391). A fixing projection (836) may be inserted into or fitted into a fixing hole (396). The fixing projection (836) may prevent the base (391) from moving up, down, left, or right from the heat sink (83) or frame (80). As another example, the fixing projection (836) and the fixing hole (396) may be formed in multiple positions corresponding to each other. Multiple fixing projections (836) may be fitted into multiple fixing holes (396).

[0098] Accordingly, even if the base (391) is deformed according to temperature, there is a space to accommodate the deformed base (391), so that deformation of the surrounding structure can be prevented and the position of the base (391) can be stably maintained.
