Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a smart danger indicator device, and more specifically, to a smart danger indicator device for conveniently attaching a hook module to at least one of a power line and a protective tube surrounding the power line. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, high-voltage currents flow through power lines, and contact with these high-voltage power lines can cause fatal electric shock accidents. Therefore, attaching danger signs to power lines allows for easy identification of high-voltage power lines and prevents electric shock accidents. Warning messages such as "High-voltage electricity hazard" can be displayed on danger signs that are hung on power lines.
[0003] In order for a danger sign to be attached to a power line, a worker boards a ladder or ladder truck to approach the area around the power line, and then attaches the sign to the power installation by directly touching the power line while wearing protective gear. In this case, the worker is exposed to electric shock accidents because they approach the area around the power line; furthermore, there may be a delay in the time it takes for the worker to approach the power line, and it may not be easy for the ladder truck to approach the utility pole. Specific details for implementing the invention
[0024] Hereinafter, an embodiment of a smart risk indicator device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. At this time, the present invention is not limited or restricted by the embodiments. Furthermore, in describing the present invention, specific descriptions of known functions or configurations may be omitted to clarify the gist of the present invention.
[0025] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 7, a smart risk indicator device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a hook module and a connection module, and may further include a display module (8).
[0026] The hook module is detachably coupled to at least one of the power line (PC) and the protective tube (P) surrounding the power line (PC). The hook module may include at least one of a protective hook (1) that is hooked onto the protective tube (P) and a gripping hook (2) that grips the power line (PC).
[0027] It is advantageous for the protective hook (1) to have a locking hole portion (101) through which a locking member (3) can pivot and a ring member (4) can pass, and a ring hole portion (102) through which a ring member (4) can pass and which is spaced apart from the locking hole portion (101).
[0028] The protective hook (1) may include a protective base portion (11) that is coupled upwardly to the connecting module, a protective cover portion (12) provided at the top of the protective base portion (11) and having a protective space (121) into which a protective tube (P) is fitted, a protective guide portion (13) formed protruding from the protective cover portion (12) spaced apart from the protective base and guiding the protective tube (P) into the protective space (121), and a protective opening (14) formed between the protective base portion (11) and the protective cover portion (12) to communicate with the protective space (121). Here, it is advantageous for the catch hole portion (101) to be connected from the protective base portion (11) to the protective cover portion (12), and for the hook hole portion (102) to be connected from the protective cover portion (12) to the protective guide portion (13). In addition, the catch hole (101), the ring hole (102), the protective space (121), and the protective opening (14) are interconnected.
[0029] A base shaft (111) is formed protrudingly at the lower end of the protective base part (11) for connection with the cross joint (6) included in the connection module. A base protrusion portion is formed on the surface of the protective base part (11) for stable connection of the smart stick. A cover shaft (122) is provided in the protective cover part (12) for connection with the ring member (4) included in the gripping hook (2). The cover shaft (122) is formed protrudingly on the protective cover part (12) from both sides of the ring hole part (102). A guide protrusion portion (131) is formed on the surface of the protective guide part (13) for stable connection of the smart stick.
[0030] Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the ring member (4) included in the gripping hook (2) is in a state of being detached from the ring hole portion (102). In this state, the protective hook (1) is gripped with a smart stick, and then the protective hook (1) is hooked onto the protective tube (P) and pulled. The protective tube (P) passes between the protective base portion (11) and the protective guide portion (13), passes through the protective opening, and is fitted into the protective space (121). Accordingly, the protective hook (1) can be connected to the protective tube (P).
[0031] Conversely, when the protective hook (1) is grasped with a smart stick and then pushed upward, the protective opening opens, and the protective tube (P) is detached from the protective space (121) and passes between the protective base part (11) and the protective guide part (13). Accordingly, the protective hook (1) can be separated from the protective tube (P).
[0032] The gripping hook (2) may include a locking member (3) provided on the protective hook (1) and a ring member (4) that is rotatably coupled to the protective hook (1) via a hook connecting shaft (5) and can be engaged with the locking member (3).
[0033] The locking member (3) is pivotally coupled to the protective base portion (11) in the locking hole portion (101). The locking member (3) may include a locking stopper (31) pivotally coupled to the protective base portion (11), a locking support portion (32) provided at the end of the locking stopper (31) and lockedly coupled with a ring member (4), and an operating member (33) formed to protrude outward from the locking stopper (31) to the protective hook (1) and to which a smart stick can be coupled.
[0034] The ring member (4) may include a ring body (41) that is rotatably coupled to a protective cover part (12) included in a protective hook (1), an arc-shaped coupling ring (42) that is formed protruding from the ring body (41), and an opening / closing lever (43) that is formed protruding from either the ring body (41) or the coupling ring (42) so that a smart stick can be coupled.
[0035] The ring body (41) is provided with a ring shaft (411) for coupling with a cover shaft (122) provided in the protective cover part (12). It is advantageous for the ring shaft (411) to be positioned between a pair of cover shafts (122). Since the cover shaft (122) and the ring shaft (411) are rotatably coupled to the hook connecting shaft (5), the ring member (4) can rotate with respect to the protective cover part (12) of the protective hook (1). The coupling ring (42) is provided with a barbed gear (421) for engaging with a locking support part (32) provided in the locking member (3).
[0036] Then, when a power line (PC) is inserted into a protective space (121), if the operating member (33) is grasped with a smart stick and the ring member (4) is rotated, as shown in FIG. 7, the ring member (4) passes through the ring hole portion (102) and the locking hole portion (101), and the barbed gear (421) is engaged with the locking support portion (32). Accordingly, the ring member (4) wraps around the power line (PC) and is engaged with the locking member (3), and the gripping hook (2) can be engaged with the power line (PC).
[0037] Conversely, when the opening / closing lever (43) is grasped with a smart stick and the opening / closing lever (43) is pulled, the locking connection between the locking support part (32) and the barbed gear (421) is released. In this state, when the operating lever is grasped with another smart stick and the ring member (4) is rotated, the ring member (4) is disengaged from the locking hole part (101) and the ring hole part (102). Next, when the protective hook (1) is grasped with a smart stick and the protective hook (1) is pushed upward, the power line (PC) is disengaged from the protective space (121) and passes between the protective base part (11) and the protective guide part (13). Accordingly, the protective hook (1) can be separated from the power line (PC).
[0038] The connection module combines the display module (8) with the hook module.
[0039] The connection module may include a cross joint (6) rotatably coupled to a protective hook (1) via a protective joint shaft (64), and a joint fork (7) rotatably coupled to the cross joint (6) via a fork joint shaft (66). At this time, the protective joint shaft (64) and the fork joint shaft (66) are arranged in mutually intersecting directions.
[0040] The cross joint (6) is positioned between a pair of base shafts (111). The cross joint (6) includes a joint body (61), a pair of protective connecting shafts (63) formed protruding from the joint body (61) in a first direction, and a pair of fork connecting shafts (65) formed protruding from the joint body (61) in a second direction intersecting the first direction.
[0041] The joint fork (7) includes a display connecting rod (71) coupled to a display module (8) and a fork member (73) formed protruding from the display connecting rod (71) and rotatably coupled to a cross joint (6). The display connecting rod (71) is coupled to the display module (8) via a rod coupling member (72). A fork shaft (731) for coupling with a fork connecting shaft (65) is provided at the end of the fork member (73). The fork shaft (731) is provided between a pair of fork connecting shafts (65).
[0042] Since the base shaft (111) and the protective connecting shaft (63) are rotatably connected to the protective joint shaft (64), the cross joint (6) can rotate with respect to the protective base part (11) of the protective hook (1). Additionally, since the fork connecting shaft (65) and the fork shaft (731) are rotatably connected to the fork joint shaft (66), the joint fork (7) can rotate with respect to the cross joint (6).
[0043] The display module (8) is coupled to the display connection rod (71) of the joint fork (7) included in the connection module via a rod coupling member (72). The display module (8) may include a display rod (81) coupled to the joint fork (7) included in the connection module, and a display member (83) rotatably coupled to the display rod (81) via a display bearing (82).
[0044] The display rod (81) is provided with a rod protrusion (811) that is fitted and coupled with the display connecting rod (71). Since the rod coupling member (72) combines the display connecting rod (71) and the rod protrusion (811), the coupling force between the joint fork (7) and the display rod (81) can be improved. Since the display member (83) is provided with a bearing coupling part (831), the coupling with the display bearing (82) can be stabilized. A ventilation hole part (832) is formed through the display member (83) to disperse wind pressure. A guide message can be displayed on the display member (83). The display member (83) can represent a hollow housing. In one embodiment of the present invention, the display member (83) represents a hollow spherical shape, but is not limited thereto and can represent various shapes such as a hollow elliptical spherical shape, a hollow polyhedral shape, or a plate shape.
[0045] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 7 and FIGS. 8 to 10, a smart danger indicator device according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a hook module, a connection module, and a protection release module (9), and may further include a display module (8).
[0046] In another embodiment of the present invention, the hook module, the connection module, and the display module (8) are identical to the hook module, the connection module, and the display module (8) according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention; therefore, the same reference numerals are assigned, and a description thereof is omitted. However, the hook module may include at least the protective hook (1) among the protective hook (1) and the gripping hook (2). Additionally, a protective release module (9) is rotatably coupled to the protective base part (11) or the protective cover part (12) or the boundary area between the protective base part (11) and the protective cover part (12) in the protective hook (1).
[0047] The protective release module (9) is for separating the protective tube (P) coupled to the hook module, and the protective release module (9) is rotatably coupled to the protective hook (1) included in the hook module.
[0048] The protective release module (9) may include a release shaft (91) provided in the protective base part (11) or protective cover part (12) or in the boundary area between the protective base part (11) and the protective cover part (12) in the protective hook (1), a release member (92) rotatably coupled to the release shaft (91) via a release rotation axis (922), and a stopper member (93) provided in the release member (92) and supported by a protective guide part (13) provided in the protective hook (1).
[0049] Since the detachment shaft (91) and the detachment member (92) are rotatably coupled to the detachment rotation shaft (922), the detachment member (92) can rotate with respect to the protective hook (1).
[0050] As shown in FIG. 10, when the protective tube (P) is detached from the protective space (121), the stopping member (93) is supported by the protective guide (13) of the protective hook (1). As shown in FIG. 9, when the protective tube (P) is fitted into the protective space (121), the detaching member (92) is supported by the protective tube (P), and the stopping member (93) is separated from the protective guide (13).
[0051] The detachment member (92) may include a protective support member (921) that is rotatably coupled to the detachment shaft (91) via a detachment rotation shaft (922) and supported on the protective tube (P), and a detachment handle (927) that is formed protruding from the protective support member (921) and is equipped with a stopping member (93).
[0052] The detachment member (92) may further include a protection catch member (925) that supports the protection tube (P) between the protection base part (11) and the protection guide part (13) as the protection tube (P) is fitted and coupled to the protection space (121) and the protection support member (921) is formed protruding from the protection support member (921). The protection catch member (925) may be formed protruding from the extension member (923) extending from the protection support member (921).
[0053] Then, when the protective tube (P) passes between the protective base part (11) and the protective guide part (13), passes through the protective opening (14), and is fitted into the protective space (121), the protective tube (P) pushes up the protective support member (921) provided in the detachable member (92), so that when the protective tube (P) is fitted into the protective space (121) as shown in FIG. 9, the detachable member (92) is supported by the protective tube (P), and the blocking member (93) is separated from the protective guide part (13).
[0054] Conversely, when the protective hook (1) is grasped with the smart stick and the protective hook (1) is not pushed upward, but the release handle (927) is grasped with the smart stick and the release handle (927) is pulled, the protective support member presses the protective tube (P) fitted into the protective space (121), so the protective tube (P) passes through the protective opening (14) and moves between the protective base part (11) and the protective guide part (13). At this time, as the stopping member (93) is supported by the protective guide part (13) provided on the protective hook (1), the rotation of the release member (92) is stopped. Accordingly, even if the protective tube (P) is detached from the protective space (121), the protective tube (P) is supported and seated between the protective base part (11) and the protective guide part (13), so the protective hook (1) is prevented from falling from the protective tube (P) and safety accidents can be prevented.
[0055] Although the protective release module (9) is shown as being provided at both ends of the protective hook (1) along the length direction of the power line (PC) or protective pipe (P), it is not limited thereto. If the protective hook (1) is provided with a release hole (not shown) through which the release member (92) passes, such as a ring hole (102), the smart danger indicator device can be made compact.
[0056] According to the smart danger indicator device described above, a hook module can be easily attached to at least one of the power line (PC) and the protective tube (P) surrounding the power line (PC).
[0057] In addition, depending on the connection relationship of the protective detachment module (9), when the detachment member (92) presses the protective tube (P) connected to the protective hook (1), the protective tube (P) can be easily detached from the protective hook (1) by the action of a lever.
[0058] Additionally, when the protective tube (P) is detached from the protective hook (1) according to the detailed coupling relationship of the protective detachment module (9), the stopping member (93) is supported on the protective hook (1), thereby preventing the rotation of the detachment member (92) and stably supporting the protective hook (1) on the protective tube (P), and preventing the protective hook (1) from being arbitrarily detached from the protective tube (P) and falling during the separation process.
[0059] In addition, the rotational movement of the protective support member (921) in the protective hook (1) is clearly clarified according to the detailed coupling relationship of the detachment member (92), and the stopping member (93) is stably supported on the protective hook (1). Furthermore, since the protective tube (P) coupled to the protective hook (1) is supported according to the coupling relationship of the protective catch member (925), the protective tube (P) can be prevented from being arbitrarily separated from the protective hook (1).
[0060] In addition, depending on the detailed coupling relationship of the gripping hook (2), the power line (PC) fitted into the protective space (121) can be stably gripped.
[0061] In addition, depending on the connection relationship between the catch hook and the loop hole portion (102), the smart danger indicator device can be made compact and the operation of the gripping hook (2) can be simplified. In addition, depending on the detailed connection relationship of the protective hook (1), the catch connection of the protective tube (P) in the protective cover portion (12) can be clearly made. In addition, depending on the detailed connection relationship of the gripping hook (2), various power lines (PC) can be gripped, the gripping state of the power lines (PC) can be maintained stably, and the separation of the power lines (PC) can be simplified.
[0062] In addition, depending on the detailed coupling relationship of the connection module, the pivoting movement of the display module (8) can be freely performed based on the hook module.
[0063] In addition, the display module (8) can be easily connected to the connection module according to the detailed connection relationship of the display module (8). Also, the display member (83) can be freely rotated relative to the display rod (81) according to the connection relationship of the display bearing (82). Furthermore, wind pressure can be dispersed and shaking of the display module (8) can be minimized according to the connection relationship of the ventilation hole portion (832).
[0064] As described above, preferred embodiments of the present invention have been explained with reference to the drawings; however, a person skilled in the art may make various modifications or changes to the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as described in the following claims.
