Abstract

An eyewear device according to a disclosed embodiment comprises one or more lenses, a lens frame supporting the lenses, an outer surface, an inner surface facing the outer surface, and one or more recesses formed on the outer surface, and includes a frame having a leg portion and a through hole formed therein that is coupled to the lens frame, and one or more decorative elements including a decorative cord wound around the frame through the through hole, wherein each of the one or more decorative elements can be inserted into the one or more recesses.

More specifically, it relates to an eyewear device in which a decorative element, having a decorative cord made of fabric material exposed to the outside, is combined with an eyeglass frame made of a synthetic resin such as acetate or metal. Claim 1 An eyewear device comprising: one or more lenses; a lens frame supporting the lenses; a leg portion coupled to the lens frame, the leg portion comprising an outer surface, an inner surface facing the outer surface, and one or more recesses formed on the outer surface; and one or more decorative elements comprising a frame having a through hole and a decorative cord wound around the frame through the through hole, wherein each of the one or more decorative elements is inserted into the one or more recesses. Claim 2 In paragraph 1, the above decorative cord is an eye-wearing device made of a fiber material. Claim 3 In paragraph 2, the above decorative cord is made of any one of cotton, wool, silk, linen, denim, nylon, rayon, and polyester, an eye-wearing device. Claim 4 An eye-wearing device according to claim 1, wherein the frame of the ornament comprises: an upper wall; a lower wall formed on the opposite side of the upper wall; and a plurality of side walls extending between the upper wall and the lower wall, wherein the plurality of side walls include a first side wall and a second side wall opposite to the first side wall, and the penetration hole is formed to penetrate the first side wall and the second side wall. Claim 5 An eye-wearing device according to claim 4, wherein the through hole comprises a first through hole and a second through hole, and the first through hole and the second through hole are formed parallel to each other. Claim 6 An eye-wearing device according to claim 5, wherein the decorative cord comprises a first decorative cord and a second decorative cord, the first decorative cord passes only through the first through hole and is wound onto the frame, and the second decorative cord passes through the first through hole and the second through hole and is wound onto the frame. Claim 7 In paragraph 6, the above frame is an eye-wearing device made of an elastic material. Claim 8 In claim 7, the above-mentioned frame is an eye-wearing device made of at least one of polyvinyl chloride, rubber, silicone, spandex, and carbon fiber. Claim 9 An eye-wearing device according to any one of claims 4 to 8, wherein the recess has a width corresponding to the width of the first side wall of the ornament, and the ornament is joined to the recess in an interference fit manner. Claim 10 An eye-wearing device according to claim 1, wherein the ornament further comprises an insertion portion formed on the opposite side of the one side where the ornament cord is wound with respect to the frame, and the insertion portion comprises an insertion column extending to the opposite side and an insertion projection formed along the outer surface of the insertion column. Claim 11 An eye-wearing device according to claim 10, wherein the frame comprises an upper frame formed at the upper end of the through hole and a lower frame formed at the lower end of the through hole, and a frame ledge formed between the end of the upper frame and the end of the lower frame. Claim 12 In item 10, the above-mentioned frame is formed of a metal material, an eye-wearing device. Claim 13 In paragraph 12, an eye-wearing device wherein the surface of the leg portion is white or gray and the surface of the frame is white or gray. Claim 14 An eye-wearing device according to any one of claims 10 to 13, wherein the recess comprises a first recess space adjacent to the outer surface of the leg portion and a second recess space spaced apart from the outer surface of the leg portion, and the width of the first recess space is greater than the width of the second recess space. Claim 15 In claim 14, the insertion projection of the above ornament is coupled to the second recess space in an interference fit manner, an eye-wearing device.
