Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a bridge water level warning system using LED lighting, and more specifically, to a bridge-specific water level warning system that monitors the water level of a river in real time through a water level detection sensor and automatically changes the color of an LED lighting device to provide immediate and visual water level warnings to pedestrians and vehicle drivers, thereby enhancing safety when crossing the bridge and enabling a rapid response to risks such as river flooding. Background Technology

[0002] Bridges installed over rivers are important infrastructure facilities that ensure the safe passage of pedestrians and vehicles.

[0003] Bridges are generally designed to withstand normal water levels as well as the loads of vehicles and pedestrians. However, if river levels rise rapidly due to torrential summer rains, there is a risk that the bridge's substructures will be submerged, or in severe cases, the bridge itself will be swept away. In such situations, the bridge may be temporarily closed or even face the risk of collapse.

[0004] During heavy rainfall, a rapid rise in water levels poses a significant danger to pedestrians and drivers using bridges.

[0005] If the water level exceeds the bridge, the road surface becomes flooded, increasing the risk of traffic accidents and putting pedestrians at risk of being swept away by the current.

[0006] In addition, strong river currents can erode the bridge foundations, causing structural damage and rapidly reducing the bridge's safety.

[0007] Currently, many bridges are not equipped with real-time warning systems for rising water levels, so they often fail to provide adequate warnings to pedestrians and drivers in such situations.

[0008] This leads to a problem where people approach bridges without realizing they are in a dangerous state. Such a lack of safety causes serious issues that can result in casualties and property damage.

[0009] Korean Patent No. 1447720, a rainfall and water level warning system considering river water level status and rainfall amount over a recent period, is disclosed to include: a rainfall station that measures rainfall amount to calculate rainfall intensity and generates rainfall event information considering rainfall intensity and rainfall amount over a recent period; a water level station that measures water level amount to generate water level status information or water level event information; a control station that receives rainfall event information and water level event information from the rainfall station and the water level station and determines a disaster warning based thereon; and a warning station that receives a warning signal from the control station to issue a disaster warning and issues a disaster warning, thereby enabling accurate and efficient generation and transmission of rainfall warnings considering rainfall intensity and rainfall amount over a recent period.

[0010] However, the aforementioned technology has limitations in that it issues disaster warnings by analyzing rainfall over a recent period based on a complex structure. This means it cannot provide immediate warnings, such as river flooding, to pedestrians or drivers based on real-time rainfall and actual river water levels. Furthermore, there is a concern that pedestrians or drivers may not immediately recognize the warning in situations where heavy rain generates noise.

[0011] Therefore, there is a need to develop a new and advanced system designed to detect water levels in real time and provide immediate visual warnings through a simple yet efficient structure, enabling a rapid response to dangerous situations. Prior art literature

[0012] Korean Patent No. 1447720 The problem to be solved

[0013] The present invention was devised to overcome the problems of the above technology, and its main purpose is to provide a bridge water level detection and alarm system capable of rapidly responding to dangerous situations by detecting water levels in real time and providing immediate visual warnings through a simple yet efficient structure.

[0014] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a means for connecting a water level sensor and a controller in a wired configuration to prevent malfunction, while further enhancing the waterproofness and corrosion resistance of the wired configuration. means of solving the problem

[0015] To achieve the above objective, the bridge water level warning system using LED lighting according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: an LED lighting device installed on one side of the pedestrian passage space of the bridge; a water level detection sensor that detects the water level of the river where the bridge is installed; and a controller that controls the lighting color of the LED lighting device according to the height of the water level detected by the water level detection sensor.

[0016] In addition, the surface of at least one of the cable and connection parts connecting the water level sensor and the controller is characterized by being coated with a waterproof-corrosion resistant composite reinforcing agent comprising diisononyl cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate and poly(ethylene 2,6-naphthalate, PEN). Specific details for implementing the invention

[0021] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings. The attached drawings are not drawn to scale, and the same reference numerals in each drawing refer to the same components.

[0022] The system of the present invention is applied to a bridge (10) installed in a river, and is intended to further enhance the safety of pedestrians and drivers by being applied to a bridge (10) installed in a river that has an inherent risk of sudden flooding, especially during heavy rains or floods, rather than to a bridge (10) installed in a sea or river.

[0023] FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram illustrating the schematic structure of the system of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram illustrating the operating principle of the system of the present invention in a schematic manner.

[0024] As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the system of the present invention is based on including an LED lighting device (110), a water level detection sensor (120), and a controller (200).

[0025] The LED lighting device (110) is installed on one side of the pedestrian passage space of the bridge (10) and provides the function of flashing and adjusting the lighting color according to the control of the controller (200) to be described later.

[0026] These LED lighting devices (110) can be structured such that they are installed vertically at a certain height at regular intervals along the length direction of the bridge (10), like known streetlights, or they can be structured such that they are installed in multiple units at regular intervals along the extension direction of the railing of the bridge (10).

[0027] Alternatively, LED lighting devices (110) may be installed on the sidewalk floor of the bridge (10) to guide safe passage with the help of intuitive and visual lighting.

[0028] These LED lighting devices (110) basically do not have a single color, but have a multiple color system such as green, yellow, and red as well as white, like a regular street light.

[0029] This color system is automatically lit at night by a light sensor connected separately from the controller (200) described later, providing not only general lighting but also an indirect lighting function for the bridge (10) and an aesthetic role, and also provides a basis for establishing a water level rise warning by changing colors according to the water level change described later.

[0030] The water level detection sensor (120) provides the function of detecting the water level of the river where the bridge (10) is installed.

[0031] Such a water level detection sensor (120) may include a sensor body, a cable, and a bracket.

[0032] The sensor body is a part that performs the function of detecting the water level, and is designed to measure the water level through contact with water or reflected signals.

[0033] The sensor body is generally made of a water-resistant material and contains electronic components for measuring the water level inside the sensor body. Since these detailed electronic components are the same as those of a known water level detection sensor (120), a separate description is omitted.

[0034] The cable provides the function of supplying power to the sensor body as well as transmitting detected water level data to the controller (200).

[0035] Since this cable is highly likely to be submerged in water, it is waterproofed to protect it from moisture or water penetration. As will be described later, in this invention, it is possible to apply a special coating to this cable to provide both waterproofing and corrosion resistance.

[0036] The bracket may include a mount or a clamp as a fixing means for firmly fixing the sensor to one side of the bridge (10) or to terrain around the bridge (10).

[0037] This water level detection sensor (120) can be installed on the bridge (10) itself, such as on the side of the bridge (10) or on the substructure of the bridge (10) (e.g., a bridge pier), as well as on the edge of a river away from the bridge (10) or on the aforementioned topographical features.

[0038] The main function of such a water level detection sensor (120) is to accurately measure the water level of a river where a bridge (10) is installed, and can be implemented using various technologies such as a radar-based non-contact method, an ultrasonic sensor, a capacitive method, or a floater method.

[0039] The controller (200) is connected to the water level detection sensor (120) via wired or wireless connection and is also connected to the LED lighting device (110) via wired or wireless connection (preferably wired), and performs the function of controlling the lighting color of the LED lighting device (110) according to the high or low water level detected by the water level detection sensor (120).

[0040] The controller (200) includes a microprocessor that processes data received from a water level sensor (120) and a memory device that stores programs and temporarily stores data, installed within a waterproof and dustproof enclosure, and includes a power module for stable power supply.

[0041] This power module can be connected to the power grid of the bridge (10) or to an independent power source such as a solar panel.

[0042] Additionally, the controller (200) includes a communication interface for transmitting and receiving data between the water level detection sensor (120) and the LED lighting device (110), as well as a control module for controlling the color of the LED lighting device (110) according to the water level data.

[0043] The controller (200) may be installed in a safe space of the bridge (10), for example, under the handrail, outside the pedestrian passage space, in a protected space within the bridge (10) structure, or in a control box installed on a column of the bridge (10).

[0044] The controller (200) has the core function of analyzing data received in real time from a water level detection sensor (120) to determine the current water level status, and then changing the color of the LED light based on the analyzed data.

[0045] For example, the controller (200) can control the LED lighting device (110) to display green when the water level is safe to inform pedestrians and vehicle drivers of safety, change the lighting color of the LED lighting device (110) to yellow when the water level reaches a warning level to visually indicate that caution is needed, and control the LED lighting device (110) to change color to red when the water level reaches a danger level to warn that immediate evacuation or caution is needed.

[0046] Through this, pedestrians or drivers crossing the bridge (10) can immediately determine the water level of the river flowing under the bridge (10), especially at night when the river is not clearly visible, and are prepared to take quick action, such as evacuating or moving quickly.

[0047] In summary, the system of the present invention monitors the water level of a river in real time through a water level detection sensor (120) and automatically changes the color of the LED lighting device (110), thereby providing an immediate and visual water level warning to pedestrians and vehicle drivers, and thereby increasing safety when moving across the bridge (10) and providing a characteristic that allows for a rapid response to dangers such as river flooding.

[0048] Figure 3 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a state in which a water level detection sensor is composed of a non-contact sensor and a water contact sensor.

[0049] As can be seen from FIG. 3, the above-described water level detection sensor (120) may include at least two sensors, such as a radar-based non-contact sensor (121) and a capacitance-based water contact sensor (122).

[0050] That is, the system of the present invention provides dual stability by using a radar-based non-contact sensor (121) and a capacitance-based water contact sensor (122) together, thereby enabling more accurate and reliable water level measurement without malfunction under various environmental conditions.

[0051] A radar-based non-contact sensor (121) provides the function of measuring the water level by emitting electromagnetic waves onto the surface of a river and receiving the reflected signal.

[0052] This sensor operates in a non-contact manner, allowing it to accurately detect the water level without directly touching the water.

[0053] These radar-based sensors have the advantage of enabling accurate measurements even on rough and highly variable water surfaces, and are not affected by water quality or pollution levels.

[0054] A radar-based non-contact sensor (121) can be installed separately on the superstructure of the bridge (10), above the river, or around the water contact sensor (122) as shown in the drawing, to monitor the water level at a certain distance from the water.

[0055] For example, it can be installed facing the river surface by fixing it to the railing of the bridge (10) or the substructure of the bridge (10). This method provides the characteristic of being able to detect the water level accurately by minimizing the influence of water flow, waves, floating debris, etc.

[0056] A capacitance-based water contact sensor (122) provides the function of measuring the water level by detecting a change in the dielectric constant of water.

[0057] This sensor detects changes in electrical characteristics based on water level by making direct contact with the water, providing accurate water level information and excelling in measurements at low water levels or fixed locations.

[0058] These capacitance-based sensors are installed near the river surface and detect when the water level rises above a certain level.

[0059] For example, it is installed on a pillar of a bridge (10) or a buoy at the edge of a river so that when water comes into contact with the sensor, a change in water level can be detected immediately.

[0060] These capacitance-based sensors can also serve the role of verifying whether the water level changes detected by radar-based sensors match. Even if the radar-based sensor fails to detect a rise in water level, the capacitance-based sensor can compensate for this by making direct contact with the water to detect the water level.

[0061] Alternatively, conversely, when a capacitance-based sensor misjudges the water level due to splashing rather than a rise in water level caused by a fast flow rate, a radar-based sensor can compensate for this.

[0062] In other words, the combination of the two sensors enables accurate and reliable water level detection in various environments.

[0063] Radar-based sensors continuously monitor changes in river water levels to provide basic warnings, while capacitance-based sensors physically confirm that the water has reached a specific level to enhance the accuracy of warnings, thereby creating an environment where pedestrians and drivers can quickly recognize the dangers associated with rising river water levels and respond appropriately.

[0064] Figure 4 is a conceptual diagram illustrating the state in which a sound output device is installed on a bridge.

[0065] As can be seen from FIG. 4, the system of the present invention may additionally include a sound output device (130) that outputs sound by foot pressure of a pedestrian on the floor of the pedestrian passage space in the bridge (10).

[0066] In FIG. 4, to facilitate understanding, a sound output device (130) is shown installed on most of the floor of the pedestrian passage space of the bridge (10), but it is not necessarily limited to this, and it is also possible to install it only in a specific area of the pedestrian passage space of the bridge (10) to stimulate the fun or interest of pedestrians such as children.

[0067] This sound output device (130) includes a pressure sensor mat, a sound module, and a power supply.

[0068] The pressure sensor mat is a mat equipped with a sensor that detects the pressure generated when a pedestrian's foot touches it; the pressure sensor recognizes the force produced when the pedestrian walks and transmits a signal to the sound module.

[0069] The surface of these pressure sensor mats is made of a durable material that does not easily wear out even with repeated movements of pedestrians, and the surface is waterproof, so it can be protected from environmental factors when installed outdoors.

[0070] The sound module is installed under or inside the pressure sensor mat and includes a speaker and an acoustic control circuit that output sound when a pedestrian's foot pressure, i.e., a pressure signal, is generated.

[0071] The sound control circuit can process the signal transmitted from the pressure sensor to output a preset sound or adjust the output volume according to the water level.

[0072] The power supply unit may use a battery or an external power supply means for continuous power supply to the pressure sensor mat and sound module, and a renewable energy source such as a solar panel may also be used.

[0073] These sound output devices (130) combine with the aesthetic elements of the art bridge, which is part of a public art project, to provide a function that transforms the bridge (10) into a unique experience space that outputs musical sounds, going beyond the role of a simple pedestrian walkway for pedestrians walking on the bridge (10).

[0074] In particular, the controller (200) provides an auditory alarm in addition to the visual alarm of the LED lighting device (110) described above by controlling the decibel of the sound output device (130) according to the level of water detected by the water level detection sensor (120).

[0075] For example, the controller (200) can control the sound output to be 60dB normally, but can output a sound at a higher level of 75dB when the level is at a warning level, and at a higher level of 90dB when the level is at a danger level, it can output a sound at a louder volume and also output a pre-prepared evacuation voice or siren sound such as "Please evacuate."

[0076] In summary, by adjusting the decibel of the sound output device (130) according to the water level change detected by the water level detection sensor (120), an auditory warning can be provided to pedestrians to increase awareness of dangerous situations and induce a quick response. Through this, it is possible to establish a dual warning system combined with a visual warning (LED lighting).

[0077] In the description above, it was stated that the controller (200) can be connected to the water level sensor (120) or the LED lighting device (110) via a wired or wireless connection, and in particular, it is preferable that the controller (200) and the water level sensor (120) be connected via a wired connection.

[0078] A wired connection can ensure the stability of the signal transmitted from the water level detection sensor (120) to the controller (200).

[0079] In contrast, wireless connections can have unstable signals due to variables such as radio interference and radio wave disturbances, and especially in environments where there are many metal structures like bridges (10) or where there is severe reflection and absorption of radio waves near water, there is a possibility that the wireless signal may weaken or be cut off. Furthermore, in situations where a river overflows instantly due to sudden heavy rain in the summer, the wireless connection method may malfunction and cause serious safety accidents.

[0080] In addition, while a wired connection enables a continuous power supply between the water level detection sensor (120) and the controller (200), a wireless connection is dependent on battery life and carries the risk that the sensor will stop working when the battery is depleted, and entails the inconvenience of having to periodically replace the battery.

[0081] Therefore, in order to ensure the stability and reliability of the system of the present invention, it is desirable to wire the water level detection sensor (120) and the controller (200), and the components required for such wired connection are a cable or a connecting component (140).

[0082] The cable connecting the water level sensor (120) and the controller (200) serves as a primary passage for transmitting electrical signals and can be installed in the external environment, particularly under a bridge (10) where it is likely to come into contact with water. This cable is generally composed of a copper conductor and an insulator and has a protective sheath to protect the cable from external physical damage.

[0083] The connection component (140) refers to a type of connector that connects the water level sensor (120) and the cable, or the cable and the controller (200), and is an important component for accurately transmitting electrical signals.

[0084] This connection component (140) is made of metal for reliable electrical connection, but corrosion or damage may occur if it is exposed to a humid external environment, such as a river.

[0085] Conventional cables and connection components can be damaged when in contact with the external environment, especially moisture or water.

[0086] Specifically, there is a risk that general cable sheaths or connection components may experience reduced insulation performance or electrical contact failure due to moisture penetration, which may cause unstable signal transmission between the water level sensor (120) and the controller (200) or, in severe cases, lead to system malfunction.

[0087] In addition, connection components made of metal, such as electrical connectors connected to cables, are particularly susceptible to corrosion.

[0088] In other words, prolonged exposure to high-humidity environments near rivers can cause metals to corrode, weakening electrical connections or the physical strength of the connection components themselves; corroded connection components can eventually lead to signal loss or reduce system reliability.

[0089] Figure 5 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a structure in which a waterproof-corrosion resistant composite reinforcing agent is coated on an electrical connector, which is a type of connection component.

[0090] To solve this problem, as can be seen from FIG. 5, the system of the present invention provides a means for coating a waterproof-corrosion-resistant composite reinforcing agent (300) on the surface of at least one of the cable and connection component (140) connecting the water level sensor (120) and the controller (200) (possibly including the boundary area between the cable and the connection component (140)).

[0091] In FIG. 5, an electrical connector among the connection components (140) is illustrated as an example.

[0092] The waterproof-corrosion-resistant composite reinforcing agent (300) comprises diisononyl cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate and poly(ethylene 2,6-naphthalate, PEN).

[0093] Diisononyl cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate is a cyclohexanoate-based plasticizer that contains a saturated cyclohexane ring, unlike the benzene ring of aromatic and potentially more reactive phthalates.

[0094] Developed primarily as a phthalate alternative due to concerns regarding the toxicity of phthalates, particularly their potential impact on human reproductive health and their status as endocrine disruptors, it not only prevents physical risks to workers but also offers better hydrolytic stability compared to phthalates due to the cyclohexane ring it contains.

[0095] This provides a waterproof function that protects the cable or connection part (140) from external water or moisture in a high-humidity environment, such as near a river, based on the water resistance-inhibiting composite reinforcing agent (300).

[0096] In addition, it has high resistance to various chemical elements, preventing the cable and connection parts (140) from corroding or being chemically damaged, and increases flexibility so that the outer coating of the cable or connection parts (140) is not easily damaged in various environments. For example, it can exhibit the characteristic of being able to bend smoothly and return to its original state when the cable is swayed by wind or subjected to load on a bridge (10).

[0097] Poly(ethylene 2,6-naphthalate) is one of the high-performance thermoplastic polyesters that is similar to polyethylene terephthalate (PET) but contains naphthalene groups, providing higher mechanical strength and thermal stability.

[0098] This has excellent barrier properties against gases, moisture, and other chemicals, providing barrier properties that prevent harmful substances from penetrating into the cable or connection parts (140), and also possesses excellent corrosion and chemical resistance that prevents corrosion of the parts even when exposed to moisture, salt, or other harmful substances around the river.

[0099] In addition, it provides high mechanical strength so that the outer sheath of the cable or connection part (140) can respond more strongly to external impact or physical wear, and has high heat resistance so that the cable or connection part (140) does not deform or get damaged even when the heat of the bridge (10) is extreme, for example, in the summer.

[0100] That is, the waterproof-corrosion-resistant composite reinforcing agent (300) containing the two materials described above significantly improves the waterproofness and corrosion resistance of cables or connection parts (140), providing properties that ensure durability and reliability, especially in river environments where there is a lot of moisture or various other contaminants.

[0101] Furthermore, the waterproof-corrosion-resistant composite reinforcing agent (300) of the present invention may additionally include 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyl triethoxysilane and polyphthalamide to further enhance waterproofness and corrosion resistance as well as reinforce detailed durability.

[0102] At this time, the waterproof-corrosion resistant composite reinforcing agent (300) preferably comprises, based on 100 parts by weight, 30 to 40 parts by weight of diisononyl cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate, 20 to 30 parts by weight of poly(ethylene 2,6-naphthalate), 5 to 15 parts by weight of 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane, and 10 to 20 parts by weight of polyphthalamide.

[0103] 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane is a silane-based compound, and among such silane-based compounds, it is characterized by providing strong hydrophobicity, water resistance, and fluorination properties to the surface. It has a structure in which a fluorinated alkyl group is bonded to a silane, and it possesses the basic property of forming a thin coating on the surface to prevent contaminants such as water, oil, and dust from adhering.

[0104] When this material is included in the waterproof-corrosion-resistant composite reinforcing agent (300) of the present invention, it can form a coating with very strong hydrophobicity on the surface of a cable or connection part (140) to prevent water from being absorbed or seeping into the surface, and at the same time, reduce the energy of the surface of the cable or connection part (140) so that water droplets do not spread out but form round droplets, and quickly move the water remaining on the surface outward, thereby providing strong waterproofing so that the part is not damaged even when exposed to water for a long period of time.

[0105] In addition, this ensures that contaminants such as oil, dust, and dirt do not adhere due to the fluorinated alkyl group, thereby providing a basis for the cable or connection part (140) to have physical corrosion resistance to contaminants, and also has the function of preventing chemical corrosion of the cable or connection part (140) in environments with high salt content or environments with high levels of harmful substances in the air.

[0106] Polyphthalamide (PPA) is a type of high-performance thermoplastic engineering plastic known to possess properties that provide higher mechanical strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance than ordinary nylon due to the inclusion of aromatic groups (aromatic rings).

[0107] In particular, the waterproof-corrosion-resistant composite reinforcing agent (300) of the present invention has excellent moisture resistance that prevents expansion or performance degradation of the surface of the cable or connection part (140) due to contact with moisture and water due to a low moisture absorption rate, and also has the characteristic of having corrosion resistance based on high resistance to chemicals.

[0108] In addition, the surface of the cable or connection part (140) can strongly resist external impact or physical wear due to high mechanical strength, and at the same time, it can boast excellent heat resistance so that the cable and connection part (140) are protected from deformation or damage by heat even in hot summer weather.

[0109] In summary, the waterproof-corrosion-resistant composite reinforcing agent (300) containing the four components described above strengthens various mechanical strengths, such as heat resistance and moisture resistance, as well as waterproofness and corrosion resistance, of the cable or connecting part (140) which is a wired connection configuration of the water level sensor (120) and the controller (200) to ensure stable operation, thereby providing characteristics that allow the cable, etc. to operate more reliably and with greater durability in various extreme environments.

[0110] Hereinafter, in order to explain the physical properties according to various components of the waterproof-corrosion-resistant composite reinforcing agent (300) of the present invention, the evaluation results of the examples and comparative examples will be compared and explained.

[0127] According to the IPX7 standard, which evaluates whether there is no abnormality in performance even when submerged in water for 30 minutes, three connection components were placed so as to be completely submerged in 1 meter of water and maintained for 30 minutes to observe whether water penetrated into the interior of the connection components through the coating.

[0128] After 30 minutes, the specimen was removed from the water and the surface was dried, and then it was checked whether water had penetrated into the interior of the connecting part (140) and whether the state of the coating had changed.

[0129] The following Table 1 shows the experimental results.

[0130] Example 1 Example 2 Comparative example Whether water infiltration None (0%) None (0%) Partial penetration (5~10%) Coating damage doesn't exist doesn't exist Partial swelling Waterproof performance evaluation Very excellent Very excellent commonly

[0131] As can be seen from Table 1 above, the coatings used in Examples 1 and 2 provide superior waterproof performance compared to the comparative example.

[0132] [Experiment 2: Corrosion Resistance Test]

[0133] According to ASTM B117 (salt spray test), three specimens were placed in a salt spray device. At this time, the weight of the specimens was measured before the experiment.

[0134] A 5% NaCl solution was set to be continuously sprayed, and the test conditions were set to continuously spray salt solution for 96 hours at a temperature of 35℃.

[0135] After the experiment was completed, each specimen was removed, and the degree of corrosion was evaluated, including the corrosion area (%), the degree of surface damage (visual evaluation), and the weight loss rate (%).

[0136] The following Table 2 shows the experimental results.

[0137] Test items Example 1 Example 2 Comparative example Corrosion area (%) 0.5 0.2 4.8 Surface damage (visual evaluation) Slight discoloration almost none Signs of corrosion and severe discoloration Weight reduction rate (%) 0.02 0.01 0.4

[0138] Referring to Table 2 above, it was found that Examples 1 and 2 exhibited significantly superior performance in corrosion resistance compared to the comparative example.

[0139] In particular, in the case of Example 2, which combines four components, the corrosion area and weight reduction rate are very low, so it was confirmed that the long-term reliability of the connection component (140) can be guaranteed even in extreme environments.
