Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a stage drive device, and more specifically, to a stage drive device comprising a drum that raises or lowers a stage device pole by winding or unwinding a wire rope. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, a stage set that moves up and down is provided on a stage such as a concert or play, and the stage set is installed on a stage pole called a batten. The batten and the fly system that raises and lowers the batten are collectively referred to as a stage set. At this time, the fly system of the stage set includes a stage drive device (2) for moving the stage pole (1) up and down, as shown in FIG. 1, and a wire rope (3) connecting the stage drive device (2) and the stage pole (1). At this time, the stage drive device (2) can adjust the stage pole (1) to move up and down by winding or unwinding the wire rope (3).

[0003] Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1871245, Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-2146744, and Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-2785969 are disclosed as technologies related to the above stage drive device. Among these, Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1871245 is characterized in that, as illustrated in FIG. 2, the stage drive device comprises a drive motor (4), a screw drum (5), a free-moving power transmission means (6), and an axial movement means (7), so that the screw drum is implemented in a movable form. The stage drive device in which the screw drum moves in this manner is configured so that when winding or pulling a wire rope, it moves by the pitch of the spiral groove formed on the outer surface of the screw drum, allowing it to be wound or unwound at a constant rate.

[0004] As described above, conventional stage drive systems are implemented with a structure in which multiple wire ropes are wound and unwound from a drum while spaced apart along the longitudinal direction. Consequently, conventional stage systems have a structural limitation in that their length increases as the number of wire ropes increases. This leads to the problem of the stage drive system occupying a large amount of space when constructing large stages. Furthermore, changing the number of installed wire ropes according to stage conditions requires replacing the stage drive system and its associated peripheral devices, resulting in excessive waste of cost and manpower. At this time, the frame part (100) may be installed on a structure such as a grid iron, and the drum part (200) may be connected to the frame part (100) and controlled to wind or unwind a wire rope (W). The power part (300) may transmit power to the drum part (200) to rotate it.

[0041] The above frame portion (100) may include a fixedly installed base frame (110) and a first side frame (120) and a second side frame (130) fixed to the base frame (110) and spaced apart on both sides. In the following description, the two directions in which the first side frame (120) and the second side frame (130) are spaced apart are defined as the longitudinal direction and the left-right direction, and the lower ends of the first side frame (120) and the second side frame (130) are respectively fixed to the upper surface of the base frame (110).

[0042] The drum unit (200) may include a main drum (210) and a dependent drum (220). In this case, the main drum (210) and the dependent drum (220) may each have their longitudinal ends connected to the first side frame (120) and the second side frame (130) to rotate, and the main drum (210) and the dependent drum (220) may be spaced apart vertically and horizontally. The main drum (210) may rotate using power transmitted from the power unit (300), and the dependent drum (220) may rotate by receiving driving force from the main drum (210). Here, the power unit (300) may be implemented as an electric motor, for example, and may be configured to include additional components such as a reduction gear.

[0043] The stage drive device (10) according to the present invention may further include a pulley unit (400) that guides a wire rope (W) drawn up in the up-and-down direction from the drum unit (200) in the left-and-right direction. At this time, the pulley unit (400) can guide a wire rope (W) drawn up from the main drum (210) or the dependent drum (220).

[0044] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the pulley unit (400) may include a fixed body (410) fixed to the frame unit (100) and a switching pulley (420) installed on the fixed body (410) to switch the direction of the wire rope (W). At this time, the switching pulley (420) may be made up of multiple units and spaced apart in the left and right directions, and multiple units may also be arranged in the front and back directions to guide the wire rope (W) drawn out from the main drum (210) and the dependent drum (220), respectively.

[0045] The stage drive device (10) according to the present invention may further include a power transmission unit (500) installed on the first side frame (120) or the second side frame (130). At this time, the power transmission unit (500) may be implemented in various forms such as gears or belts, and in the following description, power is transmitted using spur gears, etc., as an example.

[0046] The first side frame (120) may be formed as a pair and spaced apart in the left and right directions. The power transmission unit (500) may be positioned between the pair of first side frames (120). Here, the left and right ends of the power transmission unit (500) may be inserted into the pair of first side frames (120) and coupled so as to be rotatable.

[0047] The power transmission unit (500) may include a driving gear (510) installed at one end of the main drum (210) connected to the power unit (300), and a driven gear (520) that receives rotational force from the driving gear (510). At this time, the power transmission unit (500) may further include a transmission gear (530) interposed between the driving gear (510) and the driven gear (520). Here, depending on the number of the transmission gears (530), the rotational directions of the driving gear (510) and the driven gear (520) may be the same or opposite to each other. If the number of the transmission gears (530) is odd, the driving gear (510) and the driven gear (520) may rotate in the same direction, and if the number of the transmission gears (530) is even, the driving gear (510) and the driven gear (520) may rotate in opposite directions.

[0048] In the stage drive device (10) according to the present invention, the transmission gear (530) may be implemented in an even number so that the driving gear (510) and the driven gear (520) rotate in opposite directions, and the main drum (210) and the dependent drum (220) may be implemented to perform the same function in opposite rotation directions. More specifically, the main drum (210) may be controlled so that the wire rope (W) is wound when rotated in one direction and unwound when rotated in the other direction, and the dependent drum (220) may be controlled so that the wire rope (W) is unwound when rotated in one direction and the wire rope (W) is wound when rotated in the other direction.

[0049] The main drum (210) and the dependent drum (220) may each have a rotation axis (230) extended in the left and right directions. At this time, the driving gear (510) may be disposed on the rotation axis (230) of the main drum (210), and the driven gear (520) may be disposed on the rotation axis (230) of the dependent drum (220). Hereinafter, the rotation axis (230) of the main drum (210) is defined as the main axis (231), and the rotation axis (230) of the dependent drum (220) is defined as the driven axis (232) for explanation.

[0050] The main shaft (231) may be connected to one end of the main drum (210), and the driven shaft (232) may be connected to one end of the dependent drum (220). Additionally, a screw (240) may be disposed at the other end of the main drum (210) and / or the other end of the dependent drum (220). Here, one end of the screw (240) may be inserted into the main drum (210) or the dependent drum (220) and screw-coupled, while the other end may be fixed to the second side frame (130). Accordingly, the drum section (200) may be implemented in a form that allows the main drum (210) or the dependent drum (220) to rotate and move in the left and right directions.

[0051] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, a plurality of wire ropes (W) can be wound on the main drum (210) in a spaced-apart manner in the left-right direction. A plurality of wire ropes (W) can also be wound on the dependent drum (220) in a spaced-apart manner in the left-right direction. Here, the wire rope (W) can be drawn out from the front to the bottom of the main drum (210), and the wire rope (W) can be drawn out from the rear to the bottom of the dependent drum (220). Hereinafter, the wire rope (W) wound on the main drum (210) is defined as the first wire (W1), and the wire rope (W) wound on the dependent drum (220) is defined as the second wire (W2).

[0052] The above-described pulley unit (400) may have a pair of switching pulleys (420) arranged along the front and rear directions to guide the first wire (W1) and the second wire (W2), respectively. At this time, the pair of switching pulleys (420) may be divided into a first pulley (421) that guides the first wire (W1) and a second pulley (422) that guides the second wire (W2). Here, the hinge angle of the first wire (W1) fed into the first pulley (421) from the main drum (210) and the hinge angle of the second wire (W2) fed into the second pulley (422) from the dependent drum (220) may be different from each other. And the pulley unit (400) may further include a hinge shaft (430) that adjusts the hinge angle of the switching pulley (420), and a rotating bracket (440) with one end connected to the hinge shaft (430) and the other end connected to the switching pulley (420).

[0053] Referring to FIG. 8, the main drum (210) and the dependent drum (220) may have the rotation axis (230) connected to one end and the screw (240) connected to the other end. Accordingly, the main drum (210) and the dependent drum (220) may rotate around the one end axis and move in both directions through the threads of the screw (240). Here, the drum portion (200) may further include a spline (250) connected to one end of the main drum (210) or the dependent drum (220) and rotated together with the rotation axis (230).

[0054] The above spline (250) may be composed of a plurality of parts and each may be connected to the main drum (210) or at least one dependent drum (220). In this case, the spline (250) may be implemented as a power transmission body connected between the rotation axis (230) and the main drum (210) or the dependent drum (220).

[0055] As described above, the drum section (200) can be installed in various known forms, such as being implemented as a spline-screw type to be variable, or having the rotation axis (230) pass through the main drum (210) or dependent drum (220) to rotate in place.

[0056] <Second Embodiment>

[0057] FIGS. 9 to 12 relate to a stage drive device according to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 9 is a projected front view of the main drum of the stage drive device, FIGS. 10 and 11 are drawings showing the results of finite element analysis for a spline-screw type without a connecting rod installed, and FIG. 12 is a modified example of the stage drive device.

[0058] Referring to FIG. 9, the auxiliary drive device (10) according to the present invention may include a frame part (100), a drum part (200), a power part (300), and a power transmission part (500). The frame part (100) may include a base frame (110), a first side frame (120), and a second side frame (130), and the drum part (200) may include a main drum (210) and a dependent drum (220). In addition, the power transmission part (500) may be positioned between a main shaft (231) that rotates the main drum (210) and a driven shaft (232) connected to the dependent drum (220) to transmit power. Although not illustrated, the stage drive device (10) according to the present invention may further include a pulley part (400).

[0059] The drum section (200) may be configured as a spline-screw type, and a spline (250) may be disposed at one end of the main drum (210) or dependent drum (220) and a screw (240) may be disposed at the other end. Here, the drum section (200) may further include a connecting shaft (260) whose ends are coupled to the spline (250) and the screw (240).

[0060] One end of the connecting shaft (260) may be fixedly coupled to the spline (250) to rotate together, and the other end may be inserted into the hollow of the screw (240) and bearing coupled. At this time, the connecting shaft (260) may be placed on the main drum (210) or the dependent drum (220). Here, the connecting shaft (260) may be composed of multiple units and may be placed on the main drum (210) and at least one dependent drum (220), or on two or more dependent drums (220). Alternatively, the connecting shaft (260) may be composed of a single unit and placed to penetrate the main drum (210) or the dependent drum (220).

[0061] Referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, the movable drum section (200) of the spline-screw type, in which the connecting shaft (260) is not installed, may experience a problem where the self-weight and load are concentrated due to the weight of the main drum (210) or the dependent drum (220). In particular, since the shaft of the spline (250) and the shaft of the screw (240) are cantilevered beams with load forms fixed to the first side frame (120) and the second side frame (130), respectively, there is a disadvantage that as the weight of the main drum (210) or the dependent drum (220) increases, a lot of deformation occurs, and structural stability is reduced.

[0062] The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problem and has the advantage of further improving structural stability by including a connecting shaft (260) that connects the spline (250) and the screw (240) in a movable drum section (200) of the spline-screw type. In particular, when the present invention is applied to a form in which the main drum (210) or the dependent drum (220) is extended in the longitudinal direction to increase the number of channels, the effect is further enhanced through load distribution via the connecting shaft (260).

[0063] Referring to FIG. 12, the connecting shaft (260) of the present invention has the advantage of being usable not only in a drum section (200) having multiple drums, but also in a drum section (200) having a single drum. In particular, as described above, the present invention can improve performance by being implemented to have multiple drums or by distributing the load through a connecting shaft (260) that penetrates a single drum, in order to secure structural stability in a situation where the drum section (200) must have multiple channels.
