[0039] Hereinafter, a container cleaning nozzle unit according to the present invention will be described in detail together with the attached drawings.

[0041] [First Example]

[0042] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a container cleaning nozzle unit according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is an exploded view of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 is a front view showing a nozzle tube extracted from FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 is an operation diagram showing container cleaning of the container cleaning nozzle unit according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0043] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5, the first embodiment of the present invention relates to a container cleaning nozzle unit (100) that allows cleaning water to be sprayed by pressing the container after the container is grasped, thereby enabling effective cleaning of the inside and outside of the container simultaneously.

[0044] The container cleaning nozzle unit (100) of the first embodiment of the present invention is composed of five main parts, which may consist of a water supply connection pipe (110), a nozzle pipe (120), a chambering (130), a branch pipe (140), and a spray pipe (150).

[0045] The above-mentioned water supply connection pipe (110) is connected to the water supply pipe (240) and functions to supply cleaning water. Screw threads are formed on the outer surface of the water supply connection pipe (110) to provide a structure that allows it to be easily mounted to the cleaning device (200).

[0046] As shown in FIG. 2, the nozzle tube (120) is connected to the upper part of the water supply connection tube (110) and functions to spray cleaning water into the interior of the container (300).

[0047] At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, a partition plate (111) with a through hole (111a) formed inside the water supply connection pipe (110) may be formed.

[0048] And a coil spring (170) may be externally installed between the nozzle tube (120) and the water supply connection tube (110) so that the nozzle tube (120) can be elastically raised and lowered along the through hole (111a).

[0049] Here, the nozzle tube (120) may be configured to include a plurality of first nozzle holes (121) formed at the top as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a first through hole (122) through which cleaning water flows into the chamber ring (130), and a stopper plate (125) coupled to the bottom of the nozzle tube (120) via a rib (123).

[0050] In the above, the stopper plate (125) serves the function of preventing the nozzle tube (120) from moving upward while opening and closing the through hole (111a), and is structured to be selectively attached to the bottom surface of the diaphragm (111).

[0051] At this time, a second through hole (124) through which washing water flows can be further formed between the ribs (123).

[0052] Here, the nozzle tube (120) is maintained in a raised state by the coil spring (170), and the stopper plate (125) is in close contact with the bottom surface of the diaphragm (111) to prevent detachment.

[0053] At this time, the stopper plate (125) closes the through hole (111a) formed in the partition plate (111), thereby blocking the inflow of cleaning water.

[0054] Therefore, the second through hole (124) of the nozzle tube (120) is exposed to the lower part of the through hole (111a) only when the nozzle tube (120) is forcibly lowered, allowing cleaning water to flow in.

[0055] The above chambering (130) is integrally formed around the circumference of the nozzle tube (120) and functions to secure a receiving space capable of receiving cleaning water supplied through the first through hole (122) of the nozzle tube (120).

[0056] Additionally, the above-mentioned chambering (130) functions to uniformly distribute the washing water to each branch pipe (140), and the branch pipe (140) can be configured to be radially coupled to the above-mentioned chambering (130).

[0057] The above branch pipe (140) may consist of a horizontal bar (141) that supports an inverted container (300) and a vertical bar (142) that is bent upward from the horizontal bar (141).

[0058] Here, as shown in FIG. 1, a connecting member (160) may be connected between the branch pipes (140) and the branch pipes (140) so that the branch pipes (140) can be supported without mutual sagging.

[0059] And the vertical bar (142) functions to guide the injection tube (150) to a certain height.

[0060] The above-mentioned spray tube (150) is connected to the top of the above-mentioned vertical bar (142) and is formed to be curved in an arch shape along the horizontal direction and arranged in an arc shape around the circumference of the container (300).

[0061] Accordingly, each of the above spray pipes (150) may be configured with a plurality of second nozzle holes (151) formed therein to clean the outside of the container (300).

[0062] And the first nozzle hole (121) formed in the nozzle tube (120) simultaneously cleans the inside of the container (300).

[0064] Hereinafter, the operation of the container cleaning nozzle unit according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be briefly described.

[0065] First, as shown in Fig. 5, the container (300) is inverted and placed on the center of the horizontal bar (141) of the branch pipe (140).

[0066] In that state, when the container (300) is pressed, it is transmitted to the nozzle tube (120) via the chambering (130) to which the branch pipe (140) is connected.

[0067] Then, the nozzle tube (120) is lowered as the coil spring (170) is compressed, and the second through hole (124) of the lowered nozzle tube (120) is exposed to the lower part of the through hole (111a) formed in the diaphragm (111) of the water supply connection tube (110), so that cleaning water flows in.

[0068] The incoming washing water is sprayed into the interior of the container (300) through the first nozzle hole (121), and some of the washing water is sprayed through the second nozzle hole (151) via the first through hole (122), passing through the chambering (130), the branch pipe (140), and the spray pipe (150) to simultaneously wash the exterior of the container (300).

[0069] Then, when the force pressing on the container (300) is released after the cleaning is finished, the nozzle tube (120) rises due to the elastic return of the coil spring (170), and at this time, the stopper plate (125) connected to the lower part of the nozzle tube (120) is in close contact with the bottom surface of the diaphragm (111) to close the through hole (111a), thereby blocking the inflow of cleaning water.

[0071] [2nd Example]

[0072] FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a container cleaning nozzle unit according to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is an operation diagram showing container cleaning of the container cleaning nozzle unit according to the second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 8 is a longitudinal section view showing various angles of a rotary nozzle and a first nozzle hole formed in the rotary nozzle extracted from FIG. 7, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a first nozzle hole formed in the rotary nozzle extracted from FIG. 7.

[0073] The second embodiment includes the first embodiment, except that the spray pipe (150) is formed in multiple stages to uniformly clean the entire exterior of the container (300), and a rotating nozzle (126) that rotates by the spray pressure of the cleaning water is provided at the top of the nozzle pipe (120) to more efficiently clean the entire interior and exterior of the container (300).

[0074] To this end, the injection tube (150) is configured to be coupled in multiple ways along the height direction to each vertical member (142), and the first nozzle hole (121) may be configured to be formed in a rotating nozzle (126) that is rotatably coupled to the upper part of the nozzle tube (120).

[0075] The spray pipe (150) of the second embodiment can be formed in multiple stages along the height direction of the vertical bar (142), which is the branch pipe (140), so as to allow uniform cleaning water to be sprayed in multiple stages throughout the entire container (300), as shown in FIG. 7.

[0076] And a rotating nozzle (126) is rotatably coupled to the upper part of the nozzle tube (120) through a bearing (127), and at this time, the rotating nozzle (126) can be configured to rotate automatically by the spray pressure of the cleaning water sprayed through the first nozzle hole (121).

[0077] Each of the above first nozzle holes (121) may be configured to be formed in multiple numbers on the top and perimeter of the rotating nozzle (126).

[0078] Here, as shown in FIG. 8, the first nozzle hole (121) formed around the circumference of the rotary nozzle (126) is formed at different angles in the range of 10° to 80° upward relative to the horizontal, so that when the rotary nozzle rotates, the cleaning water is sprayed in a fan shape, thereby expanding the cleaning spray range.

[0079] In addition, as shown in FIG. 9, the first nozzle hole (121) formed around the circumference of the rotary nozzle (126) is formed at an angle of inclination in the range of 30° to 60° in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction, thereby providing a structure in which the rotary nozzle (126) can be rotated by the water pressure of the sprayed cleaning water.

[0080] In addition, the first nozzle hole (121) formed at the top of the rotary nozzle (126) can be formed to be inclined in an alternating “X” shape within a range of 10° to 30° relative to the vertical, thereby expanding the cleaning range of the inner ceiling of the container.

[0082] Hereinafter, a container cleaning device using a container cleaning nozzle unit according to the present invention will be described in detail together with the attached drawings.

[0083] FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a container washing device using the container washing nozzle unit of the present invention, and FIG. 11 is an internal configuration diagram of a container washing device using the container washing nozzle unit of the present invention.

[0084] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the present invention relates to a container washing device (200) using a container washing nozzle unit capable of sterilizing and washing a container by selectively spraying washing water, sterilizing water, bubble water, or a mixture of sterilizing water and bubble water.

[0085] The container cleaning device (200) using the container cleaning nozzle unit of the present invention is composed of three main parts, which may consist of a housing (220), a perforated plate (230), and a container cleaning nozzle unit (100).

[0086] The above housing (220) is configured with a washing tank (210) coupled to the upper part.

[0087] And the perforated plate (230) is installed spaced apart from the upper part of the washing tank (210) and functions to allow water from the washed container (300) to fall into the washing tank (210).

[0088] At this time, the container washing nozzle unit (100) may be configured to be coupled to the washing tank (210) so as to be exposed to the upper part of the perforated plate (230).

[0089] In addition, the washing tank (210) may be configured with a drain hole (211) formed therein to drain the washing water.

[0090] The interior of the above housing (220) may be configured to include a water supply pipe (240) connected to the water supply connection pipe (110) of the container washing nozzle unit (100), a drain pipe (250) connected to the drain hole (211) formed in the washing tank (210), a DSA electrode unit (260) that converts the washing water supplied to the water supply pipe (240) into sterilized water containing hypochlorous acid, etc., and a nanobubble water generator (270) that converts the washing water supplied to the water supply pipe (240) into bubble water.

[0091] Here, the above water supply pipe (240) can be branched into two and connected to the DSA electrode part (260) and the nanobubble water generator (270), respectively.

[0092] At this time, the water supply pipe (240) branching to the nanobubble water generator (270) may be configured by installing a solenoid valve (SV).

[0093] Therefore, the solenoid valve (SV) can be controlled according to the user's usage mode (sterilization mode, washing mode, or rinsing mode).

[0094] The above DSA electrode (Dimension Stable Anode, insoluble anode) (260) functions to electrolyze the washing water and convert it into a sterilizing water with a high concentration of free chlorine with strong oxidizing power, namely hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and hypochlorite (OCl).

[0095] To elaborate, Korea stipulates that the permissible limit for residual chlorine in tap water is 4 ppm or less according to the Ministry of Environment's 'Drinking Water Quality Management Standards,' and recommends that the residual chlorine level at the end tap be 0.1 to 0.4 ppm.

[0096] Therefore, the tap water we drink contains a certain amount (about 0.1 to 0.4 ppm) of residual chlorine. When tap water containing such residual chlorine is electrolyzed using a DSA electrode (Dimension Stable Anode, insoluble anode) such as titanium platinum (alloy), iridium, or ruthenium, high concentrations of free chlorine with strong oxidizing power are produced, namely hypochlorous acid (HOCl) and hypochlorite (OCl).

[0097] Therefore, when performing sterilization washing, power is applied to the DSA electrode unit (260) to convert the washing water into sterilized water and spray it through the container washing nozzle unit (100).

[0098] And in the case of washing mode or rinsing mode, power is cut off to the DSA electrode part (260), and after power is supplied to the nanobubble water generator (270), the solenoid valve (SV) is opened to generate bubble water.

[0099] The bubble water generated in this way is mixed with the washing water supplied toward the DSA electrode part (260) and sprayed. At this time, when the bubbles contained in the washing water collide with the inside or outside of the container, the structure allows for increased washing or rinsing efficiency due to the explosive force of the bubbles.

[0100] Meanwhile, although not included in the drawing, the housing (220) may be configured to have a drainage tank (not shown) and a washing water tank (not shown) built in, and a drainage pump (not shown) and a water supply pump (not shown) built in, and a connector (not shown) to which a separate connecting drain pipe (not shown) and a connecting water supply pipe (not shown) can be connected from the outside.

[0102] The embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all of the technical ideas of the present invention; therefore, it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications that can replace them may exist at the time of filing this application.
