[0038] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, a coffee extraction device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a water supply unit (100), a water heating unit (200), and a coffee extraction module (300).

[0039] The water supply unit (100) is a configuration having the function of storing or supplying water.

[0040] For example, the water supply unit (100) may be composed of a water storage tank, a water supply hose, or an external water supply connection, but is not limited thereto.

[0041] For example, the water supply unit (100) may be made of glass, polypropylene, polyethylene, or stainless steel, but is not limited thereto.

[0042] The water heating unit (200) is configured to heat water and supply water at a temperature required for coffee extraction.

[0043] Specifically, the water heating unit (200) may include an outer heating unit housing (210), a heating unit inlet pipe (220), a heater (230), and a heating unit outlet pipe (240).

[0044] The outer heating housing (210) is a member that forms the outer shape of the water heating unit (200) and protects the internal components.

[0045] For example, the material of the outer heating housing (210) may include glass, heat-resistant plastic, aluminum alloy, or stainless steel, but is not limited thereto.

[0046] The heating section inlet pipe (220) is a pipe that guides water introduced from the water supply section (100) to be delivered to the heater (230). Here, water can flow inside the heating section inlet pipe (220).

[0047] For example, the heating inlet pipe (220) may be made of a material such as glass, silicone rubber, Teflon, or stainless steel that can withstand high temperatures, but is not limited thereto.

[0048] The heater (230) is a device for heating water and may be an electric heater, an induction heater, or a gas heater, but is not limited thereto. As an example, the heater (230) may be a tungsten heater, but is not limited thereto.

[0049] For example, referring to FIG. 5, the heater (230) can be controlled by an external control device.

[0050] The heating unit discharge pipe (240) is a pipe that discharges water heated by the heater (230) to the coffee extraction module (300). Here, heated water can flow inside the heating unit discharge pipe (240).

[0051] For example, the heating unit discharge pipe (240) may be made of glass, silicone rubber, Teflon, or stainless steel that can withstand high temperatures, but is not limited thereto.

[0052] The coffee extraction module (300) is configured to extract coffee using heated water and discharge it based on the siphon principle. Here, the coffee extraction module (300) may include a coffee powder receiving section (310), a coffee receiving section (320), and a coffee discharge section (330), and may additionally include a siphon module (340) in some cases.

[0053] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, a water heating unit (200) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include an inner heating unit housing (250) and a heating space (260).

[0054] The inner heating housing (250) is provided inside the outer heating housing (210) and is configured to cover the heater (230).

[0055] For example, the inner heating housing (250) may be formed of a material such as glass, stainless steel, aluminum, or polycarbonate, but is not limited thereto.

[0056] The heating space (260) is defined as the space between the outer heating housing (210) and the inner heating housing (250), and is a space where water introduced from the heating inlet pipe (220) is heated.

[0057] The water heated in the heating space (260) can flow upward and can be discharged along the heating unit discharge pipe (240) as described below.

[0058] According to the present disclosure, since the heater (230) is placed inside the inner heating housing (250) without directly contacting water and transfers heat through the inner heating housing (250), the durability of the heater (230) can be enhanced, and problems such as device failure caused by the phenomenon of water boiling on the surface of the heater (230) can be prevented.

[0059] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, a water supply unit (100) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a supply unit housing (110) and a supply unit discharge pipe (120).

[0060] The supply housing (110) is configured to accommodate water, and the water accommodated inside has a first water level.

[0061] For example, the supply housing (110) may be formed of materials such as stainless steel, polypropylene, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC), but is not limited thereto.

[0062] The supply unit discharge pipe (120) is configured to allow water to be discharged downward from the supply unit housing (110) and is connected to the heating unit inlet pipe (220).

[0063] The supply discharge pipe (120) can be manufactured in the shape of a tube with a smooth interior for smooth water discharge, and can be made of a heat-resistant material as needed.

[0064] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, an inner heating housing (250) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure has a longitudinal direction in a direction intersecting the ground, and the upper end connected to the heating space (260) may be formed at a second height lower than the first height.

[0065] According to the present disclosure, since the first height is higher than the second height, the inner heating housing (250) can always be submerged in water inside the water heating unit (200). That is, because the water inside the water heating unit (200) has a water level of the first height due to atmospheric pressure, the inner heating housing (250) is submerged. Here, when the water is heated by the heater (230), all the heat can be transferred to the water inside the heating space (260), and the problem of the outer housing being overheated and damaged can be prevented.

[0066] Furthermore, when water in contact with the inner heating unit housing (250) is heated and vaporized, the vaporized steam can push the water located in the heating space (260) upward, and accordingly, the water can flow upward along the heating unit discharge pipe (240) instantaneously. Here, as the fluid is instantaneously filled in the heating unit discharge pipe (240), the water can be introduced into the coffee powder receiving unit (310) by the siphon principle.

[0067] In summary, according to the present disclosure, heated water pushed out by heated steam flows instantaneously along the heating discharge pipe (240), so that the heated water can be discharged discontinuously along the heating discharge pipe (240), so that the heated water can be discharged solely by the heating function of the heater (230) without controlling the flow of water separately.

[0068] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, a heating discharge pipe (240) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a first heating pipe member (241) and a second heating pipe member (242).

[0069] The first heating pipe member (241) is connected to the heating space (260) and is configured to allow water in the heating space (260) to flow upward.

[0070] The second heating tube member (242) is connected to the first heating tube member (241), and the first heating tube member (241) is bent and formed integrally, and is arranged in a direction intersecting the first heating tube member (241), and is configured to discharge heated water to the coffee extraction module (300).

[0071] For example, the first heating tube member (241) and the second heating tube member (242) may be formed of materials such as glass, PVC, stainless steel, copper alloy, or high-heat resistant plastic to provide heat resistance and corrosion resistance, but are not limited thereto.

[0072] According to the present disclosure, heated water flowing upward in the heating space (260) flows along the inside of the first heating pipe member (241) and then flows along the inside of the second heating pipe member (242) arranged in an intersecting direction to be discharged into the coffee powder receiving portion (310), thereby maximizing the siphon principle so that the heated water can be discharged.

[0073] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, a coffee extraction module (300) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a coffee powder receiving portion (310) and a coffee receiving portion (320).

[0074] The coffee powder receiving section (310) is configured to receive coffee powder, and to extract coffee by mixing the coffee powder with water heated by the water heating section (200).

[0075] For example, the coffee powder receiving portion (310) may be formed of stainless steel, heat-resistant glass, or polycarbonate material, but is not limited thereto.

[0076] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, a coffee powder receiving portion (310) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a powder receiving space (311), a powder receiving housing (312), and a filtering member (313).

[0077] The powder receiving space (311) is configured to receive coffee powder and allow heated water to flow from the top downward.

[0078] For example, the powder receiving space (311) may be formed of heat-resistant glass, high-temperature durable plastic, or metal material, but is not limited thereto.

[0079] The powder receiving housing (312) is a configuration that forms the outer shape of the powder receiving space (311).

[0080] For example, the powder receiving housing (312) may be made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or reinforced plastic, but is not limited thereto.

[0081] A filtering member (313) is provided at the bottom of the powder receiving housing (312) and is configured to filter the coffee powder.

[0082] For example, the filtering member (313) may be composed of a stainless steel mesh filter, a ceramic filter, or a nylon filter, but is not limited thereto.

[0083] For example, the filtering member (313) may have a groove formed therein to which a separate coffee filter (which may be made of paper material) can be attached, but a stainless steel mesh may also be formed for filtering without attaching a separate coffee filter.

[0084] The coffee receiving section (320) is configured to receive coffee discharged downward from the coffee powder receiving section (310).

[0085] Specifically, a coffee receiving portion (320) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a coffee receiving space (321) and a receiving portion housing (322).

[0086] The coffee receiving space (321) is a space where coffee discharged downward from the coffee powder receiving section (310) is stored.

[0087] The receiving housing (322) is a housing that forms the outer shape of the coffee receiving space (321) so that the coffee received inside the coffee receiving space (321) can be received up to a third height.

[0088] Additionally, the coffee receiving portion (320) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a discharge valve (323).

[0089] The discharge valve (323) is provided at the bottom of the receiving housing (322) and is configured to allow coffee stored in the coffee receiving space (321) to be discharged downward or to block discharge.

[0090] For example, the discharge valve (323) may be made of stainless steel, heat-resistant plastic, or aluminum alloy, but is not limited thereto.

[0091] According to the present disclosure, by selectively discharging the extracted coffee through the discharge valve (323), it is possible to support the user in manually discharging the remaining coffee after extraction.

[0092] Additionally, the coffee receiving portion (320) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a receiving portion discharge pipe (324).

[0093] The receiving portion discharge pipe (324) is formed to protrude outward from the lower part of the receiving portion housing (322) and is configured to communicate the coffee discharged from the coffee receiving space (321) with the coffee discharge portion (330).

[0094] For example, the receiving discharge pipe (324) may be made of materials such as stainless steel, polypropylene (PP), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC), but is not limited thereto.

[0095] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, a coffee extraction device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a coffee discharge unit (330).

[0096] The coffee discharge section (330) is configured to allow coffee flowing in from the coffee receiving section (320) to be discharged to the outside along the coffee discharge pipe (331) based on the siphon principle. In other words, the coffee discharge section (330) may include a coffee discharge pipe (331).

[0097] Here, the coffee discharge pipe (331) is formed in an elongated shape and is configured to allow coffee to flow inside.

[0098] For example, the coffee discharge tube (331) may be formed of stainless steel, heat-resistant plastic, or ceramic material, but is not limited thereto.

[0099] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, a coffee receiving portion (320) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may be provided so that coffee received inside can be received up to a third height. And, a coffee dispensing portion (330) may be formed such that the highest height of the coffee moving along the coffee dispensing pipe (331) is lower than the third height.

[0100] According to the present disclosure, the third height is higher than the fourth height, and coffee can be received inside the coffee receiving section (320). During the process of receiving the extracted coffee, at the moment the level of the coffee exceeds the fourth height (i.e., the highest height among the inner paths of the coffee discharge pipe (331)), the coffee inside the coffee receiving section (320) can be discharged all at once along the coffee discharge pipe (331). That is, according to the present disclosure, based on the siphon principle, coffee can be automatically discharged when the coffee is extracted to a certain level or higher (i.e., when the coffee is extracted to a level exceeding the fourth height) even without separate valve operation.

[0101] Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 7, a coffee extraction device (10) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a siphon module (340).

[0102] A siphon module (340) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is configured to be spaced upward from a coffee powder receiving portion (310) by a predetermined distance and to supply heated water to the coffee powder receiving portion (310) based on the siphon principle.

[0103] Specifically, a siphon module (340) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include a siphon receiving space (341), an outer siphon housing (342), an inner siphon housing (343), and a siphon discharge pipe (344).

[0104] The siphon receiving space (341) is a space where heated water is introduced and stored.

[0105] The outer siphon housing (342) forms the outer shape of the siphon receiving space (341) and is a housing positioned spaced apart from the inner siphon housing (343).

[0106] The inner siphon housing (343) is positioned on the inner side of the outer siphon housing (342), has its top closed, is formed at the bottom at a predetermined distance from the lower surface of the outer siphon housing (342) in at least one area, and is a housing that is spaced at a predetermined distance from the outer siphon housing (342) on the side.

[0107] The siphon discharge pipe (344) is connected to the outer siphon housing (342) at the bottom, is formed open at the top at a predetermined distance from the top of the inner siphon housing (343), and is formed at the side at a predetermined distance from the inner siphon housing (343), and is a pipe through which heated water is discharged downward.

[0108] For example, heated water can be introduced and stored in the siphon receiving space (341). Here, the water level of the heated water can rise and rise into the space between the inner siphon housing (343) and the siphon discharge pipe. Then, as a result of the rising water level, the moment the water level of the heated water exceeds the height of the top of the siphon discharge pipe (344), the heated water inside the siphon receiving space (341) can flow downward along the inside of the siphon discharge pipe (344) all at once (this flow is formed by the siphon principle).

[0109] In summary, according to the present disclosure, since the siphon principle can be applied in each of the processes in which water heated from the water heating unit (200) is discharged to the coffee powder receiving unit (310), in which water is discharged discontinuously and all at once from the siphon module (340), and in which coffee is discharged from the coffee receiving unit (320) along the coffee discharge unit (330), coffee extraction can be made possible without separate valve control.

[0110] Although preferred embodiments of the present disclosure have been illustrated and described above, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific embodiments described above. It is understood that various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the essence of the present disclosure as claimed in the claims, and such modifications should not be understood individually from the technical spirit or perspective of the present disclosure.
