Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a deck fixing clip, and more specifically, to a deck fixing clip that can improve constructability by preventing detachment through the formation of a temporary coupling part that elastically protrudes upward on a wing plate inserted into a coupling groove formed on both sides of the deck when constructing a deck, and can also improve durability by selectively connecting two "deck fixing clips" easily to double the bonding strength with the deck. Background Technology

[0003] Recently, wooden decks are widely used for hiking trails in the mountains, walking paths along lakes or rivers, pedestrian bridges, and footbridges.

[0004] These decks typically consist of continuous wooden decking panels fastened to steel joists using nails or screws; they are widely used because they are not only environmentally friendly but also absorb shock, enhancing walking comfort for pedestrians.

[0005] However, in the case of decks, a large number of wooden deck boards are fixed to steel joists using nails, screws, etc., which requires significant effort and time for the fixing process. Furthermore, the wooden deck boards may crack during the fixing process, and it is not easy to replace damaged boards in the middle during use. Additionally, protruding fixed nails pose a threat to pedestrian safety, and there are problems such as nails coming loose due to deformation caused by the expansion and contraction of the wood over time.

[0006] Conventional technologies have been disclosed to solve these problems.

[0007] As an example of such prior art, Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-2014-0001877, "Clip for Composite Wood Deck," is disclosed.

[0008] Conventional "clips for composite wood decks" consist of a partition plate that maintains the spacing between decks and a flat plate that connects to the joining grooves of the decks.

[0009] However, these conventional clips for composite wood decks had a problem where the flat part detached from the joint groove of the deck during construction, resulting in very poor workability.

[0010] In addition, "the clips for composite wood decks had a problem where a gap developed between the deck's joint groove and the flat plate over time after installation."

[0011] This play caused a noise, and there was also a problem where the connecting groove and the flat plate continuously collided due to the play, leading to damage to the flat plate.

[0012] In addition, if the flat section was damaged, there was a risk that the deck might lift or separate. Prior art literature

[0048] Hereinafter, the deck fixing clip according to the present invention will be described in detail together with the attached drawings.

[0050] [First Example]

[0051] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a deck fixing clip according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view along lines AA and BB of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a deck fixing clip temporarily connected to a deck, FIG. 5 is a perspective view and a front view showing a state in which two deck fixing clips are connected to each other, FIG. 6 is a usage state view showing the appearance of the deck fixing clip installed on a deck in a state in which two deck fixing clips are connected to each other, FIG. 7 is an installation state view of a deck fixing clip according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing the appearance of the deck fixing clip of FIG. 7 installed.

[0052] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 8, the present invention relates to a deck fixing clip (100) that can improve constructability by preventing detachment through the formation of a temporary coupling portion that elastically protrudes upward on a wing plate inserted into a coupling groove formed on both sides of the deck when constructing a deck, and can also improve durability by optionally easily connecting two "deck fixing clips" to double the bonding strength with the deck.

[0053] The deck fixing clip (100) of the first embodiment is composed of three main parts, which consist of a vertical spacing part (10), a horizontal coupling part (20), and a temporary coupling part (30).

[0054] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 8, the above vertical spacing member (10) is fixed to a square tube frame (400) installed at regular intervals on the floor and functions to maintain the spacing between the decks (200) and the decks (200).

[0055] As shown in FIG. 4, the horizontal coupling part (20) is structured such that a coupling groove (210) formed on the side of the deck (200) is inserted through a wing plate (21) that extends horizontally above the vertical spacing part (10).

[0056] Through this, a structure can be provided in which two decks (200) can be aligned with each other with a vertical spacing section (10) in between.

[0057] In addition, a fastening hole (11) for fixing the vertical spacing part (10) to the square tube frame (400) may be further formed in the center of the upper surface of the horizontal coupling part (20).

[0058] The above-mentioned temporary coupling part (30) has the primary function of preventing the wing plate (21) from detaching from the coupling groove (210) of the deck (200).

[0059] In addition, the above-mentioned joint part (30) is partially cut to protrude elastically at two locations on the surface of the wing plate (21) so as to maintain the shape of each wing plate (21), as shown in Fig. 3 (b).

[0060] Since the above-mentioned joint portion (30) is formed on the surface of each wing plate, it can also serve an additional function of preventing brittleness caused by external force applied to each wing plate (21).

[0061] Here, the above-mentioned temporary coupling part (30) is composed of an elastic neck part (31) that is partially cut in a cantilever shape on the surface of the wing plate (21) as shown in (b) of FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3, and a pressure head (32) formed at the end of the elastic neck part (31) to temporarily coupling by pressing upward the inner ceiling of the coupling groove (210) of the deck (200).

[0062] And the above-mentioned pressure head (32) has a pressure surface (322) that pressurizes and adheres to the coupling groove (210) of the deck (200), and a tapered guide surface (321) to facilitate entry into the coupling groove (210) of the deck (200).

[0063] Here, when the wing plate (21) is inserted into the coupling groove (210) of the deck (200), as shown in FIG. 4, the pressure head (32) protruding from the surface of the wing plate (21) can be easily inserted into the coupling groove (210) of the deck (200) through the tapered guide surface (321), and the pressure head (32) inserted into the coupling groove (210) can press the inner ceiling of the coupling groove (210) by the elastic force of the elastic neck portion (31).

[0064] Accordingly, since the wing plate (21) is prevented from detaching from the coupling groove (210) of the deck (200) by the pressure head (32), the wing plate (21) can ultimately be maintained in a partially coupled state in the coupling groove (210) of the deck (200).

[0065] Meanwhile, as in another embodiment as shown in (c) of FIG. 3, a sawtooth-shaped wedge (322a) may be further formed on the surface of the pressure surface (322) to enhance the temporary coupling function.

[0066] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the vertical spacing portion (10) may further include a first head block (13) and a second head block (14) that protrude upward and partially encroach upon the horizontal coupling portion (20) so as to reinforce the wing plate (21) of the horizontal coupling portion (20).

[0067] At this time, the first head block (13) formed at one end of the vertical spacing section (10) is horizontally extended in the longitudinal direction of the vertical spacing section (10), and a downwardly extended connecting section (131) may be further formed on the bottom surface of the horizontally extended portion of the first head block (13).

[0068] And the other end of the vertical spacing portion (10) further includes a connecting groove (12) that extends in the longitudinal direction so that it can be connected by mutual fitting with the connecting portion (131) of the adjacent "deck fixing clip (100)".

[0069] The configuration of the connecting part (131) and the connecting groove (12) is such that, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, two optionally “deck fixing clips (100)” are connected to each other in a row during construction, thereby increasing the alignment effect between the decks (200) and the bonding strength with the decks (200), and thus improving assembly and durability.

[0070] In addition, a structure can be provided in which a hemispherical gap prevention plate (211) protruding upward is further formed at four corners of the upper surface of each wing plate (21) to eliminate the gap between the wing plate (21) and the coupling groove (210).

[0072] [2nd Example]

[0073] FIG. 9 is a perspective view of a deck fixing clip according to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 10 is a conceptual diagram showing the effect of a first raised line of a deck fixing clip according to a second embodiment of the present invention,

[0074] Before describing the second embodiment, when a certain period of time has elapsed with the "deck fixing clip (100)" installed, a gap occurs between the wing plate (21) and the coupling groove (210).

[0075] This gap causes a gap sound, and there is also a problem that the wing plate (21) is damaged because the connecting groove (210) and the wing plate (21) collide continuously due to the gap.

[0076] For example, if the wing plate (21) of the “deck fixing clip (100)” is damaged, there is a risk that the deck (200) may lift or separate.

[0077] Taking these problems into account, the second embodiment includes the first embodiment, provided that the horizontal coupling part (20) may be configured such that a pair of first protrusion lines (40a) are formed on one side and the other side with the fastening hole (11) in between to induce the wing plate (21) to be raised upward by the pressure of the coupling piece (300) that is fastened to the fastening hole (11).

[0078] In this structure, when the wing plate (21) is joined to the joining groove (210) of the deck (200) and the joining piece (300) is fastened to the fastening hole (11), the wing plate (21) is simultaneously raised upward along the first raised line (40a) along with the vertical spacing part (10) by local fastening force.

[0079] In particular, when the wing plate (21) is raised upward, elastic force is imparted to the wing plate (21), thereby allowing it to adhere more tightly to the ceiling of the coupling groove (210) of the deck (200), so that the gap and noise between the wing plate (21) and the coupling groove (210) can be eliminated over time.

[0081] [3rd Example]

[0082] FIG. 11 is a perspective view of a deck fixing clip according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 12 is a conceptual diagram showing the effect of a third raised line of a deck fixing clip according to a third embodiment of the present invention.

[0083] The third embodiment includes the first embodiment, except that the horizontal coupling part (20) has a structure in which a pair of second protrusion lines (40b) are formed on each side with the coupling hole (11) in between to induce only each wing plate (21) to be protruded upward by the pressure of the coupling piece (300) that is fastened to the coupling hole (11).

[0084] This second raised line (40b) is formed at the boundary line between the horizontal joint part (20) and the wing plate (21), and when the joint piece (300) is fastened to the fastening hole (11), it functions so that only the wing plate (21) can be raised upward along the second raised line (40b) by local fastening force.

[0085] The above second raised line (40b) has the same function as the first raised line (40a) of the second embodiment, so a description thereof will be omitted.

[0087] As described above, according to the second and third embodiments of the deck fixing clip (100) according to the present invention, the first and second raised lines (40a, 40b) are formed in the shape of "line grooves," but a structure in which the thickness of the first and second raised line portions is reduced is also possible.

[0089] The embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all of the technical ideas of the present invention; therefore, it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications that can replace them may exist at the time of filing this application.
