Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a seat handle comprising a portable terminal holder having a terminal battery charging function on the rear surface of a public transportation seat. When the portable terminal is not mounted, it functions as a seat handle that a passenger holds with their hand. When the passenger wishes to mount and fix the portable terminal on the seat handle, the portable terminal is mounted on the portable terminal holder provided on the seat handle and has a structure that allows the portable terminal to be mounted and fixed by rotating it up and down and horizontally and vertically. Furthermore, the seat handle including the portable terminal holder is configured to have a wired and wireless charging function, thereby allowing a passenger in a means of transportation to mount and fix a mobile phone terminal on the seat handle while simultaneously charging the portable terminal battery. Background Technology

[0002] Generally, when passengers travel long distances using public transportation, they often hold a portable device with one hand to listen to music or watch videos after taking their seat. In such cases, the rear of the front seat is equipped with passenger convenience features, such as a portable device charging device and a seat handle, in addition to the standard cup holder. Among these features, the seat handle serves not only to protect the passenger's body by allowing them to grip it safely in the event of impact caused by vehicle shaking, but also serves as a mounting area for the portable device.

[0003] In order to equip portable terminal charging devices on the back of seats in existing public transportation, there is a disadvantage in that additional space must be secured on the back of the seat for installation, and in the case of wired charging methods, there is a disadvantage in that not only is separate installation space required, but passengers must also carry a separate wired charging cable at all times.

[0004] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2018-0025601 describes a structure of a seat handle including a charging terminal provided on the seat back of a bus. However, regarding the present prior art invention, when wired charging is performed using a module part included on the seat handle, the passenger experiences inconvenience when inserting the wired charging cable due to the position of the cover part, or there is a limitation on the size of the charging terminal due to the maximum gap between the module part and the cover part. Additionally, since the cover part has an elastic force that attempts to return to the module part after being separated for the insertion of the charging cable terminal, the passenger may experience inconvenience if the charging terminal or the charging cable is not properly inserted. Furthermore, even if wired charging is performed on the seat handle through the invention, there is no function to mount a portable terminal on the seat back, so there is a disadvantage that the passenger must carry an additional member for mounting and securing the portable terminal when necessary.

[0005] Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-0469531 relates to a seat handle having a mounting block for a portable terminal, which provides the convenience of mounting a portable terminal using a mounting block protruding from the inner surface of the seat handle body. However, it has disadvantages such as the inability to adjust the screen angle of the mobile phone to match the passenger's line of sight when the passenger in the front seat adjusts the angle of the front seat according to their convenience, and a structure that is not secure against sudden acceleration or braking of the transport vehicle or impacts from uneven surfaces and speed bumps, which may cause the portable terminal to fall and be damaged. Furthermore, it does not include a structure on the seat handle that has a function to charge the portable terminal, resulting in the disadvantage of having to carry a separate charging device when necessary. The problem to be solved

[0006] The present invention was devised to improve upon the shortcomings of the aforementioned conventional invention of a portable terminal holder utilizing a seat handle and the invention of a portable terminal battery charging device previously provided on a passenger seat. By configuring the seat handle mounted on the rear of the front seat of a public transportation vehicle into a separate section comprising: a portable terminal wireless charging holder having the function of wirelessly charging while securing a portable terminal; and a seat handle fixing section having a portable terminal wired charging unit having a wired charging function while being connected to the rear of the seat on one side and connected to the portable terminal wireless charging holder on the other side, the invention enables a passenger to secure a portable terminal on the seat handle while simultaneously charging the battery of the portable terminal via wired or wireless means, and has a structure that allows the portable terminal secured on the seat handle to be rotated and fixed up and down, as well as clockwise and counterclockwise. Consequently, when using public transportation, passengers can utilize a portable terminal holder equipped with a portable terminal battery charging function on the seat handle without having to carry a separate portable terminal holder or battery charging device, thereby providing not only improved convenience to public transportation passengers but also addressing the existing invention of securing and using a portable terminal on a seat handle and the passenger in public transportation The purpose of this invention is to improve the inconvenience that may arise from the invention of a wired and wireless charging device for a portable terminal. means of solving the problem

[0007] A seat handle including a portable terminal holder having a terminal charging function to solve the above problem is configured separately into: a portable terminal wireless charging holder capable of wirelessly charging the battery of a portable terminal at a position where a passenger grips the seat handle with their hand; and a seat handle fixing part having a structure that is connected to the rear of the seat on one side and connected to the portable terminal wireless charging holder on the other side, and capable of wired charging the portable terminal using a separate wired charging cable. The portable terminal wireless charging holder is provided on the portable terminal wireless charging part, which allows the portable terminal to be wirelessly charged when the portable terminal is fixed, and the seat handle fixing part is provided with a portable terminal wired charging part capable of charging the portable terminal using a wired charging cable.

[0008] In addition, the power required for the wireless charging unit on the wireless charging mount and the wired charging unit on the seat fixing part is provided by a structure and components that allow power to be connected to the wired charging unit and the wireless charging unit provided within the seat handle by inserting a power line connected to an external power source into one side of the seat handle fixing part. At this time, the part where the wireless charging mount and the seat handle fixing part are mutually coupled is configured to include a structure that allows the angle of the wireless charging mount to be adjusted by rotating it upward or downward relative to the seat handle fixing part, and a fixing member that enables the wireless charging mount to be fixed at a position rotated upward or downward relative to the rotation center axis.

[0009] At this time, a rotation angle limiting member can be provided at a position that fixes the rotation of the portable terminal wireless charging cradle to prevent the power supply line for power supplying the portable terminal wireless charging cradle from becoming twisted or severed due to excessive rotation to one side when rotating upward or downward.

[0010] In addition, the portable terminal wireless charging mount is configured by separating it into a seat handle gripping body and a portable terminal mounting body. At the part where the seat handle gripping body and the portable terminal mounting body are joined, a terminal horizontal / vertical rotation plate and a terminal horizontal / vertical fixing member are provided, which allow the portable terminal fixed to the portable terminal mounting body to be rotated horizontally or vertically according to the passenger's convenience based on the seat handle gripping body. Furthermore, the configuration includes a rotation angle limiting member to prevent the power supply cable for supplying power to the portable terminal wireless charging mount from becoming twisted or severed by excessive rotation to one side when the portable terminal mounting body is adjusted clockwise or counterclockwise around the terminal horizontal / vertical rotation center axis, and a fixing member to allow fixation after rotation. Effects of the invention

[0011] The seat handle according to the present invention, configured as described above and including a function for charging a portable terminal using wired or wireless connections and changing the fixed angle of the portable terminal, is mounted on the rear of a seat of a public transportation vehicle. When the portable terminal is not mounted, it can function as a seat handle that the passenger holds by hand for safety reasons. Furthermore, when the passenger wishes to mount and fix the portable terminal on the seat handle, the portable terminal can be mounted and fixed using the portable terminal mounting part of the seat handle, and the portable terminal battery can be charged at the same time, thereby providing convenience and improving the inconvenience of having to hold the portable terminal during long-term travel. Additionally, when the passenger wishes to use the portable terminal for portal searches, watching videos, listening to music, or playing games, the portable terminal can be fixed and mounted according to the angle of the front seat, and the battery can be charged while rotating and switching between horizontal and vertical modes according to the screen mode and the angle of the portable terminal to the position the passenger desires. This allows the portable terminal to be used for a longer period without worrying about battery depletion during long-term travel and can reduce the fatigue of the passenger caused by holding the portable terminal for a long time.

[0012] In addition, while conventionally a separate installation space was required on the rear of the front seat to accommodate a portable terminal charger and a portable terminal holder while the seat handle was provided, the present invention integrates a portable terminal holder and a portable terminal charger that can rotate up and down and horizontally and vertically within the seat handle and implements them on the seat handle, thereby reducing the space consumption required for installing auxiliary devices behind the seat. [0019] delete

[0020] Referring to FIG. 1, the present invention is configured such that the structure of a portable terminal holder charging seat handle (10) provided on the rear part (800) of a public transportation seat is largely divided into two parts: a portable terminal wireless charging holder (100) and a seat handle fixing part (200). When the portable terminal (700) is not being held in the portable terminal wireless charging holder (100), the terminal holder fixing pad (122) is folded onto the portable terminal holder body (120), thereby allowing the passenger to hold the seat handle in their hand for safety reasons when necessary or in an emergency, which is the original function of the seat handle.

[0021] On the other hand, when a portable terminal (700) is to be mounted and used on a seat handle (10) for mounting and charging a portable terminal, a portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) including a portable terminal holder capable of wireless charging is provided at the position of the seat handle held by the passenger's hand. On the two edge areas of the portable terminal wireless charging mount (100), a seat handle fixing part (200) is provided, which is connected to the seat rear part (800) on one side and can be combined with the portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) on the other side. Thus, the portable terminal (700) is mounted using the portable terminal wireless charging mount (100), and while the seat handle fixing part (200) is fixed on the seat rear part (800), the portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) holding the portable terminal (700) can be rotated up and down according to the passenger's viewing angle. Then, a portable terminal wireless charging power cable (105) connected to an external power source is inserted into one side of the seat handle fixing part (200) and the portable terminal wireless charging It can be configured to penetrate into the mounting part (100) and connect to the portable terminal wireless charging part (131) provided on the portable terminal mounting body (120) so that the portable terminal (700) can be wirelessly charged while the portable terminal is mounted and fixed on the seat handle. In addition, if the passenger wants to charge the battery of the portable terminal (700) using a wired charging cable when the passenger cannot wirelessly charge the portable terminal (700) while it is mounted on the seat handle (10), or if the passenger wants to charge both wired and wirelessly at the same time, the portable terminal (700) can be charged via a wire using the portable terminal wired charging part (202) provided on the seat handle fixing part (200). At this time, the portable terminal wired charging part (202) may be provided in a USB form as in FIG. 1, may be provided in a C-Type port form that supports high-speed charging, or may be provided in both forms. In addition, any type of charging terminal can be provided in the portable terminal wired charging section (202) capable of charging the portable terminal (700) via a wire, and is not limited to a specific form. Furthermore, if the portable terminal (700) is fixed on the portable terminal mounting body (120) and wireless charging is possible through the portable terminal wireless charging section (131), the portable terminal wired charging section (202) on the seat handle fixing section (200) can be used for charging batteries of other portable terminals or other products in addition to the portable terminal fixed on the seat handle. Thus, the use of wired and wireless charging is not limited to charging a single portable terminal, and can be provided to charge one or more portable terminals as needed. Additionally, a portable terminal charging status light (203) may be provided to indicate the charging status through the portable terminal wired charging section (202) or the portable terminal wireless charging section (131). The portable terminal charging status light (203) may display different colors depending on whether it is charging, when charging is complete, or in a charging standby state. As an example of one embodiment of the portable terminal charging status light (203), it may be displayed in green during the charging standby stage, red during charging, and blue when charging is complete, and the color of the portable terminal charging status light (203) or the conditions for each state are not limited to one.

[0023] FIG. 2 is a side perspective view showing both sides of a terminal mounting fixing pad (122), which was folded on a portable terminal mounting body (120) having a wireless charging function, unfolded using a fixing pad opening / closing member (124) to hold a portable terminal (700) and wirelessly charge it.

[0024] Referring to FIG. 2, when the portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) is to be used for mounting a portable terminal (700), the terminal mounting fixing pad (122) can be unfolded vertically from the portable terminal mounting body (120) using the fixing pad opening / closing member (124) to prepare for mounting the portable terminal (700). At this time, when the terminal mounting fixing pad (122) is unfolded from a folded state, the protruding fixing pad gripping assist device (127) can be additionally used to unfold it more conveniently than for a passenger, and a terminal anti-slip plate (123) can be provided so that the portable terminal (700) can be stably gripped between the terminal mounting fixing pads (122) on both sides when mounting.

[0025] FIG. 3 is a side perspective view showing the state in which a fixed pad moving shaft (125) including an elastic body (126) connected to a terminal mounting moving base (121) extends outward from the portable terminal mounting body (120) when the terminal mounting fixing pad (122) provided on the portable terminal mounting body (120) is unfolded using a fixing pad opening / closing member (124) to hold a portable terminal (700) on the portable terminal mounting body (120) and the terminal mounting fixing pad (122) is pulled in both outward directions so that the portable terminal (700) can be sufficiently inserted between the two terminal mounting fixing pads (122).

[0026] As shown in FIG. 3, the terminal mounting fixing pad (122) can be expanded outward by means of an elastic body (126) on the fixing pad moving shaft (125), and then returned to its original state by means of elastic force, thereby allowing a portable terminal (700) positioned between the terminal mounting fixing pads (122) to be grasped on the seat handle. Additionally, to prevent the elastic body (126) that has been stretched by elasticity from being damaged by excessive force from the passenger, the terminal mounting fixing pad (122) may be provided with a terminal mounting fixing pad catch plate (111) structure on the seat handle gripping body (110) so that the terminal mounting fixing pad (122) can be maximally extended only to a sufficient distance to grasp the portable terminal (700). At this time, the shape of the terminal mounting fixing pad catch plate (111) may be provided with a structure having an arc-shaped curve so as not to interfere when the portable terminal mounting body (120) rotates clockwise or counterclockwise.

[0027] Referring to the enlarged drawing of the components connected to the terminal mounting movable base (121) in FIG. 3, the terminal mounting movable base (121) is coupled to a fixed pad moving shaft (125) on one side and to a terminal mounting fixed pad (122) on the other side, and the terminal mounting fixed pad (122) includes a fixed pad opening / closing member (124) and a fixed pad connecting member (128) so that it can be folded or unfolded on the portable terminal mounting body (120).

[0028] To mount a portable terminal (700), the terminal mounting movable base (121) may have a structure that allows the combined fixed pad moving shaft (125) to expand in one direction and then contract back to its original position by the elastic force of an elastic body (126) provided on the fixed pad moving shaft (125). Regarding the direction in which the terminal mounting fixed pad (122) expands, the structure may be configured so that both terminal mounting fixed pads (122) can expand or contract, or one terminal mounting fixed pad (122) may be fixed on the terminal mounting movable base (121) and only the terminal mounting fixed pad (122) on the other side can expand or contract, so it is not limited to any one of these structures.

[0029] Furthermore, regarding the method of extending the terminal mounting fixing pad (122) for gripping the portable terminal (700), the structure described above is merely one example. In addition to the manual operation structure using the fixing pad moving shaft (125) and the elastic body (126), the structure may also be designed so that the terminal mounting fixing pad (122) can be automatically extended or retracted by a sensor capable of recognizing the mounting of the portable terminal (700) on the portable terminal mounting body (120). Alternatively, a button capable of extending and retracting the terminal mounting fixing pad (122) may be provided on the seat handle so that the passenger can use it when they wish to mount and fix the terminal. Furthermore, the structure for gripping and fixing the portable terminal (700) is not limited to just one type.

[0030] FIG. 4 is a side separation perspective view showing a structure in which the portable terminal wireless charging holder (100) is separated into a seat handle gripping body (110) and a portable terminal holder body (120) to further explain the structure of the part where the portable terminal wireless charging holder (100) and the seat handle fixing part (200) are connected, and the seat handle fixing part (200) located at both edges of the portable terminal wireless charging holder (100) is also separated from the portable terminal wireless charging holder (100). FIG. 4 is a separation side perspective view of FIG. 4 viewed from the rear, showing that in the part where the portable terminal wireless charging holder (100) and the seat handle fixing part (200) are mutually connected, the portable terminal holder rotating plate (301) and the portable terminal holder rotation center axis (302) and the portable terminal are configured to allow the portable terminal wireless charging holder (100) to be rotated up and down based on the seat handle fixing part (200) fixed to the rear part (800) of the seat. The portable terminal wireless charging mount rotation part (300) includes a mounting part rotation center axis insertion hole (303), a portable terminal mounting part rotation fixing member (401) that allows the portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) to be rotated up and down and then fixed, and a portable terminal mounting part rotation fixing member (402). The configuration of the part where the portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) and the seat handle fixing part (200) are interconnected includes a portable terminal mounting part rotation plate (301) that includes the portable terminal mounting part rotation fixing member (401) and a portable terminal mounting part rotation fixing uneven member (402), so that the portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) has a structure that allows it to rotate up and down and be fixed based on the portable terminal mounting part rotation center axis (302) of the seat handle fixing part (200), thereby enabling the portable terminal to be rotated to the angle desired by the passenger and then fixed after movement.

[0031] delete

[0032] At this time, the structure of the portable terminal mounting plate (301) including the portable terminal mounting part rotation fixing member (401) and the portable terminal mounting part rotation fixing uneven member (402) can have any structure capable of rotating and fixing the portable terminal wireless charging mounting part (100) with respect to the seat handle fixing part (200).

[0050] As shown in FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 6, when a portable terminal (700) is fixedly mounted on a portable terminal wireless charging mount (100), the portable terminal wireless charging unit (131) provided in the portable terminal mounting body (120) and the structure receiving wireless charging of the portable terminal (700) come into contact with each other, so that wireless charging can be performed simultaneously when the portable terminal (700) is fixedly mounted on a seat handle. FIG. 7 is a side perspective view showing the fixed state of the portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) of FIG. 6 by rotating the portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) upward with respect to the rotation center axis (302) of the portable terminal mount, and FIG. 7 is a side perspective view showing the fixed state of the portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) of FIG. 6 by rotating the portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) of FIG. 6 downward with respect to the rotation center axis (302) of the portable terminal mount. FIG. 7 and FIG. As seen in <Na>, a portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) and a seat handle fixing part (200) are connected, and a portable terminal mounting plate (301) having a portable terminal mounting mount rotation fixing member (401) and a portable terminal mounting mount rotation fixing uneven member (402) are provided so that the rear of the portable terminal (700) and the portable terminal wireless charging mount (131) on the portable terminal mounting body (120) are mounted and fixed so as to come into contact with each other, thereby performing a wireless charging function. [0054] Since the terminal horizontal and vertical rotation plate (501) must rotate clockwise or counterclockwise around the terminal horizontal and vertical rotation center axis (502) at an angle desired by the passenger, the shape of the outer wall (130) of the fixed pad of the portable terminal mounting body (120) may also have an arc-shaped structure, and the terminal mounting fixed pad catch plate (111) on the seat handle gripping body (110) may also have the same curved arc shape so that the portable terminal mounting body (120) can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, or the extension movement distance of the fixed pad moving shaft (125) may be limited so that the fixed pad outer wall (130) can be extended only to the level where it does not catch on the terminal mounting fixed pad catch plate (111) even when the terminal horizontal and vertical rotation plate (501) rotates. FIG. 9 is a usage state diagram showing a structure in which wireless charging is performed while actually mounting and fixing a portable terminal (700) in the structure of the portable terminal wireless charging mounting part (100) of FIG. 8. FIG. 10 is a side perspective view of the structure of the seat handle fixing part (200) including the seat handle gripping body rotation lock (204) viewed from the side, and FIG. 11 is a front view of the structure of the seat handle gripping body (110) including the portable terminal mounting body rotation lock (132) viewed from the front. As shown in FIG. 10, a portable terminal mounting plate (301) equipped with a portable terminal mounting part rotation fixing member (401) on a seat handle gripping body (110) can be rotated on a seat handle fixing part (200) and fixed at a desired angle, and a seat handle gripping body rotation locking member (204) is fixed to a part of a portable terminal mounting part rotation fixing member (402) so that when the seat handle gripping body (110) rotates clockwise or counterclockwise, the portable terminal wireless charging power cable (105) can be rotated by limiting the angle at which it can rotate in one direction to prevent excessive twisting or disconnection.Likewise, as seen in FIG. 11, a terminal horizontal and vertical rotation plate (501) equipped with a terminal horizontal and vertical rotation center axis fixing member (601) on a portable terminal mounting body (120) can be rotated on a seat handle gripping body (110) and fixed at a desired angle, and a portable terminal mounting body rotation catch (132) is provided on a part of a terminal horizontal and vertical rotation center axis fixing protrusion member (602) so that when the portable terminal mounting body (120) rotates clockwise or counterclockwise, the angle at which the portable terminal wireless charging power cable (105) can rotate in one direction is limited to prevent excessive twisting or disconnection. At this time, the position or shape of the seat handle gripping body rotation lock (204) and the portable terminal mounting body rotation lock (132) in FIGS. 10 and FIGS. 11 are not limited to one type, and the angle at which they can rotate is not limited to a specific angle, but can be freely changed within a range where the portable terminal wireless charging power line (105) is not damaged or severed.

[0060] FIG. 12 is a front view showing a state in which a portable terminal mounting part rotation fixing member (401) and a portable terminal mounting part rotation fixing uneven member (402) are joined together on a portable terminal mounting part rotation plate (301) at the part where the seat handle gripping body (110) and the seat handle fixing part (200) are joined together, FIG. 12 is a front view showing the position in which the portable terminal mounting part rotation fixing member (401) and the portable terminal mounting part rotation fixing uneven member (402) are joined together when the portable terminal mounting part rotation plate (301) in FIG. 12 is rotated at a 90-degree angle with respect to the portable terminal mounting part rotation center axis (302). When a passenger applies force to a portable terminal (700) fixed on a portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) to rotate it upward or downward, the portable terminal mounting plate (301) also rotates around the portable terminal rotation center axis (302). At this time, the elastic force of the plate spring used as the portable terminal mounting fixing member (401) provided on the portable terminal mounting plate (301) is used to repeatedly move the fixed and rotating parts on the portable terminal mounting fixing uneven member (402), and then the fixed part can be fixed at a specific angle. Eventually, the portable terminal (700) mounted on the terminal mounting fixing pad (122) can be mounted and fixed by rotating the terminal wireless charging mount (100) upward or downward as the angle of the front seat changes.

[0061] At this time, a rotating locking member (204) of the seat handle gripping body is provided on the rotating fixed uneven member (402) of the portable terminal mounting part, so that when the portable terminal wireless charging power cable (105) inserted into the charging power cable insertion port (304) of the portable terminal mounting part is continuously rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, it serves to limit the rotation radius to prevent damage or breakage caused by excessive twisting. In FIG. 12, the portable terminal mounting plate (301) is shown to be unable to rotate further by the seat handle gripping body rotation locking member (401) when attempting to rotate clockwise, and in FIG. 12, when attempting to rotate counterclockwise, the portable terminal mounting plate (301) located in FIG. 12 is configured to allow for vertical angle adjustment within 90 degrees according to the passenger's line of sight by preventing damage to the portable terminal wireless charging power line (105) by preventing the portable terminal mounting plate (301) on the portable terminal mounting plate (301) from rotating further by the seat handle gripping body rotation locking member (204) after rotating 90 degrees counterclockwise.

[0062] As shown in the embodiments of FIG. 12 and FIG. 12 above, generally, a leaf spring is used as the rotating fixing member (401) of the portable terminal mounting part and a leaf spring uneven fixing member (402) is used as the rotating fixing member (402) of the portable terminal mounting part, so that the leaf spring provided on the rotating plate (301) of the portable terminal mounting part rotates around the rotating center axis (302) of the portable terminal mounting part, then rotates and moves on the leaf spring uneven fixing member and is fixed by engaging at a desired rotation angle. However, it is clear that the shape and structure of the rotating plate (301) of the portable terminal mounting part, the rotating fixing member (402) of the portable terminal mounting part, and the rotating locking body (204) of the seat handle gripping body, which include the rotating fixing member (401) of the portable terminal mounting part that can fix the portable terminal wireless charging mounting part (100) after adjusting the angle up and down based on the seat handle fixing part (200), are not limited to one form.

[0063] FIG. 13 is a front view showing a state in which a terminal horizontal / vertical rotation center axis fixing member (601) and a terminal horizontal / vertical rotation center axis fixing uneven member (602) are connected to each other on a terminal horizontal / vertical rotation plate (501) at the part where the seat handle gripping body (110) and the portable terminal mounting body (120) are combined. FIG. 13 is a front view showing the position in which the terminal horizontal / vertical rotation center axis fixing member (601) and the terminal horizontal / vertical rotation center axis fixing uneven member (602) are connected to each other when the terminal horizontal / vertical rotation plate (501) in FIG. 13 is rotated at a 90-degree angle with respect to the terminal horizontal / vertical rotation center axis (502). In the same manner as the combined structure of the seat handle gripping body (110) and the seat handle fixing part (200) in FIG. 12 and FIG. 12, the portable terminal mounting body (120) is positioned clockwise with respect to the seat handle gripping body (110). It has a structure that can be fixed within a limited angle after rotating in a specific direction or counterclockwise.

[0064] To explain in more detail, when a passenger applies force to a portable terminal (700) mounted and fixed on a portable terminal mounting body (120) to rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise, the terminal horizontal and vertical rotation plate (501) also rotates around the terminal horizontal and vertical rotation center axis (502). At this time, by utilizing the elastic force of the leaf spring used as the terminal horizontal and vertical center axis fixing member (601) provided on the terminal horizontal and vertical rotation plate (501), the terminal horizontal and vertical center axis fixing uneven member (602) is repeatedly fixed and rotated during rotation, and can be fixed at a specific angle. Eventually, the portable terminal mounting body (120) connected to the terminal horizontal and vertical rotation plate (501) can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise to switch the portable terminal (700) mounted on the terminal mounting fixing pad (122) to horizontal or vertical and mount and fix it. At this time, a rotating locking member (132) for the portable terminal mounting body is provided on the horizontal and vertical center axis fixing member (602) of the terminal, so that the portable terminal wireless charging power cable (105) inserted into the horizontal and vertical center axis power cable insertion hole (603) of the portable terminal is able to limit the rotation radius to prevent it from being excessively twisted, damaged, or cut when the portable terminal mounting body (120) is continuously rotated in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. The terminal horizontal and vertical rotation plate (501) in FIG. 14 shows that when attempting to rotate clockwise, the terminal horizontal and vertical rotation axis fixing member (601) is prevented from rotating further by the portable terminal mounting body rotation catch (132). When attempting to rotate counterclockwise, as seen in FIG. 13, the terminal horizontal and vertical rotation plate (501) located in FIG. 13 is prevented from rotating further by the portable terminal mounting body rotation catch (132) after rotating 90 degrees counterclockwise, thereby preventing damage to the portable terminal wireless charging power line (105) and allowing the passenger to adjust the vertical angle of the portable terminal (700) within 90 degrees according to the vertical or horizontal angle. As shown in the embodiments of FIGS. 13 and FIGS. 13 above, it is generally preferable to use a leaf spring as the terminal horizontal / vertical rotation center axis fixing member (601) and to have a structure and material such that a leaf spring-shaped uneven fixing member (602) can be fixed as the terminal horizontal / vertical rotation center axis fixing member (602), so that the leaf spring provided on the terminal horizontal / vertical rotation plate (501) rotates around the terminal horizontal / vertical rotation center axis (502) and is secured by engaging at a desired rotation angle on the terminal horizontal / vertical rotation center axis fixing member (602). However, regarding the form and structure of the terminal horizontal / vertical rotation plate (501), the terminal horizontal / vertical rotation center axis uneven member (402), and the portable terminal mounting body rotation locking member (132), which include a portable terminal mounting part rotation fixing member (401) capable of rotating and fixing the portable terminal mounting body (120) clockwise or counterclockwise with respect to the seat handle gripping body (110), the configuration is not limited to a single configuration. Make it clear. As shown in FIG. 14, even when a portable terminal wired charging unit (202) is additionally provided on the seat handle fixing unit (200), when the portable terminal (700) is not mounted, the portable terminal mounting and charging seat handle (10) installed on the rear part of the seat (800) can function to be held by the passenger's hand for safety, and the portable terminal (700) can be charged using a wired charging cable held by the passenger. On the other hand, if the passenger wants to charge the portable terminal battery while mounting the portable terminal (700), the portable terminal (700) can be mounted and fixed on the portable terminal wireless charging mounting unit (100), and the portable terminal (700) can be rotated and switched to horizontal and vertical modes to be fixed and used. In addition, a wired charging cable carried by a passenger can be attached to the wired charging section (202) of the portable terminal to charge separate portable items capable of charging the battery, and the portable terminal (700) can be charged wirelessly using the portable terminal wireless charging section (131) provided on the portable terminal wireless charging section (100).

[0067] FIG. 15 is a diagram showing a usage state that illustrates an actual example in which a passenger rotates the portable terminal mounting plate (301) upward to fix the portable terminal mounting part (100), which includes a portable terminal wireless charging part (131) mounted on the rear part of the seat (800), and the seat handle fixing part (200) are connected, and simultaneously mounts and fixes the portable terminal (700) vertically on the portable terminal mounting body (110) on the portable terminal wireless charging part (100) and wirelessly charges it.

[0068] As shown in FIG. 15, the portable terminal mounting and charging seat handle (10) can be used when the passenger wants to hold the seat handle for safety and when the passenger wants to mount the portable terminal (700). As the angle of the seat in front of the passenger changes, the portable terminal wireless charging mount (100) of the present invention is rotated upward relative to the seat handle fixing part (200) and fixed, thereby allowing the vertical angle of the portable terminal (700) to be adjusted and fixed to the passenger's line of sight. Furthermore, while the portable terminal (700) is mounted and fixed on the portable terminal mount (100) including the portable terminal wireless charging part (131), wireless charging is also operated simultaneously, so the passenger can conveniently charge the battery of the portable terminal (700) while traveling on public transportation.
