Abstract
Description
Technology Field
[0001] The present invention relates to carbon planar heating clothing, and more specifically, to carbon planar heating clothing with an improved structure that provides excellent thermal insulation performance by utilizing a heating element including a carbon veil, carbon paper, or nano-carbon material, and enables user-customized body temperature control by allowing the user to conveniently control the heating temperature according to the season or environment. Background Technology
[0002] Generally, people engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and golf in the extreme cold of winter, as well as external security personnel like sanitation workers, traffic police, or soldiers, workers on ships, and delivery drivers, are required to maintain their body temperature to facilitate their activities or work; to this end, they wear winter clothing such as thermal suits.
[0003] These types of thermal clothing are heavy and bulky, which reduces mobility, and make it difficult to provide sufficient warmth to the user when spending long periods outdoors. Recently, heated vests have been introduced to address the problems associated with such clothing. Conventional heated vests feature a structure in which heating wires are arranged in a zigzag pattern between the outer and inner layers to generate heat.
[0004] The heating wires arranged in the heated vest according to the prior art described above are formed by winding metal wires to form a single wire and then forming an insulating coating over them, or by forming multiple strands of flexible alloy heating wires in a stranded state. These heating wires generate heat when supplied with power, thereby enabling the wearer to maintain their body temperature even in extremely low-temperature environments.
[0005] Heating vests according to conventional technology are designed to be worn as clothing and are frequently subjected to external forces such as folding and compression during the wearer's activities or handling, which causes them to be easily damaged and broken. Furthermore, it is difficult to provide continuous thermal insulation performance and maintain the wearer's body temperature for a long time, and it is difficult to guarantee the user's activity level while also having the problem of not being easy to maintain.
[0006] Prior art includes Published Patent Application No. 10-2018-0069149. The problem to be solved

[0020] FIG. 1 is a front view of a carbon planar heating garment according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a drawing showing a state in which a part of the garment body employed in an embodiment of the present invention is unfolded and a part of the first outer shell covered by the second outer shell is exposed, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 is a drawing showing the structure of a heating unit employed in an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line V-V of FIG. 2.
[0021] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, a carbon surface heating garment according to one embodiment of the present invention relates to a heating garment that provides thermal insulation performance and enables the maintenance of a user's body temperature, and comprises a garment body (1), a heating unit (2), a cable unit (3), and a controller (4).
[0022] The above garment body (1) is made of a fiber material and enables a user to wear it. As clearly illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 5, it is equipped with a first outer shell (11), a second outer shell (12), and an inner shell (13) that forms a pocket space between the first outer shell (11) and the second outer shell (12). Here, the garment body (1) means that it includes a front wearing part that covers the front of the user's torso and a rear wearing part that covers the rear. The first outer shell (11), the second outer shell (12), and the inner shell (13) are elements that constitute the front wearing part or the rear wearing part, respectively, and may be, for example, a vest worn on the user's upper body.
[0023] The heating unit (2) comprises a planar heating element (20) made of carbon-containing paper or fiber and is accommodated in a pocket space provided between the first outer shell (11) and the second outer shell (12).
[0024] The heating part of the above-mentioned planar heating element (20) is formed in the form of a carbon veil or a paper containing nano carbon and carbon material, or in the form of a fiber containing nano carbon material, and heats up by receiving a relatively low voltage power (hereinafter referred to as 'power source (5)') through a power cable connected to an electrode.
[0025] The heating element of the above-described planar heating element (20) is composed of conductive carbon black, a dispersant, a binder (resin), and nano carbon (CNT / graphene) in a predetermined mixing ratio, and is formed in the form of paper or fiber, thereby possessing heating properties, heat retention, and lightweight properties. The heating element may have its heating degree adjusted according to control by the above-described controller (4) (configured including the above-described switch button). Here, the above-described controller (4) may adjust the heating degree based on a switching signal resulting from the operation of the switch button (43) by the user, and may adjust the heating degree based on input signals regarding the heating temperature, smoke generation time, etc., input by the user.
[0026] As clearly illustrated in FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 4(a), one side of the cable unit (3) is electrically connected to the heating unit (2), and the other side is provided in a position that can be exposed to the outside of the clothing body (1) and is electrically connected to an external power source (5).
[0027] The above controller (4), as well illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, is provided on the path of the cable unit (3) and comprises a switch button (43) for selectively applying power supplied from the power source (5) to the planar heating element (20).
[0028] A carbon surface heating garment according to one embodiment of the present invention having such a configuration has the advantage that a heating unit (2) equipped with a surface heating element (20) is organically combined with a garment body (1) having a pocket space and a controller (4) for controlling the temperature of the heating unit (2), thereby providing a customized heating function suitable for the season or environment with only the garment worn by the user without carrying a separate heating means, and the user can control their body temperature in an easy and convenient way by employing a controller (4) that uses a switch button (43) pressing method.
[0029] This embodiment comprises a storage pouch (14) in which a power source (5), such as a portable battery, is stored.
[0030] As clearly illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the storage pocket (14) is provided on the outer surface of the first outer shell (11) to form a receiving space in which the power source (5) is received, and the cable unit (3) is exposed to the outside through the receiving space. Here, the outer surface refers to one of the two sides of the first outer shell (11) that is exposed to the user side, and the part corresponding to the other side of the two sides that forms a pocket space together with the inner shell (13) is called the inner surface.
[0031] The present embodiment having such a configuration is configured such that a storage pocket (14) for accommodating a power source (5), such as a portable battery, is provided in the clothing body (1), thereby allowing the user to control the temperature of the clothing body (1) more conveniently.
[0032] The cable unit (3) employed in this embodiment is formed by including a first cable (31) that is provided between the heating unit (2) and the controller (4) to electrically connect both elements, as well illustrated in FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 4(a), and a second cable (32) that is provided between the controller (4) and the power source (5) to electrically connect both elements.
[0033] That is, one end of the first cable (31) is electrically connected to the heating unit (2) and the other end is connected to the controller (4), and one end of the second cable (32) is connected to the controller (4) and the other end is electrically connected to the power source (5).
[0034] In contrast to connecting the heating unit (2) and the power source (5) with a single cable, the present embodiment having such a configuration has the advantage of improving convenience of use and cleaning by arranging a first cable (31) between the heating unit (2) and the controller (4) and a second cable (32) between the controller (4) and the power source (5), so that only the power source (5) can be separated from the second cable (32) and used while leaving the controller (4) as is.
[0035] The above controller (4) comprises a base block (41) and an operating block (42), as clearly illustrated in FIG. 3. The base block (41) is coupled to the outer surface of the first outer shell (11) and has a circuit board on which a circuit component interacting with the switch button (43) is mounted and to which a cable unit (3) is connected.
[0036] The above-mentioned operating block (42) is connected in contact with the switch button (43) so that an external force of the user is applied to the switch button (43), and is coupled to the base block (41) in a manner that surrounds the circuit board, thereby closing the circuit board from the outside together with the base block (41).
[0037] Ultimately, this embodiment has the advantage of allowing the user's body temperature to be smoothly controlled by easily touching the control block (42) with a finger while the controller (4) is fixed to the clothing body (1).
[0038] Meanwhile, the heating unit employed in the present embodiment includes a cover body (200) that surrounds the surface heating element (20), and the cover body (200) comprises a base part (210) and a cover part (220).
[0039] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the above cover body (200) comprises a base part (210) and a cover part (220), and allows a planar heating element (20) to be placed between the base part (210) and the cover part (220). The base part (210) of the above cover body (200) is formed in the shape of a plate and is placed on the lower side of the planar heating element (20) to cover the lower surface of the planar heating element (20), and a border part that does not correspond to the planar heating element (20) is connected to the border part of the cover part (220).
[0040] The base portion (210) of the above-mentioned cover body (200) may be made of various synthetic resins or various hard materials, and may be made to include titanium material to emit negative ions to the outside. In order to include titanium material in the above-mentioned base portion (210), various previously disclosed methods may be utilized.
[0041] The cover portion (220) of the above cover body (200) is positioned opposite the base portion (210) with the above planar heating element (20) in between, and covers the upper surface of the above planar heating element (20). The remaining portion of the cover portion (220), excluding the portion corresponding to the upper surface of the above planar heating element (20), is connected to the edge portion of the base portion (210), thereby blocking the external exposure of the above planar heating element and allowing the above planar heating element (20) to be fixed in position between the base portion (210).
[0042] The cover portion (220) of the above cover body (200) may be connected to the base portion (210) by means such as heat fusion, or may be detachably connected to the base portion (210). The cover portion (220) may be made of various synthetic resins or various hard materials, and may be made including titanium material to emit negative ions to the outside.
[0043] The above cover portion (220) is implemented as a titanium plate, which can emit negative ions to the outside through surface oxidation and may contain the titanium material. The titanium material may be included in both the base portion (210) and the cover portion (220), or may be included in either the base portion (210) or the cover portion (220), and enables self-purification of the cover body (200).
[0044] Unexplained reference numeral 101 in Fig. 4 is an electrode electrically connected to the first cable.
[0045] A carbon planar heating garment according to one embodiment of the present invention having such a configuration has a planar heating element (20) containing nano carbon disposed between the base part (210) and the cover part (220) of the cover body (200), and the cover body (200) contains titanium material, thereby having the advantage of enabling self-purification of the heating unit by emitting negative ions to the outside.
[0046] Hereinafter, a carbon planar heating garment according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 7.
[0047] FIG. 6 is a rear view of a carbon planar heating garment according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VII-VII of FIG. 6.
[0048] As illustrated in these drawings, the present embodiment employs a cut section, a sewn section (131), a first chain section (141), a second chain section (142), and a slider (143) as means to enable washing with the heating unit (2) separated from the garment body after use.
[0049] The above-mentioned incision divides the second outer skin (120) into two parts, is formed in a long shape, for example, in the form of a slit, on a line corresponding to the upper line of the inner skin (130), and is selectively opened and closed by the slider (143).
[0050] The above-mentioned sewing portion (131) is formed by sewing the upper line of the inner skin (130) and the lower portion (121) of the second outer skin (120) divided by the above-mentioned incision, thereby fixing the upper line of the inner skin (130) together with the lower portion (121) of the second outer skin (120) so that the pocket space (A) of the inner skin (130) can be maintained smoothly without deformation.
[0051] The first chain section (141) and the second chain section (142) serve to form a zipper structure together with the slider (143). That is, the first chain section (141) has a plurality of teeth arranged lengthwise along a unidirectional axis and is coupled to the sewing section (131), and the second chain section (142) has a structure similar to the first chain section (141) and is coupled to the upper part (122) of the second outer shell (120) divided by the cut section so as to be positioned opposite to the first chain section (141).
[0052] The slider (143) is installed in each chain section so as to be movable along the tooth arrangement line of the first chain section (141) and the second chain section (142), thereby allowing the first chain section (141) and the second chain section (142) to be selectively connected and disconnected.
[0053] The present embodiment having such a configuration is configured so that the user can conveniently move the slider (143) to selectively open and close the cut portion, and when the cut portion is opened, the pocket space (A) is exposed to the outside through the cut portion, thereby allowing the heating unit (2) contained in the pocket space (A) to be separated from the main body of the clothing and enabling tasks such as washing the clothing or replacing the heating element to be performed smoothly, thus having the advantage of further enhancing user convenience.
[0054] A notable feature of the present embodiment is that it utilizes a widely known zipper structure, but the lower part (121) of the inner skin (130) and the second outer skin (120) is sewn together, and a first chain part (141), which is a component of the zipper, is formed on the sewn part (131), and a first chain part (141) is formed on the upper part (122) of the second outer skin (120), so that not only the inherent opening and closing function of the zipper but also the function of fixing the inner skin (130) to the second outer skin (120) so that the shape of the pocket space (A) is maintained without deformation due to sagging of the inner skin (130) is simultaneously exhibited.
[0055] These technical features are the result of overcoming not only the technical difficulty of providing an inner layer (130) that forms a pocket space (A) between the first outer layer (110) and the second outer layer (120) during garment production, but also the technical difficulty of sewing the inner layer (130) to the second outer layer (120) to form a sewn part (131) and attaching the first chain part (141) to the sewn part (131). This enables the development of a differentiated competitive product in the clothing industry, which is the technical field of this embodiment, and ultimately contributes to increasing sales.
[0056] Although various embodiments of the present invention have been described above, these embodiments and the drawings attached to this specification merely clearly illustrate a part of the technical concept included in the present invention. It is obvious that variations and specific embodiments that can be easily deduced by a person skilled in the art within the scope of the technical concept included in the specification and drawings of the present invention are all included within the scope of the rights of the present invention.
