Description

Technology Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport. More specifically, it comprises a horizontal side wall, a vertical side wall, a horizontal cover equipped with a sealing protrusion, a vertical cover, a folding line, a cut section, and a slit line, and is configured such that a handle is formed through a handle cut line on the vertical cover. This allows for stable maintenance of thermal insulation or cooling through a structure such as a horizontal cover equipped with a sealing protrusion after packaging items for camping or picnics, while enabling convenient transport and use by holding the handle. Additionally, by applying a vertical cover with a folding reinforcement piece formed on the handle, the strength of the handle is reinforced when the handle is lifted, and the grip on the user's hand is improved, thereby stably preventing the phenomenon of hand pain caused by the load of the box's weight during transport. Background Technology

[0003] Packaging boxes produced to store or transport contents such as agricultural products, fishery products, and livestock products that require heat or cold retention are mostly made of various materials such as paper, corrugated cardboard, and styrofoam.

[0004] When such packaging boxes are made of styrofoam, they can provide waterproofing, thermal insulation, and cooling effects, as well as protect the contents stored inside from external impacts. However, since the molded box body is compressed to maintain a certain volume to hold the contents, there was a problem in that storage and transportation incur high costs.

[0005] On the other hand, packaging boxes made of paper and corrugated cardboard have the advantage of being easy to manufacture and significantly reducing logistics costs by storing them in a stacked, unfolded state and simply assembling them for use; however, because their constituent material is paper, they have poor water resistance and fail to provide the expected thermal insulation and cooling effects, while also having the problem of not being able to properly protect the contents stored inside from external impacts.

[0006] Furthermore, packaging boxes made of paper and corrugated cardboard had a problem in which gaps were created due to the interference prevention structure during the assembly of the top and bottom covers in an area extending a certain length from the four corners of the bottom and top surfaces after assembly through folding, thereby reducing the thermal insulation and cooling effects.

[0007] In addition, packaging boxes made of paper and corrugated cardboard had a problem in that they were not easy to transport because they lacked separate handles after assembly through folding, requiring users to create temporary handles with tape.

[0008] Therefore, there is a need for research and development on an easy-to-transport thermal and cooling packaging box that allows items for camping or picnics to be stored and stored while maintaining stable heat or cold, and can be transported and used conveniently. Prior art literature

[0010] Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2182587, registered on Nov. 18, 2020. Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1933922, registered on Dec. 24, 2018. Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1880288, registered on July 13, 2018. The problem to be solved

[0011] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to provide a transportable thermal insulation and cooling packaging box that includes a horizontal side wall, a vertical side wall, a horizontal cover equipped with a sealing protrusion, a vertical cover, a folding line, a cut section, and a sheath line, and is configured such that a handle section is formed through a handle cut line on the vertical cover, thereby stably maintaining thermal insulation or cooling through a structure such as a horizontal cover equipped with a sealing protrusion after packaging and storing items for camping or picnics, while allowing convenient transport and use by holding the handle section.

[0012] Another objective of the technology according to the present invention is to apply a vertical cover having a horizontal side wall, a vertical side wall, a sealing protrusion, a horizontal cover, a vertical cover, a folding line, a cut section, and a sheath line, wherein a folding reinforcing piece is further formed in the handle section, thereby reinforcing the strength of the handle section when the handle section is held and improving the grip of the user's hand, and stably preventing the phenomenon where the hand hurts due to the load caused by the weight of the box during transport.

[0013] Another objective of the technology according to the present invention is to apply a small support plate to the inner side of the support plate, thereby enabling the packaging box to be double-handled and lifted when carrying heavy items during the recycling process for packaging products at supermarkets, etc., after being used as a packaging box for thermal insulation or cooling, so as to prevent damage to the packaging box even when carrying heavy items. means of solving the problem

[0015] The present invention for achieving the aforementioned objectives is as follows. That is, the packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport according to the present invention is manufactured from a single cardboard having adhesive connection parts, and is assembled and used by sealing the bottom and top by folding after the adhesive connection parts are adhesively connected. The packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport comprises: a horizontal side wall and a vertical side wall, each provided as a pair of plates having different lengths to form the perimeter side walls of the rectangular side wall and alternately connected, with an adhesive connection part protruding on one side; a horizontal cover that covers the upper and lower 1 / 2 area of the rectangular side wall formed by connecting the adhesive connection parts to the upper and lower parts of the horizontal side wall so as to be foldable and connected to the top and lower parts of the vertical side wall; a vertical cover that is foldable and connected to the top and lower parts of the vertical side wall; and a folding line formed for folding at the mutually connected portions of the horizontal side wall, vertical side wall, horizontal cover, and vertical cover. An incision formed by cutting a certain width over a certain length from the free end to the folding end side between adjacent horizontal covers and vertical covers, with the continuous folding line of the horizontal side wall and the vertical side wall serving as the center, and cutting a certain width over a certain length with equal length on both sides; It includes a cut line formed by making a cut from the end of the vertical cover side in the width direction of the cut end of the cut portion to a folding line formed between the vertical side wall of the vertical cover, and a cut line formed by protruding stepwise toward the vertical cover side to form a sealing protrusion, extending from the cut portion of the horizontal cover side to the folding line formed between the vertical side wall of the vertical cover; meanwhile, among the vertical covers, the vertical cover connected to the upper part of the vertical side wall so as to be foldable has a handle cut line formed in an inverted "U" shape with an angled corner portion in the center, so that when folded through the folding line connected to the vertical side wall of the area cut by the handle cut line, a support plate portion is formed, and at the same time, a handle portion is formed in the area before the support plate portion is folded.

[0016] At this time, when taping the free end portions that are in close contact with each other for a pair of horizontal covers provided on the upper side, it is preferable that the length of the cut portion be applied as equal to half the length of the width direction of the base plate portion or as being a certain length shorter than half the length of the width direction of the base plate portion so that no gap is created between the pair of cut portions that are in communication with each other and the inside of the packaging space.

[0017] In addition, when folding a pair of horizontal covers provided on the upper side, it is preferable that the length of the sealing protrusions formed on both sides of the horizontal cover be equal to or a certain length longer than the distance from the upper width direction end of the vertical side wall to the width direction end of the support plate part, so that the interior of the packaging space can be tightly sealed with the outside in the area extending from the upper width direction end of the vertical side wall to the width direction end of the support plate part.

[0018] Furthermore, among the vertical covers, the vertical cover connected to the upper part of the vertical side wall so as to be foldable has a handle cut line formed in an inverted "U" shape with an angled corner in the center to form a base plate part and a handle part. In order to reinforce the handle part, a reinforcing piece cut line of a certain length is formed upward from the upper ends of both sides of the handle cut line, and a reinforcing piece folding line connecting the upper ends of the reinforcing piece cut line is formed, so that a folding reinforcing piece is additionally formed on the upper part of the handle part when the base plate part and the handle part are formed.

[0019] In addition, for the packaging box to facilitate transportation, it is preferable to select and integrally attach one of PET, PP, OPP, CPP films and KLB paper with aluminum deposited thereon or PET, PE, PP, OPP, CPP films to the surfaces located on the packaging space side of the horizontal side wall, vertical side wall, horizontal cover, and vertical cover during packaging and sealing operations. [0027] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0028] FIG. 1 is an unfolded configuration diagram showing a packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport according to the present invention.

[0029] FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport according to the present invention, in which a horizontal side plate and a vertical side plate are joined and connected before assembly for packaging.

[0030] FIGS. 3 to 5 are assembly structures of a packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport according to the present invention, and are exemplary diagrams of an assembly structure that is assembled in a state where it is easy to transport while maintaining a sealed state.

[0031] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is made of a single cardboard (100) having an adhesive connection part (104), and is a packaging box that is assembled and used by sealing the bottom and top by folding after the adhesive connection part (104) is adhesively connected. It is broadly classified to include a horizontal side wall (110) (130), a vertical side wall (120) (140), a horizontal cover (110a) (130a), a vertical cover (120a) (140a), a folding line (101), a cut part (103), and a cut line (107).

[0032] Specifically, the horizontal side walls (110)(130) and vertical side walls (120)(140) are provided as a net forming a rectangular box, each having a different length to form the perimeter side walls of the rectangular box, and are alternately connected so that an adhesive connection part (104) is formed protruding from one side.

[0033] At this time, the adhesive connection part (104) is formed to protrude on the side facing the vertical side wall (120) to any one of the horizontal side walls (110) positioned on the outermost side of the cardboard (100).

[0034] Additionally, the above horizontal cover (110a) (130a) is foldably connected to the upper and lower parts of the above horizontal side wall (110) (130).

[0035] These horizontal covers (110a) (130a) cover the upper and lower 1 / 2 regions of a rectangular prism formed by connecting adhesive connecting parts (104) to the horizontal side walls (110) (130) and vertical side walls (120) (140).

[0036] And the above vertical cover (120a) (140a) is foldably connected to the upper and lower parts of the above vertical side wall (120) (140).

[0037] Additionally, the folding line (101) is formed for folding in the mutually connected portions of the horizontal side wall (110)(130), vertical side wall (120)(140), horizontal cover (110a)(130a), and vertical cover (120a)(140a).

[0038] The folding line (101) described above is preferably formed by applying pressure, for example, through a pair of pressure rollers.

[0039] And the above-mentioned cut portion (103) is cut from the free end to the fold end side for a certain length between adjacent horizontal covers (110a)(130a) and vertical covers (120a)(140a), and is formed by cutting for a certain length with a certain width and having the same length on both sides with the continuous fold line (101) of the horizontal side walls (110)(130) and vertical side walls (120)(140) as the center.

[0040] Additionally, the above-mentioned cut line (107) is formed by making a cut so that it extends from the end of the vertical cover (120a) (140a) in the direction of the cut end width of the above-mentioned cut portion (103) to the fold line (101) formed between the vertical side wall (120) (140) of the vertical cover (120a) (140a).

[0041] The above-mentioned sheath line (107) is formed such that it protrudes stepwise toward the vertical cover (120a) (140a) side, extending from the cut portion (103) on the horizontal cover (110a) (130a) side to the folding line (101) formed between the vertical side wall (120) (140) of the vertical cover (120a) (140a), thereby forming a sealing protrusion (111a) (131a).

[0042] In the packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport according to the present invention, which is configured as described above, in particular, among the vertical covers (120a) (140a), the vertical covers (120a) (140a) that are foldably connected to the upper part of the vertical side walls (120) (140) preferably have a handle cut line (121a) (141a) formed in an inverted "U" shape with an angled corner in the center.

[0043] In particular, the vertical cover (120a) (140a) having the handle cutting line (121a) (141a) formed therein can form a support plate portion (122a) (142a) when folded through a folding line (101) connected to the vertical side wall (120) (140) of the area cut by the handle cutting line (121a) (141a), and at the same time, a handle portion (123a) (143a) can be formed in the area prior to folding of the support plate portion (122a) (142a).

[0044] In addition, in the packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport according to the present invention, which is configured as described above, it is preferable that a handle cut line (121b) (141b) be formed on the inner side of the handle cut line (121a) (141a) formed in the center of the vertical cover (120a (140a)).

[0045] In particular, the vertical cover (120a) (140a) having the handle cut line (121b) (141b) formed therein forms a small support plate section (122b) (142b) when folded through the cut line (101) connected to the vertical side wall (120) (140) of the area cut by the handle cut line (121b) (141b), and at the same time, a handle section including the support plate section (122a) (142a) is formed in the area prior to folding of the small support plate section (122b) (142b), thereby preventing damage when carrying heavy objects.

[0046] In addition, when taping the free end portions that are in close contact with each other on the pair of horizontal covers (110a) (130a) provided on the upper side of the present invention, which is easy to transport and has a configuration as described above, with tape (T), it is important to ensure that no gap is created between the pair of cut portions (103) that are in communication with each other and the inside of the packaging space.

[0047] To this end, the length of the above-mentioned cut portion (103) is applied as a length equal to half the width direction length of the base plate portion (122a) (142a), or as a length shorter than half the width direction length of the base plate portion (122a) (142a).

[0048] In particular, it is more desirable that the length of the above-mentioned cut portion (103) be applied as a length that is shorter than half the length of the width direction of the base plate portion (122a) (142a).

[0049] Meanwhile, it is also important that the packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling according to the present invention, which is easy to transport and configured as described above, can be tightly sealed with the outside in the area extending from the upper width direction end of the vertical side wall (120) (140) to the width direction end of the support plate part (122a) (142a) when the pair of horizontal covers (110a) (130a) provided on the upper side are folded.

[0050] Accordingly, it is preferable that the length of the sealing protrusions (111a) (131a) formed on both sides of the horizontal cover (110a) (130a) by the formation of the sheath line (107) be equal to or longer than the distance from the upper width direction end of the vertical side wall (120) (140) to the width direction end of the support plate (122a) (142a).

[0051] In particular, it is more preferable that the length of the sealing protrusion (111a) (131a) be a certain length longer than the distance from the upper width direction end of the vertical side wall (120) (140) to the width direction end of the support plate (122a) (142a).

[0052] In addition, the packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling according to the present invention, which is easy to transport and configured as described above, can be attached integrally with any one of PET, PP, OPP, CPP film and KLB paper or PET, PE, PP, OPP, CPP film having aluminum deposited on the surface located on the packaging space side of the horizontal side wall (110)(130), vertical side wall (120)(140), horizontal cover (110a)(130a) and vertical cover (120a)(140a) during packaging and sealing operations to maximize thermal insulation and cooling efficiency.

[0053] Furthermore, in order to facilitate transportation, the packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling according to the present invention may have any one of an anti-rust liquid, a water-resistant and oil-resistant eco-friendly coating liquid, or paraffin applied and cured to a certain thickness on the surfaces located on the packaging space side of the horizontal side walls (110)(130), vertical side walls (120)(140), horizontal covers (110a)(130a), and vertical covers (120a)(140a) during packaging and sealing operations.

[0054] In addition, the easy-to-transport thermal insulation and cooling packaging box according to the present invention, constructed as described above, is preferably made of a paper board or corrugated cardboard, but of course, it may also be made of various types such as a plastic board or a non-woven fabric having strength.

[0055] Hereinafter, regarding the packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport according to the present invention, which is configured as described above in a state of use, the process of assembling and using the box by making it from a single cardboard (100) having an adhesive connection part (104), and then sealing the bottom and top by folding after the adhesive connection part (104) is adhesively connected will be described.

[0056] First, as shown in FIG. 2, adhesive connecting parts (104) are connected to the horizontal side walls (110) (130) and vertical side walls (120) (140) of the cardboard (100) so that the perimeter of the rectangular prism is formed.

[0057] Afterward, a pair of vertical covers (120a) (140a) provided on the lower side are folded so as to be sealed against the open lower part of the rectangular prism, which corresponds to the hidden lower area of FIG. 3, and then a pair of horizontal covers (110a) (130a) provided on the lower side are folded, and then tape (T) is applied across both vertical side walls (120) (140) along the lines of the horizontal covers (110a) (130a) provided on the lower side.

[0058] Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the support plate (122a) (142a) located in the center of the pair of vertical covers (120a) (140a) located on the upper side is rotated 90 degrees toward the packaging space and folded.

[0059] Afterwards, as shown in FIG. 4, a pair of horizontal covers (110a) (130a) provided on the upper side are covered so that the longitudinal ends of the horizontal covers (110a) (130a) are supported by the support plate portions (122a) (142a).

[0060] Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper portions of the vertical side walls (120) (140) on both sides are pressed toward the packaging space, and tape (T) is fixed from the upper portion of one vertical side wall (120) through a line facing and in close contact with a pair of horizontal covers (110a) (130a) provided on the upper side to the upper portion of the other vertical side wall (140) to complete the assembly of a packaging box that is easy to transport.

[0061] Of course, the process of placing items into the packaging space inside the packaging box is preferably carried out by placing items into the packaging while the open lower part of the rectangular prism, as seen in FIG. 3, is sealed during the assembly process as described above, and in particular, the process of placing items into the packaging while the support plate part (122a) (142a) is rotated 90 degrees before folding.

[0062] According to the packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport according to the present invention as described above, it is configured to include a horizontal side wall, a vertical side wall, a horizontal cover equipped with a sealing protrusion, a vertical cover, a folding line, a cut section, and a cut line, and to form a handle section through a handle cut line on the vertical cover, thereby ensuring that thermal insulation or cooling is stably maintained through the structure of the horizontal cover equipped with a sealing protrusion after packaging items for camping or picnics, and at the same time, it can be easily transported and used while holding the handle section.

[0063] FIG. 6 is an unfolded configuration diagram showing a packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0064] The embodiment shown in FIG. 6 differs from the embodiment described with reference to FIG. 1 to 5 only in that a reinforcing piece cut line and a reinforcing piece folding line are further applied to the upper closing portion of the handle cut line to form a folding reinforcing piece. The embodiment is described with reference to FIG. 1 to 5, but detailed descriptions of components having the same reference numerals will be omitted.

[0065] In a packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport according to another embodiment of the present invention, among the vertical covers (120a) (140a), the vertical covers (120a) (140a) that are foldably connected to the upper part of the vertical side walls (120) (140) have a handle cut line (121a) (141a) formed in an inverted "U" shape with an angled corner in the center, thereby forming a support plate part (122a) (142a) and a handle part (123a) (143a); and to reinforce the handle part (123a) (143a), reinforcing piece cut lines (125a) (145a) are cut upward from the upper ends of both sides of the handle cut line (121a) (141a) for a certain length, and the upper ends of the reinforcing piece cut lines (125a) (145a) are connected. It is configured so that reinforcing piece folding lines (126a) (146a) are formed.

[0066] In addition, as the reinforcing piece cutting line (125a) (145a) and reinforcing piece folding line (126a) (146a) are formed as described above, when the base plate part (122a) (142a) and handle part (123a) (143a) are formed, a folding reinforcing piece (127a) (147a) can be further formed on the upper part of the handle part (123a) (143a).

[0067] That is, the above-mentioned folding reinforcement piece (127a) (147a) is a part formed by the reinforcement piece cutting line (125a) (145a) and the reinforcement piece folding line (126a) (146a), and as it is folded along the reinforcement piece folding line (126a) (146a), it reinforces the strength of the handle part when the handle part is held and simultaneously improves the grip of the user's hand, thereby reliably preventing the phenomenon where the hand hurts due to the load caused by the weight of the box during transport.

[0068] In other words, according to another embodiment of the present invention as described above, a packaging box for thermal insulation and cooling that is easy to transport includes a horizontal side wall, a vertical side wall, a horizontal cover equipped with a sealing protrusion, a vertical cover, a folding line, a cut section, and a sheath line, and by applying a vertical cover with a folding reinforcing piece further formed on the handle part, it is possible to reinforce the strength of the handle part when holding it and simultaneously improve the grip feel for the user's hand, while stably preventing the phenomenon of hand pain caused by the load from the weight of the box during transport.
